Es un placer hacer pesas con estas pesas y mancuernas, las recomiendo.
Comfort and easy to hold is hard to rate as I have only just got them.
The Dumbbells are really high quality and very practical to use. They also fill all your needs regarding making the exercise harder or easier as there are a lot of weights included.
I have searched for a long time for some home exercise dumbbells and these ones are by far the best price/quality that I’ve found here on Amazon.
(Don’t leave them for too long outside in the Sun as the plastic wrap that is around the dumbbells tends to loosen up)

Con la barra se pueden trabajar un montn de ejercicios como sentadillas, peso muerto, cargadas, biceps, triceps, hombro, remo, pecho……y como tiene unos topes que limitan el movimiento de las pesas en la barra y los dejan fijos, es fcil cargarla. La parte central lleva una espuma por si pones la barra sobre los hombros, para que sea mas cmoda.
Set muy completo para entrenar en casa porque puedes intercambiar varios accesorios dependiendo del tipo de ejercicio que quieras trabajar. Yo no soy profesional pero practico body-pum de vez en cuando y me han parecido geniales para casa.
Tiene 12 discos en total de 2.5, 2 y de 1.5 kg ( 4 discos de cada uno) que se pueden repartir en funcin de si vamos a trabajar con la barra o tipo mancuernas. El paquete en su totalidad pesa bastante y cuesta trabajo moverlo.
Me ha gustado, lo veo MUY COMPLETO PARA EL EJERCICIO EN CASA.

I have been using resistance bands, and I still do a little. However, these weights are so much easier to use that it means I use them more often. It’s very easy to get the weights on and off and the shaped bar is very comfortable to hold. It’s a bid fiddly to attach the centre bar and I don’t generally bother.

Dumbbells are not slippery. They are easy to fit and comfortable to use.
I like the design. Looks very stylish unlike traditional dumbbells which are just like black iron pieces.
Compact size. Came with 2 dumbbell bars and a tarbell bar which can be connected in different combinations and can easily be extended.
I like the fact that it came with 3 piece bars. this makes the size compact and bars and weights can be attached based on the requirement.
The amount of weight on the bar can also be changed easily. It came with 4 pieces of 2.5kg, 4 pieces of 2kg, and 4 pieces of 1.5kg. Thus, based on our requirement, we can put different combinations of weights on the bar.
I think the price of 70 GBP is quite reasonable as the dumbbell set is really of great quality.
Overall, I am very happy with it and will recommend.

Great stuff of decent quality. Was missing a piece and they solved it by giving me a partial refund. Could not be happer, five stats.
