Can be stretched and not rip, made of strong material

I had only just made a cover for the pond with some other mesh on a wooden frame.

It was fine but I replaced it with one using this leaving more access for frogs or toads (still not sure which they are but are often on the lawn).

Anyway, like my V1 frame I just used staples to secure it.

Whichever you use I’m afraid still spoil the appearance of the pond plus if you have a fountain that can be another issue.

I was in the process of putting a frame together for a fruit cage when I saw this netting. I used it to go over and around the frame to create a fruit cage that will stop the birds and larger insects from coming in and eating all my currants. I do have other currant bushes growing that the birds can get to by the way.

This was easy to use and I did use twine to attach to the hoops. This is a really good product and after the fruit has been harvested it can be taken off, folded up and used again.

Ideal for protecting veg, fruit and other items in the garden. Ideal for making into cloches, draping over hoops and frames. Very happy and delighted with this netting.

A very good quality pond netting, perfect for keeping birds/animals of your fish. Its 6m long and heavy duty, you just cut to size needed. Not just for ponds you can use it for multiple tasks in the garden. I used it to cover my plants as the birds where destroying them. Its worked a treat they can get to them now. It comes in 2 different lengths and personally I think its great value for money.

This pond netting is really good, at 4.5M x 4.5M it is easily big enough to cover my wildlife pond. I don’t have any fish that I need protecting but I do need a net to put over in the Autumn in order to keep the leaves out – they sink and then take the oxygen out of the water as they rot. To date I’ve been using two smaller nets as I’ve not been able to find one that will cover the pond – this will do the job with a good bit to spare.

At the time of my review this net would cost you 17.99 which is quite reasonable for a net of this size and quality – it comes with 10 metal staple type pegs, which is a bonus. Happy to recommend.

The netting is delivered inside a compact cardboard box which contains a large roll of netting, 10 metal securing pins and small black plastic tie wraps. This netting is really strong and stretches well over my pond, It doesn’t look as unsightly as the chicken wire that I was using to protect the fish from birds and cats.. It is also useful for keeping birds off young plant shoots. The manufacturers state that it is rot proof and UV resistant. It feels very good quality and only time will tell if their claims are correct but I am very happy with it. The price at time of review is 17.99 for the 4x4m. Which represents good value in my opinion for the size and quality of the product.

This netting is very big – 4.5m x 6m to be precise, and it’s quite strong unlike some mesh nets which is made of very thin nylon which can tear easily.
The size is perfect as it can be used to cover my raspberry bush, which is about 3m x 3m, to protect the fruits from getting eaten by birds. The metal pins are very useful to keep it in place, although the serrated merging of the raspberry leaves and the thorns can also hold the mesh.
22.99 for the size is about average.

I much prefer black netting to green for example. I got this net to first protect an area of lawn that has been reseeded then to protect some fruiting plants from the birds. The black netting is so discreet compared to green and has 3/8″ mesh size which will keep out birds as well as leaves etc.
This netting is very strong and well made with it’s multi strand woven design. It comes with some small ground pegs and zip ties.
Great buy and will be useful for multiple uses.

    Great sized strong discreet netting.

This is superb, extremely strong anti-bird netting, and perfect for vegetable beds, strawberry beds, as well as ponds etc. The netting is deceptively strong, a good gauge of nylon. As with all netting, a bit of patience and care when using will help prevent it from tangling. But this netting is definitely more tangle resistant than the more common, thin garden netting

The netting is quite easy to cut to size, using sharp, strong scissors. I’m sure this will prove to be very durable. It’s certainly very versatile netting, the product also including ground ‘U’ spikes, and cable ties to enable secure fixing to ground, be it for ponds or beds.

I don’t have a pond, but will be using this to cover raised beds to prevent cats and birds, which, as much of a pain as it is, is necessary! This is definitely way better than usual thin nets that just tangle easily, and can realistically only be used once (without careful untangling!).

All in all, an excellent product, super quality. Not cheap, but will definitely last. Recommended.

I hope that you have found this helpful.

    Super strong, good quality.

I picked this up for my mum and dads pond to replace the old netting that has seen better days. They have a Heron that like to visit and at the end of last year, we believe a fox managed to fish out a couple of the larger Koi Carp, so need to keep the pond covered.

The netting material is made from a High Density Poly Ethylene thermoplastic, with multiple strands to add extra strength and are woven into a diamond pattern and measures approximately 4.5m x 6m. The holes are reasonably small, so should help to keep out predators.

    ***** In The Box *****

    1 x Black Net
    14 x Metal U shaped Pins
1 x Pack of cable ties

    ***** Conclusion *****

If you need a decent sized net to protect your pond (or vegetable garden, etc), this this one from Feizeisun is definitely a good option. The material has a good quality feel to it and seems nice and strong.
I went for the larger sized net, as I’m pretty sure my dad will be able to cut it in half and should have enough to cover the pond and then keep the other half as a spare for when needed.
I think the 22.99 asking price offers pretty good value for money considering the size and quality of the product and the added U pins and cable ties are a nice bonus.

Good sized pond netting at a very reasonable price. Quality is great and the pegs came in really useful in securing it to the sides of the pond.

This net is really good. I covered my pond to protect from herring finishing off my last few fishes.
Was easy to unroll, comes with very handy hucks and cabke ties.
    Good quality and good price.

    Perfect to cover my pond

This is a good quality net. I wouldn’t describe it as heavy duty but it isn’t flimsy and it is much more tightly woven than my previous pond net. Do bear in mind that with any net, unless you build a frame, it will rest on the surface of the water which somewhat diminishes the protection e.g. leaves are still in contact with the water and will rot though perhaps at a lower rate than they rot if they are sitting on the bottom.

Living close to a mere, with herons always on the prowl, leaving the pond uncovered isn’t an option. The cover that this is replacing is made up of plastic sections that are made to float on top of the pond, these quickly became covered in algae etc and looked a mess.
This net comes well packed in a strong box and is tightly rolled and secured, I could straight away see that it will work perfectly. To start with it is black and therefore will be much less intrusive than the green version, it is made of very heavyweight plastic that is intricately knitted to make the strands both strong and flexible (see close up image). The openings are just the right size, I will be able to see the fish clearly, very few leaves will get past and it and it is very stretchy so positioning it should be easy. Another bonus is that it is UV resistant and rot proof, obviously I can’t quantify this as I have only just got it but I am very hopeful. Unfortunately I can’t put a picture of the net insitu as we need to do some spring cleaning of the pond first. I think that the price is good for the amount you get and the quality.

    Strong and inobtrusive

I didn’t actually get this for a pond I got it to go across my plants. I opted for the biggest size.

It’s massive. The biggest size will do a huge pound. You get such a good amount for the price. It’s a good quality netting.

You won’t be getting any birds stealing your fish with this netting or any other animal. This netting is multi use. Can be used for all sorts. I can image of there is a break in the net you can repair it your self. There is enough to go around. Good thick material.

Good value for money. I am looking forward to using it.

This is strong, easy to fit and thwarted the birds attempts to get at both my pond and my veg planter.

I have a small garden pond which has a couple of fish in it, the local Heron seems to think it is it’s personal larder! This was fitted over the top of it, held on/ in place with a combination of decorative rocks and the pegs provided it is strong, discreet and easy to fit- it also stops the fish being lunch.

With what I had left over I covered my veg planter, I watched with great joy as the local blackbird couple failed to get to the plants that they normally destroy in search of worms.

I consider this a garden and pond essential.
