Nice unit. Used in room with wood burner .Always some fumes after reloading .Purifier up to max for a few minutes clears smell away very quickly. Then back to auto .very quiet.

    Great product

On auto it is silent when on the lowest fan setting. Don’t even notice it on. Remember to remove all packaging before turning it on. Just read the instructions first.

There is a black sponge on the sensor this should remain on. I checked directly with the company and it should remain on

Removes cooking smells for sure. Air feels cleaner and more fresh. Sensor will pick up pot quality. Most of the time it’s been on blue for me which is good air quality.

I leave it on auto 24 hours a day and it’s just works away no problems.

Instructions says allow 30cm all around the device not blocked in any way. That’s ok all sides of the purification device. I didn’t no this until I read the instructions. Too late as the location I have it is slightly closed. Even with this it seems to be working ok.

When on the max fan setting. You will notice the sound but it is working hard and the air flow is fast and very powerful.

You do feel a very small draft. Very very slight nothing really to worry about.

Overall glad I bought it. Overall cleans the air in the matrix for sure. Good buy would recommend.

    Works for sure

Good looking unit, about the size of a kitchen waste bin. Very quiet fan when low and a useful night setting. You may turn off the display which is good because the coloured indicator light is very bright at night.

Perfect filters they are a bit pricey but they work extremely well at keeping the air quality correct in the house

Very easy to set up, almost silent when running. The different coloured lights on the top tell you at a glance whether the air quality is good or bad. Would recommend this air purifier.

This definitely moves air, but the sensor is not the best. When I first got it, I turned it on and it said the air was fine. It wasn’t, the room was very dusty. I searched online and removed the black sponge that covered the area around the sensor. This was not written in the manual to take it off. After that it worked. It can tell for example if somebody is smoking about 10 feet away for example, but leave it on auto and it acts like it cleared the smoke in less than 5 mins. I feel like it takes longer than advertised to clear a room.

I bought this on special around 130, so it was worth it for that money.

I bought this as my daughter has three cats and I have a cat allergy. My symptoms were greatly reduced and I was able to stay over at her house. Sleep mode is inaudible to me but it still keeps filtering. I haven’t changed the filter yet. It’s quite a large item, but not unsightly. We had looked for a black equivalent but the white looks fine. I think it might be good for hayfever too.

It’s very good and easy assembly. (Only need to add the filter)

This just sits there sucking in dust and smells and blows out clean air. It is on the large side but is very quiet in operation. FILTERS! These jumped up in price and then became hard to find, then near impossible to find. Been waiting for it to break down so I can stop using it and buy something else, it just keeps going though, which is a credit this machines build quality.
So in short. Filters are 55 quid, sometimes they are not in stock, machine is very reliable.

We had this air purifier for almost two years now . It is marvellous. I have allergy to dust and bought this to help me with my allergy . It did the trick , I feel much better since , less dust and air particulates in the air . Filter is amazing , all you need to do is gently hoover with brush attachment and put back on . Love this

We have been using in our bedroom and I have been sleeping better since using it. The filter needed changing after 6 months and it was very dirty so could see how much dust was captured. The filters are around fifty pounds so not cheap but is worth it for better night sleep. Overall this is a very good product.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery expensive and took nearly 6 months to finally come online with Amazon but they work very well and there is a noticeable difference from my 11 month old original filter. These are genuine too.

     Australia

In Australia there appears to be a shortage in supply on large cost effective Air Purifiers (i.e Samsung AX7500 AIR PURIFIER $799AUD) with the majority of online retailers indicating they are out of stock until the end of November possibly into December. Not only is the Levoit product fit for purpose, you save by almost half the price to that of a comparable item. Great product clears the air in my large living room in minutes. Once I attached a standard power adapter I was on the way to having a home with increased air quality. I recommend this product if you are in Aus and wanting a unit for a large living space at a cost effective price. I’m completely satisfied with this purchase.

    Works well. Cool, fresh air.

I mostly keep it in auto mode. More sensitive than smoke alarm – which doesn’t like burnt toast. If cooking fumes – ie overdone toast – waft out, it ramps up and the ring goes yellow or red.
Also if I kick up dust it’s on it. That’s usually a green before it returns to blue; job done

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI’m not stuffed up at night, Der Der. My Birch Trees in the garden loved to wake me up in the night by their constant rain of pollen, not anymore, this machine is brilliant. Quite large, peddle bin sized, but ultra quiet and you can turn the blue light off too, so no disturbance.
The filters can be sourced and reasonably priced and the machine tells you when they are clogged.
All in all a good bit of kit ..oh and less dusting as well. A real match winner.

5.0 out of 5 stars Trees nil, air filter one. A winner.

In general I’m happy with it. It certainly seems to be a quality product. I like the touch sensitive controls on top of the unit. It’s fairly easy to install the filter cartridges. I use it mostly in sleep mode in the bedroom, in that mode it’s very quiet. When the fan operates at full power, it makes more noise, but no more than should be expected. It’s a pity that the casing doesn’t feature grab holds or handles, which would make it easier to pick up and move. The instructions specify a minimum of 15 inches or 38 cm clearance all round. I wonder why that much clearance is needed even on the sides which have no air intake.

Received yesterday and today used for the first time so probably a little early to give a true opinion. Had thought maybe it would be difficult to open things around the back but very easy. Is large but will be fine for where I want it to be.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI looked at at least 10 different air purifiers and even made a spreadsheet comparing features before I chose this air purifier. I spent a little more than I was planning to spend, but it was on a discount when I bought it. It’s much bigger than what I was imagining I’d end up with, but for the space I’m in, it’s the right size.*

I’m noise sensitive and it is really quiet. I keep it on the night setting all the time unless there’s a reason not to.
The light will show the air quality which is a nice feature but I normally keep it turned off.
I sleep better at night – I was struggling with sleep and for some reason, this genuinely helps.
I’ve come off my asthma medication and I seem to be fine (I don’t recommend that everyone does this though, I only have mild asthma).
I chose this one because it’s got a HEPA and activated carbon filters. This deals with both allergens and smoke.

I’ve only had it a couple of months, but so far, so good 🙂

*I learnt you need to look at the Clean Air Delivery Rate (CADR) to check between the models what size room they are good for. Some manufacturers will say that an air purifier will be good for a really big room but it would only filter the air 3 times an hour. It’s better if you can get an air purifier that filters the air for the room size 5 times an hour. So it’s better to look at the CADR rather than just trust what the manufacturer says the room size ought to be.

Very pleased with this product. Takes up the footprint of an average waste paper basket. Noise level is not intrusive. When I walk past it, it changes colour from default blue to red to green and back to blue as its filtering process kicks in so it’s super sensitive. I used to see tiny dust particles in my living room swirling against sunlight. They are gone now. Like my fridge/freezer, I haven’t switched it off since I bought it. The fan also produces a background cooling effect so it boosts my air-conditioning! Win-win!

I was sceptical – but the air in my lounge feels so much cleaner it’s palpable. Very quiet operation you don’t know it’s working away. If you want the fan coming function higher – it does cool the room. Overall I’ve been very impressed. Pleased I bought it.
