Perfect foldaway portable barbeque for the camper van. Very easy to fold out and use, just a small amount of coals. Easy to clean and fold back down for storage. Much better than the disposable single use pans which are also a known fire hazard. Really pleased with this item, although I would have expected to pay around 20-25, this was 29.99 (at the time of review). A great item overall.

Perfect for a quick/last minute bbq. It doesn’t use much charcoal, super easy to light (you can get a match underneath through the gap. Dropped a star as no way to control airflow and the cooking griddle can slip if you are a bit rough when moving food. Folds up like a mini briefcase. Overall really happy with it.

    Quick bbq on the go.

Took this on a recent camping trip. Easy to put up and down. Takes a normal ready to use charcoal bag. And is up and running in as soon as the charcoal is ready. Takes 2 good stakes or 4 chicken breast. I brushed it with oil before cooking and nothing stuck. Great value for money. Taking it the the beach next.

After reassurance from the vendor that the previous disappointing item was definitely not typical, I reordered and am very pleased with the replacement. Easy to assemble, compact to transport and feels sturdy – perfect for camping. And my husband’s favourite colour!

Finally had decent weather to use this. It’s a brilliant simple BBQ, ideal for travel / beach / etc. No assembly required, it just folds out.

This is heavy duty & well made (about 3kg) and feels strong.

It’s not huge – about 30cm across, so it’s a small BBQ (maybe 4 burgers at a time), but for a little group, or if you don’t mind cooking in stages, it’s perfect.

I’ve never actually used a BBQ like this so don’t have anything to compare it to. However, as a standalone device, I am actually very impressed with this BBQ!

It’s not the biggest BBQ, so don’t expect to be feeding many people. The BBQ grill area is slightly larger than an A4 sized piece of paper, just so you can visualise the size. It’s perfect for 2 people as you can get 4 burgers on there with some other meats in between.

It’s super easy to setup and pack away, as it literally just folds in and out. Cleaning it isn’t massively easy, but I’ve found that holding it upside down and shaking it over a bin seems to work alright! For a deeper clean, you can get a hairdryer and blow the ash out.

Overall, I think this is a great little portable BBQ and I’d highly recommend it!

A lovely portable BBQ set that is very convenient and easily carried for portable use. It is easy to set up and it is very stable, the grill section is still quite spacious which is surprising. It is also easy to fold away, it is very lightweight and easy to use. The material is excellent which makes it quite easy to clean. No screws or any other manual work needed, definitely can get a lot cooked all at the same time with this. Very good to do it in small areas or in the parks in the summer for example. it is safe and will not cause any mess.

This is a smart little portable BBQ, a great alternative to those one-use efforts that rarely provide yenough heat to get a banger to bang, as it were. Folds away when not in use, hardly any storage required. Great for days out at the seaside if you can find somewhere that doesn’t mind you releasing cooking odours into yon atmosphere.

I haven’t used a bbq grill like this before. Although it’s fairly expensive, on balance I think it’s worth the money for the convenience. It seems to be well constructed, made from quality material and it’s eAsy to assemble. Once set up, it does need to be on level ground and positioned somewhere safe so that animals and children don’t run into it and knock it over.

It’s stable when made and there’s a good size cooking area, certainly big enough for a couple of people. After use, with heat proof gloves, is easy to remove the charcoal, dispose of it, clean the grill rack and pack it away. You could buy a much larger bbq on wheels for a similar price, but you don’t have the convenience of portability if you’re travelling or camping. That’s where this model wins. A decent buy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a sturdy and well made BBQ but I’d make sure it’s for you before purchasing.

The BBQ is quite heavy (around 3kg) and doesn’t come with a handle or bag, so the portability is somewhat limited. Lugging it around it does clang a bit (solved by packing with some card). You’ll need a special bag as once it’s been used it will be dusty and possibly still warm. The unit folds flat but is still around 4.5cm thick. A cheap laptop bag for 17″ laptops is about right.

Assembly is simple and takes seconds. It’s really stable and around 60cm tall. You get a ‘V’ shaped area to put wood/charcoal in. There’s a small grate for the bottom to allow an area of a few cm underneath for air to enter. The top grate has a handle and being all metal, does get rather hot in use. Best have a towel or good gloves.

Not a huge area to cook on, but good for 2 hungry people.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersNice little grill for the money. We took it camping a couple of times it has come in handy when you cant cook over the open fire. We like it alot!
My boyfriend and i took a roadie in a van and brought this along, made our meals all week! we were able to just rinse and scrub it out in the bathrooms at the campgrounds, and easily fold it back up for the next day. would definitely recommend. the only issue we had was getting the charcoal to light… and my mom later told me you never buy cheap charcoal. keep that in mind lol
