Granddaughter asked for a large dolls house. Well this fits the bill perfectly. She was delighted. Easy to assemble & well made. Highly recommend.
My daughter absolutely loves her new dolls house. She can’t reach the top room yet unless she’s on a stool. It’s defiantly bigger than I thought it was going to be. She uses it to play with her barbies.
The box it arrives in is quite large, with everything flat packed and well packaged, it recommends a 2 person lift on the box, but I was able to lift and move it on my own.
It took around 3 hours to build, although I’m fairly ok/good with DIY stuff, and there were a couple of points of the build that required my wife to hold some pieces in place until I had them screwed together.
A nice touch of the build is that the heads of the screws are painted to match the colour of the piece they are screwing into, the downside being that since a lot of the screws are the same size and marked with the same letter you’ll need to figure out which colour head screw to use based on the panel it’s screwing into, or if you’re not bothered it will probably save you 10 minutes of build time.
All other pieces of the build are clearly labelled and I found the instructions easy to follow. There are also 2 plastic straps that attach to the back of the house that then attach to the wall to prevent the doll’s house tipping over.
The panels feel of good quality and are printed with the respective room or outside wall they are meant to represent when built and put together.
If I was going to be super critical, there is no print on the back of the house, but you’re not likely to see that when build as due to the height of the doll’s means it is recommended to use the fittings to attach to a secure wall to prevent toppling.
There is a good range of house furniture included and when built the house looks great. Our granddaughter is using it with the smaller Chelsea Barbie dolls, but it can also be used with the full size Barbie’s.
Putting the house together was a challenge but we did get there in the end. Instructions were a bit confusing so used the photos on Amazon to help. Some screws wouldn’t go in but with some alterations worked. It’s a huge doll house and my daughter loves it. Has accessories too and other brand dolls fit in. My daughter will get many years out of it so it is good value compared to other doll houses on the market. It is dog eared in some areas mainly the roof. It doesn’t effect use but I can see it. Overall I’m really pleased with the purchase I would recommend if you have the money and space for it and ability to put it together!
Had to use YouTube for instructions to set up but once fully built – wow! It was larger than my 4 year old daughter. Its sturdy and looks very high quality, was the centre of my daughts Christmas presents this year.
It was really easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. My Grand daughter absolutely loves it. Quite expensive but the look on her face was worth every penny
Fast delivery. Followed the instruction to assemble. sturdy and good quality. Only rated four stars because it arrived with a missing item no.10. I tried to email the company and they replied within three days but told me to request the item through a link. I tried the link many time and did not work. My daughter has been playing with it while the item is missing. I replaced it with a temporarily piece of wood. I will contact them again hopefully they will send me the missing item.
Bought thus for our 5 year old granddaughter birthday safe to say she was over the moon with it. Amazing quality every item worth every penny easy to assemble fits dolls in good quality wood quick delivery . Our granddaughters face was pricles can not recommend this large wooden dolls mansion enough .
I literally spent weeks looking at different dolls houses and reviews online before biting the bullet and ordering this one. Initially I was going to go for the barbie dream house but it was so expensive and plastic decided I wanted a more traditional looking and wooden one. And I was not disappointed upon assembly and my 5 year old daughter Christmas morning was ecstatic. This is a big dolls house so make sure you have room , I measured ans measured again. She can’t quite see I to the top floor yet but plays with the other floors all the time and I know she will grow into it so will last for years. It is sturdy, well made , colourful, engaging ans comes with lovely furniture and accessories. I highly recommend . It’s lovely.
Beautiful big house for barbie dolls. Bit tricky to build and some parts are easy to damage so be aware. Ones its up its very sturdy complete with wooden furniture!

My granddaughter absolutely loves it, I think it is much better than the Barbie house, and the price is great. And it comes with a lot of furniture which is made of wood and looks lovely, I would recommend this to anyone thinking of buying a Barbie house

We bought it on sale for 70.00. Excellent value for all that is included. It went together well – took about 3 hours but easy to understand the instructions. It will be perfect for Barbie sized princess dolls that we have.
Great tall dollhouse. Easy to build (even tho one part was not aligned properly on one side, we made it work)

I definitely underestimated how big this dolls house is. But wow, my kids absolutely loved it when santa brought it all the things that come with the house are really good quality too. Although its a lot of money i do feel like its 100%worth it and feels a bargain still when you compare it to whats already out there.
Bought for my daughters Birthday hence the balloons, Very easy and straightforward to assemble, colour co-ordinated screws etc, organised not just thrown in a big bag, took me and my OH about 2/3 hours, bigger than it looks in my picture I recommend you measure before purchase as ive had to leave it in my lounge, sturdy, would not recommend for younger than about 5/6yrs as my daughter can’t quite reach the top floor yet, but lovely looking dolls house and lovely furniture, suitable for any barbie/barbie sized doll – and my little girl has not left it alone since – worth every penny. 🙂

The dollhouse is great. The daughter cannot rejoice. We installed the bulbs ourselves so it is like a real house.

Thing that irritated me most was the fact that the screws all had coloured tops to go with the background, now not all we’re the same colour in that one section so was pointless grouping them together. Could of been thought out better. Overall we’re amazed with the product and we will definitely have an extremely happy little girl come Xmas day

Once assembled its a nice dolls house and a good size Altho getting it assembled is a pain in the ass!! 3 hour job to put up. Instructions were as clear as mud nothing is made clear what so ever. If the Instructions were clear it would be a much better product.

Everything there and went together nice and easy. If you can assemble a flat pack wardrobe – this works on the same principle. Sturdy and well made. An excellent purchase!

Generally very happy with my purchased, especially at the discounted price. There is plenty of room to keep both my children busy 4 and 7, currently it is their favorite toy. I did have some trouble with assembling- the division between the bedroom and bathroom is not secure, there is a gap between the bathroom floor and left wall – see picture for details and we were not able to attach the garage piece to the main house due to bad alignment of the holes for the nuts – requires a bit of diy. But no major issues still usable and fully functional would definitely recommend.

Really happy with this. Looks so good. I can’t wait to play with it myself! Some of the holes weren’t lined up too well but in the whole assembly was ok. The quality of the house is very good and will last for years I’m sure!

Bought this for my daughters 6th birthday and she absolurly loves it. As you can see in the video it is quite a height my daughter can’t see over the top floor unless she’s stood on a chair . I did get it on special for 117.99 ideal for the price i paid considering the prices of some doll houses.

This is a really lovely dolls house. It has coped with almost a year of playing now and is still sturdy and looks like it will stand up to many more years. It is perfect size for Sindy and Barbie dolls. The furniture is all really solid and perfect for small fingers to play with.

This is absolutely great buy!! I got this for my son for pretend play and he loves everything about this. Very sturdy and fun to play with.
I was nervous as some reviews showed damaged items but looked like screws were screwed too tight so I was extra gentle. I do wish I realised the screws were coloured to blend in with the design. So I have brown screws on the blue roof lol.
Love that the screws are in a pack with the letters on so finding all the peices are easy.
The garage door handles are not nice to put on. I’ve left them loose because I can’t get them in straight so the screw jams but it still looks good. Think the screws didn’t need to be that long for the door handles.
If my child tries to climb it, she will go straight through it. It’s not strong enough to climb or even lean on the floors so I will have to make it clear to her that it will break if she does that.

It’s really big and sturdy. It’s not too hard to assembly of you put some power, but because of its size it takes long time. My daughter loves it. The only part that was disappointing it was that the paper on the garage doors came a bit broke at corners, but no way you dismantle all this again.
