    I am in love with this headset. It’s honestly the most comfortable headset I’ve ever had. I used to have a razer headset and I used to always get headaches after only 2 hours of gaming, with this headset I can play games for hours and not get a headache. The batter life is pretty good. The only negative is the mic quality is pretty terrible so if that’s important to you you might need to get a separate mic or look elsewhere.

    For child or teen – may be OK, but after 30min. gaming they are not comfortable.
    Sound is far away from good ( PS and PC )
    Materials – Good old plastic 🙂
    I bought them for myself, they finished in my daughter’s hands for her PS4

    Comfort
    I’ve found the headset too tight to wear personally. It’s not big enough and can’t be extended like any other headset I’ve ever tried. The inner headband stretches and can also be made smaller but not bigger.

    Mic
    The microphone can’t be folded away you can only remove it or bend it to where you want it.

    Sound
    Audio quality is quite good with great presence, openess, crispness, and clarity. This was a great surprise for what is a young-person’s gaming headset.

    Buttons
    There is a battery/power button, volume wheel, and light on/off button. The volume button wasn’t working at first (fixed by restart). I like having a volume wheel as it gives you much more control than up/down buttons.

    Lighting
    It has lights on either side of the headset if you like that kind of thing. They scroll between all colours or can be changed in the software.

    Build Quality
    Materials are strong and the device is well-built. Ear cups are removable for washing but are not on magnets so have to be stretched back on.

    Conclusions
    It falls short in a number of areas but you have to be aware of the target market and what their requirements are. I think it would be fine for some teenagers and children to use, but for adults the size is a problem. The sound quality is excellent, but the mic can’t be stowed away when not in use, and there are other problems like the diffulty in removing the ear cups. But these are small concerns and for the right person this headset would be a good fit in practical terms.

    This is a cool looking headset with a modern edgy design and the colour looks awesome. The built in LED lights are a nice little touch that adds to the look. The sound and mic quality is really good especially for a headset in this price range and they’re real comfortable so you can easily wear them for those extended gaming sessions without worrying about getting earache.

    Sweet looking gaming headset, works great and comfortable for those long gaming sessions.

    Brilliant headset, long battery life, extremely comfortable & not heavy on your head. I always struggle with headsets due to having lots of ear piercings but these dont irritate my ears at all which is great. Sound is good with no noticable latency when gaming, Definitely recommend!

    Logitech G733 K/DA LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset is beautiful and well designed. It is very comfortable for long hours of gaming.

    Audio quality and sound isolation are very good. I haven’t had any issues with the microphone and my voice seems to be pretty clear while playing with my friends.

    The wireless connection is powerful and I have and I haven’t had any problems.

    Cons:
    The only negative point I may have with this headset is that bass is very weak maybe even almost non-existent. Personally, it was a bit of disappointment at first. Nevertheless, I am still very happy with this gaming headset and I can happily recommend it.

    The Logitech G733 K/DA “Lightspeed” Gaming Headset is a mid-priced headset which is specifically designed to be used with consoles and PCs for gaming purposes.

    The headset is predominantly made of hard injection-moulded plastic, which to be honest, does look pretty cool, especially the smooth curves where the headband meets with the earpieces. The clean white almost space-age design to the headset also lends a sort of “cool gamer” look to it. The LED lights on the sides just enhance this even further — especially when in a darkened room — they illuminate with a changing range of colours that looks really funky.

    The headset comes with one USB lead to plug the headset in in order to charge it up. After charged the headset will give you roughly 29 hours of wireless battery life — which let’s be honest, is very impressive.

    Set up of the wireless headset is a doddle too. It’s just the same as any other set of headphones, with a USB dongle included that provides the required Bluetooth connection.

    Comfort-wise the headset is incredibly comfy. It’s got a soft cushioned underside to the head band, which provides additional comfort for the wearer. The earpads are also soft and spongy, with the cushioned pads forming a soft, snug surface against your ears.

    Sound quality is great. Not exactly high-end headphones quality — but then these are meant for gaming and not listening to the intricate layers in music. Similarly, the microphone picks up your voice very well, even when whispered, and comes across clean, crisp and clear.

    All in all, for gaming, this really is a quality headset. It’s comfy, looks incredibly cool, and performs beyond what I expected with both the audio reproduction and the clean and crisp microphone piece. A great product!

    Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI was super excited to get this logitech gaming headphone as I have been looking for a good gaming headphone for ages to use with my pc and xbox and maybe my phone. So I was really bummed when I realized this headphone DOES NOT WORK with xbox consoles even though the product page clearly says it does. But when checking with support it turns out it only works with pc and ps4/5. If you plug it into an xbox nothing happens and nothing can be done through the settings either.

    Anyway the headset looks quite cool, there are matte and shiny plastic mixed all around it looks rather striking. The suspender is removable and washable and does a really good job at making this headset feel very light over hours of gaming. The mic is detachable which I love as I like to remove it when playing single player games. The earcups have large “L” and “R” letters printed inside so you won’t ever have to wonder which way to put it on. The control buttons are on the left cup and I have to say it’s not the best solution. There is a mic mute button and the top, than a volume roller under it and the power button at the bottom. I’m using this headset over a month now and I still don’t find the button I’m looking for straightaway. It would have been better if they put the power button or mic button on the right side.

    The headset connects to your pc through a lightspeed adapter that plugs into any usb ports. This thing is ideal for desktop rigs as it is quite long. It’s literally sticking out like a sore thumb on laptops unfortunately. I wish they were able to make this receiver smaller…the lightspeed connectors for mice are much much smaller…altough there might be a technical reason for this to be this large…I don’t know. Anyway this lightspeed adapter is logitech’s proprietary connection that promises low latency data transfer. It works on a windows pc as soon as you plug it in but you’re encouraged to download logitech’s G Hub software to fully customize your headset.

    Once you turn the thing on the RGB lights come on and oh boy they’re bright. Call me and old man but I don’t see any benefit of that thing. It starts with 100% brightness out of the box which is so bright it can literally illuminate the whole dark room. It’s super annoying and I’m not wearing glasses and I hear for people with glasses the reflection is even worse. I also hate that you can’t turn off the light or change the brightness directly from the headset…you need to download the G Hub for that. Once I’ve done that I turned it off for good but if you connect it to another pc you have to start the whole thing again. I just don’t see the point of rgb lights on a headset sorry.

    The comfort is good but this is subjective as every person is different. The memory foam in the cups are really nice and soft and the suspender really takes off the weight from my head and it doesn’t bother me at all. And of course it’s wireless which is always beneficial to the comfort so top marks in this regard. I used in for hours and it was comfy all along which cannot be said about most headsets unfortunately (in my experience at least)

    Sound quality is great in my opinion. I tried different games and the surround sound is great. It really gives you an edge whilst playing as you can literally pinpoint where others are coming from and get ready before you even see them. There is enough bass and high and mid notes all come out nice and crisp. I listened to music and watched films wearing this and I was happy with the sound quality no matter the content.

    All in all this is a great headset but I feel like they shouldn’t gear it exclusively towards pc gamers. If you’re one with a desktop pc than I can recommend this headset no two ways about it. What I would have wanted is something that is a bit more flexible in terms of compatibility and maybe add a switch to use bluetooth connection (even at the sacrifice of low latency) to make it compatible with xboxes and phones. I’m sure I’m not the only person who likes to play on their console, phone and pc and one device that works with all would be beautiful. It’s not the products fault, more my expectations but the product page needs to be updatet that it doesn’t work with xboxes. Great for pc’s though.

    This headset is simply phenomenal. It just looks and performs amazingly well that I have no complaint in any way.

    The design is simply top-notch. Not only the colours use and contrast is vivid and appealing to the eye, the design itself is simply better than all headsets I had in the past. This really is a gaming headset that can be spotted from afar. The vivid and catchy colours and the design which pays considerable attention to every angle makes it my go-to without a single doubt (I also own a Razer headset, a Fanatic Headset and a Sony headphone, but the G733 is just beyond measure in terms of design).

    Performance wise, this doesn’t let down. I play FPS games everyday and people like me know the importance of accurate surround sound. Thanks to the Logitech’s G Hub support, this headset’s surround sound can be adjusted to achieve impeccable performance accuracy. For instance I have no issue in CS GO locating the exact position of a footstep, making me able to confidently pre-fire and be accurate.

    Software support is simply extraordinary as I had several Logitech products in the past and they all integrate well within a G hub eco-system that can be used to adjust settings, assign macros, and manage lighting and RGB setups. The amount of customisability is endless especially if you own other Logitech products such as the 502 mouse or the 915 keyboard.

    The headset fulfils the custom design perfectly. This is a League of Legends custom headset and I can feel from the design and colours that it actually conveys the game perfectly.

    Whether you are LOL player, FPS games player, or casual gamer, this headset is a bless and a beast in terms of performance. The mic is also beyond acceptable. Friends hear me loud and clear.

    Such a cool collaboration here, they look incredible and the gaming audio is great. When you turn the headset on it lights up multicoloured, beautiful. The head band is interchangeable and you can buy fresh ones and replace for style or hygiene reasons. The headset is also amazingly flexible, it’s so bendy … no snapping these.

    Next in the box is the mic, it’s incredible flexible and the mic audio is good, perfect for gaming. Being blue enabled you can also personalise the mic the your liking with the downloadable software there’s even preset options which is really cool. The software also enables you to change the EQ settings ect for HS.

    And last in the box is the usb receiver that plugs into your laptop ect to connect the HS.

    All in all a super cool product that’s light and breathable giving you hours of gaming comfort. Would highly recommend.

    A really nice and well-packaged headset. Leading to a fantastic unboxing experience. The very classy effort with presentation and packing. Everything you need and doesn’t need to be charged. Just plugged into my PS5 and away i went.

    They are smart design, I wasn’t sure how they would feel. They feel great! , they sit really comfortably on the head and are not excessive with respect to weight. You can wear them and forget about them being there. The sound is really pure and feels right. It locks you into the game world. There is little or no, external sound. So the experience is immersive. The quality is really good, put there with my expensive Sony headphones.

    The software for the PC is a great little app. You can do loads of adjustments. Setting for the headphone and the mic. I was amazed by the qaulity of the mic. Its crystal clear and is impressive.

    The Charge time and the battery length is impressive. So you will not be always having to recharge it. In all I am really impressed with this, for the price. I would fully recommend this for Console and PC usage.

    ==Note==
    First of all, I will say that despite the fact that most of my peripherals are Logitech and despite the fact that I haven’t personally had any issue with any of them, or even Logitech’s “control panel” software G-Hub, many, many people have done.

    Bare that in mind, because you will require the G-Hub software in order to get access to all the features and controls of this headset.

    TL;DR at the bottom.

    ==K/DA==
    So, the G733 Lightspeed headset, K/DA edition. Well, firstly, if you’re asking yourself who or what “K/DA” is/are, or believe it’s just referring to the gaming term “K/D/A”, then this headset probably isn’t for you and you should go for the standard G733 Lightspeed headset.

    K/DA is the popular KPOP (Korean pop) group devised by Riot Games, creators of the hugely successful video-game “League of Legends”. The band uses actual singers, who are then attributed to a character from the video game itself. I won’t go too deep into it, but their animated music-videos have accumulated 100s of millions of views, hence why they are now able to branch-out and get deals with peripheral companies like Logitech. Fun fact: this headset is actually the one worn by Seraphine in the music video of “More”.

    ==Aesthetics==
    As for the branding on the product itself, it is fairly minimal. The headset comes in a pure-white colour, with a blue and black patterned head-strap, black fabric ear-cups, 2 small strips of RGB (which is the same for the basic model) and a metallic “KDA” logo on the outside of each ear-cup.

    For a collaborative product, they have kept the design very minimalistic and restrained, which is refreshing to see, especially when many companies think “gaming” means it needs RGB covering 99% of the product and/or a very “out there” colour-scheme.

    ==Design==
    The headset itself is almost completely plastic in construction with fabric ear-cups and a fabric head-strap. Due to the minimalist aesthetics, it doesn’t look like a cheap headset, but, when wearing it, it certainly doesn’t feel like I’m wearing a 130 headset either.

    I would assume that the plastic construction is to save weight (and costs), however I have used aluminium-constructed headphones that cost a fraction of the price of this device that have felt far more premium (and no heavier), just because they used metal and not plastic.

    Basically, it doesn’t look cheap, but it feels a little cheap.

    ==Comfort==
    On this device, the ear-cups move up and down (although not much) and then you have to rely on the fabric head-strap. Luckily my head is of average size and it fit me nicely, but if you have a large head, you might very well struggle to get this headset to fit.

    Furthermore, as another reviewer pointed out, it feels like my ears are a little too close to the drivers (I do have large ears) and on the first few hours of usage the fabric ear-cups felt like they was chafing the side of my head. After a couple of days of usage however, I think I rubbed off the “newness” of the fabric and the headset was generally much more comfortable to wear.

    Overall, the headset fit me nicely (although a little too cramped inside the ear-cups), didn’t wiggle around and after the initial “fabric chafing” wore off, it was perfectly usable for extremely long periods (8+ hours). In my honest opinion though, nothing can beat an extending metallic headband and leather (or fake leather) ear-cups, in terms of comfort.

    ==Audio==
    I’ve been spoilt in regards to “audiophile” grade equipment and although I could compare this headset to a pair of Sony WH-1000XM3 and outright say “it’s terrible” in comparison, that would be disingenuous, considering the price difference (and the lack of noise cancellation on the Logitech). However, the fact I do have “high-end” equipment, might make me a little biased here.

    Now, after a couple of days of usage, my ears have been “tuned” to this headset and it does not sound anywhere near as bad as I first thought it did. Without any of the built-in, configurable settings turned on, some types of music and some videos might sound airy and lacking in bass, while also being noticeable EQ’ed toward the high-mids and highs; this is especially true for more bass-heavy music genres like rock, metal or EDM.

    For general media consumption, like YouTube “Let’s Plays” or pop music, this headset is definitely satisfactory enough as it does seem to be, as I mentioned, EQ’ed toward the high-mids and highs, which means vocals come through clearer.

    The real party piece though, is the configurability of the EQ, Surround and DTS functions. With enough tinkering, you can get this headset sounding about as good as any headset without noise cancellation could.

    ==Microphone==
    Honestly, this is probably the most lack-luster part of the headset. Despite the added “BlueVoice” features, the microphone is fairly mediocre and doesn’t hold a candle to any specific-built streamer/studio microphone (and certainly not an XLR setup). I did fiddle around with the “BlueVoice” settings and most of them made my voice sound more noisy and grainy, while the others made my voice sound more bass-heavy. There are EQ options in here, so, again, with enough tinkering, you could probably make your voice sound a little more crisp, while also removing background noise, but honestly, I’d just leave the feature turned off and use the microphone with “vanilla” settings.

    It is perfectly serviceable for Zoom calls, Skype calls or Discord/Teamspeak or in-game VC, but if you’re going for a quality streaming setup, invest in a separate microphone.

    ==Controls==
    Well, there isn’t much to mention here in terms of physical controls. There’s the power button, the volume-wheel and a programmable “G Button” on the left ear-cup and that’s it.
    One thing of note is that if you are trying to adjust the headset while wearing it, or trying to tap the “G-button”, you’re more than likely to tap the volume-wheel, which is quite sensitive. This isn’t a huge issue, but can be a little annoying.

    As for the rest of the features and controls, that is all taken care of by Logitech’s control-centre “G-Hub”. As I mentioned at the start of this review, many people hate this software and cannot even get it to work, so your mileage may vary on that. Personally speaking, I have never had issues with it and it’s incredibly easy to navigate. You can remap the “G Button”, enable and disable audio effects, change the microphone settings and even check your battery level and estimated battery life. Of course, you can also change the RGB settings in here too.

    One major complaint I have here however, is that despite the fact that this isn’t marketed as a pair of headphones, I highly doubt people are going to fork out 130 on a headset just to play video-games, without also wanting to use it as a set of headphones. There is no dedicated play/pause button, skip/back button or anything that is audio related. The only spare button, is the remappable “G-Button”, so if you set that to be play/pause, then that’s what you get. You don’t have another spare button for anything else.

    Now, if you do happen to have other Logitech peripherals, namely a Logitech-G brand keyboard or multi-buttoned mouse, you could map one of those keys/buttons to be a “G-Shift” key, which essentially gives you 2 separate use-cases for each remappable button. In regards to the headset though, it’s a little janky to be holding down a key on your keyboard or a button on your mouse, to then get a second use-case of a button on your headset. You’d be better off just mapping your keyboard/mouse to be audio controls in that scenario (which some Logitech keyboards have from the get-go).

    Overall, the controls are extremely minimal for the headset itself and if G-Hub doesn’t want to work for you, you’re missing out on probably 80%+ of the functionality of the headset.

    ==Battery==
    Advertised as “up to 29 hours!”, which, as usual, you’re not going to get in most use-cases. In about 4 hours of usage, I dropped 20% battery life and after a massive “all-day” usage, I’m now down to 15% according to G-Hub and 10% according to the headset itself (tap the power button to find out). G-Hub’s “estimated 20 hours”, seems to be fairly correct in the grand scheme of things, which isn’t bad in my opinion, especially not for such a light-weight headset, with this many audio-settings and, not forgetting, RGB.

    ==Summary / TL;DR==
    * A decent headset with a minimalistic design that is comfortable enough to wear for long sessions.
    * Despite the lacking mechanical features, it more than makes up for it with the crazy level of software-based customizability, provided you can get G-Hub to work for you.
    * It isn’t catered towards audiophiles, but can compete with similar-priced tech, provided you’re open to tinkering with the software.
    * A lack-luster microphone that is serviceable enough for gaming voice-chat or Discord, but not suitable for a quality streaming setup.
    * Decent battery-life, but nothing mind-blowing.

    Is it worth the asking price? I would probably say yes.

    I would have liked a little more high-end construction components, a little more mechanical functionality and a better microphone, but looking at something like my Sony WH-1000XM3, which cost almost 3x as much (when they came out), Logitech haven’t exactly skimped on this 130 product.

    Solid, good quality headset at a decent price.

    Very cute headset, these come at a pretty price so I don’t know if they will be to everyone’s taste. I like the sound quality ad haven’t had any issues with the microphone. They fit well and overall I am very impressed with them.

    I tend to find that a lot of headsets hurt the top of my head after a few hours of use. I normally use this as a suggestion to take them off and move around a bit, but the design of these seem to negate the soreness. They use a elastic band to keep the headband off the top of my head, and the earpieces clamp to the side of my head with enough pressure to hold it in place, whilst not being too hard to cause pain.

    The earpieces themselves seem to made of a breathable material, so my ears don’t get too warm after a sustained period of use. The USB stick you plug into your PC is quite a large bit of kit, like an old USB stick from a few years ago, but it gives a good connection so I was able to go onto another floor and still get signal.

    The sound quality is pretty solid. Bass is pretty good, and the mids and highs are ok. Music and video sounds pretty good, and playing games give a reasonable impression of the world around you. It isn’t going to compete with the best headsets in the world, but considering the weight of them it is a trade-off I am happy to make.

    I’m not sure I am cool enough to wear them in front of other people, I am a bit old for the led lights on them, but the sound is good and they are really comfy so I will be using these as my main headphones for the foreseeable future.

    Very good headset. Great sound quality (allows to hear even the footsteps of the enemy approaching in some games). Battery lasts well. Elastic band allows it not to touch your head, which makes it more comfortable. Looks good too.

    If you have a PC or Playstation then these are a great gaming headset.

    The sharp angles and premium materials used in their construction, set these headphones apart. The RGB lighting a bit of a novelty if you like that kind of thing but it is customisable.

    Packaging wise the League of Legends artwork is really nice, especially if you are fan.

    These wireless gaming headset are very comfortable and flexible in adapting to different head sizes. The elastic head strap is a nice addiction. The cloth ear pads are very soft and keep your ear cool.

    Battery life is good and can be extended by turning off the LED lights. Wireless range is fine if you are gaming but if you are looking to roam then it soon drops off after about 10meters.

    Sound wise they are more neutral and not as bassy as other headsets but provide a good comprise for movies, music as well as gaming.

    Mic wise it is fine for gaming but don’t expect super high quality with a wireless solution.

    Overall a great gaming headset.

    Right, I want to preface this review by saying I hated this headset at first.

    A big reason was that the quality of the audio – and specifically the clarity in the high end – felt almost wrong compared to anything I’ve worn before.

    Two weeks later, and I have to say this is one of the best headsets I have used for gaming, and is now my go-to for competitive shooters.

    Plenty of others will have spoken about the various features of this product, so I want to focus on two key areas: Looks and Sound.

    Firstly, looks. Take a look at the images attached. Obviously, this is the KD/A edition, so you have the requisite logo on the side. Outside of that, there is very little to communciate that this headset is a collab with a music act, but here we are. It’s a very attractive, comfortable headset. The LED’s are a nice touch, if completely unnecessary unless you are intending to stream to an audience on Twitch or Youtube. Build quality is solid (expected for Logitech) and the weight isn’t a detriment during long play sessions.

    Next, The Sound Quality. To say that I hated the way these sounded the first time I put them on would be an understatement. The tuning out of the box is “tinny” – too treble heavy, terrible for gaming.

    Where things start to change is when you use the G Hub software to tune them (see the images attached). I’ve never seen a better feature set for tuning gaming headphones – the amount of flexibility here is quite staggering. I spent around an hour tweaking these to my preference and playstyle and at the end of my time customising the settings, these surpassed anything I’d previously used. Deep bass, great surround sound for situational awareness and clear audio clarity for comms. At the end of the day, what more can you ask for?

    Branded/Collab products are always a gamble. There is no guarantee that what you are getting is suitable to your use. But Logi have nailed it here. It isn’t perfect of course – better, gamer focussed tuning out of the box really should be standard, but its impressive to see the level of granularity here, and I’m pleased to recommend these to fellow gamers who want both form AND function in their next headset.

    My new favourite gaming headse

    Firstly I’ll state that I’ve solely used these on my PS5 so that is want I’m writing the review on, and boy do I like them. Design wise the white compliments the PS5 excellently, it pretty much matches the console white and resting the headset on the console or near the controller it doesn’t look out of place at all. Weighing in at 280g it is super light which makes them extremely comfortable and the ear cups are made of memory foam meaning that there is very little pressure on the head. I’m a glasses wearer but I have no trouble wearing these for extended gaming sessions, which is a great testament to the comfort these provide. I’m personally not a fan of the LED lights, I’m aware that on PC you can turn these off but if solely on PS5 you can’t, it’s a shame that one of the side buttons isn’t a LED toggle but its a minor drawback.

    Setup was very much plug and play – the USB adapter fits nicely at the back of the PS5 and then when turning on the headset it links up right away. Performance wise I can’t fault it – there’s no wireless lag that I can distinguish and it really does enhance the gameplay. I now wear these all the time whilst playing – regardless if I’m the one one in the room because the 3D audio and detail you can hear is unmatched to normal speakers. I’m no expert in terms of bass/treble etc but the audio is clear and distinct and playing action games really shows these off.

    Honestly if I didn’t know better these could very well be the official PS5 headset that Sony themselves had sponsored/produced. They work seamlessly, show up as an audio accessory via the PS5 sound/devices setting and the wireless audio has no noticeable lag whilst playing game. Simply put these are a great buy if you don’t want to buy the Pulse 3D headset, or you also game on a PC so want the flexibility.

    Seamlessly compliments the PS5 experience

    The headset colour and design look awesome when gaming! The mic tbh isn’t the best but it will get the job done talking to your teammates. I use the head for PC gaming when you download the Logitech G Hub you can take the gaming experience to the next level where you can the audio levels to what game you are playing. Tbh when I’m playing PUBG I can hear another playing moving around in a building.

    Setting up the headset was very straight forwards with no issues, I just needed to plug in the USB dongle which came supplied then I was all set.

    After Wearing the headset for a long gaming session I did notice my ears did start to hurt, this was due to me wearing gaming glasses.

    The controls on the head work well and I had no issues finding the switch when I needed to turn down or change the setting on the headset.

    Overall I would give the headset 4 out of 5

    The headset colour and design look awesome when gaming!

    Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThese headphones look very gamer-like. By that, I mean that they have a very eye-catching, modern design that’s bold and flashy. Whereas most headphones are curved, these have sharp and boxy angles, which is what gives them that futuristic gamer, almost sci-fi look. The material is an ultra-white premium plastic. The RGB lighting features on the sides of the ear cups and can be customised to suit your setup.

    It’s worth mentioning that this KDA edition is a nod to the virtual K-pop-inspired girl group that was formed as part of League of Legends League World Championship. In honesty though, this variation of the headset features very subtle KDA branding, which means you shouldn’t be put off choosing this colour-way even if you don’t know what KDA is. The differences in the KDA edition that I noticed compared to the regular white edition are: the more ice-white colour, the slightly more pronounced RGB lighting, the blue and black headband, the black ear cups, and the KDA text on the side. The box also has some cool Akali artwork.

    In terms of comfort, these are brilliant. They weigh very, very little, which means you can keep them on for very long sessions without feeling any pressure on your head or neck. This is helped further by the comfortable headband and memory foam ear cups that do a good job of cushioning the headphones and at the same time giving you that ‘locked in’ and immersed feel. The plastic is all very flexible and so it’s easy to put on and take off too. The mic is out of your line of sight, which is something I appreciated.

    The sound quality is excellent and the Logitech app will allow you to customise the sound easily (along with the RGB colours). I found that for gaming they provided me with exactly the kind of clarity and punchy sound that I wanted – explosions sounded LOUD and I was able to pinpoint gunshots. When friends were talking I found it easy to understand them and when I was talking they let me know that they could hear me clearly too. On the headset is a mute button (which is very useful) and a volume wheel in addition to a power button.

    One big advantage of these headphones, especially at the price point, is that they are completely wireless. All you need to do to set them up is grab the wireless dongle that comes with the box and plug it into your PC. You then turn on the headphones. On Windows 10 the headphones were quickly installed and usable. If you want to customise the colours and sound experience then you can download the Logitech App from their website (highly recommended). Coming from the wired HyperX Cloud II (and before that the wired Razer Kraken) I can say the wireless experience over wired is a huge step forward. No longer do I feel the cable tugging at me; I’m more mobile, it doesn’t hit my arm and if I need to go and grab a drink I can continue talking to friends via discord as the range is very good (I believe it to be around 15-20m based on my testing)!

    Because they are wireless, you will obviously need to charge the battery from time to time. The app on windows shows you the battery percentage and I found I was able to get between 18 and 22 hours of usage out of the headphones with the lighting turned on and up at a high level. When you do need to charge the headphones, you do so via a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, which does the job very quickly.

    Overall, I’m over the moon with these headphones. I’ve used Razer headphones and HyperX headphones before these, but they don’t come close in terms of the comfort, sound quality and looks these G733s offer. I really like the KDA version and can say it’s HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

    The best gaming headphones I've used by far!

    These look great with lighting effects, a clean white design and a good solid build. They feel built to last. Set up in minutes, and ready to go. Just plug in the blue tooth adapter to your pc and you have instant connection. Great sound quality, deep and immersive. There’s a volume dial on the headset as well so you can quickly adjust. Overall, recommended.

    This review has been delayed because I’ve had so much fun listening to DTS surround sound on various DVDs and Blu-Ray videos — even though they are primarily gaming headphones. What I did was to use the Logitech G Hub software on Windows 10, which picks up the G733 headphones automatically, and to experiment with the DTS Headphone X surround sound settings. These are of course stereo headphones — there is only one driver for each ear — but DTS Headphone X uses processing to simulate surround sound and I found it very effective. It sounds quite different in surround mode, when playing suitable material such as a 5.1 video, and you get a much more immersive effect with deeper bass and a more three-dimensional soundscape, just as it should be.

    Another reason I enjoyed playing through the videos is that the comfort of the G733 is excellent. This is partly because they are lightweight, just 278g, and partly because of some clever design. A soft band rests against your head, with the stronger plastic frame above it and not in contact. The fabric of the earpads is not exceptionally soft, but it does mould itself to the shape of your head somehow, and even though I wear glasses I found I could wear these for hours without any discomfort.

    These are wireless headphones but do not use Bluetooth, but instead a USB dongle. This gives a low latency connection, essential for gaming where timing is critical. The dongle is automatically paired to the headphones so there are none of the connection issues that sometimes affect Bluetooth; the downside is that you can only use them with a PC, Mac or PlayStation 4 or 5 games console. It does not work on Xbox.

    They do of course have a microphone, a flexible boom that plugs into the left earcup. I tested this and it works very well. You also get the advantage of Blue Voice processing, again via G Hub, should you want it. This lets you use presets which tailor your voice for various scenarios such as broadcasting.

    You also get lighting effects, LED strips on the front of each earcup. An obvious snag with these is that you can’t see them, but they could be fun in a video call. On the other hand, the lighting does use quite a lot of battery. You get around 20 hours with lighting enabled, or 29 hours without.

    I really like these headphones. They are OK but nothing special for stereo music, but they are great for gaming and videos. The G Hub software adds real value. The downside I guess is limited compatibility: they won’t work with a phone or an iPad or even with an Xbox. For PC gaming and general use though, they are outstanding.

    The Logitech G733 K/DA LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Headset is a breath of fresh air in the headset world. Because of lockdown and the global pandemic I’ve been spending a lot more time on calls and voice chats than I ever thought possible and it is no exageration to day that this is my new facourite headset.

    Why? Simple, it does all the things it needs to extremely well.

    First of all, comfort; at 278g it’s remarkably light for a headset of its size, so much so that I often forget I’m wearing it. On top of that the ventilated memory foam earpads are comfortable on your hear whilst keeping your ears cool and provising a high level of noise isolation to keep out the noise of fans or other background distractions. Finally, to ensure a good fit, there’s a suspension headband which has two height settings to ensure it fits most heads, I have an enormous head and the headset still fits me comfortably.

    Secondly, sound. The sound coming out of the headphones is deep, rich and clear, really top class, and the detachable boom mic picks your voice up well and isolates most background noise nicely. The BlueVoice software that comes as part of the G HUB software offers a number of options for enhancing your voice and I’ll admit that I was sceptical of the need for it but in testing it out on some calls with friends I’m told it makes a noticeable difference. I’ve ended up with it set on “Broadcaster 1”, which gives my voice maximum clarity and a bit of additional richness.

    Thirdly, battery life. Logitech quote 29 hours without the lighting options turned on or 20 hours with the default option on. I’d say this seems accurate although I’ve yet to exhaust my first charge, as I type this, the headphones are sitting at 24% charge after may hours of use and are playing music quite happily.

    Finally, looks. Although this is least important to me, it has to be mentioned. These headphones are undeniably striking and futurisic looking, undoubtedly in part due to the League of Legends branding they come with, and the Lightsync RGB light strips on the front of the headphones add a really nice finishing touch. The Lightsync patterns are configurable to your taste, I played about with this a bit but then opted to leave it on the default option, which slowly cycles through colours and is quite pleasant to watch.

    Overall, I’m highly impressed by this headset, it really is a great but of kit.

    A well made, stylish, light and brilliant sounding headse

    I’ve used quite a lot of logitech products in my life, mostly mice but a few keyboards, they have always been my go to for a quality and affordable peripheral for my PC, I have seen their gaming headsets in the past but never tried them out myself, not even an in-store demo, I was very happy to try out the G733 since I know logitech’s standards and what to expect, and well… they are a gaming headset.

    So let’s start off with the build quality…
    I honestly wasn’t super impressed with how these are made, the plastic feels thin and cheap (probably mostly to cut down on weight), there’s a mix of glossy and rough plastic which I kinda like. Thankfully the headband feels well made, it’s bendy but doesn’t feel like it will snap, this is probably the most important part since it’s what most commonly breaks in headphones, you don’t see many earcups snapped in half. Of course these being wireless means a wire goes through the headband, so don’t take the previous sentence as a reason to be rough with these, if that wire breaks, one side of your headset is gone.

    I wouldn’t say I’m massively impressed with the build quality but I don’t think it’s bad at all, just very average which is really what I expected from Logitech.

    So are they comfortable?
    Yes and no, it really depends.
    To me, the earcups felt too cramped, my ears were touching the sides which is super noticable when my main headphones are extremely spacious, you might not notice if you’re adjusted to cramped headphones, my ears started to ache after about 2 hours of using these.
    The headband was also another issue, my head may be slightly above average in size and the headstrap had to stretch to it’s full potential, my head was pretty much touching the headband, it didn’t really cause any more discomfort but does make me worry about how long these headphones will be able to stand this before breaking.
    Wireless headphones have to hold a lot more tech than wired headphones so are often a lot more heavy, these were really light, weighing only 278 grams, that’s lighter than my wired headphones (which to be fair, has a lot of metal on it), this definitely made these a lot more comfortable and I am impressed with how light these are, along with that they have a very good battery life (29 hours) and the battery is usually a big part of the weight.

    I won’t get too much into the sound since this is a gaming headset, if you’re looking at this you probably don’t really care about how these sound.
    They sound okay, not good, not bad (just like every other part of this headset), there’s a fair amount of bass if you like that but it’s not bloated, it’s definitely usable for gaming and I’d say it even sounds good, I wouldn’t do any serious listening but for just general computer usage, gaming, and casually listening to music there’s really no issues with the sound.

    And finally, the mic quality, it’s yet again, not great but not awful, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a gaming headset, it’s fun to press it right against your mouth and make extremely loud noises in the call with you friends (maybe that’s why nobody invites me to play anymore).

    In conclusion, this a gaming headset (just like I said at the start of this review), it does what it’s meant to without any serious flaws.
    A solid choice for fans of KD/A.

    Thanks for reading!

    This is a truly striking headset from Logitech. Straight out of the box, they look futuristic and very smart. My set is white so they really stand out. They come with a USB-C charging cable and a plug in microphone. There is no carry case or bag wich is something of a let down on a set costing in excess of 100 because you will want to protect and look after them.
    Also missing from the box is any instruction manual. Just an advert pamphlet for other Logitech products and a safet and compliance booklet. I had to search online to see if there was a set up procedure I needed to follow, along with an explanation for the various buttons on the headset. To save you time, here is a link to the PDF document with all necessary instructions:
    https://www.logitech.com/assets/65931/g733-wireless-rgb-headset.pdf
    In short, mine came with 43% charge so I was able to seet them up straight away.
    I tested mine on my laptop so the procedure was as follows:
    1) Insert the USB dongle (supplied) into a vacant USB port on your laptop/PC
    2) Insert the detachable microphone into the headset
    3) Wait for the dongle to install
    4) Short press the power button on the headset and you are done.

    The headset is simply one of the most comfortable headsets I’ve ever had the pleasure to wear. Brilliant. Not too tight on the head and nice and soft around the ears.

    I opened up a music file on the laptop and was astounded at the quality of the sound. It really is brilliant. Far better than expected and even better than the sound from a 300+ set I own. Very impressive.

    As I was actually wearing the headset, I wasn’t aware of the coloured lights on the cups until membes of the family pointed this out. They look great. Really effective in a dark room.

    There is an app you can download from Logitech to customises theor G series of gadgets – including this G733 headset. However, after downloading and installing (you have to creat a Logitech account if you do not already have one). Sadly though, despite creating the account and successfully searching for customisation options, each attempt to download them resulted in a failed download error. I’ll look into this as I am sure it’s something I might be doing wrong.

    All said and done though, Logitech have created a winner with this headset. It is stunning to look at and stunning to wear. Sound quality is second to none.

    If I have to find a negative with these, it is the necessity of having to use the supplied Logitech USB Dongle rather than the convenience of bluetooth connectivity. The Logitech USB dongle is quite a size – as big as a memory stick. I think Logitech need to redesign this so that it is much much smaller and less likely to get broken off (see photo).

    Beautiful headse

    I like the colour and design of this gaming headset which looks super cool and futuristic! The mic especially appeals to me, as this is very crisp and clear when talking! There is no frizz or staticness which is great. This headset is perfect for my son who is a Xbox Addict, and spends majority of his time on there. He puts these on and zones into his own world. It does not feel too heavy on the ears. The sound quality and battery life is very good and reliable! – can last for ages. I do feel like it is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, which is quality here… The quality is really good, as well as the headphones in itself. It comes with a little accessory pouch which is convenient and super easy to pack away!

    This is my second-favourite PC gaming headset. It’s very clearly designed from the ground up for gamers & streamers. It ticks all the right boxes – looks, sound quality, comfort, ease of use.

    You might be wondering which is my favourite headset – it’s another Logitech model, the PRO X Wireless. It’s similar in a lot of ways to the G733. Both of them are near-perfect. I use the PRO X every day, preferring it to more expensive Bluetooth headsets.

    I love the styling of the G733 K/DA headset – it’s very unique – cool and futuristic. The RGB lighting will appeal to streamers who want to look their best in stand out to their audiences. This particular model has subtle customised K/DA aesthetics, so if you’re into League of Legends you’ll appreciate these little details. Other than looks, this model seems to be exactly the same as the standard G733.

    The sound quality is fantastic. I’m not an audiophile, but I have reviewed lots of headphones, including some which cost 2 or 3 times as much as these… and to be honest I can’t tell the difference when it comes to audio quality. You won’t be disappointed. As far as I can tell, the G733 sounds every bit as good my PRO X headset.

    My favourite thing about Logitech wireless headsets is that they’re truly “plug and play”. You just stick the dongle into a spare USB port on your PC and you’re good to go. Everything just works seamlessly. I’m really glad Logitech headsets don’t use Bluetooth.

    By contrast, headsets which use Bluetooth (even really expensive ones) are a pain to use with a PC. Without launching into a big rant here about all the issues, I’d often have connection or lag problems. It was just annoying. So it’s great to see Logitech headsets in a totally different league.

    The only thing I don’t like about this G733 headset is the earpad material. It’s kind of a cloth fabric and I’m just not that keen on it. The fake leather material on my PRO X Wireless headset is more comfortable, but that may just be my personal preference.

    You get up to 29 hours of battery life, which is great. The headset charges via a USB C port, which is really convenient for me because it means I can use my phone’s charger.

    The G733 is surprisingly light at just 278g. My trusty PRO X headset is a little heavier at 320g, but both are very comfortable over many hours of gaming.

    I’m not a fan of the Logitech software and usually leave it uninstalled. I also don’t like the surround sound effects. I much prefer normal stereo sound.

    Is the G733 headset good value for money? I’d say so. There are no noticeable compromises – it performs as well or better than more expensive headsets.

    If I didn’t already own Logitech’s excellent PRO X wireless headset, this G733 would be my “daily driver” while sat at my PC.
