Good price to quality ration. Acceptable for light dirt / dust suction. Front light an added bonus. Battery life reasonable per charge, but not optimal.

This is a great vacuum cleaner , the suction is wonderful so powerful and does edge cleaning too, it’s also very easy to maneuver, not to heavy and easy to empty, it’s has good as my stand up Hoover. I definitely recommend it.

Seems quite practical. Easy to use. But I think suction is not as good as my mains hoover but that’s probably normal for cordless.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this due to getting a dog and I needed to hoover between house cleans as my dog sheds a bit. Very good at getting up pet hair between cleans and very light weight. I would buy again.

She’s very pleased with it but battery life is a bit short so going to get her a spare one

Bought to use as a quick fix hoover but am slightly addicted now and floor is cleaned more than ever. The LED lights scarily show up every speck of dust let alone normal debris. My 80 year old mother loved it and has now bought one herself. Easy to empty although I have used a chopstick to get out clumps of dirt when not emptied soon enough. No longer using my Henry!

Bought as a second vacuum cleaner to a standard wired Vax for
Using quickly when you need to clean up a spillage etc
    Cleaning the car
    Using on the stairs
Our teanager to clean up her room

Is it as powerful as the Vax no of course not, can we thoroughly clean the entire 3 bed house with it including moving all the furniture of course not the battery won’t last that long,
Will it do the tasks we purchased it for absolutely and it does way better than we expected, the powered head removes dog hairs the Vax leaves behind, it easily cleans up the car carpets the stairs and our daughters floor as never been so clean as its so light and easy to use.
Looking at the specs of the majority of these cordless cleaners if you’re expecting a direct replacement for a more traditional plug in cleaner and you have a standard 2 bed house or bigger I think you’ll be disappointed but if you’re realistic about its advertised capability it’s a fantastic tool

This Hoover exceeded my expectations, I was sceptical about the head light but it works really well as it shows up any small particles which you could have missed. It has good suction and is also very quiet in operation.

A bit heavy for it’s intended purpose. Reasonably quality. However filter unit is to large and dust container will not always empty without assistance.Dust is sometimes trapped by filter unit.

I am pleased with the suction power, it is easy to use and the battery life is adequate for my purposes. The only critism I would make is the “add on” tools can be difficult to take on and off, including emptying the bag.

fully charge takes 5 hrs from the box.
Easy to set up and very agile around the room, good suction and easy to empty with a twist of the tank.
I looked at the more expensive models and this hoover 300 is as good.

I like this hoover, once you experience the ease of chordless, you can’t go back. It lacks any power; sure it vacuums the carpet fine, but it is not a very powerful hoover. The attachments are useful, but these have no rotating head and rely only on weak suction, so stick to just using the main head and arm attached to the handle. It is generally pretty light, you might fatigue your wrist after 15-20 min of cleaning as the heaviest parts of the motor are in the handle. But a decent buy and a fair price.

This vacuum does the job reasonably well. The suction is good it manages to suck up the cat hair/fluff very well and the brush is easy to remove and clean.
I use mine every day sometimes twice a day because it’s so easy to whizz round my hard floors and carpet. I empty the canister generally after each use but that’s just me I don’t think you’d need to do that you could leave it to fill up.
Detaching the body of the vacuum from the stem is a bit tough but I’d rather that than it be a lose fit.
I am disappointed with the attachment for furniture and stairs it’s really not up to the job the tiny strips of velour type fabric came off after the 1st use and I have to keep sticking them back, I know I should complain but the thought of sending everything back puts me off. The attachment for crevices is ok. I like the fact that the battery comes out and can be charged anywhere. Overall not bad vacuum not sure I’d buy it again I might go for something with better attachments.

I moved to a new flat and needed a proper vacuum cleaner, so I decided to go for The Hoover since it was the most affordable quality-wise, and I love it! It works well on a variety of surfaces (wood, vinyl, carpet), the light is very helpful in getting at the corners, and it fits perfectly under my sofa so I don’t need to move it to clean underneath. It also works as a vacuum sealer really well, if you have one of those bags (for clothes/bedding, things like that) for storage, you can use the vacuum hole to suck in the air and seal the bag, which makes for super easy storage and great for moving bulky soft items such as winter coats and bedding! Would definitely recommend over a Dyson or a Shark!

After breaking my ankle in 3 places 11 weeks ago, I bought this for easiness for my husband and son (who both work full time) to whizz round instead of getting the upright Dyson out.

Yesterday I used it for the 1st time myself, crutch in one hand and hoover in other and found it really good, lightweight, does the job, run time is about 40 mins, battery indicator, removable battery for easy charging also hoover stands up on its own, I’ve not attached it to the wall so that’s good.

I also have 2 spaniels so like to hoover everyday so this is ideal for me at moment.

I looked at getting the cordless Dyson but couldn’t justify the money cos I already have 3 others that when I’m fit enough I will go back to using.

But this cordless Hoover meets my needs at the mome

We wanted a lightweight very manoeuvrable vacuum at a reasonable price and this fits the bill and ticks all the boxes. It is incredibly manoeuvrable with pretty good suction. It also cleans to the edge, particularly on hard surfaces.
If I am picky the bracket to hang the vac on appears very flimsy plus disappointed that we could not source a bracket to hang the two attachments on.
The upholstery attachment is fiddly and I suspect may snap!!!
The good points outweigh the negatives.

This is a well made product and well designed although the assembly would be better if it could be assembled by a blind man, as it will be assembled and disassembled many times during use. The assembly is easy enough when you can see, and already know how to do it, but I bent one of the pins when assembling the motor section to the carpet cleaner when I was not careful enough, my fault. When removing it from the packing case I triggered it on this is easy to do, It did not seem to have much suction but its ok when its complete with the tools connected. The product comes with a page covering safety and the Assembly instructions are on pages 1 to 6 on one sheet of paper and apply to several models, there are no written instructions, all being in picture form. The main problem is there’s No Parts list’s or Spares list’s, No parts are numbered or given a name, so you don’t know what should be included in the parcel. I could have assembled and disassembled this in 5 or 10 minutes given written instructions, but was over 2 hours sorting out and trying to understand the pictures. This may seem trivial for the young ones but is not for the older people. Its much harder to dismantle an item without doing damage than it is to assemble them, as you can see how they are made, Finally I am getting to like this more and more as I finally seem to have all the details such as where the release levers are and how to dismantle the parts, Note! its easy to accidently release the battery. Well I suppose you cant expect everything as this is at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this product.

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersPretty impressed with this hoover so far, sleek And lightweight design And love the blue colour. It is easy to use I just leave it plugged in all day so it’s ready to go when I need it. I both love and hate that it has a light on the front! Shows up all of the dust and hair. Had no idea my floors could get that dirty! It is easy to empty and clean the hairs out of the roller. Only issue I have is that the charge time doesn’t last that long so I have to do half the house put it on charge and do the other half. It is very handy for cleaning out my dog walking van, if it can manage to clean out all of the hairs and grit from the mess all the dogs make it must be pretty good.

I was a little sceptical of the H-Free 300 prior to using it however I was quickly reassured as it was easy to assemble, easy to use (I like that I don’t have to keep my hand on the switch) plus the LED dust locator ensured that all crumbs/dust etc was collected. It was simple to empty too and I was surprised that amount of dust it has picked up. My complaints is that when disconnecting the machine from the cylinder, it was a little cumbersome plus I would like to wash inside the cylinder and I cannot see how I can remove it.

Looking forward to testing out the other tool options

Golden Review Award: 26 From Our UsersFirst impressions, the hoover was easy to put together and quite lightweight to lift. Alongside the main attachment there were two attachments, a charger and a wall mount.

I gave the area around the box a quick once over with the hoover and it was quite easy to use. I like the trigger type controls and its handy that you don’t have to keep pressure on it, just a bit of pressure required for on and off. The light feature is unique but I can’t say it made the biggest difference when using it either in a well-lit or darker area (the pictures show the lights in a lit hallway and in the dark).

The hoover was easy to empty and was done very quickly. Something got tangled in the brush head and it wasn’t until then that I noticed you could remove the brush head, so that was pretty useful! It stands up fine on its own so I haven’t yet bothered with the wall mount. The battery monitor on the side is useful, but only having a small flat means that my hoovering is done in 10 minutes maximum, so I have only had to charge it three times in the first couple of weeks.

The different sections are a bit difficult to separate (i.e. when you want to change the attached tool or not take the whole unit to the bin). I don’t know whether it will get a bit easier to take apart once its been used a bit, but its thankfully only a minor irritation right now.

The hoover isn’t as powerful as a corded one, but that’s to be expected and in reality it’s the same as the difference between my corded and wireless power tools.

Overall its a decent hoover, a little bit tricky at times to separate the sections and not as powerful as a corded model, but very lightweight, convenient and easy to use and I am happy with my purchase.

Useful for small homes, just don't expect the same suction as a corded hoove

So far I am really pleased with this cleaner. Packaging was very good and presented in a way you could see what was what. The instructions were pictorial which I struggle with but you can download the full manual online. The battery needs to be charged for 5 hrs before first use. It detaches so it can be charged on its own. The attachments are quite stiff to remove but they feel very secure. The floor attachment is very good. The led light shows you exactly where you need to clean, it’s brilliant! The cleaner is very light to push around but heavy enough so you feel it is effective. I havent used as much as a hand held, it feels like it would be quite heavy to use it that way for longer than a few minutes but on the other hand the suction is far superior to our old hand held cleaner. I’ll probably keep it as a cleaner I use between getting our bagged cleaner out. If you’re using it just on hard floors it’s all you need. It would be ok for carpets as a main cleaner but you’d need to use the power boost button which reduces the battery time to about 20 minutes which isn’t enough for me to vacuum all of our carpeted rooms. Overall I would certainly recommend this cleaner. It even comes with a bracket for easy storage.

    Good quality handheld vacuum

Handy little hoover ideal for a quick tidy up. Lightweight(2.5kg)and adequate suction power in comparison to a plug in. Banishes dog hairs and dust no problem, even in those hard to reach places and the car. The floor head is flexible to manoeuvre under beds and sofas, the LED feature reveals dust on tiled or wooden floors. Two colours available either red or blue. 4 accessories are included in the price. The brush head is removable to unravel tangled hairs etc.Overall charge lasts approximately 30minutes in low power mode, I tend to keep mine on charge ready to use. Captivity isn’t huge at 0.7l however it’s quick and easy to empty. Overall great product, I would buy again.

Golden Review Award: 20 From Our UsersHaving used this Hoover for a couple of weeks now, it’s a good little unit, nice to use, decent performance, some nice features, but a few tweaks would have massively improved the day to day usage.

    Pro’s:
Lightweight – this thing is such a joy weight-wise compared to our old ball vacuum, whipping it out for a 2 minute blast to pick up dinner crumbs is great.
LED light – it has a light on both the unit for using it handheld, and on the floor attachment, means hoovering at night (or currently after 5pm!) is fine, no need to turn all the lights on.
Volume – really is quiet for the power it has. For most uses on carpet I’ll use it in boost mode for extra suction, it’s still quiet enough that I can do this after the kids have gone to bed. Performance – it starts off in a lower ‘auto’ setting (that I believe is different depending on which attachment you have on, which is neat) but a couple of presses on the power button has it up to ‘boost’ mode, and it’s a decent little sucker! Great for anywhere I’ve had to use it so far.
Battery life – so far so good! I’m getting around 25-30 minutes per charge I reckon (I’ve not actually ran it to 0%), and it has a handy battery meter on the side so you know how it’s getting on. I also haven’t seen a drop in power as the battery depletes.

    Con’s:
Wall mount – all this little plastic hanger does is hold the main unit. There is nowhere to store the attachments, and the charger doesn’t have anywhere to plug into, so you need to charge the unit itself or remove the battery and charge it separately. This to me is the most glaring omission, and its seems so easy to fix, make a larger holder that can house the attachments, and can be plugged in so the Hoover will charge when you simply hang it up. Doesn’t affect the actual performance, but the usability and storage could have been great, as it is, it is simply ‘acceptable’.
Capacity – this isn’t a major gripe I have, but it’s a con nonetheless. I find I’m emptying it after maybe 2 rooms. It’s a quick process to take off the floor attachment, pop it open over the bin, and crack on again. This is a sacrifice you make for having it be so small and light I suppose. I imagine I’ll keep my larger old unit for doing the main floors around the house due to this being able to do the lot in one go before being emptied.
Floor attachment head size – this I feel should be an extra 50% wider, the unit has the power to handle it, but as it’s quite thin, covering a large space takes a while.

I’ve used a cordless vacuum cleaner for many years so I was interested to try a different brand. The H-Free 300 is much quieter than I thought it would be, although the cats still don’t like it! It’s easy to change the different heads & the extension pole & it does gather up all cat hair & mine too. The brush/roller release is very simple to use so it’s easy to remove hair wrapped around the roller. There is a light which is great for highlighting bits you’ve missed, it’s also good for stray cat litter & it’s dust. There is plenty of charge to do my whole flat & more. I would just like some written instructions of how to take it apart as well as the diagrams. Overall I’m really pleased with my purchase.

This is a really easy to use vacuum cleaner, I’ve tried it on both hardwood floors, linoleum and carpet and it works well on all of the surfaces. There are some really handy features like the ability to stand it upright and go completely flat to get under those awkward sofas. The LED lights are a really nice touch and brighten up the dark corners making the job much easier so I don’t accidentally suck up any of the kids toys. I’ve been using a mains powered vacuum cleaner prior to this so in comparison the suction power is a little less which does mean sometimes you have to go over an area a couple of times to pick up everything but this is countered by the really lightweight design and lack of wire getting in your way. Overall it’s a really good product and one I can see myself using for the foreseeable future.

I wouldn’t ordinarily go for this hoover but after my well known branded one broke (and I wasn’t impressed with it anyhow) I decided to give this one a go. The things I like – it’s lightweight – it’s quieter than my previous cordless hoover so I don’t worry about waking up the kids – it’s flexible – the LED light, it’s crazy how it highlights the dust – that I can remove the brush and easily clean it (my hair malts like crazy so this is a good feature) – good battery life The things that could be improved – an easier way to empty the dust – stronger suction, it took me a while to work out how to boost the suction but even then I thought it could’ve been stronger If you’re like me and have to preschool age kids and feel like you constantly just clean up after people then this hoover will do those quick jobs for you.

Having recently downsized to a cottage and in desperate need of a new hoover, this seemed ideal. I’ve never had a hands free or upright hoover and I have been pleasantly surprised at how good it is! Boxed nicely, simple to set up and with multiple handy attachments which I have used all but one of. It’s been excellent at picking up my hair which I’ve found other brands haven’t been able to do easily, but I’ve had some trouble with it tearing the edges of my carpet in places. If you have any loose carpet fibres it literally will rip them up! It’s also not as good at hoovering up crumbs and particles as I’m used to and it definitely needs emptying more often than others due to the sheer size of the container. I love that you can see the contents though. Due to its ease of use I’ve found I’ve definitely been cleaning more and it’s so much easier than lugging a huge hoover up and down the stairs so perhaps that’s why it needs emptying more often! The battery charge isn’t great on it however, and for me it hasn’t lasted more than 25 minutes before it cuts out. I’ve taken it all apart as per the instructions to give a fuller clean and it was really easy, but also glad I did because I located a blockage in the pipe that was clearly affecting the suction! I would recommend this for people who are short of space or have small pets, but not for those with anywhere bigger than a small cottage or apartment. PROS: * lightweight and simple to use * compact and can be stored almost anywhere * great for hoovering the car * excellent hair and fur capturing CONS: * battery life could be better * general suction on dirt isn’t great * can snag loose carpet fibres * the attachments are so stiff to remove

I was skeptical, but he surprised me very positively. Light so you can easily reach the ceiling, the tops of the windows. Easy vacuuming of stairs because it’s cordless. Front light helps you see the tiniest dust. A rotating brush pulls all the hair out of the carpet. I thought I had a clean rug, but after using your vacuum cleaner I can see how much hair was left in it. Easy to use, even for an eight-year-old girl. Battery last for around a hour so can clean home at one time. Easy to clean rubbish box, always looks like new after emptied. Not need a lot of space so can keep in the kitchen corner. I’m in love!

Having used cordless vacumes in the past which failed to deliver on power of picking up dirt, the expectations with this were low. To my surprise this exceeded my expectations, the pick up on both wooden flooring and carpets was comparable to plug in vacumes which always delivered. Being able to adjust the power of the Hoover is an advantage especially on hard areas such as carpets. The flexible head on the hoover rotates easily around corners is impressive. My only gripe is I wished it would last longer as when you use it on the higher setting it does not last as long. Summary this is a great light powerful hoover with great features, just needed more juice.

First of all, this is a nice looking product. Its sleek, a fun colour and not bulky. Straight out the box I realised how light it is which is ideal for doing stairs etc. It comes with several different attachments, not all of which I have used but so far they work well. You change them by clicking them in. It’s simple and requires no force or additional strength which is great for someone like m who has arthritis. The cylinder that keeps all the dirt is easy to take off and clean and again, it’s very lightweight. It has a button near the handle where you can turn up the power. I actually hadn’t noticed this at first as it doesn’t have any obvious plus or minus signs on it and the box gave the impression they were lit up which they’re not. I found the power on it pretty good for a cordless vacuum though I think if you have thick carpets you may need a bit more oomph. I particularly love the headlights so you can see under things, something I feel is missing from a lot of vacuum cleaners nowadays. I have used it for about 20 minutes straight and found the battery lasted well but have yet to try it for a longer period, so the jury is still out on that. You can detach the battery to charge it or just plug straight into the cylinder. I found it overall to be a really good product for my needs. It’s lightweight, easy to store and does what it’s built for which I’m very happy about.

    Good cordless vacuum

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersI immediately liked the look of the product (red and black) and that fact that the light at the front is quite helpful for seeing what to pick up, although my sister doesn’t find it that useful.

Positives: This hoover is amazing at picking up hair – the brush filled up completely after hoovering a couple of rooms that had recently been hoovered with a different cleaner. The brush is also very easy to remove to clean – it’s just a single clip. The suction is pretty powerful, especially when you turn on the turbo power (although the button for that is not too obvious!). It’s pretty easy to remove the top section to use it as a handheld, or for ease or charging. It seems to charge fairly quickly, and holds a decent charge.

Negatives: the placement of the on/off button is a bit awkward. You are always turning it on or off without meaning to. Having the cylinder at the top makes it feel quite unstable and means it is difficult to empty it without taking the shaft off first. The various accessories can’t be stored on the body of the hoover, because it is so slim, but that means you have to find somewhere else to store them, and are therefore less likely to use them. The instructions are very unclear. They are just pictures with no words. To release the catch that keeps the hoover upright you apparently have to just pull, but it makes such a horrible snapping sound that we thought we had broken it the first time we did it! It’s become less stiff with use.
Accessories: These are generally good. I like the dusting attachment but it was hard to slide the little brush down the crevice tool to turn it in to a dusting tool, even after I figured out which button to press. The crevice tool is great for the car, and I love the fact that you can put it on the end of the shaft for tight spots like the side of the bed, but I found that it was still too short to reach down the back of the bed (over the headboard). This mix ‘n’ match thing is one of the best things about the hoover; you can even fix the foot straight on to the cylinder, without using the the shaft, which is great for doing stairs or car floors. The ?curtain tool is ok, but one of those things that will probably just sit in a corner and not get used.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersMy background – I live with a messy partner and a cat. I have part wooden flooring and part carpet throughout the house. I also have a linen chesterfield sofa, which attracts all sorts of fluff, cat hair, dust etc. so I was really happy to be accepted on to this campaign!

The box arrived (slightly damaged as something had leaked on the box in transit from Amazon, but luckily none of the contents were!). I was intrigued with the different attachments that came with this vacuum so tested it right away in the living room where I have wooden flooring. There is a light on the front of the vacuum which is a brilliant feature, although on light grey floor, after using I could still see speckles of dust! You can change the power of the cleaner using the touch screen button!

The Hoover is light weight and easy to use. I love the fact it gets right down low meaning I don’t have to move my sofa or units out of the way! I then used one of the pet attachments on the sofa, which I must admit has sold this product to me. I have two other big branded vacuum cleaners, one hand held, to use for the sofa and whilst they are good, this is way better! I have used the hoover upstairs once (carpeted bedrooms) and the amount of dust it collected was eye opening! The battery also lasts a long time! I think the only negative thing about this is that it isn’t that powerful compared to my other cordless vacuum cleaner. But its great for quickly running over the front room! I am yet to test it on the car.

Golden Review Award: 38 From Our UsersI love this vacuum cleaner!! I’ve had a much heavier upright vacuum prior to this one, and that was such a difficult machine to maneuver and use. This one on the other hand is extremely light weight. This feature, to me, is the best thing about this vacuum. The vacuum is very easy to put together once you take it out of the box. Its build quality is great and feels very durable, despite being light-weight. The size of the vacuum is also great, in the sense that its attachments are more maneuverable and easily go into places that my previous upright vacuum cleaner couldn’t. The vacuum is cordless, which is great. With the smaller fitting, you can use it to clean your kitchen cabinets or your car easily. The suction power is good – you initially think it’s not great, but that’s before you realise that the power can be turned up by swiping right on the handle. Read the instructions, clearly! Since it is cordless, it needs to be charged up – and needs a fair amount of charging up before first-use. I have noticed that the charge lasts enough time for you to vacuum 4 extra-large rooms on the high power setting easily, which is an entire home for most people! The charge frequency / time is the one thing that I wish were a lot lower. The other thing to add is that its container is relatively small and so you do need to empty it more often. The vacuum is definitely a lot quieter than larger ones, especially when it’s on the default, low-power mode. Even on full power, it’s not as noisy as my previous upright vacuum. I also love the LED lights that are on the vacuum and on the long attachment. This means that when you’re vacuuming, you can easily see the dirt, which then gives you a lot of satisfaction and reassurance that the machine is working well. On the whole, I am happy with this product, and would definitely recommend it.

A brilliant vacuum cleaner, it’s one of the best I have ever used, my favourite feature has to be the light… both of them. The one on the floor sweeper is brilliant, really highlights any bit of fluff etc that needs to be picked up and the second on the handheld unit is excellent when cleaning both the sofa and the headboard. I also love that this stands upright when not in use, my previous vacuum had to be rested against a wall as I never use the wall mounted stands. This vacuum can be left free standing anywhere. Another thing I love is the on button doesn’t need to be held while in use, you can turn the button on and then off again, a previous vacuum I used had to have the on button held constantly and my finger ached while I was doing the floors. Changing the tools is simple on both the handhald and on the long handle and I was able to clean the sofa easily with the hand held and the larger brush tool. I have used the long handle to cleanthe ceilings, lampshades, wall lights, vertical blinds and skirting boards, it has so many uses with the brush on the end. My other favourite aspect is being able to remove the battery to charge it and the clear battery light to see when it needs charging or is fully charged. It’s light weight too and easy to move around and use at heights. My only negatives, and these are minor, are that the tools are a bit hard to manage with long nails. The brush on the long pipe tool can be moved half way up, but it’s difficult for me to press the button in to get it back down to the bottom again and the larger brush which can be clipped on and off the fabric cleaning brush is again difficult for me to get on and off as it’s quite stiff to remove, this may change with use though. Overall I love it and would recommend this product to anyone looking for this type of vacuum.
