After some hiccups with the first one sent Amazon kindly sorted out the problems with this one, which was broken in some way, anyway that didn’t work. I ordered another one and this came quickly and in excellent order, correctly packaged and with all items included. We didn’t realise that the first one must have been returned to them without an explanation untill we saw how the new one came, you had to put it together yourself, not part constructed as the first one came. Amazon cannot be faulted for their customer service and all the people that I spoke to were most helpful. Will update this review when my husband has had chance to use it a bit more but all is going well up to now.
Set the fence carefully and the saw will give repeated accurate cuts in all a good machine. One minor complaint the assembly instructions could be better.
Bandsaw is light enough to be portable in my small work area .works well in my hobby of making small wooden toys.
Wasnt working and couldn’t send back as could not get out so got in touch with draper and in the end they sent out a new wheel should have a gone for a better quality one but there you go

It is a great bandsaw but the depth gauge plastic screw part broke within few days use. If they can sort that out it would be great.
This is a very good machine for the money. Have used it a few times already with ease. Only point I would make is that with a 6mm blade set to the centre of the top wheel, the back of the blade does not meet the upper thrust bearing, have obtained a 9mm blade to solve this problem, otherwise a nice machine.

This was much better than I was expecting, the addition of the adjustable batons makes everything very repeatable. Runs smoothly with no vibration and the noise level is low.
The first one was returned as I did not cut straight the second one is fantastic I’m a lot happier with the performance
