Usually working from home so decided to join indoor cycling team was not sure if l like it or not plus l have absolutely have zero space at home. This bike is perfect for my situation.
Its compact does not take much space at all easy to assemble, It is as solidly built as any bike I’ve used in any gym. It feels durable and very sturdy.

Really should have purchased one of these much earlier! After putting on weight during all the lockdown needed a cost effective way to lose weight and stay in shape and can just hop on and off for small or longer sessions to fit my schedule.
It was a straight forward build and comes with all the tools needed to assemble which is great, no need to worry about having to buy tools. The materials are good quality as you’ll see during the assembly, with a sturdy frame creating a stable ride and the seat cushions are comfortable for long use.
You can freely adjust the height and the tension of the pedals and the pull bands feel good to use as well. The monitor also has a nice slot to put my tablet so I can watch some shows or videos during my workout.
Really impressed by the quality materials and build, gives you that good feeling this purchase will last a long time.

This is a very nice and compact cycle as it doesn’t occupies too much space, and easy to use, as we never know when it will start raining outside in England this is perfect way to exert for me. Even though it is slim but it is sturdy.
So far I’m very happy with this exercise bike. Well worth the money. Feels sturdy. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the instructions for putting together the bungee cords is a nightmare and I had to just figure it out for myself. The other reason is the seat is so uncomfortable, when I’ve been on the bike for 20 mins or so it starts to really hurt my butt and the inside parts of my legs as its like every turn of the pedals the metal digs in to me. The back support isn’t very comfortable too after a while of cycling. Going to have to maybe get cushions to rectify these problems. Others than that I would definitely recommend this exercise bike. Will update my review once I’ve used it for a few months.
very easy to set up,and it took me less than an hour to set it up myself. Adjustment is also easy.
For a full time mom, it’s hard to find time to go to the gym. With it, I can exercise for an hour every night after my baby go to sleep. It’s amazing!

– I was a bit daunted by the amount of bits to be assembled when we first opened the box. But got fully released after studying the manual. The assembly instructions on the manual were very detailed and clear.
-It is made of good design and quality, strong components, has plenty of adjustments to suit your individual requirements.
-The heights of the seats can be adjust by loosing the knob,removing it,sliding the bar up and down to adjust the level of seat, placing back the knob, secure and tight up.
-The tension levels are also adequate. I’m exercising with level 6, and this bike could goes up to 10. This is definitely suitable as low cost weights loss solutions, burnt calories counts and displays.
– The machine is very quiet, eased my concern of pointed issues quoted by other users in reviews. I was operating it when we were watching TV, no noises disturb at all.
– I love the design of pull bungee cords, which you can also exercise your arms and shoulders
– Additional hand holders in both sides of the seat is intimate thoughtful.

We bought this to replace our old direct contact bike, it’s a significant upgrade! This exercise bike is so quiet due to its magnetic resistance, which is not as stiff and makes riding more enjoyable. It was easy to assemble, easy to fold and move. Only thing to notice is that because it’s lightweight so not too steady, need to watch out when naughty ones climb up!
Currently debating to keep or cancel my gym membership as price encreased. I wanted to compare this to the quality of the gym ones and it’s actually quite good. The seat is very comfy I love the back rest. But the best thing is I can easily move it into my tv room and watch movies while useing it 🙂
Got this for upstairs home office, working mainly from home so found it very helpful to keep in shape. When have some free time just pull out from side of the wardrobe and use it, once used it collapses back and easy to store again.
Can adjust wheel weight in 10 stages, which very handy start with lower resistance and increase gradually.
Seat comfortable and size can be adjusted depending from the hight, well suits me and my other half.
Overall nice space saving bike which very handy when limitation with storage space.

This is a solid smooth-running bike for the money. I was going to buy a more expensive one featured in various ’10 of the best’ features, but I read the amazon reviews carefully and found this. Very glad I did. I’m 5′ 3″ and have no problem reaching the pedals. I’m using it every day as physio for knee replacement. Settings and adjustment are easy. After the initial assembly and a few days’ use, the handlebars needed to be tightened up, but all fine since then.
Super easy and straight forward to put together. The instructions were obviously written for me – Simple, clear and very polite !
The bike is strong, well made and doesn’t take up much space. It was well packed so no possibility for damage during transit.
The resistance goes from 1 – 10.
I’ve bought this for injury recovery and using it on 7 – 8.
The only feature it doesn’t have is “RPM” but my phone metronome can do that so get the right peddling cadence.
Fairly easy to assemble but I had to re drill the holes for the seat as they didn’t line up with the knob to adjust the height but once done it worked perfectly
We have assembled but not started using it as yet. In abt a weeks’ time once our son returns and starts making use of it, will be able to feedback further. But it’s easy to move around as it has wheels!

Five stars for use, three stars for instructions. Once put together this is very sturdy and comfortable. Small, complicated drawings for instructions were not helpful. Not too difficult to work most of it out yourself. A screw on the front handlebar and one of the peddle screws were faulty. Two wires plug into the screen (picture suggests three). 50/50 as to whether you get it the right way round, I didn’t! Took me three hours because I had to suss it myself but I really really like it now it is complete! Very quiet. Nothing complicated to set up, just mount and peddle your way back to fitness.
It seems sturdy enough and it suits me and my husband for regular aerobic exercise. Good for the knees.
I can’t believe how light and quiet it is. Just done 30 mins and found it very comfortable and easy to use. I like that it doesn’t have to plug into anything and you can adjust the resistance for peddling, and I like the resistance bands that are attached. I did some back, tricep and bicep work while cycling. The resistance wasn’t very strong in my opinion but when using correct technique you do work targeted muscle groups well.
Over all I’d highly recommend and can say I have a new favourite piece of equipment in my home gym.
I had been wanting an exercise bike for ages (but finding most were either too expensive or took up far too much space considering I don’t have a spare room for a home gym) so I was thrilled to come across this exercise bike that isn’t overly costly and folds up when not in use.
I am 5ft 7in and find this bike easy to use and actually is somewhat adjustable so you can heighten the seat to be able to find the correct seat to pedal length that’s comfortable for you.
My husband has had a go on the bike too and at 5ft 10in has been able to find a seat height that’s comfortable for him also.
As mentioned above I was thrilled that this bike is foldable in order to save space, but to be honest it’s never needed to be folded up as it’s used nearly everyday and it’s quite compact and doesn’t take up much space at all.
I manage to put it in one corner of my lounge when not in use and it doesn’t get in the way at all.
It feels strong and sturdy and is comfortable to sit on, I think it helps that this bike has a back rest also, although after over an hour of use each time it’s inevitable that sitting on it becomes a lot less comfortable.
The back rest isn’t used too much but it’s nice to have it when you just want a little rest and to take it a bit easier for a bit.
The digital readings element is brilliant, as you can clearly see how many calories you’re burning, miles you’re doing, your speed etc plus it’s simple to reset it the next time it’s used.
There is I believe 10 settings to this bike so you can start off really easy (if you’re new to exercise) and work your way up in terms of difficulty and resistance. I found the highest setting is great for really working your legs well.
The arm pulleys are another great addition that can be used to help tone your arms when you want to give your legs a little rest and do offer quite a bit of tension for strengthening and toning purposes. The handles are easy to grip and comfortable to hold.
It was easy enough to put together (my husband took on this task for me) and we were concerned it may be overly difficult (having read other reviews prior to purchase) but yet he didn’t have an issue at all. He said it was pretty straight forward and fairly obvious.
He had it all set up in around an hour.
All in all it’s a great addition to the household and fantastic for the price point. For me personally it was money well spent as it helps me greatly with my fitness journey and in the comfort of my home.

Great value for money for setting up a home gym area. The bike was easy to assemble. It took me about 35mins to read, remove packaging and fix up the bike. The kids loved the excercise bike and is adjustable in height and closeness to the handle bars. For adults the resistance may seem too easy on the highest setting however you can work out a sweat in 20mins if you constantly pedal at a high candence, also love the resistant handles which help with a light chest pull workout!

I’ve had this exercise bike for a month and I’m very pleased with it. I did find the reviews very helpful.
I have delayed writing this report until I had a good chance to check out the product.
First and foremost before receiving the cycle I looked at a number of videos available on line as to how to put it together. As a result of this I was able to assemble easily.
My main advice is before starting check the direction book to confirm all parts are available.
The directions are good and can easily be followed. I would however suggest that all parts of the seat and it’s attached parts are assembled before fitting to main frame.
Do not try to rush the assembly.
A number of previous buyers suggested the cycle was noisy when pedalling. I have not found this and feel it is one of quieter ones I have used.
A good strong piece of equipment that in my opinion is sturdy and does not wobble when used.
At the present time I have only reached level 5 on the dial so am not able to offer advice as to what a more physically fit person would consider about the higher impedance value are like.
Could you get better? Yes, but probably at an higher price.

I bought because arthritis in one of my knees makes it difficult to walk these days and this machine has allowed me to exercise every day.
I have been pleased with my purchase no issues at all and certainly no problems with excess noise when in use.
Only criticism I would make could be made easier to change height on seat when adjusting for different users

If I managed to put this together by myself then anyone can! I’ve never assembled anything before, not furniture, not other exercise equipment but I found this very easy to do.
I’ve been using it for about a week and I’m loving it. The resistance probably won’t be enough for a frequent cyclist, but as I’m using this to get into exercising again, I’m able to get some use out of the different resistance settings.
The seat is extremely comfortable and the backrest means I’m able to push myself without worrying about bad posture.
I’m 5ft9 and have the bike probably around mid height so it should be okay for shorter and taller people.
Overall the bike feels really stable and comfortable and I’m feeling the burn from starting exercise again! Exactly what I wanted!
Was easy to put together though saddle badly drilled with one fix hole fully 20mm out necessitating plate re drill. Once built this bike is easy to ride good comfortable wide seat position. Not easy to fold up though and could cause weaker person issues positioning stopper.
Easy to manoeuvre once folded Biggest plus point is that this bike is totally silent when riding it ! Overall good buy !

The finished product is very good, but not easy to assemble.
This foldable exercise bike is great for taking gentle exercise when you are unable to go out. Unfortunately, until I get my knee replacement, I will not be able to get on or use it. My husband fortunately can use it.
I think the bike overall is a good bike to use. I think the resistance could be a but stronger. I’ve been doing hitt training on it and the resistance on 10 which is max won’t be enough in a few weeks.
Great little bike for the money. The resistance is good enough for my standard of fitness. You need to read the instructions a few times but once you get it it is straight forward. The seat is comfy.
Purchased for the wife as she is starting to let herself go a little, Thought this would be a good Christmas present for her. Spent ages looking on Amazon and kept coming back to this one. A quick glance at the wife and I purchased it. The bike is really good, light and very sturdy it doesn’t make hardly any noise. I did see some reviews about building it but they are some videos on youtube that I followed and had it built in under twenty minutes I didn’t follow the instructions.
Surprisingly easy to put up. Seems great value. Heavier than expected but sturdy.
On a negative, couple of scratches on body work and faint mark on the back rest but decided to keep.
When I unpacked the bike and started to assemble it I found that the nut was attached to the Left Hand pedal cross threaded and it will not now screw on to the frame properly. Can you please send me a new Left Pedal. The rest of the bike is great and easy to assemble with good instructions.

Assembled it on my own in about 2 hours while watching tv. Was quite straightforward and the instructions were relatively clear. The bike is robust and works well. I am impressed. I don’t see how to change the kilometres to miles though – which is why I have taken a star off.
I absolutly love this bike cant stop looking at it. It took me half hour to put together so worth it.

Love this exercise bike! Quite easy to assemble, we are 70+ and didn’t encounter any problems. It’s very sturdy, quiet, and we feel perfectly safe. A great workout for us and we use it every day. It has built in resistance bands which we find great for an upper body workout. Very pleased with our purchase!!
I love this exercise bike, it is very quiet and the seat is surprisingly comfortable! I’ve had two other exercise bikes in the past that I ended up donating to the charity shop as they were so uncomfortable! I do half an hour on the bike in the morning then another half an hour in the evening which means I am burning off 700 calories per day. My husband found the bike very easy to put together it only took him about half an hour. The bike feels strong and sturdy and was a great price, I’m very pleased with it.
The bike is easy to assemble, folds easy enough and tracks distance plus heart rate if you want it. The different levels of resistance is a nice add on too for training inside. It take about 2mins to unfold the bike and can be kept in the corner of the room folded up.
Unfortunately did have some issues after using it a few times, I notice some grinding noise inside the mechanism while using the bike spoke to the seller and was offered a full refund as the issue couldn’t be fixed and could complain with that. Quick and easy customer service.

The bike is a lot sturdier than I was expecting. Literally built like a brick outhouse. Fairly straight forward to assemble. The only complaint is the straps on the pedals very difficult to put on and therefore difficult to adjust later so you need to get it right first time.

This exercise bike is easy to assemble, stores away nicely once folded and very good quality for the money.
The Bike arrived in good time and is fairly easy to assemble. Though my husband assembled it. It is just what I wanted. It is not too large and I keep it in my bedroom. I replaced it for my old one which I had used most days for several years. I use my new bike most days also for about 20 mins. It can be very boring so I watch Morning TV.
I would recommend it and so far find no fault with it.
Not sure the ‘computer’ quite functions accurately but that doesn’t bother me greatly, I go by time anyway 🙂

The ” Instructions ” looked somewhat daunting….but it was much easier to assemble than I initially feared. By just quietly taking the task one step at a time it all came successfully together in just over an hour. The hardest bit was getting the straps onto the pedals…I would suggest softening them in hot water for a while to help….
The Bike appears to be well constructed. I suffer from knee joint pain, so I am hoping that, (regardless of the UK winter weather), I will be able to regularly use the Bike and improve the knee joints and leg muscles….
Was quite okay to put together. Did it on my own and only too 20 minutes. It is very solid and sturdy but as a result also heave so not very transportable from up and downstairs. The wheels are great to move around the same level but the folding take a bit of technique to hold the weight while pulling the handles back. Overall I was impressed with the good quality.
It was fairly easy to assemble and while the peddle bit is heavy to lift, it’s quite light to push around, fold up/down or alter its height. It’s also not too expensive while being sturdy. I also like how when it’s folded up it hardly takes up any space too. Don’t think there’s anything bad to say about it 5/5
Good sturdy bike, easy to assemble, straightforward clear instructions (not sure whjy some said hard), took me 30 minutes to build on my own.
I’m pretty fit (regularly run half and full marathons) and the tension / resistance needs to be on pretty high to feel of benefit, but I’d say it’ll be more than ample for most people, it’s good enough for me to cross train on. Overall, a great bike, especially for such a good price

All the parts were there and all the tools were a good size and easy to use. I’ve put it together by myself and it took about an hour but I have arthritis in my hands and using the Allen key was a little bit problematic but I managed it eventually . Relatively easy to put together but I would certainly build it in a different sequence to the Instruction book. When coming to fit the saddle and the back rest I think it needs to be done in a different order. I found that if the saddle was already attached the back rest wouldn’t fit properly. I found that fitting the back rest first enable me to line up the holes for the screws where if the saddle was on first you couldn’t aligned them. I think the ability to fold the bike could’ve been made a little bit easier. Seems sturdy and can be moved easily. Quite good for the cost and I’m sure I’ll get plenty of use out of i

Well made, reasonable weight, feels very secure. Comfortable seat with backrest a great bonus. The silent running is greatly appreciated by other occupants of the room. A most worthy bit of kit.
Package arrived disassembled, however the assembly instructions were relatively easy. We found that we did need another pair of hands during the later stages of building the bike. This was purchased for my Husband who was recovering after knee renewal op. His Physiotherapist suggested using the bike every day at first just fir a few minutes and on the lowest difficulty setting. Now he cycles over 6 kms twice per day. He now has the dial setting on no. 7 degree of difficulty. To me one of the best features is that you can set it to SCAN and whilst you are cycling it will continually give you readings of kms. per hour, heart rate readings, etc. Qe find that we have both benefitted enormously and to finish, the price was on target. Some exercise bikes cost many hundreds.
It took about an hour to build on my own.
Once built, it seems very sturdy, quite & well made.
After building I did a 40 minute ride on it but it seemed a little squeaky but after tightening the seat & leg adjusters it was silent.
I burnt off just over 400 calories in 40 minutes which seems a little high to me based on the level of resistance it was on but I’ll have to read the manual for the digital tracker.
The only downside this early on is that there is no bottle holder but other than that, this seems like a well built, good quality home exercise bike for the money that it costs, so I’m very pleased.
The straps on the pedals are quite tight and I cannot ride it bate foot so use any old pair of slippers which I can squeeze into the straps. Other than that the bike is what I expected and will hopefully get me back onto the road to recovery.

I don’t normally write reviews, but am extremely pleased with this purchase and knowing how much research I put in to trying to find a decent exercise bike which was good value for money, I thought I’d share my thoughts. The bike was delivered quickly (prime), packaged very well and I was able to assemble the bike mostly myself with a little assistance from my husband towards the end. The bike is extremely good value for money (144 as it was on offer) and much more sturdy and better quality than I was expecting to be honest. The resistance is ok – tough enough for me (beginner!) but I would imagine that it wouldn’t be adequate for an experienced cycler.
Overall – very pleased!

I’ve been thinking about getting into the exercise scene for a while now but with work I struggle to find dedicated time for gym. So I figured maybe it was worth looking into home equipment and whilst looking through the options this one caught my eye the most. What makes it different from the other options on the market is not only the reasonable price (in my opinion) but the access to arm work out too with the restraint arm bands. I’ve been using it for just under a month and being able to use kit at home makes it so much more enjoyable for me. I’ve had this bike for 2 months now and use it every day. It was easy to assemble with all nuts & bolts already positioned – just followed the step-by-step guide. I find the seat back-rest particularly good and the seat itself is very comfortable. The range of resistance settings are easy to adjust. The screen is clear with large characters. Overall I can’t fault it – it’s a great bike.

Very easy to assemble – bolts were left in the right place and instructions left it hard to go wrong. Impressively sturdy construction. Good adjustment. I think the screen may be a weak point and I wouldn’t expect it to be particularly accurate but overall this was a great buy and very satisfied.
