I purchased this item over a year ago and was very happy with it unfortunately the item got damaged and when I contacted amazon and the seller they dealt with a replacement straight away. Also once I received the replacement I was very impressed with the way the seller contacted me to make sure that everything went well and the the product is in working order. Recommend using this company
Update! After posting the review, Boblov customer support reached out to me directly. They apologized for my poor experience with their product and offered to replace the model free of charge, or send me a different model. I opted for a newer model that was not previously available, and I will give a review once I receive it. But I am really impressed by the customer care and their willingness to stand by their product, as mine may have been a fluke.
There are a few issues with this device. The most annoying is the fact that it will randomly stop recording. If you plan to use a device for continued recording, don’t buy it.
That said, this is clearly an old device and they are clearing out their supply. Why else is this a MINI usb connection. NOT micro. Not USB-C. MINI.
To put that in perspective: Samsung released their first Galaxy phone in 2010… and it utilized Micro.
This thing is old, outdated, and largely unreliable.
It’s no GoPro that’s for sure, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.
I like that this small object, because it can take pictures, record sound and video recordings. It easy to carry every where.

The spec says it can record while charging however, it cannot (at least I couldn’t figure it out).
This device is high quality and their customer service is equally of high quality. I had questions that were answered in a personal email to me within hours The device creates very nice imagery and is sturdy and functional.

Date Time stays correct after charging or connecting to a laptop. Comes with a proper glossy A6(appox.) manual not those floppy paper multi language scraps
This works extremely well. The only reason I gave it a 4 star because description says Details say “Special feature Night Vision” but can’t find that function nor see it mentioned in the (excellent) manual.
The C19 model is all the C18 is and more. The C19 gets 5 stars from me. But there is no option for me to make a separate review to the C18

Camera works well if connected via USB cable. As usual the WIFI option is useless. Picture quality Is good. Shame it only lasts about 4 hours and can’t be operated on permanent power supply.
She’s pretty chuffed and this is how this worked out this morning: So keep in mind, this review only pertains to getting the package instead of a lot of use.
Setup:
Cam was easy enough to set up if you get tech. Long story short you get basically a one input menu scrolling system for a lot of options. You’ll have to custom configure the dates on the device however, if you want that in that video.
Annoyingly, by default it came with a 5 minute video recording format by default. That’s good, but you kinda cut up footage and might find you want to change it to the 15 minute setting. Loop recording was another thing we had to turn on.
Video and Audio Quality:
The video was something to be desired. I’d rate it at a solid flagship phone from 2010, or like you recorded it off a webcam. Stuff can get blocky, but it’s all legible even at a distance. The audio is good enough to hear a conversation between a group of friends, though they’d have to be within 5-10 meters, and without a lot of background noise.
Conclusion:
I think that given this is generally something to catch some important moment, the video would be good enough to get some good details on whatever incident. You’re not going to be an amateur movie maker, but it will pick out the general details of someone.
