This weather station gets a multi-colour section display for time and weather information and three modes of brightness. You receive weather data from a remote sensor via wireless transmission. You also get a buzzer alarm clock with ice pre-alert function that beeps when the weather is unfavourable outside. On top of this, you get a USB port which enables you to charge your phone, iPad etc. You can mount the display on your wall or you can keep it on the table stand. The entire system is very easy to use and synchronize which makes it a perfect addition to your home.

This was a gift for a older person he uses it everyday so it must be easy to read. I did the initial set up and have had no complaints or questions so it must be good.
I’ll be honest, I thought this was a lot of money for what it is, especially as I was buying it to replace one that was faulty after less than 2 years.
If I’d read the specs I’d have been more aware that this has radio control functionality that updates the time and date automatically and the only thing I had to do manually was change to 24hr clock (default is 12hr). When I turned it on it found the time and date within 5 mins.
The display is simple but clear and after a couple of days and it’s been working flawlessly. So far very happy.
I’ve had two weather stations recently and both failed after less than a years use. I must admit I didn’t have an overly high expectation when purchasing this device. I am very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this new device. It has an excellent display and the build quality appears high. I particularly like the radio controlled clock, which ensures accuracy. Some reviewers on here have stated that they are mildly annoyed at the flashing animation of the clouds etc. I must admit I find them to be no distraction at all, in fact I think it adds to the enjoyment of the device.
Setting up the device was very easy indeed. Ensure the remote sensor is set to channel 1,then throw in the batteries or use the power brick [which I am using] and you’re set to go. It does take several minutes to automatically set the clock…and during this time the screen will go blank even if you’re using the power brick. The outside sensor does take some hours to display the correct temperature on the device. It took me 4-5 hours etc.
For all things considered I rate this device as excellent and I highly recommend it.

Screen isn’t of the best as the viewing angle is relatively tight but can’t expect to much for what I paid.
This was bought for use on a ship and the sensor has faired well in the sea air.

It was very easy to set up, and worked straightaway. Clear colour display. Temperature reading seems accurate.
I don’t like the continuous flashing cloud symbols and don’t expect the weather forecast to be accurate!
My second Youshiko weather station & I can’t fault either of them. Accurate, easy to read & set up in a matter of minutes. Also after sales service is great. The best company I have ever dealt with. 100% satisfied.
