I’ve had my Munbyn printer for a little bit now, I use it to print shipping, box and product labels for my business.
Twice I’ve noticed that it has printed random sample labels or blanks when I wasn’t home and it wasn’t connected to my computer. After the second time I couldn’t get it to print or reset at all, so I reached out to customer service. Someone responded pretty quickly and we tried troubleshooting a few different things but couldn’t get it to fix the issue so they sent me a replacement printer.
Customer service means a lot to me as a consumer, and I was really happy with how fast they responded, how nice they were in trying to fix the issue and in their resolution to send a replacement device when we couldn’t fix my original. My printer is something I use with every order of my business so I’m glad they were able to help me fix the problem and I’ll definitely recommend this printer to anyone looking for a thermal printer.
Bought this for my business and it has been the best investment! I love the quality/color and how many options you have of printing things. I use it for shipping labels and custom packaging labels! If you haven’t bought one for your business this is your sign to do so! Their support team is very helpful with any concerns you have! Definitely recommend!
