Ha llegado en perfectas condiciones, la caja iba un poco deteriorada y ha sido fcil de montar.
Me ha tomado un par de horas montarla y tras un mes de darle uso acaba siendo bastante robusta.
Toca apretar las tuercas de vez en cuando si la usas a lo bestia como yo.
El nico detalle que le veo es que con mis 1.75 de estatura resulta bastante justa a la hora de hacer dominadas, no se la recomendara a alguien ms alto y, para alguien con 1.70 o menos sera ideal.
Buensima adquisicin para mantenerse en forma en casa.
El producto cumple por el precio que tiene. Aadiendo algo de peso ganaria en estabilidad. Para 80kg aguanta bien. La unica pega fue que las arandelas no entraban en los tornillos eran pequeas
Je pense que pour le niveau rapport/qualit prix ce produit est quasiment imbattable. Certes ce n’est pas aussi stable qu’une barre de traction ou des barres parallles pour les dps mais c’est vraiment pas mal vu le poids et l’encombrement de cette chaine romaine.
Pour plus de confort j’ai remplac les poigns en caoutchouc par du grip de raquette de tennis.
La barre centrale au niveau des poigns des dips (prsente pour rigidifi la structure) peut s’avrer gnante pour certains exercice. Cependant elle est facilement dmontable et ne remet pas tant en cause la rigidit de la structure.
Facile da monterei, occupa poco spazio, sicura e fatta con materiali ottimi. Consigliata anche per principianti

Se volete comprare una barra per trazioni per principianti e/o per iniziare questa la pi adatta, alcuni pensano che non sia stabile… La verit che questi ‘alcuni’ dondolano come se dovessero farci le capriole al circo.

Prodotto veramente perfetto. Compatto, robusto, facile da montare permette di fare numerosissimi esercizi a corpo libero. Per chi si sa allenare assolutamente stabile e anzi si riesce a fare anche addominali attaccati con le mani, anche gli obliqui a 45. Leggero da spostare. Componenti ottimi e facile da montare. Forse solo la regolazione in altezza non velocissima ma normalmente una volta impostata non ha senso modificarla. Molto molto soddisfatto anche rispetto al prezzo.
El producto est genial, buena estabilidad y adems pesa poco, genial para hacer adominadas y fondos, por ponerle alguna pega esque las instrucciones vienen en ingls y es un poco lioso el tema de los tornillos, pero es asumble.

Vivo en un piso antiguo por lo que no era de fiar poner una barra en el techo, esto va genial lo nico que no tiene nada de espuma en las agarraderas y resvalas un poco pero por lo dems est genial.

I was worried that the crossbar might get in the way but this has not happened.
Some reviews say it is flimsy, but what I received is very solid, well made and good quality. The shape of the metal bars is like a stadium or flattened circle and the metal itself feels substantial.
It has no problem supporting my weight and I get no movement at all when using it.

Muy facil de montar. Viene con herramientas pero es mejor utilizar herramientas de ms calidad para asegurar mejor los componentes.
Se mueve un poco cuando haces dominadas pero nada alarmante.
Los materiales parecen robustos y duraderos.
Los agarres de fondos estan poco acolchados, yo he colocado unos cilndros de espuma.
Funktioniert ohne Probleme. Klar wenn man bertrieben rum wackelt oder heftig hin und her schwingt kann es etwas wackelig werden. Aber fr ein normales Training funktioniert das Produkt sehr gut. Hab keine Probleme damit. Bin sehr zufrieden!

The instructions were a little bit terrible, but overall once you understand them it’s easy to put together (would recommend getting a helping hand).
Is great for the home gym and has felt sturdy both for pull ups and dips.

Would recommend finding something heavy to place on the base or bolting it to the floor if the wobble is an issue for you.
Purchased this on Prime day when at it’s lowest price and happy for the price paid. Instructions could have been clearer but assembled in under an hour.
Some reviewers state it’s unstable – I think a little movement is to be expected, and an optional tether to attach it to something would be a good idea. Mine is outside so may weigh it down with a couple of sandbags but it’s not really that much of an issue if you are doing smooth movements when using top bars.
Sehr gutes Preis- / Leistungsverhltnis. Habe mir dieses Gert gekauft, um Klimmzge und Dips zu ben. Klappt super, das Gert ist absolut stabil. Die Montage ist tatschlich einfach und eine Anleitung liegt bei.

Das Paket kam wie immer schnell an und war in gutem Zustand, ebenso wie die Teile. Mit der simplen Anleitung ging es schnell, den Tower aufzubauen. Ich trainiere seit einigen Wochen damit und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Stabilitt ist vllig ausreichend. Ich bin etwa 1,85m gro und wiege 80kg und habe keinerlei Probleme. Klare Weiterempfehlung fr diesen Preis!!!
Fr den Preis von 80 kann man nicht meckern. Der Turm hlt was er verspricht. Mit ein wenig Krperspannung wackelt er weder bei Klimmzgen noch bei Dips.
Ich habe ein gnstigen Turm gesucht und gefunden. Was andere fr ein hnliches Produkt verlangen ist schon dreist. Man kann problemlos die bungen ausfhren und es hlt das Gewicht. Vorteil ist auch, dass es sehr leicht ist und man das Gert verstellen kann. Als ich es aufgebaut habe, dachte ich erstmal, dass es nicht so stabil ist. War dann aber doch berrascht, weil das Metall sehr leicht und nicht hochwertig wirkt. Die Griffe sind bei den Dips auch nicht fest und die Strebe unten ist bei den Fen etwas im Weg. Wrde es aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, da der Preis unschlagbar ist und man damit gut trainieren kann.

This has kept my teenage son motivated to except ode whilst doing online studies. It arrived quickly and does the job. I didn’t want a door based pull up bar and this was a great alternative.
Struttura ottima, che occupa poco spazio, molto stabile e allo stesso tempo non pesante, perci risulta facile spostarla.

Cheap in comparison to similar apparatus. Clear instructions booklet; fairly quick to assemble; one person job; light weight. Perfect height for me. I’m 185 cm.
Feels sturdy in use. Encourages good form otherwise it feels like it’ll tip over. To that end, I don’t think it’s suitable for cross fit unless you find a way of anchoring it down.

Stabile certamente per il mio peso (62kg), anche se traballa leggermente al massimo dell’altezza in trazione. Tutto sommato non si pu chiedere di pi visto il prezzo pagato…pu essere adattato a rack con pesi non eccessivi sul bilanciere, sfruttando le impugnature per i dip.

Facile da montare, ottimo rapporto qualit prezzo e ottima per i dip, non abbastanza stabile per i muscle up se non sapete farlo da fermo, per le trazioni consiglio di regolarla pi bassa in moda da piegare in caso le gambe ma cos aumenta molto la stabilit.
Ho aspettato giusto qualche utilizzo prima di lasciare una recensione… Ottimo prodotto per allenamento in casa. Stabile abbastanza robusto, regolabile in altezza. Utilizzando il mio esempio che sono alto 170 cm 76kg lo trovo perfetto x trazioni, dip, trazioni inverse ed altri esercizio a corpo libero senza segni di instabilit! Montaggio semplice anche se non ho usato le chiavi in dotazione perch troppo piccole e scomode, ma in rapporto qualit prezzo stato un acquisto sorprendente!

Exactly what I needed but the pictures and diagrams on the instructions were far from clear.
The bolt directions and where the several different washers are located was far from clear.
It seems sturdy but not certain if I’ve assembled it as intended. No bits left over though so probably OK.

5.. yes its a little bit wobbly but this encourages strict form and control…if you’re a kipping crossfitter its probably not for you.
6. I’ve dropped a core bag across the rear for extra stability when doing leg raises etc..

Mido 1,70 y peso unos 73 kg, por el precio que tiene, es un buen producto, puedo hacer dominadas y flexiones de brazo sin ningn problema, para hacer abdominales se puede usar pero la cosa se complica.

Ich habe ihn in nur wenigen Schritten, mit dem beiligenden Werzeug aufbauen knnen !
Er ist ideal, fr bungen zum Aufbau von Bauchmuskulatur (Triezeps u. Rcken) !!
Was sehr positiv zu erwhnen ist, ist das die Stabilisatoren an den Fen des Gerts, ideal als Sttze genutzt werden knnen bspw. zum aufwhrmen mit Dips und Klimzgen, sprich (mit den Beinen auf die Stabilisatoren stehen und mit den Beinen zum warm werden oder zur Eigengewichtsregulierung mit wirken, siehe im Bild.
Der Aufbau war in 20 min allein erledigt
Die Anleitung ist absolut simpel und die Schrauben und Mutter waren passend verpackt
Das Gert an sich ist robust und hat mein Gewicht 94 Kilo plus 15 Kilo Zusatzgewicht problemlos gehalten
Es steht wirklich stabil und trotz wippen um zu schauen ob es nach vorne kippen kann, ist nichts passiert. Hab das Gert trotzdem am Boden fixiert.

Perfectamente estable para fondos y dominadas. No me permite agarrarlo en mi ancho habitual porque coincide con el soporte donde se atornilla la barra. S a ti tambin te coincide, tendrs que hacerlas con agarre un poco ms estrecho o un poco ms amplio de lo que acostumbres…
