Tastes really nice straight from the sachet or as an emulsion mixed with water. I personally prefer to mix it with orange juice.

My daughter Took a few of them when unwell and I am sure it helped clear symptoms . I feel it was easily absorbed and seems to work better than the tablets.

This is a great product with high quality ingredients, much better than non liposomal vitamins. I am very happy with this product. Would recommend.

Seems worked for my daughter’s unpleasant stomach, but she said the taste is not very good and refuses to drink second time.
Natural ingredients is safe to children but just 5 pack in a box which wouldn’t last long.
    Probably more suitable for adults.

My daughter tends to get an upset tummy at school and will often complain about the very greasy unpleasant canteen food which gives her tummy ache sometimes by the afternoon. As she stays at school three night due to distance i’ve not really known what to do.

These individual doses of mint flavoured activated charcoal seemed ideal. I gave her instructions to use them as needed.

She tried her first sachet last week. She was really pleased. She says her tummy has been bugging her for a while and ever since she took the first one she has felt much better.

Activated charcoal is a powerful detoxifier so i do wonder if she’s had something brewing and this swept it out.

She looks better and says her tummy has completely settled down. Easy to take. She says it’s a nice mint flavour and she was able to just pour it in a water bottle to drink.

The individual doses are ideal for her school situation or just to keep one in the car or handbag.

A bit expensive for only 5 packets, but my daughter had no issues by drinking these vitamins. The taste is good, fruity and has a good quality.

Expensive at almost 9 for 5 sachets!..Though I suspect that there are a lot of parents who would happily buy this product for their kiddy!
Pleasantly fruity in taste most children would like this!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have a child who is slightly on the spectrum and they struggles to sleep. They are the kind of child I’ve had to invent sleep spray for when they were a toddler, use lavender and set routines to help when they got older. As they move into their teenage years and this is quite a good idea. I really don’t know if it is a placebo or not but it does help and I am happy to recommend it on that basis.

It’s a sachet of drink which smells and tastes a bit like a malt drink, similar to Ovaltine or Horlicks. The taste isn’t something that draws my child to drink it but I can’t get around this by dissolving a sachet of powder with a splash of boiling water and then topping up with warm milk. The trick to get it to taste good is squirting a dash of honey – it tastes more like honey and milk then!

It’s something that is a nice addition to our routine. As states that you need to drink this two hours before bed, it gives us plenty of time to still get ready and do all the other things we need to before bed.

These sachets arrived boxed with easy to follow directions for use. The black charcoal powder looks uninviting but it really does work. The smell and taste is peppermint and of course it does have a rather charcoal-y texture in the water. I just knocked it back and once it’s gone, know I will reap the digestive benefits. The only downside is that it’s not very child friendly in flavour. I mixed a sachet with blackcurrant for my son but the peppermint shines through and makes it quite unpleasant. Maybe a peppermint free option would be idea for kids so that parents can try to hide the mixture better? Otherwise, fantastic and I would order again for myself.

Ideal for adults with an upset stomach

Small little help for an upset tummy. Super natural. I think it would be perfect for children if you don’t want to load them with artificial medicine.
Easy to use and mix with a little bit of water (100ml for one sachet). It has a black colour (contains activated charcoal from coconuts) and the other two ingredient are apple powder and peppermint.
Since it is targeted towards kids as well I was expecting more sweetness (maybe from apple) but it doesn’t really have a flavour, I can notice only a hint of peppermint.
5x 2g sachets come in a simple one ink colour paper box; I love the logo and the natural wholesome feel it gives.
I used to drink charcoal for detox but I think it would get a bit too pricey to take this daily so I will keep this pre-mixed potion in my medicine cabinet for the upset tummy times.

    Gentle and natural

This pack has absolutely NO plastic. It comes in an outer cardboard box and inside the sachets are paper soI am very pleased to know I am not adding to the plastic mountain.

The powder is quite grainy but does dissolve pretty easily in water so long as you give it a good stir.

It tastes pleasant – a kind of fruity flavour that I can’t imagine anyone objecting to.

You do only get five sachets in the pack which costs 8.95 so it is an expensive supplement compared with most.

I decided to have one a day before my flight so that I am as fully built up with immunity and able to enjoy my break with my son and his family.

Would I buy these again? Probably not and that is purely because of the price.

Enjoyable flavour, my daughter initially found the thought of powdered vitamins a bit off putting as she was used to taking them in gummy form.
Thankfully the berry flavouring changed her mind and she really enjoys it, she says it’s refreshing.
Such an easy way to make sure your kids get their quota of these vital vitamins and minerals each day.

Lavender is an amazing plant; it promotes relaxation and lessons stress. I have been using lavender oil in a diffuser in the bedroom for some time now. When I had the opportunity to give these drinks a try I was more than happy to do so. The drinks come in individual sachets, they are easy to mix and do not clump or sink into bits. It is recommended that children over 12 and adults have two sachets.
It smells really nice, and it tastes amazing. I sipped it to make it last as I enjoyed it so much, the flavour is really nice. After about half an hour I went to bed and felt really relaxed. It wasn’t long before I was asleep. I did not wake through the night and slept 7 hours straight until my dog awoke me.
I would like to drink this every night but it would work out too expensive for me, but I will occasionally treat myself as it is really good.

2 x sachets for adults 2 hours before bed, i pop this powder in warm soy milk.
I struggle to taste any flavor with this, it makes the milk a light purple colour but also makes the milk a bit gritty, please note this is not sweet in anyway.
I did however find myself sleeping better.
The product looks good quality and made with care.

There are five sachets in this pack so they are not a cheap supplement.

Each sachet makes a tasty black coloured drink when you mix it with 100 ml of water.

It is an odd colour because of the charcoal but it tastes really pleasant and minty fresh.

I like the fact that these come in a neat cardboard box and each sachet is made from paper so no plastic.

I think these are easy to take and full of natural ingredients which is also positive.

This helps to settle and calm the stomach. I am not sure this is something that you would take on a daily basis. Maybe just when the digestion seems a bit in need of help.

Peppermint is great for helping calm digestion. Charcoal is good for absorbing toxins and helping with bloating orwind.

This is suitable for anyone over the age of eight but personally, I wouldn’t give it to a child unless they had a digestive problem.

The packet contains only 5 sachets containing activated charcoal and peppermint oil powder.

When the sachet is mixed with water, it makes a dark-coloured drink (due to activated charcoal) that smells very strongly of peppermint. The taste of peppermint is fortunately more subtle (I am no fan of peppermint but I was able to down this drink in two goes). The texture of the drink is somewhat gritty as the charcoal doesn’t fully dissolve.

It is hard to say whether this helped to settle my gut. Activated charcoal can help with gas absorption but it shouldn’t be taken alongside other medication (it can decrease absorption of other drugs). Peppermint oil is believed to be antispasmodic, so in theory a combination of these two ingredients should bring some relief to at least to some people.

I was very glad to see that all of the packaging (including the sachets themselves) are fully recyclable.
The drink is suitable for vegans.

Digestive support drink - good ingredients but pricey

These are very pleasant to drink with their mild minty flavour that dissolves easily in cold water. In the box you get 5 long sachets that you just tear open. I like the quality of the ingredients with no nasties and they are also a vegan product. The price of under a tenner seems decent but bear in mind you only get 5 servings in the box. You get a long expiry date of over a year from the time of ordering so there is plenty of time to use this.
