Product randomly turns off during use, won’t charge, won’t turn on. Bluetooth light still on. Contacted manufacturer…
UPDATE: company quickly issued a replacement at no cost, hopefully this one works! Good customer service.
Best part about these was the comfort. The sound was great and because of the Bluetooth I could always stay in touch by being connected to my phone also. The controls take a bit to get used to but are explained well in the literature provided with the purchase or even the quick scan codes on the headset. I would recommend this product for sure!
I love the comfort, the sound quality is top notch and I’ve had headsets from Astro, steel series, and turtle beach and these are my favourite. Only gripe I have is that it takes a bit to get the chat/game volume dialled in and it resets every time you turn off the headse

Love them for the price you can’t beat them. Had others and not near as good and not near the quality. I can walk anywhere in my house and they never cut out. I have had these almost a year and no problems at all. Hardly ever have to charge them, great battery. Lucid sound is great and rocks. Love the bass. would buy again definitely.

De los mejores audifonos, valen mucho la pena, excelentes materiales y sonido, los recomend y la persona que los compro qued encantada con ellos.
El audio de los audfonos es excelente, y los mandos del volumen y el mute estn muy bien implementados. Los audfonos como tal son pesados, y eso hace que despus de un par de horas sientas cansancio por el uso. Yo los recomendara para un uso ocasional.
Increbles headset para el precio que lo tena Amazon, tiene unos bajos muy buenos y la calidad es excelente.
No complaints at all! Took me a while to figure out that to turn off the mic monitoring, hold down the centre button on the right ear piece for about 5 seconds until you hear a deep tone.
I have went through several headsets: Audeze Penrose X, Razer Kaira Pro also Siberia 800 (attached to tv) and Lucidsound in my opionion are the Best.
Very intuitive control, no connection issues, very good sound. Mic is very good, some says I sound very clear, some says that worse than my previous Kaira Pro – indeed Kaira Pro has better mic quality, but suffers connection issues.
I highly rexommend these ones.

After searching and searching, after one awful plastic cheap crud headset after another FINALLY a good headset I say good, it’s outstanding!
Absolutely love these headphones, but they should come with the PC adapter.
The bluetooth calls and gaming audio mixed together made me buy it ! Works great and since they got bluetooth im also using them while travelling . Loving them !!!

Bought for my son for use on his xbox. He’s over the moon with them. Excellent sound, good quality, after going through a few sets of other “good” head sets these are by far the best we’ve had.
Speedy delivery, and very solid product. Been a Sony headphone guy for ages, great sound poor build these are going to last. Sound is great so far will have to explore wired connection with Tidal for full eval, money value is all there.

I bought this to use with my Xbox Series X. The headset paired as easy as pairing a controller. It’s very comfortable to wear, I wore it for a full day game session with no discomfort at all. The volume and chat mix controls on the side feel a bit flimsy but work as expected.
My son loves them for gaming while his wife sleeps.
Great headset. Some really nice features u don’t see on other headsets (red light for mute is simple but awesome). Bluetooth and wireless on xbox is huge. Great audio quality and comfort.
Cons are some minor software issues. Software updates should fix these issues over time (just like my tb stealth 700). Also, needs an app for software update over bluetooth thru ur phone. Kind of a pain to update the dongle and headset (windows 10 pc and usb required). Last con is the headset is very comfortable, but needs a tad more padding on the headband where it’s a bit thin. Only place it sometimes bothers me after long use.
I’ve tried a lot of wireless Xbox headsets, this is my favorite. They must be in bass bossy mode to sound right though. And when connected to Bluetooth they randomly shut off, sometimes frequently. Hopefully new firmware can fix this in the future. Comfortable, reliable connection to Xbox, voice and audio good, usb-c power instead of micro usb. These replaced my prior favorite pair, the turtle beach stealth 700 wireless and is an improvement overall.

I was looking for a comfortable headset that did not sacrifice sound quality. The LS50x is an overall excellent headset. There are 5 different equalization settings, all of which provide different benefits whether you are gaming, streaming video, or listening to music. The headset looks sleek, and I appreciate the removable microphone (I also like the internal microphone). There are some strange “bugs” I’ve experienced with the headset including random powering off and WIFI interference, but these are insignificant compared to the look, feel, and sound provided by the product. Would recommend to any music listener or Xbox gamer.
These things are super comfortable to wear for hours on end. You hear every nuance in the game including enemies footsteps. The feel sturdy and expensive.
Have bought many head phones but this is the best. Sound quality is a bomb. Little expensive but worth the money!!
The product was as described and came on time. Best sound ever and great control features to balance voice chat and game sound. Very comfortable compared to cheap headsets. Worth the higher cost.
Amazing headset, but they definitely do not work for ps4
These are definitely the best Xbox one headsets. The sound and features just dominate the Steelseries 9x which has a similar feature set. Turning up the volume and skipping tracks with the rotating dials are a game changer. Mic quality is subjective. Everyone I’ve spoken to on live said I sound the same as my dead Astro A50. If lucidsound comes out with one for the PS4, I’m buying that too.

I have tried numerous headsets from various brands. The best sound that I have gotten was from a mid-tier Turtle Beach, but they were flimsy and break easily. I decided to give two different LucidSound models a try, along with two upper-end models from another company. These won out. You can get better sound quality from the previously mentioned TB but not by too far. These are more comfortable, look elegant, the controls are in very practical locations, and they seem rather sturdy.
If you are looking for some new audio, give these a try!

muy contento con la calidad del aparato, la unica pega es que al tener el control de volumen en las orejeras( en uno el chat de voz y en el otro el juego), en muchas ocasiones al quitarmelos le toco el volumen y luego no se oye nada al ponertelos de nuevo
This product would be perfect if it did not lose signal a few times an hour. Whilst this isn’t a major issue it can be quite jarring to go through loud game noises to nothing, equally it is frustrating when I’m talking to people online and they just cut out and I miss the conversation.
i crank this bad boy to full and i played the COD MW beta. My god, this headset is nutty. Great sound, great bass. Can hear footsteps clearly, the gunshot sound so real (i go to gun range quite a bit). Get them, do it. I got them for $187 canadian on this site.

Great headset and true wireless for the Xbox one X and when paired with Dolby Atmos, they have excellent gaming sound.

Build quality, sound,mic are excellent. . The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is due to the volume button. You have to turn it to increase volume which I have nothing against it’s just it does not match how much you are turning it by. You can turn it slightly to increase the volume a bit and nothing happens

Leider wackelt der linke Balance-Dreher leicht und scheppert etwas beim Gehen und fr halbwegs erwachsene Kpfe knnte es relativ eng werden.
Ansonsten klare Kaufempfehlung
Comfy , sound is great. Build quality amazing set up is a breeze. I’ve had hi end turtle beach and much prefer these.
