When working with the TC 670 Expert, there is no need to feel your way to the right adjustment; you can adjust the cutter once to the tile thickness from 4 to 14 mm – then repeat cuts with consistent results are assured from the first tile to the last. Thanks to its innovative mechanism and the precision guiding with grooved bearings and C-profile rails, the scoring and breaking of tiles requires almost no force at all. The TC 670 Expert by wolfcraft is delivered in a practical carton and is ready to use with just a few manual actions. It needs neither power nor water and works virtually dust-free. In just three steps, it provides series cuts with consistent quality:
1.) The ‘fine tuning’ for the right scoring and pressure exerted is adjusted once for the tile thickness of 4 to 14 mm.
2.) After the tiles are positioned flush with the stop edge, the tile is scored with millimetre precision: A low-maintenance, precision guide using grooved bearings and C-profile rails allows the cutting wheel made from solid tungsten carbide to be moved over the tile with one hand. During the cutting process, you have a free view of the workpiece.
3.) Without changing the position of the plate, the tile can now be broken. The TC 670 Expert has an integrated breaking wedge with lever transmission. Simply push the ergonomically designed handle down and you’re done!
TC 670 Expert: the expert among the tile cutters
At just over 6 kg, the TC 670 Expert is a stable lightweight. The warp-resistant base plate is made of aluminium profile. To orient large tiles in a manner appropriate to the material the extensions included with delivery can be attached. Also included in the delivery: a special guide with which diagonal cuts can also be made with precision.
The C-profile rails also offer an ideal balance between static load and weight, and in combination with two low-maintenance, ball bearing mounted rollers to the left and right of the cradle, they provide a smoothly gliding cutting behaviour. The comfortable, centrally located lever makes the TC 670 Expert perfect for either right-handers or left-handers.
