It’s very good and does what it should. Occasionally it does not sence movement and occasionally the light comes on and no picture is taken.

I bought this for my garden room but I can see the whole garden because of the wide view angle. The quality and function of this product is as good as some other well known brands but almost at half of the cost. Picture is very sharp. You can set the motion sensor to work at different time of the day. Flood light is very useful in the night. Absolutely love it.

Good quality product but unnecessarily difficult to set up. Scan this, press that. However once set up it’s fantastic. Should provide a memory card too but I suppose it helps keep the cost down?

This is fantastic time and space saving design which provides a lot of functionality. Out of the box the the product is impressive with solid build quality including big solid metal heatsinks for the LED arrays. Definitely gives a feeling of confidence that it will last in all weather conditions.

Mounting the camera is not difficult, but obviously you’ll need to drill and seal a hole to deliver power to the device. This isn’t that much of an issue though bear in mind that depending on where you choose to mount it, you may need some help to do this. Be sure to complete the setup process before fixing it to a high wall though as unlike older style cameras it needs a wifi connection to continue and you’ll need to be at least very close to the camera to get it done. The process is really simple though, and the QR code scanning is really convenient and innovative.

In use, the lights are super bright and the camera is good quality. The only real complaint is with the lag on the 2 way audio, but unless you’re trying to have a full conversation it shouldn’t be a problem in most situations.

Overall, the price is good for the functionality, very happy with this.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is an LED floodlight with two LED panels mounted either side of a HD video camera.
Mains powered it comes with bare mains wires, so you will need to know what you are doing to install it, or get someone who does to do it for you. One man for consideration when looking for a suitable location for this product is that you will have a good wi-fi signal for it, with poor or no wi-fi it is not going to be quick to connect or to notify you of motion activity, and it may keep disconnecting, so make sure you have a good signal, I suggest you do a test from the proposed location before drilling any holes.the live camera view shows the wi-fi signal strength as a percentage in the top right corner of the display.
Once installed add the floodlight camera to the Link2Home Pro app, which is excellent by the way, so many of these apps are poor, this is an exception. It can be found in the Video Surveillance section of the device list.
The live image from the camera is excellent, it is true 1080p @12 frames per second, or you can get 25 frames per second using the SD stream, I did not measure the resolution but it is definitely good enough for normal use and to keep network requirements/data usage low.
Audio both ways is good, quite a nice sound from the mic and to the speaker and the audio coming in/out of the app is also good, nice and loud.
The floodlight can be set to come on like a normal security light, it can also be scheduled to switch on and off at specific times and you can remotely switch it on and off via the app. The light is a cool white light, and enough to light up a whole garden or driveway.

    Excellent Camera

Oh wow. Link2Home is nailing it with these products.

I usually criticise wifi cameras but this one is lovely. The light panel is very big and VERY bright, it’s a proper front yard floodlight.

It’s easy to setup, download the app (I already had for another camera, scan the QR code and you’re pretty much there).

Installation is oK. the mount isa bit cheap but works well, obviously you need full on power for the light – get an electrician to help if you need a new power socket.

The light is well built, and the camera quality is decent, 1080p but in a good way. I’m really impressed.

The app works well and allows for notifications and viewing.

The floodlight works well and lights the back yard pretty good without bothering the neighbors. The wiring and setup is quite easy after installation, it basically walks you through the initial setup. It works beautifully; exactly as it is supposed to. It’s very attractive. The picture is so clear and covers quite a large area. Night vision is reasonably good too, especially when it switches to color, it’s pretty amazing.

This Link2Home Outdoor Floodlight with Camera, Alarm, and PIR function is very functional and frankly a great idea.

The outdoor camera has an LED floodlight with motion sensor and is ideal for home security in the Garden, Garage, Car Park etc. I set this one up to replace my existing floodlight above the garage door to light the drive way and gate to the front door. As the power cable is there already it’s really simply installation.

It is similar in size to a normal 100w LED floodlight but with the added camera, night vision and motion sensor. It connects to power with a 3 core mains power cable on the back and comes with an articulated mounting arm so you can rotate it to the position you wish to leave it in place to monitor.

FloodlightCam is a motion-activated security camera (PIR) floodlight with a 125dB siren alarm. It features motion sensor and sound detection with 2-way audio and full HD video recording for a complete home security CCTV package. When motion or sound is detected the device will capture a still image in the app memory for your to review in the message center. Add an optional micro SD card to record a 30-second video when motion or sound is detected to review in the app.

Set up of this smart camera could not be simpler and the Link2Home brand has proved to be the easiest of any of my security cameras. You just allow the camera to QR code in the app, and its online !!! All in about 2 minutes.

It also has a built-in microphone and speaker so you can tune in with real-time audio to communicate two way with via the Link2Home Pro app.

The image itself is super sharp streaming full 1080p content to your device with clear night vision provided up to 10m with IR. With the ability to get a 140 wide-angle view of the area you can zoom in and enhance the image which is very cool day or night thanks to night vision LED sensors. The CMOS sensor also provides better image clarity compared to CCD sensors. You can use the app to zoom in and watch the feed live on your smart phone.

It has Alexa integration using Alexa Skills to ask “Alexa show (Room Name) camera” then it pops up on your Alexa Show 5 or 8 or Fire Stick. Main niggle though as with my other cameras is that there is a really annoying 12 second delay due to the Alexa severs, not the camera’s fault. However for an outdoor security camera makes the Alexa function useless as your visitors / intruders will be gone by the time it pops up on your Alexa Show.

All in all a very good solution and highly recommended.

Nice design and great feature se

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersWhat a great idea, instead of installing a flood light to lit up the driveway or garden why not pay a bit more and get every security function available all roll into one easy to use smart unit!

The unit is self is no bigger than most large 100W LED flood light, black plastic front with Metal heatsink on the back of the LED panels. It comes with a metal mount which is really strong and requires small hex key to loosen up and adjust. To power the unit there is a 3 core flexible wire on the back which you will need to connect to a wall electric outlet.

To install the system all you need to do is download the app and register an user account, power up the camera and hold up a QR code in front of the camera and the rest will be taken care of. You will need a SD card (not provided) if you wish to record video locally, there is cloud option but will need subscription.

The app is very easy to use and the video is really sharp on phone screen, I set it up as continuous recording. You can also set it up as motion activation and record only when motion is detected. The LED lights is very powerful, having it close to my face I can barely keep my eyes open. Night vision is black and white if the light is not activated, full colour when the flood light is activated etc. The 2 way audio is better than I expected, the speaker is loud and clear for voice and as an intruder alarm. It will send you an alert with a photo when motion is detected, you can switch off this function with the phone app.

The only thing I don’t like is that there is no way to get the video footage off the camera except using the app to record on screen, this will degrade the video quality. It does what with Alexa when the Link2Home skill is enabled in Alexa app, however, there is a 20 second start up time making it useless if you want to answer the door and view who is there etc. By the time it show up on your smart TV the person at the door would have left already. I would stick to using the phone app as there is only a few second delay instead

Floodlight, alarm, motion detection and camera all in one

Installation of this floodlight is done in couple of minutes, especially if you already have electricity on a spot where it will be mounted. Electricity is actually condition in order to make it work. After mounting it needs to be connected with application via WiFi. Here I must mention it works with 2 different applications that I’ve tried: Link2home Pro and SmartLife. Both apps are basically same, just different names. And they both can be viewed in Alexa display devices. After that I recommend you to set the correct angle and that’s it.

Image quality is amazing and when light turns on, it goes from night vision to color vision in less then a second so it shows clear video feed. At the bottom there is also micro sd card spot to save all of your footage on it. Floodlight also offers recording zone, so you can limit it on when it should start to record any movement and notify you on your phone.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLooking at this its like nothing you have seen before. So fair play to Link2home for creating this as it is a new concept which works really well. Cameras are good but not always a deterrent, having floodlights on them however certainly is. And let me tell you these lights are bright ! very bright indeed and when on full power can blind you if up close. The build quality of the Link2home range are fantastic and it was even easier to mount. Once setup the picture quality is great even at night and I found the app to be really easy to use and most importantly, reliable. Brilliant camera which provides a deterrent and added security would recommend !

This is bigger than I had expected, but that’s fine as it really is a proper floodlight rather than the feeble lights I’ve seen on other cameras. It lights up my whole garden no problem at all, and you can switch it on/off from the app which is great for getting a proper look at the garden at night.

Installation was simple enough but you do need basic DIY and electrical skills and the relevant tools. Setting it up in the app is dead easy – worked first time. The app (Link2Home Pro) is a rebadged version of Tuya Smart, which is made by Tuya who produce a lot of smart home equipment under various names, which means it should be compatible with other Tuya equipment and you could use them all together in one app if you wanted to, which would be more convenient than having multiple different apps installed on your phone.

Importantly, the app connects to it and shows an image quickly. The motion detection works well and records clips to a micro SD card that you can then watch back on your phone. The two way speech works well, but I’m not sure it’ll get that much use as I don’t have much need to talk to people in my back garden via a camera! However it could be useful to be able to listen in if something suspicious was happening.

Overall I’m very happy with it.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersSimplified this is a combined floodlight, camera and alarm that offers a load of features such as two-way audio, night vision, motion detection, and wi-fi connectively to name just a few.

First impressions were good – it was well packaged and came with good instructions including a QR code to scan for setting up. It was bigger than I was expecting (due to the large LED floodlight panels) but they work very well, producing brilliantly bright light. The size is justified as I’m sure any smaller would have resulted in a less impressive result. Additionally, it is lighter than expected so I had no concerns when it came to mounting it on the wall.

The build quality is reasonably good considering the price. I’ve seen better but I’ve also seen worse – one point to note is that I had a loose-screw on the back panel that refused to tighten. I personally doubt it will cause any major problems or ingress of weather but I’ll update this review if it does.

It’s easy to set-up and get to grips with, requiring some DIY knowledge (such as how to use a drill and screwdriver) as well as a bit of basic wiring. Nothing is too difficult, and once it’s done – the app to control the camera is brilliant. The video quality is high (I won’t start to comment on the type of HD, resolution, and frame rate as it’s easy to get bogged down on numbers) but the point is it produces clear and detailed videos.

It’s good to be able to “pan” the camera to get different viewing angles as required (rather than just a fixed image). It’s also great to be able to connect more than one of these cameras (or another from Link2home) at the same time in the app to increase coverage.

Your video feed is secured by 128-bit SSL encryption for peace of mind – this is more than adequate as a lot of people seem a bit paranoid about someone hacking into their wi-fi and then hacking into their video.

I was a bit disappointed with the 2-way audio, at times there is a lag of a few seconds (noticeable when the audio appears out of sync). I’m not sure what is causing this problem (at the time of reviewing no one else has commented on the problem) so it might be “my fault” either setting something up wrong or something interfering. It’s not a major problem but thought worth mentioning in case you are planning on using the audio frequently.

At just over one-hundred pounds it offers good value for money when you consider the features and the functionality. There is plenty of reasons to recommend this and only a few reasons not to. I personally would have loved it the design allowed you to adjust the angles of the light-pannels. While it may have added to the cost, I feel it would have been worthwhile.

Overall a great camera, lighting, and security solution for your home.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersReally smart looking light.
Comes with all the bits you need to fix it. Mine is on the summerhouse about 15 feet from the house.
Allen key supplied to adjust angles, and puts up in very short time.
However – got a bit lost with installing the WiFi elements of it and had to have half a dozen tries before it finally worked.
Once installed it’s great. Lots of controls via the app for recording video and still images, switching light on and off manually, and also setting up as a movement detector light.
Takes a small (micro?) SD card as well.
Not cheap, but good looking and well featured.
    Why no 5 stars?
It’s not easy to set up and the cable is quite short, so you have to spend a fair bit of time lengthening the flex to reach a socket.

This is a nice looking outdorr security camera/light. Its very easy to put up just needs wiring into mains. The app is downloaded by scanning the qr code on the box and this is very easy to set up. The light itself is bright thanks to the two LED pannels. The camera is very good quality and provides a nice clear crisp image even in night time. This camera also has a built in two way speaker which again works very well and is loud and clear. You also have the option of inserting a micro SD card into this camera which will then save all of you alarm clips and manually recorded clips.
Overall the build quality is good, as is the picture quality and all features work as they should so I am giving this product a 5 star rating.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersStarting from size, this thing is reasonable. Bigger size of it is caused just because of LED panels so no problem with that.
Moving over to light I will just say *watch your eyes* and DO NOT look directly into it. It lights up so good that this will be the only light you’ll need for your garden or front porch it is that good! Even better is that you turn it on with your phone.
Picture wise it is just fine for HD quality supported and i would say that night vision is as good as day picture if not even better. 2 way talk works perfectly and sound and response of device is clean and clear.
Set up and connection is easy and no trouble just under 5 minutes.
Device itself comes with cable only so minimal electrical DIY knowledge will be required to install it. Take all precautions please as you will be working with electricity and don’t forget to turn off your main switch fuse!

Great device, multiple functions working smoothly and with no problems. Recommended!

    Didn't expect this!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersSetting it up was easy and there is a qr code for the app on the box, the app itself was intuitive and easy to understand which is always a big plus with these cameras, the image quality superb and the floodlight really good it’s enough to light my front garden up nicely and I’ve had no false triggers so far, build quality seems very good indeed and overall I’m over the moon with it and have no problem recommending it.

Easy to set up and get going with
