The many speed settings is great. The fact it also has a timer. This fan total saved us this summer, best buy was able to have it on full whack whilst watching TV as the fan os quiet.
Low settings are wonderfully quiet. It’s strong, stable and does the job. Not the easiest to assemble, but who cares as a one-off task. Best fan over ever bought and I’m about 10 fans into a lifetime of fan-fandom
I bought this fan on an Amazon deal and paid 59.99 for it. It arrived the following day and the quality has far exceeded my expectations. Its exceptionally quiet and the remote is very easy to use without even reading your instructions. The air flow is completely adjustable, I tried to buy another one the following day but the price had gone up 30 and it was no longer on offer. Easy to put together, on low settings it’s very quiet, obviously the highest setting is the noisiest but still not as loud as some other fans, handy remote, control, plenty of options to choose from keeping you cool, timer function is good, moving the fan room to room is easy with the round base, display set in base easy to see, it is quite one of the best fans I’ve ever bought and I’ve had a few.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Plenty of choice of speed, a simple to use remote and above all it’s really very quiet. Barely any sound on settings 1-3, only slightly louder on 4-5 and still much less noisy than ordinary fans on the remaining settings. I would definitely recommend this if you can’t stand the noise of ordinary fans when trying to sleep.
For starters its really quite compared to my old metal fan and its just as strong of course on max setting it is loud though not bothersome, but it also has a quite mod and really I forget its on at times because of that. Remote makes life easy. Super easy to set up and after a long use it still seems to show no signs of wear, it does not have overheating issue at least for me, even after long use its only warm last fan I had would get quite hot.
Fan is definitely strong too even on hot summer it helps quite a bit, wont win against ac but at 40c this is enough for me, though it does mean I am stuck near it or I have to face the heat outside the room.

We bought this fan for use during the day & at night time in our bedroom. It has a couple of low oscillating settings which are perfect and quiet while we sleep. In the day, we can rack it up and be blown away!

but has 9 power settings so suit most circumstances. Also has a D.C. motor which uses a lot less electricity.

We got this fan a couple of weeks ago now. It was to replace a tower oscillating fan, in the living room, that was so noisy we had to revert to subtitles when watching TV.
We read the reviews and we ordered one.
It was quite easy to assemble, though I did resort to the You Tube link supplied in the booklet, only because I was wary of breaking the front and rear guard assembly to put it together. In the end it was no bother, I just had to be “assertive” in separating the parts. But all was good.
So how is it?
Wonderful! It is so quiet compared to the fan it is replacing. I set it ECO mode (that adjusts the fan speed compared to room temperature). I was concerned that it was running on Speed 5. I checked the booklet and at over 26 degrees but less than 28 degrees it should run at speed 5. I checked the home temperature and it was over 26 degrees. So the fan worked as it should do.
It provides a nice cooling breeze, whilst not causing us to turn up the TV to watch it.
It seems robust, well built and we are considering another for upstairs. I am sitting in another room now typing this and it is too hot. So I suspect more than one of these fans will be ordered in due time as we seem to be getting more of these hot periods that we are not used to, or prepared for, in the UK.
Is it silent? No of course it is not, it is a mechanical fan (if you want silence then you probably should spend around 6 times the cost of this for a Dyson). But is it intrusive? Absolutely NOT. It is quiet and does not disturb watching TV at all, I suspect (though not tried) it would also be ok in a bedroom.
Would I recommend it? Absolutely!
This fan is great, everything can be done with the remote control and cools me down very well.

Very happy with this item. I do have a few different ones in the house but, this is my favourite especially at night when I can use the remote. It is much quieter than any of my other fans and very light to carry.
Speeds 1-2 are pretty much silent, surprisingly my PC is actually louder. Speed 3 is a little louder but provides just enough white noise for those with tinnitus or who require some noise for sleeping.
Speed 4 ramps up significantly in output and noise, would prefer if the increment was milder.

First off we all know its been so hot recently, having a room that faces the sun on a daily hasn’t helped me in any way.
I usually tend to go for the cheap 20/30 pedestal fans which work but never really that well. My partner is a very light sleeper and our old fan was just so loud and felt underpowered when battling the raging heatwave so I decided enough was enough and I began my search.
Out of many fans that stated they was quiet I decided to choose this one and boy am I glad I did.
Set up was very easy, even if you do need help the Instructions will help very easily.
Once plugged in I braced myself for the big reveal, this was it. I switched the fan on and boom, I cannot explain just how quiet this fan actually was. Like level 1,2 and 3 was just unbelievable. I sleep with this on a level 4 or 5 and my partner has no complaints, I also find this cools down the whole room when the other cheap fan struggled. I do wish it was a tiny bit taller but other than that I have no complaints, very well made fan and amazingly quiet. If you need a quiet fan don’t get a Dyson or whatever, just grab this!
Being able to mute it and turn off the light is amazing! we use it in bed on level 2 and the timer means it goes off at 4am. I use it on level 3 during the day and is is very very quie
This fan is lovely — puts out a strong, cool, quiet breeze and I’m really happy there’s an eco option. However, the remote control is very finicky — you have to point it specifically and in certain ways for the fan to read the signal. Also, the oscillation does seem a bit slo — I’d appreciate it being faster, but there we are. I would nevertheless recommend this fan — just be aware that it may take some patience.
Don’t hesitate to buy this fan, I spent awhile researching and so so glad I bought this one. Also had a voucher for 20% off that i only just noticed, so it was a win win for me.!! Can’t believe how flippin quiet it is, that was my main concern as I use fans throughout the year. My dog is a Labrador X Golden Retriever and has a double coat so it difficult to keep cool, she’s hasn’t panted since YAY and it’s only on speed 4 out of the 9 speeds. Even on max speed 9 I can still hear the tv or someone talking on the phone unlike my last fan. Hope this helps.!!
Bought for a disabled person who really likes the remote control and the low noise, which has allowed her to keep it on when she is asleep in the recent hot weather.

We bought this fan because the tower one we had was just too noisy. The new one is very quiet on low (but still effective) settings, slight noise increase when it’s on a higher setting but still tolerable. Plenty of options in terms of speed, direction/height adjustment & timer. The remote is useful & the display can be turned off – no distracting lights if you use it at night. Very easy to assemble.

I am glad I bought this. I was worried it would be too loud (or too weak when on low) as I am a light sleeper. I was delighted to find level 3 provides enough cooling while remaining quiet enough for sleep. I like that the LED display can be turned off so it does not cast light in the room at night when the fan is running. The remote operates the fan without issue from a 3 meter distance. A really great product for those who suffer from hot flushes/night sweats and need a little extra cooling.

The Good:
Up to speed 3, this fan is really quiet and moves enough air for night-time use. I like the fact that you can set whatever speed (up to 9) and every 20 minutes it will drop 1 speed setting until it hits the lowest speed. The oscillation movement is silent. It uses very little power.
The Bad:
The price, at around 100 it is too expensive for what it is.
This fan is one of the best fans I have got .
Lightweight, quiet and smart. Low power consumption. Would have liked the tilt angle range to be much greater. This is to aim at the ceiling while oscillating in order to disrupt cold draughts, mix the warm and cold air layers and even out the temperature around the room.
I took my fan apart and re-engineered it to do this and positioned it under the open window, in its lowest height. As such I was able to have the window open more for better ventilation without getting cold feet..
I bought this fan to use in the bedroom, I’m a really light sleeper so needed a fan that doesn’t creak and groan as it oscillates. This fan is perfect and so quiet. I love the range of speeds, from a gentle breeze to a strong wind! And all the different settings too, the fact it’s remote controlled is an added bonus! I’m going to have to buy a 2nd one as I keep using it in the living room too its so good.
Really quiet and effective for a good night’s sleep. The only things that may bother you are that it’s not as high as other fans, and the oscillation is quite wide. The remote contr is super and the quality is really good.

This is very good. It looks smart. The remote control is very good and works even when not in direct line of sight (end of the bed). It is very quiet and provides a good set of options including clever controls through the night to reduce over time/ambient temperature.

I love how silent this is when it’s on a low setting. Still enough to keep me cool, but I can have sensible conversations on video calls in the office and the other person never even notices it’s on!
if you want a fan you can use at night that provides a nice gentle breeze with virtually no sound then this is what you are looking for.
You can also turn the lights off and just the horizontal oscillation (unfortunately, no vertical) with the remote control so it’s really good as long as you’ve got room for the base to sit where you want it (it is a trifle large at the bottom But this does make it very stable)

I would take away one star just because there’s no vertical oscillation (although of course you can manually set the vertical direction but it won’t move after) which would have been great with this, otherwise I can’t fault it.
This is easily the best fan I have ever purchased. Its quiet and barely evem audible until its on 5.
So far even on the hottest day ive not yet needed to put it on 9 but its still quieter than any other standing fan at that setting.

Only quiet on the lowest setting but overall a good fan. Very easy to assemble and easy to understand instructions for the settings.
I would recommend this fan to everyone. The height is not as high as some other fans we own, but it is far superior to all the other fans.
Excuse the pun, but this item is Fantastic! I have tried lots of different fans to use in the bedroom to keep me cool at night. The main requirement was relative silence. Even fans that claim to be silent simply are not, or not even close to it.
I had low hopes due to the low price but I’ve eaten my words as this is so quiet on speeds 1 and 2, to the point you wonder if it’s on or not.
To clarify I have tried a Dyson AM06 (sounds a bit like a vacuum cleaner with poor air flow), Dyson pure cool me (very quiet on speed 1 but noisy on the other speeds), Duux Globe (quiet on speed 1 but with a slight motor throbbing sound that would keep you awake), Duux Whisper flex (quiet but has an electrical PWM sound that’s very annoying), Meaco 260 not too bad but very limited functionality (it is super cheap at 30 though but no sleep timer), Meaco 360 (has a very annoying motor hum / pitch, not suitable for use at night), Meaco 650 (pretty quiet (28db from 2m away)) and a Meaco 1056 that was much louder than the 650 with a much more annoying pitch.
To clarify this 4umor fan (from 1.5m away) is 25dB on speed 1, (26/27db) on speed 2 and 30db on speed 3.
This is about as quiet as the Dyson pure cool me on speed 1 but pushes much more air. It doesn’t look as nice as the Dyson but then it is 1/5th of the price.
I live in a quiet village and the lowest floor noise is 25dB so this really is very quiet. I would highly recommend for use at night if a very quiet fan is required. Good air flow as well.

Exactly what I was looking for. Very quiet and well built if a little short.
I only bought it after the price dropped 50% as it just isn’t worth 120!! Paid 60 for it and still priced a bit high but I’m satisfied.
Only thing I can fault it for is that it has some fancy modes such as sleep where it gradually reduces speed or Eco which adjusts the speed according to room temperature, however once you are tucked up in your bed you can’t see what mode you are in and have to mess around with the remote in the hope you can hit the right mode/speed/setting or get up to see the digital screen. A digital remote would complete this fan.
I bought a second one for the same price but just went to buy another one just now and the price has been hiked up to 80 and it’s just not worth that money so good luck to the vendor but I’m going to buy something else
Top class product that has a very low level of noise.
Not very tall but nice and quiet in lower speeds and Nice breeze when hot in bed. Higher speeds noisier not much different to normal fans. Great if you just want cooler air gently blowing over you at bedtime quietly .

If you’re like me and were desperately looking for a quiet fan, occasionally buying one and being disappointed, you’re in luck. Your search is over.
This *is* expensive compared to most other fans, but you definitely get what you pay for. The only other drawbacks are the limited height of the stand and the large base, but I think these are a trade-off for prioritising build quality and stability.
There are 9 speed levels. 1 and 2 are silent, 3 is inaudible in a normal environment, and even at these low speeds there is more than enough airflow for most needs. I don’t know how they’ve done it (possibly something to do with the DC motor), but it’s miraculous compared to all other fans.
The other features are nice (expected with the price), but the main one to focus on is certainly the noise level. The remote seems to work well, and it’s very satisfying to toggle oscillation on and off and watch it respond immediately.
Some assembly required, but hardly anything to worry about.

Over the moon with this fan. It’s got 9 speeds. The 1st 3 are super silent which is brilliant. I love the remote control idea. As someone who has days of struggling with movement and getting out of bed. It’s been very useful.
Well made, worth the money for sure. I’ve used it every night and most days since I’ve bought it.
I checked out the video link in the hand book for assembly, so everything went well and easy. It’s a very good looking bit of kit and works extremely well. I would say the mains lead is only just long enough. My sockets are halfway up my walls, so I would have liked 2ft or 3ft more. The height is only just good enough but it works just fine circulating the air over my bed, or it can be lowered and stood on a cabinet. All in all it’s a versatile and accomplished fan. Very pleased so far with no complaints.

Ignore the low ratings due to peoples inability to follow assembly instructions…. 9 settings from “is it on?” to my wheres the jet engine in the room, the transition is around setting 4/5 as most people have commented on.
It’s very very quiet at low settings but then quiet is subjective especially if you like spending your Saturday nights in bars shouting at bar staff for your drinks. However if you are a professional “twitcher” and require cooling down in your secluded hide, this is perfect for you.
So in summary it’s quiet, very quiet… oh and pretty expensive for a fan but did I mention it’s quiet very quiet.

This fan works great moving air. The different settings are great for all types of air movement. I don’t know how I got on without it for so long.
Energy saving fan has an eco energy saving mode this fan is amazing for speed and cold air.
On a low setting 1, 2 or 3, this fan is quiet enough to sleep with it on. Even better, you can set a timer so it goes off when you want it to and doesn’t stay on all night, unless you want it to.
The remote is great so you can use it from a distance. Turning the light off is great, but annoying that you have to keep doing this if you make any other changes.
There are settings from 1 to 9, but to be honest, I’ve never used it on 9 except to trial it. As the levels go up it does get louder, but that’s to be expected and still not as bad as some fans I’ve had.
For the recent heatwave, level 6 and oscillating kept the room at least 2 degrees cooler.
The only issue I have with it is it’s height. I wish it could be a bit taller, so please do check the dimensions before you buy it and consider putting it on a (solid) low table or stool if you need more height.
Great fan very quiet and keeps me cool. Has a few minor issues though. On the L setting it blows fuses every other day so i only use on 1 to 10 settings also the jump from 3 to 4 on the fan speed is quite dramatic and sometimes 4 is too much and 3 isn’t enough but i make do and the quietness is great so i dont struggle sleeping or worry its vibrating through the house.
I have had it over a year and its still going strong though LED screen has a few lost light which doesn’t matter as you never need it once you get in tune with fan.
Would buy again, its definitely something im glad i paid a bit more fo
Disliked the all plastic feel. Apart from that love the quiet fan and the remote and clever software.
I would be concerned about durability, it looks like stem could break or be damaged easily, its a ratchet up n down. Height adjustable I guess.
Easy to assemble loads of options, I mainly use the eco and sleep function , it’s quite quiet which is good especially at night when you are trying to sleep. Over all I would recommend
15 DC watts instead of 45 AC watts for a better airflow, the bills will be lower for years, and reasonably quiet in comparison with the old fan while looking much better and higher standard of construction. Bought it with a 30 off voucher so no complaints!
