En complment de la machine, trs bien dommage que la rgle soit courte, surtout pour le prix de l’ensemble.
Das Set mit Fhrungsschiene, Klemmen und Adapter fr die Oberfrse ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die Schiene ist robust und lsst sich gut verlngern, der Oberfrsenaufsatz gleitet darauf exakt. Die Klemmen halten die Schiene fest wie eingestellt. Alles in Allem ein super Set, ich kann aber nur empfehlen den Preis im Auge zu behalten: Im Angebot okay, sonst aber zu teuer.
Shelf pin function works well. Yes you do need to jiggle the locator some times for the pin to drop in. The 800mm rail is short and some times I’ve had to relocate the rail to get my full range of holes drilled.
The adaptor does fit onto my festool rails and is tight with out play.

Eigentlich wollte ich nur Schraubzwingen kaufen….
Naja, da hat die Begeisterung mal wieder ber den Verstand gesiegt.
Bin mit dem Set ganz zufrieden, auer der Schiene passt alles in eine L-Boxx 136 rein und ist jetzt als Begleiter dabei.
Habe mir dieses Set zum Mbelbau gekauft. Sowohl 32mm Lochraster in meinen Schrnken wie auch 96mm Lochraster auf der Werkbank haben hervorragend und sehr przise funktioniert.
Gute und gnstigere Variante zu anderen namhaften Herstelle
Das Set aus Fhrungsschiene, Befestigungen und Frsadapter sind ein gutes Starterset.
Die Abstandslcher sind fr den Mbelbar sehr sinnvoll und leicht zu handhaben.
Einzig die fehlende Anleitung zu Handhabung des Anschlages war etwas unschn, aber nach ein wenig probieren war auch die Handhabung klar.

The kit represents very good value with a Bosch/Mafell rail and clamps that will be useful anyway. To put it another way I wanted to extend the use of my existing Mafell track saw system to allow routing long and straight cuts. An extra set of track clamps is most welcome too.
The base assembly that the router is bolted to is pretty good although there is a small amount of play that shouldn’t be an issue for 99% of uses. (But if it is, you could “pack” the rail with a layer of masking tape to fill the slack. A guddle but it would definitely work, so not a biggie then.
Note. This is designed for Bosch routers. As I suspected the hole config for my cheap but faithful Macalister router was not compatible so I carefully drilled a 5mm hole through the base and chamfered it. Like me you may find that two existing holes can be used but a third is needed. Use the thin base on the router as a template, screw it down and mark the exact position of the hole you need.
CHECK THAT ROUTER BIT WILL SIT CENTRE AT THE plunge hole. ( I am guessing a slight off centre position of 2 or 3 mm will be OK).
Very carefully mark the position. You may want to slightly oversize the hole as the router will be located accurately by the other two. The alloy drills easily. Use a bench drill if possible for a nice perpendicular penetration.
The vernier adjustment on the base gives a travel of 20mm is a really useful touch for fine adjustment.
The sprung lock for drilling shelf support pegs looks a little flimsy so look after it and I’m told that uprating the spring is a good move too.
As an accessory, this is a lovely bit of kit. Well milled for accuracy and made of quality components. If you don’t want to mess about crafting your own jig for your router, this is a fantastic solution.

I bought it for the router base (+ pin) and the rail. Not sure why Bosch decided to bundle all this good stuff with the clamps. Anyway, the router base is fantastic and the only minor concern is a lack of tension control similar to the Mafell/Bosch track saws. It’s hard to tell how long the plastic groove will last, and it would be nice to have a feature to tighten them up if they get loose over time. I used the base to cut a bunch of 3/8″ through slots in 1.5″ maple ply in multiple passes. No wiggling / movements / etc. – the repetitive cuts are all matching precisely into nice smooth slots.
The shelving piece is awesome. Very easy to use and get great (aka “professional” 🙂 results. I think the pin would probably benefit from a stronger spring.

Parfaite compatibilit avec ma dfonceuse Makita M3601, j’ai rachet en plus le rail 1600mm pour pouvoir faire de plus grandes longueurs.
Apres plusieurs utilisations je me rends compte que la goupille du plateau qui s’engage dans les trous du rail ne s’engage pas bien et je dois chaque fois chercher le trou.
Une autre remarque c’est que la bute fournie ne dporte pas les trous d’un multiple de 16 ou 32 mm, donc si on veut faire les deux premiers trous 80mm et 112mm, pour accrocher une charnire dans le meuble et donc le trou dans la porte 96mm, on ne sait pas se servir de cette bute. C’est pourtant un des principes de base du systme 32mm.
Sinon, une fois le rail et le plateau bien installs, on sait faire du beau travail. Dans l’ensemble le suis satisfait pour un usage occasionel. Pour un usage intensif je passerai sur le systme LR32 de Festool plus prcis, plus facile positionner mais plus onreux…

Achtung bei dem Tool fr Oberfrsen sind nur GKF 6000 ….GOF 2000 Bosch Oberfrsen passend keine POV grnen etc. . Wurde leider nirgends angegeben und ist dann erst in der Beschreibung ersichtlich
1 Festool OF1010, 1 Mafell LO50E, 2 DeWalt DW26203, DW 621, 2 Makita RP 1110, RP 0900 sind ebenfalls passend wegen dieser fehlenden Aufstellung Online nur 4 Sterne. mit selbstgemachten Bohrungen lassen sich weitere Oberfrsen adaptieren. Fhrungschiene ist sehr gut und pracktisch fr den schnellen geraden Schnitt mit kleiner 12V Kreissge oder 18V Stichsgen !

Il prodotto mi arrivato un giorno prima confezionato in modo perfetto ed accurato. La prima cosa che ho notato, praticamente all’instante, l’altissima qualit degli accessori, delle plastiche e di tutti i componenti.
Ho testato il supporto per fresatrice FSN OFA sulla guida a binario utilizzando il supporto della Dremel 335 per fresare ( ho modificato la base del supporto della Dremel 335 ) ed i risultati sono stati stupefacenti, perfetti ed eccellenti.
Ho testato la guida a binario anche con il mio seghetto alternativo Bosch GST 160 CE ed i tagli sono stati eseguiti in modo perfetto, lineare, pulito, preciso e al 100% ad angolo retto.
L’ultimo test l’ho eseguito con la mia sega circolare Bosch GKS 85 G sulla guida a binario che si rivelata essere assolutamente indispensabile e semplicemente perfetta al 100%! Tagli impeccabili e perfetti!
In tutti i test ho utilizzato i morsetti e vi garantisco che, anche se dalle immagini possono sembrare semplici morsetti in plastica, sono massicci e molto resistenti oltre che solidi e fatti ad arte con materiali robusti ed altamente resistenti.
Il prezzo assolutamente conveniente perch se comprate questi accessori singolarmente andate oltre i 200 euro, ragion per cui consiglio vivamente l’acquisto di questo eccellente Kit di accessori.
Considerando la qualit del Kit ( assolutamente senza alcun compromesso o fregatura dietro l’angolo/punti deboli ) per 158,80 Euro mi sento realmente molto felice e soddisfatto in quanto so in modo assolutamente certo di aver fatto un grande affare ed un grande acquisto.

Produit Bosch utilis avec une dfonceuse Bosch POF 1400… non compatible, oblig d’acheter une semelle universelle pour l’adaptation, produit un peu cher, mais de bonne fabrication , les trous indexs au pas de 32 sont utiles pour la fabrication de meubles

Es gibt einen sehr guten Schnitt und das ist sehr schn.

Ich benutze dieses Gert zusammen mit einer Dewaltfrse.
Mit diesem Gert kann man genaue lange Nuten erzeugen. Die 32 er Rasterung ist fr Mbelbau eine groe Hilfe

Leider sind die 80cm Schiene fr die meisten meiner Vorhaben zu kurz so das ich noch 2 mal 1,60m dazugekauft habe.
Die Zwingen sind Pflicht fr eine problemlose Verwendung der Schiene.

qualitativ sehr gut, aber einen Stern Abzug wegen des Spiels des Stiftes, der in das Lochraster eintauchen soll.
Der gefederte Stift fand die Lcher nur sehr Schwer und ich musste bei fast allen Lchern den Stift hin und herbewegen. Nachdem ich den Stift “angestiptzt” (anfahren einer greren Fase) habe funktioniert es aber besser.

Habe jetzt festgestellt das meine GKS 190 Handkreissge an der (nicht gummierte Seite) Schiene perfekt entlang luft, super, werde mir noch die grere zulegen, habe mich so an das arbeiten damit gewhnt.
Habe damit meine 1,6m Schiene verlngert und befestigt bekommen.
Gnstiger als Einzeln zu kaufen.

Value for money is the reason I’m only rating 4 stars.

Leider geht der Bolzen nicht immer gleich ins Loch. Das nervt und kostet Zeit.
Ich hab eine strkere Feder eingebaut und seit dem funktioniert es tatelos. Es rastet sofort ein.
The rail is well built but is too short for most situations. The logical option would have been the 1100mm with RA 32mm system, but the only other available rail is the 1600 mm which is too long.
The base plate adapter for the router is poorly designed and the build quality is low: the markings on the adjusting knob are smeared, friction surfaces of the adjusting mechanism are prone to wearing and the tolerances are too high. It makes the precision of the rail useless.
Bei Seitenwechsel ndert sich das Bohrungsma in der lnge um 2mm.
Leider ist es nicht verstellba
Gleiches gilt fr dieses Zubehr. Musthave fr jeden Heimwerker, der sich mit den blauen Gerten von Bosch identifiziert.
Excellent piece of kit. A bit expensive but well worth it. Got it mostly for the guide rail and quick clamps for my circular saw with some occasional routing job in mind. Not 100% sure but it looks like the router base plate can fit my DeWALT D26204K.

Die genaue Platzierung ist nicht leicht erreichbar, da eine seitliche Messcala fehlt. der mitgelieferte Anschlaghilt nur wenn die Lochreihe ber die gesamte Lnge gehen soll. Die dazugehrigen Klemmzwingen sind leider nicht zu gebrauchen; die funktionieren nur wenn das Werkstck viel krzer als die Schiene ist!
Die Klemmzwingen sind grer und scheinen robuster als ich das von den Bildern her angenommen hatte, so bin ich auch an dieser Stelle positiv berrascht. Alles in Allem bin ich vllig zufrieden mit dem Kauf. Klare Kaufempfehlung.
Je l’utilise avec un GOF 16000, mme si le fait de devoir dvisser la semelle de la dfonceuse avant de la visser sur le support FSN OFA est un peu long, le rsultat est parfait surtout si vous devez enchainer plusieurs dizaines de pices. Pas vraiment rentable si vous ne devez faire qu’une seule pice moins d’avoir besoin d’une grande prcision.
Permet de raliser des feuillures, rainures et languettes sans dvier gauche ou droite …
Je n’ai jamais utilis le Taquet pour perage tous les 32mm (je n’en ai pas l’utilit)

The adaptor does have a slight play to the rail, but it’s minimal so you have accurate holes. I’m pleased with packaging, shipping and the product.

The clamps work extremely well to hold down the track to your work. A lot of people miss that there are two slots in the guide rail that you can clamp in. One is more advantageous if your material is narrow. With either slot, the clamps are well out of the way from a track saw (Mafell or Bosch) placed on the guide rail.
The comparable kit to this is the Festool LR32. However, this kit allows fitment of various routers to the sliding base. USA customers will have to decipher the routers it is compatible with. I have determined that this base will support the classic three hole “triangle” used by Porter Cable and many other manufacturers. I can’t recall offhand if the necessary metric machine screws are included or not. Locate the user manual for this kit online to see the list of routers and the needed screws.
I have not used this kit to drill out holes that are equally spaced, nor to route a long dado. But this is the only non-DIY solution I have found to going down the Festool path that mates directly to the track. There is only one supplier of this track in the USA (not even the Bosch brand actually is what is sold) but this track system and its connector are superior, in my opinion, to the Festool or Makita option.
