Dopo essermi fatto fare un preventivo da un installatore professionista, visto le cifre ho preferito darmi al ai da te e e devo dire che sono contentissimo. Non saranno al livello d i quelle montate dagli installatori, ma per quel che mi serve sono estremamente soddisfatto. La visione notturna in bianco e nero ottima. Se avete fonti di luce vicino a casa anche quella a colori va piuttosto bene. Facilissime da installare! Di certo la parte del “sensore” di movimento forse quella un po’ pi laboriosa da gestire, ma nel mio caso, avendo l’allarme esterno sulla casa, non serve

Ich hatte dauernd Fehlalarme.. nach mehreren Mails mit dem Service von Reolink hafen die mir bei der Einstellungsparametern… seither keine Fehlalarme mehr.. Warnmail, Pushnachricht usw. funktioniert bestens…. wrde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen… Klasse…

Facilissima l’installazione, app e software molto intuitivi. Ho acquistato questo sistema per provare a gestire la videosorveglianza quasi come antifurto in forza della dotazione di queste camere di rilevamento specifico per veicoli e persone. Attualmente sto testando l’impianto e funziona, mi riprometto di aggiornare il commento ad un mese di distanza. Grazie
Ottimo prodotto ,cablato con cat6, si vede molto bene . un kit ,per chi ha dimestichezza con il fai da te , di facile installazione. Il supporto tecnico STREPITOSO ! Ho avuto dei problemi di configurazione del software che mi hanno risolto brillantemente ! Io ho come operatore iliad che conlaloro appfaun po’ icapricci , problemi risolti con una patch che ti inviamo su richiesta . Sono veramente soddisfatto, le telecamere in alluminio sembrano robuste e ben progettate ,Amazon come al solito insuperabile !!
Il rapporto prezzo qualit eccezionale, il sistema e facilissimo da installare, consigliato dove richiesta una buona definizione a 10-20mt di distanza. Non presente zoom ottico ma per la cifra impegnata credo non si possa pretendere di pi. Consigliatissimo per applicazioni domestiche e piccole attivit.
Wir haben uns das Set gekauft, weil die Einbrche in der Gegend sich gehuft haben. Das Set ist mehr als ausreichend um das private Grundstck zu berwachen, Bild und Tonqualitt lsst keine Wnsche offen. Auch bei Nacht erkennt man alles einwandfrei. Von uns gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

Very easy to install, picture quality is excellent and the app is very good. I bought this cctv kit to replace a Swann system that failed after just 2 years. And could not be happier, the stand out part is the app, my old Swann app was utter garbage, very limited features painfully slow to connect on 4g and not that good when connected to Wi-Fi either. This is the polar opposite fast connection (4g & Wi-Fi) way more features & very easy to set up. Just hope it will last longer than the Swann. Time will tell
I really like Really like Reolink I had problems with a camera bracket but Reolink sent me a new camera as this was a manufacturer fault but Do not let this put you off they are brilliant and would definitely buy more cameras from Reolink
It’s a decent quality system FOR THE MONEY! We have a very expensive set up at work, this pretty much is on a par with said system, I did use cat 8 leads which improved the live video a fair bit, bigger hard drive will be a good update in the future, day time I find really good quality but like most, night times a bit hit and miss, I’m happy with it overall, does what I need it to at home!!
Telecamere di ottimo spessore, con un angolo di inquadratura a 90. Il 4k ottimo ovviamente se si acquista uno schermo di spessore.
L’installazione in se facile.
A mio parere mancano un po’ di accessori fondamentali, per esempio le scatole appoggia telecamera.
I fili sono di buona qualit, per se hai gi la predisposizione con i tubi gi pronti, anche no. I fili sono gi con gli attacchi e sfido chiunque ad infilare 4 cavi contemporaneamente con gli attacchi gi su.
Infine direi che queste telecamere sono adatte per le piccole abitazioni, piccole schiere o appartamenti, perch se hai la casa un po’ pi grande, ovviamente l’installazione un disastro con ulteriori costi di elettricisti.
Fa il suo dovere ed facilissimo da configurare, comodo anche il connettore a baionetta stagno per le camere Poe. Unico piccolo neo la visione notturna non eccelsa, per il prezzo pagato pensavo fosse un po’ meglio definita
Qualitt sowohl der Hardware als auch der Video & Software sehr gut. Preis Leistungsverhltnis angemessen an dem Funktionsumfang. Software fr Mac und Windows verfgbar, DynDNS ebenfalls verfgbar fr externen Zugriff.
Matriel de bonne qualit et facile installer. Les menus et applications sont trs intuitifs. La qualit des enregistrements et vraiment au top.
La dtection de vhicule fonctionne toujours ( jusqu’ 20/30 m) au del a marche 90% des fois (40/50).
Pas de fausses alertes ou trs peu la journe.
La nuit la dtection perd en porte mais reste trs fiable. Par contre les fausses alertes sont bcp plus courantes (entre 0 et 5 fois par nuit normal). Beaucoup plus si brouillard, moustiques ou pluie. En gros toutes les 3-4 minutes.
La vision de nuit est trs correct, la porte de 30m semble tre respecte.
La dtection de personnes est assez fiable de jour 80-90% de jour. Et moins la nuit pour une distance de 15/20 mtres.
Je recommande le produit. La plus parts des dfauts peuvent tre solutionns avec des mis jour logiciels dans le futur. Et il ne faut pas oublier que ce systme cote 500 contre 1000-2000 pour les systmes professionnels.

Setting up the NVR and cameras very easy to do from computer,but would not show setup screen when using HDMI lead.
Had to use VGA connection to display NVR set up menu and other functions.Shuting down NVR,you have to be directly connected to the nvr to excess shut down button on screen.
This will protect nvr harddisk from damage.Also unable to watch downloaded recording on other media players to edit. If using a camera on a side wall ,image might show up dark with no lights,can manual adjust brightness.
Ottimo sistema di videosorveglianza con la massima semplicit di gestione. Installato questo sistema in sostituzione di un precedente sistema POE professionale di videosorveglianza. Il presente permette una visione nitidissima sia di giorno (ottimi colori e incisione di immagine) che di notte (infrarosso e naturalmente bianconero), la sostituzione stata semplicissima, il software intuitivo, veloce e senza problemi di sorta, la visione e gestione attraverso un PC o attraverso il cellulare ottima. Stabilit ineccepibile. Nulla a che vedere con il precedente sistema, sempre poe, che utilizzavo da 5/6 anni ma che mi dava sempre problemi. Buono anche il rapporto qualit-prezzo.
Cameras are not too intrusive. Easy to setup and installation was easy as already had Poe cameras before so would have been much longer. Setup and tested everything prior to installing. Picture quality is really good and app works really well. Person and vehicle detection is ok but not always correct. Otherwise a good value for money setup.
J’ai achet ce kit 4K avec 4 cameras. J’tais peu septique au dpart.
Matriel bien emball, livraison rapide.
Qualit des matriaux trs bonne. Botier NVR comme les camras.
J’ai install l’enregistreur sans soucis. Pour Les camras, je n’ai pas utilis les cbles RJ45 fournis car ils font un peu piti, trop fin trop souple.
J’ai donc install sur mon rseau rj 45 en place et cela marche nickel. Je suis fibr donc l’interrogation via l’appli marche trs trs bien.
Pour rsum, bon matriel sauf pour les cbles fournis qui sont de mauvaises qualits.
I won’t repeat the pros and cons extolled by other customers.
Here are my additional observations.
1. Stuck on ‘Loading Stream’ when trying to view live cameras in 4k mode on phone. If you own a high end phone such as a Galaxy S21+, try turning off Hardware Decoding found in Menu > Settings within the app. The reason may be simple. Your phone may be underpowered. The app displayed Live View data rate streaming to my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 (720p) at upto 6,000 kbps, but no picture. It was hit or miss trying to play 4k recordings on my phone over the internet. When it did work, it seemed to play the clip at normal speed. On other occasions, the phone would freeze and I’d have to hold power button down for 10 seconds to reboot the phone. On an older 2017 Samsung J5, playback of 4k clip was in Very slow motion. On a Lenovo M8 (720p) tablet running android 9, playback of 4k recording was at half speed. The app is also much easier to use on the 8″ tablet, than on smartphone imho.
2. The phone app permits you to download 4k (Clear mode) clips up to 120 seconds in duration. I eventually found an app called Xplayer from Play Store, but it played the clip at half speed on my under-powered smart phone when it had Android 10. It was a slightly better when I upgraded to Android 11. Xplayer allows you to zoom in when the playback is paused. When I copy the clip to an old Windows laptop, I can use VLC player to view the clip on the laptops 720p screen.
3. Windows client 8.3.2 is disappointing. (Update: Nov 2021): New 8.4.0 beta is much better and adds Playback on filtered events like on NVR console. Cut & Paste reinstated for downloading clips.
4. I also tested the Reolink web browser interface. Clips up to 5 minutes in duration can be cut and downloaded. There are some bugs. The snapshot function does not work if you do not create ‘reolink’ subfolder. ie. c:users’myusername’Picturesreolink
5. If you use Android and notifications are arriving several minutes after a motion triggered event, try turning off Battery Optimisation for the Reolink app. Settings > Battery Optimisation > All Apps > Reolink. This will help, but it won’t totally solve the problem.
6. For motion detected recordings, you may have to wait up to 10 minutes before the recording is available to view on the phone app, and windows client. No such issue when using Playback on the NVR.
7. The NVR, Android and new Windows client v8.4.0 all permit filtering of events in Playback. On the Android app, the filter can be enabled by pressing the greyed out button in bottom left corner of the screen in Playback mode.
8. In Playback mode on the NVR, the current software does not permit more than 1 camera to be viewed simultaneously at this time when using 8MP cameras.
9. After configuring Person and Vehicle detection settings for each Camera, remember to review the Push Notification settings for each camera on the NVR. It is set to ‘All Motion’ by default !
10. There is no online manual for the NVR or apps. Search the Reolink website or google to find instructions on how to perform various tasks.
11. I believe the 8 camera ports are 100mb rated on the NVR. We have a 5 port TPlink SF-1005P v2 100mb POE switch in an out building wired to one of the camera ports. Reolink website advises not to connect more than three cameras to a POE switch to avoid buffering issues. We have three 8MP cameras wired to the switch configured at lower 4MP bit rate.
12. The 4k 8MP RLC-810a 4k bullet cameras are nice solid metal construction. Take care if you choose to separate the round mounting plate from the camera. When you reassemble the camera, it is very easy to misalign and ‘jam’ the internal metal tube when you tighten the large nut.
13. The RLC-820a turret camera was ordered separately. and most of the body is metal, except for the 1cm thick plastic cylindrical ring on the back of the camera where it is slotted into the metal wall plate. There is also no locking screw to prevent the camera being twisted off the wall/ceiling plate!
14. When viewing recordings from RLC-810a, it is possible to read car number plates up to 20-25m in good DAYLIGHT when the 4k recording is paused, and zooming in on both my phone/tablet, and on the full HD TV connected to the NVR.
15. When we enquired whether the RLN8-410 NVRs would support the new 12MP cameras, we received contradictory answers from two different Reolink agents. We have to assume newer cameras may not work with the NVR. Reolink does not sell a bundle containing NVR with 12MP cameras at the time of writing.
16. If it rains at night and you have ‘Person’ and ‘ Vehicle’ motion detection enabled, we’ve received lots of false notifications. On playback using the NVR, and filtering on ‘Person’ and/or ‘Vehicle’, we can see the odd streak of white light whizzing past the camera. This is caused by the IR light reflecting off the rain drops. I read one way to eliminate this issue, is to turn OFF the IR light, and install separate IR lighting.
17. I’ve since manually updated the RLC-810a camera firmware to v3.0.0.494 (July 2021) which includes additional Person and Vehicle object size rejection settings. After some testing, these additional settings won’t help false notifications from rain in the dark.
18. Automatic firmware update button on the NVR does not seem to have any effect. If you just bought the NVR, it may falsely report its firmware is up to date. Check the Reolink website.
19. I used the ‘Upgrade IPC’ menu option in the Reolink NVR Maintenance sub-menu to apply the new firmware stored on a USB stick to each of the cameras.
20. Discovered the cheap n cheerful mouse provided by Reolink is not always recognised in either USB port when the NVR is shut down and turned back on. I now recall the very first time I switched on the NVR, the mouse did not work. Temporarily testing an alternative Logitech mouse with no issues. Update: Reolink advised out of stock of mice so suggested we buy a new wired mouse and they will pay a fixed for it.
21. I notice Reolink have removed firmware v3.0.0.130_21060706 for the NVR. A new version appeared 48 hours later v3.0.0.148 (Oct 2021). We’ll wait a few months before deciding whether to install it, coinciding with any new firmware which will be released for the 4k cameras.
22. Beware of cobwebs! Spiders and insects are attracted to the strong IR light at night. Spiders spin a web hung from the front facing edge of the camera hood of all four RLC-810a bullet cameras. We’ve had little success with Permethrin based Ant & Cockroach spray from Raid. May try Dethlac insecticide lacquer (B&Q) or Spider Ex next. The RLC-820a turret camera seems to be immune to this issue.
23. Currently testing some 4 watt LED IR illuminators with success. They are silver painted in a search light half-dome style metal housing and contain 4 LEDs. Not to be confused with the inferior 48 LED version widely sold for around 13 quid. The 12v power adapter is extra cost (standard 2.1mm cctv power lead). The IR beam is narrower than the beam from the RLC-810a, so there is loss of night vision at the corners. However, the night vision image offers better contrast and detail. It has resolved the IR glare from cobweb issue. There was a shower the other night, only one bullet camera suffered from repeated false triggered recordings – it was the one not yet served by a separate IR illuminator.
23. After two months of use, there seems to be a known problem with motion triggered alerts/recordings. Specifically, when we mask off parts of the camera image which motion detection is supposed to ignore, such as the road directly outside the property. We found this only works for around 80% of the time. ie. cars are still being detected through the mask 20% of the time with Person and Vehicle detection enabled.
24. Person and Vehicle detection work reasonably well, but we have observed, it can occasionally completely miss a person or vehicle. This can be a problem if 24/7 continuous recording is not enabled. Increasing sensitivity to maximum settings can help. Fortunately, if one camera fails to capture the event, another camera was triggered. The only permanent solution has been to enable 24/7 continuous recording.
25. The surveillance hard drives fitted to the NVR are designed to run continuously. If the NVR is configured to just record when an event occurs, this means the hard drive has to repeatedly spin up and spin down. There could be several hundred events during a day. I can’t help this is bad for the hard drive and could lead to premature failure. For this reason, we have set up one camera to record continuously 24/7.
Nuggets of information for Reolink 4k NVR with 8MP bullet cameras
Although I am quite technically-minded I found this system really hard to install in my admittedly complicated old house. If you could run ethernet cables from the cameras to the central hub then it would be much more straightforward. Reolink’s online guidance is very hard to navigate and not easy to follow. Their online support from humans is much better and they were really helpful.
Now it is installed I am very happy with it.
Habe lange gesucht und einiges ausprobiert. Dieses Set ist fr mich perfekt. Die Bildqualitt ist am Tag unschlagbar gut und nachts meiner Meinung nach ausreichend. Kann die schlechten Rezensionen bzgl. Bildqualitt nicht teilen. Bin erst auch etwas zusammen geguckt. Aber wenn alles richtig eingestellt ist passt es. Denke da wird manchmal der Fehler liegen. ber die Lebensdauer kann ich noch nichts sagen.
Habe das Produkt im Blitzdeal gekauft. Alles in allem sehr zu Frieden. Die Installation ist mehr oder minder Plug and Play.
Der Recorder kann sein eigenes Netzwerk erstellen in dem sich die Kameras befinden. Interessant wenn man, auch Zuhause, mit VLANs arbeiten mchte und nicht jeder im Netzwerk Zugriff auf die Kameras haben soll oder nicht jeder Gauner in das private Netzwerk kommt, wenn er eine Kamerazuleitung sich ausserhalb des Hauses gekapert hat.
Preis Leistung ist hier einfach top. Natrlich haben die Kameras hier und da ihre Schwchen, aber der Preis ist hier einfach entscheidend!

Picture quality at night is amazing! I live in the countryside, so it’s completely pitch black outside. Extremely easy to set up, just 1 Ethernet wire into the camera, then the other end into the DVR. Very good system.

Had a Swann cctv before and quite frankly this blows it away in every department, I also bought the extra ptz RL cam to go with the set of four cams too.
The App is just some much more reliable then others especially Swann, the vision is in 4k HD so obviously when you have a good Internet connectivity it’s great but even if your Internet does suffer you can put the cams in a lower grade mode for viewing and its still good.
Night Vision changes to black and white mode and the leds switch on that provide great night time viewing in pitch black darkness!
If I was to be super picky the motion detection can still pick up flies and spiders webs and mark them as movement bigger objects like humans and cars do seem quite accurately balanced.
For the price I’m extremely pleased and just hope they prove to be reliable…Will keep you all posted.
Reolink ist wirklich sehr gut und die 4k Aufnahmen sind klasse. Auch die Nachtsichtbarkeit ist klasse. Man kann egal von wo auch immer, jederzeit sehen was zu Hause oder im Geschft passiert. Alarmfunktion perfekt, Pushnachricht aufs Smartphone. Kann ich nur sehr empfehlen.
Trs bon kit, facile mettre en uvre et programmer. Seul les cbles RJ 45 sont d’une qualit trop banale: changer par des cbles de qualit . Mais ce prix l, que demander de plus..

Ancora una volta la Reolink si dimostrata una azienda molto seria……ho avuto un problema d’audio ( quando piove l’audio si incupisce ) con una videocamera , ho contattato l’azienda che come sempre da il massimo dell’assistenza e anche velocemente senza lunghe attese e subito dopo aver posto il problema ha provveduto alla sostituzione della videocamera senza se e senza ma lasciandomi anche la difettosa che naturalmente user ugualmente.

This CCTV system is great very near personally systems. The picture quality and night quality are great. Very easy to install and use. I have only one small problem with the connection to the camera the socket requires a 20mm hole to pass through if it could be smaller or make off the end it would be easier to install. Very good product and system.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de dsactivation automatique possible des notifications push lorsqu’on est domicile. Il faut dsactiver dans les paramtres camra pour ne pas que cela bip tout le temps et surtout penser ractiver lorsque l’on quitte son domicile, c’est trs contraignant.
Le parametrage e-mail ne fonctionne pas non plus sous gmail
Motion detection is a little janky but I dont really need it for anything. Probably a 7 out of 10 for daytime picture quality but can definitely see a lower resolution at night bringing night view to a 4 out of 10. All camreas recording 4k with sound gives a weeks storage.
Only thing i would say is give more options to plug a second drive in as only being able to put one using esata is not ideal
Very easy to setup, cameras are of extremely good quality. Base NVR is just plug and play. The cameras each came online as soon as they were plugged in. I used a 22mm drill through the facia board and ran the ethernet through the loft area to each. Love PoE, totally reliable, no drop out like my previous Blink XT2 system, no battery to run flat. I created an email address for the unit and forward any motion (10 sec clip) to my own account, in this way you get free cloud storage and guards against someone stealing your NVR with stored footage.
The image quality, even at nighttime from 20m is easily good enough to resolve facial features for a full identification.
Motion detection is very sensitive, but you can turn this down and suggest using the privacy filter sections to block out any bushes as these false trigger in the wind.
als Besitzer des vorherigen System(Kamera ohne KI) wrde ich gerne die Pros und cons des system geben:
Pros:
-Sehr gut verpackt, alles kommt mit, auch die RJ45-Stecker + ihre Abdichtungen.
-die Kamera erkennt die Personen/ Pkws jedes Mal, wenn diese in Sichtweite der Kamera kommen (im Gegenteil von alten System). Aktuelle falsche Warnungen schtze ich bei 0,5% , es lag bei den alten System bei fast 98%.
-klares Tages Bild, genauso wie in alten System.
-der Befestigungsadapter von der Kamera wurde angepasst: jetzt kann man kinderleicht den passenden Sichtwinkel whlen und dann mit dem hand fest schrauben , Werkzeuglos, ohne Gewalt :).
-Der App luft in PC/iOS und Android einwandfrei: Das Streaming kommt schnell, abrufen von vorherigen Videos geht auch sehr schnell
Cons:
– die Sichtweite in der nachts ist bisschen weniger wie vorher. Ich glaube es liegt an deer Lichtsverteilung von IR-LED der Kamera, sie sind eher in der Mitte konzentriert, als Ergebnisse wird nur zentral des Bild hell, aber in der Umgebung sehr dunkel (s. Bilder), also in nachts , in besonders bei weiten berwachungsfeld wird nur die zentrale dritte des Sichtsfeld gut beleuchtet, an der Seiten aber nicht.
-die IR-LED sind rot , sehr attraktiv Insekten im Sommer. Die Kamera habe ich seit ca. 1 Monat, bin gespannt wie es luft in Summer.
-Der NVR braucht immer noch einen LAN Verbindung mit dem Router. Eine Verbindung ber WiFi 5Gh wre moderner und weniger aufwndig
Fazit: fr diesen Preis lohnt sich der Kauf und ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.
After trying out other wireless cameras I decided to go with Reolink wired and it simply works straight out of the box. The NVR can be hidden away and I did not feel the need to attach the monitor / keyboard to it because the desktop app does all of the settings and controls. You can have camera displays on any mobile device at your home or even when you are away. Great product and good documentation available.
I’ve had a few Reolink cameras and have tried both the 5MP and 8MP AI cameras. I’m really impressed. They work seamlessly connected to my new NVR (N2MB02 model) or just on a SD card connected through a POE injector.
This does go a long way to minimise and eradicate those annoying false alerts from spiders, tree shadows etc. No AI is ‘perfect’ and there is the occasional false alarm or lack of detection though this is very rare.
The Reolink support team are fantastic too for continuous improvements. I’ve emailed over some suggestions and changes and they’ve incorporated them already. Sylvie in particular in the support team is absolutely brilliant.
Genuinely this is a game-changer. With ever-improving firmware that’s being developed this is a brilliant purchase.
The AI needs improvement, my cats and my friends dogs were activating the Human detection AI they were registering as humans, the AI does actually detect humans too which is very impressive , and the vehicle detection works fine, the other problem is that the cameras that come with this kit do not have a QR barcode on them incase you wanted to split them up for individual use. I would have given 5 star rating if the cameras had QR barcodes and if the AI didn’t keep activating the human detection every time a cat or dog came into view, but if you are buying as a complete system and don’t plan on splitting up the cameras then I would say its a idea for you and I am sure Reolink will release a firmware update to sort out the little downsides. Well done to Reolink for there new AI and I hope Reolink make a nice new outdoor PTZ camera with AI and auto tracking.

Dopo essermi fatto fare un preventivo da un installatore professionista, visto le cifre ho preferito darmi al ai da te e e devo dire che sono contentissimo. Non saranno al livello d i quelle montate dagli installatori, ma per quel che mi serve sono estremamente soddisfatto. La visione notturna in bianco e nero ottima. Se avete fonti di luce vicino a casa anche quella a colori va piuttosto bene. Facilissime da installare! Di certo la parte del “sensore” di movimento forse quella un po’ pi laboriosa da gestire, ma nel mio caso, avendo l’allarme esterno sulla casa, non serve

Facilissima l’installazione, app e software molto intuitivi. Ho acquistato questo sistema per provare a gestire la videosorveglianza quasi come antifurto in forza della dotazione di queste camere di rilevamento specifico per veicoli e persone. It’s a decent quality system FOR THE MONEY! We have a very expensive set up at work, this pretty much is on a par with said system, I did use cat 8 leads which improved the live video a fair bit, bigger hard drive will be a good update in the future, day time I find really good quality but like most, night times a bit hit and miss, I’m happy with it overall, does what I need it to at home!!

L’installazione in se facile.
A mio parere mancano un po’ di accessori fondamentali, per esempio le scatole appoggia telecamera.
I fili sono di buona qualit, per se hai gi la predisposizione con i tubi gi pronti, anche no. I fili sono gi con gli attacchi e sfido chiunque ad infilare 4 cavi contemporaneamente con gli attacchi gi su.
Infine direi che queste telecamere sono adatte per le piccole abitazioni, piccole schiere o appartamenti, perch se hai la casa un po’ pi grande, ovviamente l’installazione un disastro con ulteriori costi di elettricisti.

Qualitt sowohl der Hardware als auch der Video & Software sehr gut. Preis Leistungsverhltnis angemessen an dem Funktionsumfang. Software fr Mac und Windows verfgbar, DynDNS ebenfalls verfgbar fr externen Zugriff.
Matriel de bonne qualit et facile installer. Les menus et applications sont trs intuitifs. La qualit des enregistrements et vraiment au top.
La dtection de vhicule fonctionne toujours ( jusqu’ 20/30 m) au del a marche 90% des fois (40/50).
Pas de fausses alertes ou trs peu la journe.
La nuit la dtection perd en porte mais reste trs fiable. Par contre les fausses alertes sont bcp plus courantes (entre 0 et 5 fois par nuit normal). Beaucoup plus si brouillard, moustiques ou pluie. En gros toutes les 3-4 minutes.
La vision de nuit est trs correct, la porte de 30m semble tre respecte.
La dtection de personnes est assez fiable de jour 80-90% de jour. Et moins la nuit pour une distance de 15/20 mtres.
Je recommande le produit. La plus parts des dfauts peuvent tre solutionns avec des mis jour logiciels dans le futur. Et il ne faut pas oublier que ce systme cote 500 contre 1000-2000 pour les systmes professionnels.
Setting up the NVR and cameras very easy to do from computer,but would not show setup screen when using HDMI lead.
Had to use VGA connection to display NVR set up menu and other functions.Shuting down NVR,you have to be directly connected to the nvr to excess shut down button on screen.
This will protect nvr harddisk from damage.Also unable to watch downloaded recording on other media players to edit. If using a camera on a side wall ,image might show up dark with no lights,can manual adjust brightness.
Ottimo sistema di videosorveglianza con la massima semplicit di gestione. Installato questo sistema in sostituzione di un precedente sistema POE professionale di videosorveglianza. Il presente permette una visione nitidissima sia di giorno (ottimi colori e incisione di immagine) che di notte (infrarosso e naturalmente bianconero), la sostituzione stata semplicissima, il software intuitivo, veloce e senza problemi di sorta, la visione e gestione attraverso un PC o attraverso il cellulare ottima. Stabilit ineccepibile. Nulla a che vedere con il precedente sistema, sempre poe, che utilizzavo da 5/6 anni ma che mi dava sempre problemi. Buono anche il rapporto qualit-prezzo.

Matriel bien emball, livraison rapide.
Qualit des matriaux trs bonne. Botier NVR comme les camras.
J’ai install l’enregistreur sans soucis. Pour Les camras, je n’ai pas utilis les cbles RJ45 fournis car ils font un peu piti, trop fin trop souple.
J’ai donc install sur mon rseau rj 45 en place et cela marche nickel. Je suis fibr donc l’interrogation via l’appli marche trs trs bien.
Pour rsum, bon matriel sauf pour les cbles fournis qui sont de mauvaises qualits.

I won’t repeat the pros and cons extolled by other customers.
Here are my additional observations.
1. Stuck on ‘Loading Stream’ when trying to view live cameras in 4k mode on phone. If you own a high end phone such as a Galaxy S21+, try turning off Hardware Decoding found in Menu > Settings within the app. The reason may be simple. Your phone may be underpowered. The app displayed Live View data rate streaming to my Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 (720p) at upto 6,000 kbps, but no picture. It was hit or miss trying to play 4k recordings on my phone over the internet. When it did work, it seemed to play the clip at normal speed. On other occasions, the phone would freeze and I’d have to hold power button down for 10 seconds to reboot the phone. On an older 2017 Samsung J5, playback of 4k clip was in Very slow motion. On a Lenovo M8 (720p) tablet running android 9, playback of 4k recording was at half speed. The app is also much easier to use on the 8″ tablet, than on smartphone imho.
2. The phone app permits you to download 4k (Clear mode) clips up to 120 seconds in duration. I eventually found an app called Xplayer from Play Store, but it played the clip at half speed on my under-powered smart phone when it had Android 10. It was a slightly better when I upgraded to Android 11. Xplayer allows you to zoom in when the playback is paused. When I copy the clip to an old Windows laptop, I can use VLC player to view the clip on the laptops 720p screen.
3. Windows client 8.3.2 is disappointing. (Update: Nov 2021): New 8.4.0 beta is much better and adds Playback on filtered events like on NVR console. Cut & Paste reinstated for downloading clips.
4. I also tested the Reolink web browser interface. Clips up to 5 minutes in duration can be cut and downloaded. There are some bugs. The snapshot function does not work if you do not create ‘reolink’ subfolder. ie. c:users’myusername’Picturesreolink
5. If you use Android and notifications are arriving several minutes after a motion triggered event, try turning off Battery Optimisation for the Reolink app. Settings > Battery Optimisation > All Apps > Reolink. This will help, but it won’t totally solve the problem.
6. For motion detected recordings, you may have to wait up to 10 minutes before the recording is available to view on the phone app, and windows client. No such issue when using Playback on the NVR.
7. The NVR, Android and new Windows client v8.4.0 all permit filtering of events in Playback. On the Android app, the filter can be enabled by pressing the greyed out button in bottom left corner of the screen in Playback mode.
8. In Playback mode on the NVR, the current software does not permit more than 1 camera to be viewed simultaneously at this time when using 8MP cameras.
9. After configuring Person and Vehicle detection settings for each Camera, remember to review the Push Notification settings for each camera on the NVR. It is set to ‘All Motion’ by default !
10. There is no online manual for the NVR or apps. Search the Reolink website or google to find instructions on how to perform various tasks.
11. I believe the 8 camera ports are 100mb rated on the NVR. We have a 5 port TPlink SF-1005P v2 100mb POE switch in an out building wired to one of the camera ports. Reolink website advises not to connect more than three cameras to a POE switch to avoid buffering issues. We have three 8MP cameras wired to the switch configured at lower 4MP bit rate.
12. The 4k 8MP RLC-810a 4k bullet cameras are nice solid metal construction. Take care if you choose to separate the round mounting plate from the camera. When you reassemble the camera, it is very easy to misalign and ‘jam’ the internal metal tube when you tighten the large nut.
13. The RLC-820a turret camera was ordered separately. and most of the body is metal, except for the 1cm thick plastic cylindrical ring on the back of the camera where it is slotted into the metal wall plate. There is also no locking screw to prevent the camera being twisted off the wall/ceiling plate!
14. When viewing recordings from RLC-810a, it is possible to read car number plates up to 20-25m in good DAYLIGHT when the 4k recording is paused, and zooming in on both my phone/tablet, and on the full HD TV connected to the NVR.
15. When we enquired whether the RLN8-410 NVRs would support the new 12MP cameras, we received contradictory answers from two different Reolink agents. We have to assume newer cameras may not work with the NVR. Reolink does not sell a bundle containing NVR with 12MP cameras at the time of writing.
16. If it rains at night and you have ‘Person’ and ‘ Vehicle’ motion detection enabled, we’ve received lots of false notifications. On playback using the NVR, and filtering on ‘Person’ and/or ‘Vehicle’, we can see the odd streak of white light whizzing past the camera. This is caused by the IR light reflecting off the rain drops. I read one way to eliminate this issue, is to turn OFF the IR light, and install separate IR lighting.
17. I’ve since manually updated the RLC-810a camera firmware to v3.0.0.494 (July 2021) which includes additional Person and Vehicle object size rejection settings. After some testing, these additional settings won’t help false notifications from rain in the dark.
18. Automatic firmware update button on the NVR does not seem to have any effect. If you just bought the NVR, it may falsely report its firmware is up to date. Check the Reolink website.
19. I used the ‘Upgrade IPC’ menu option in the Reolink NVR Maintenance sub-menu to apply the new firmware stored on a USB stick to each of the cameras.
20. Discovered the cheap n cheerful mouse provided by Reolink is not always recognised in either USB port when the NVR is shut down and turned back on. I now recall the very first time I switched on the NVR, the mouse did not work. Temporarily testing an alternative Logitech mouse with no issues. Update: Reolink advised out of stock of mice so suggested we buy a new wired mouse and they will pay a fixed for it.
21. I notice Reolink have removed firmware v3.0.0.130_21060706 for the NVR. A new version appeared 48 hours later v3.0.0.148 (Oct 2021). We’ll wait a few months before deciding whether to install it, coinciding with any new firmware which will be released for the 4k cameras.
22. Beware of cobwebs! Spiders and insects are attracted to the strong IR light at night. Spiders spin a web hung from the front facing edge of the camera hood of all four RLC-810a bullet cameras. We’ve had little success with Permethrin based Ant & Cockroach spray from Raid. May try Dethlac insecticide lacquer (B&Q) or Spider Ex next. The RLC-820a turret camera seems to be immune to this issue.
23. Currently testing some 4 watt LED IR illuminators with success. They are silver painted in a search light half-dome style metal housing and contain 4 LEDs. Not to be confused with the inferior 48 LED version widely sold for around 13 quid. The 12v power adapter is extra cost (standard 2.1mm cctv power lead). The IR beam is narrower than the beam from the RLC-810a, so there is loss of night vision at the corners. However, the night vision image offers better contrast and detail. It has resolved the IR glare from cobweb issue. There was a shower the other night, only one bullet camera suffered from repeated false triggered recordings – it was the one not yet served by a separate IR illuminator.
23. After two months of use, there seems to be a known problem with motion triggered alerts/recordings. Specifically, when we mask off parts of the camera image which motion detection is supposed to ignore, such as the road directly outside the property. We found this only works for around 80% of the time. ie. cars are still being detected through the mask 20% of the time with Person and Vehicle detection enabled.
24. Person and Vehicle detection work reasonably well, but we have observed, it can occasionally completely miss a person or vehicle. This can be a problem if 24/7 continuous recording is not enabled. Increasing sensitivity to maximum settings can help. Fortunately, if one camera fails to capture the event, another camera was triggered. The only permanent solution has been to enable 24/7 continuous recording.
25. The surveillance hard drives fitted to the NVR are designed to run continuously. If the NVR is configured to just record when an event occurs, this means the hard drive has to repeatedly spin up and spin down. There could be several hundred events during a day. I can’t help this is bad for the hard drive and could lead to premature failure. For this reason, we have set up one camera to record continuously 24/7.
Although I am quite technically-minded I found this system really hard to install in my admittedly complicated old house. If you could run ethernet cables from the cameras to the central hub then it would be much more straightforward. Reolink’s online guidance is very hard to navigate and not easy to follow. Their online support from humans is much better and they were really helpful.
Now it is installed I am very happy with it.

Der Recorder kann sein eigenes Netzwerk erstellen in dem sich die Kameras befinden. Interessant wenn man, auch Zuhause, mit VLANs arbeiten mchte und nicht jeder im Netzwerk Zugriff auf die Kameras haben soll oder nicht jeder Gauner in das private Netzwerk kommt, wenn er eine Kamerazuleitung sich ausserhalb des Hauses gekapert hat.
Preis Leistung ist hier einfach top. Natrlich haben die Kameras hier und da ihre Schwchen, aber der Preis ist hier einfach entscheidend!

Brilliant CCTV system way better quality than my ring doorbell
The App is just some much more reliable then others especially Swann, the vision is in 4k HD so obviously when you have a good Internet connectivity it’s great but even if your Internet does suffer you can put the cams in a lower grade mode for viewing and its still good.
Night Vision changes to black and white mode and the leds switch on that provide great night time viewing in pitch black darkness!
If I was to be super picky the motion detection can still pick up flies and spiders webs and mark them as movement bigger objects like humans and cars do seem quite accurately balanced.
For the price I’m extremely pleased and just hope they prove to be reliable…Will keep you all posted.

Motion detection is a little janky but I dont really need it for anything. Probably a 7 out of 10 for daytime picture quality but can definitely see a lower resolution at night bringing night view to a 4 out of 10. All camreas recording 4k with sound gives a weeks storage.
Only thing i would say is give more options to plug a second drive in as only being able to put one using esata is not ideal

Excellent vision both day & night. Recordings are ace & so clear with24 hour coverage.

The image quality, even at nighttime from 20m is easily good enough to resolve facial features for a full identification.
Motion detection is very sensitive, but you can turn this down and suggest using the privacy filter sections to block out any bushes as these false trigger in the wind.
In summary, great product and I’m hard to please.

-die Kamera erkennt die Personen/ Pkws jedes Mal, wenn diese in Sichtweite der Kamera kommen (im Gegenteil von alten System). Aktuelle falsche Warnungen schtze ich bei 0,5% , es lag bei den alten System bei fast 98%.
-klares Tages Bild, genauso wie in alten System.
-der Befestigungsadapter von der Kamera wurde angepasst: jetzt kann man kinderleicht den passenden Sichtwinkel whlen und dann mit dem hand fest schrauben , Werkzeuglos, ohne Gewalt :).
-Der App luft in PC/iOS und Android einwandfrei: Das Streaming kommt schnell, abrufen von vorherigen Videos geht auch sehr schnell
Cons:
– die Sichtweite in der nachts ist bisschen weniger wie vorher. Ich glaube es liegt an deer Lichtsverteilung von IR-LED der Kamera, sie sind eher in der Mitte konzentriert, als Ergebnisse wird nur zentral des Bild hell, aber in der Umgebung sehr dunkel (s. Bilder), also in nachts , in besonders bei weiten berwachungsfeld wird nur die zentrale dritte des Sichtsfeld gut beleuchtet, an der Seiten aber nicht.
-die IR-LED sind rot , sehr attraktiv Insekten im Sommer. Die Kamera habe ich seit ca. 1 Monat, bin gespannt wie es luft in Summer.
-Der NVR braucht immer noch einen LAN Verbindung mit dem Router. Eine Verbindung ber WiFi 5Gh wre moderner und weniger aufwndig
Fazit: fr diesen Preis lohnt sich der Kauf und ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.
After trying out other wireless cameras I decided to go with Reolink wired and it simply works straight out of the box. The NVR can be hidden away and I did not feel the need to attach the monitor / keyboard to it because the desktop app does all of the settings and controls. You can have camera displays on any mobile device at your home or even when you are away. Great product and good documentation available.
I’ve had a few Reolink cameras and have tried both the 5MP and 8MP AI cameras. I’m really impressed. They work seamlessly connected to my new NVR (N2MB02 model) or just on a SD card connected through a POE injector.
