Having the kitchen refurbished and out of bounds for a while, we needed somewhere to store fridge items without committing to a full size fridge. This is perfect. It’s not too big nor too small & will be useful back up when kitchen is back to full use. I like it black as a contrast to other white goods.

Looks great with a prestige label.
Efficient working with a small ice box that can be handy in summer. Quite good capacity for my office use to keep the occasional lunch and snacks.
Usually quite except the occasional whirring of every fridge.

I love this fridge is so quiet and spacious inside, even has a little freezer box which is ideal for ice cubes as I bought this as a beer and drinks fridge for my bedroom. For the price can’t really go wrong and it’s almost silent while running.

This is an excellent fridge. I got it for the bedroom for storing cold drinks for when I’m on the computer and if I need water in the night. It is so quiet that you hardly know if it’s operating.
If I had to nit-pick, I would say the freezer (a tiny little box at the top) isn’t good enough to keep things really frozen and I would have helped having a small dim light inside. But, as said, that is nit-picking at it’s worse – this is an extremely good fridge for kitchen or bedroom and would heartedly recommend

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Userseasonably happy with item. My only gripe would be the ice box gets built up with ice too much. Not much else you can do with it as it’s set at 2 setting.

I bought this fridge to replace a small fridge I bought for my daughter when she was in a shared house at university. It’s good to have a spare fridge upstairs for cold drinks and spillover at Christmas when my main fridge is always bursting at the seems!
It’s quiet and spacious and really fitted my use.

An ideal fridge to go along with the Hobbs freezer I bought previously for a household of two. I think they overthought things though by including the freezer section. It really impacts on the space and makes it harder to fit items in a manner that optimizes the space available.

This table top fridge works very well but the freezer section is poor there is a gap at the back of the freezer maybe it is meant to be there but as a consequence the freezer is not very efficient it will freeze the ice tray provided but it does not freeze ice cream lollies and if you turn up the fridge it will freeze objects underneath or by the side.

Bought this to replace a faulty fridge in my static holiday caravan in France so not in full use yet. Looks about the right size and works well on test at home. One star held back until we use it for real.

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersI recently purchased the Russell Hobbs RHTTF67B Mini Fridge in black and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. The fridge has a spacious 66-liter capacity, which is perfect for storing all of my beverages, snacks, and leftovers. The reversible doors make it easy to place the fridge in any location, and the black finish looks sleek and modern.

One of my favorite features of this fridge is the adjustable thermostat, which allows me to set the temperature to my desired level. The fridge also runs quietly, so it doesn’t disturb the peace in my home. The adjustable shelves are another great feature, as I can rearrange them to fit larger items or create more space for smaller items.

Overall, I would highly recommend the Russell Hobbs RHTTF67B Mini Fridge to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish mini fridge. It’s easy to use, spacious, and looks great in any room. Plus, the price is very reasonable compared to other mini fridges on the market. 5/5!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersOverall delighted with the purchase and its value-for-money, in my view. Easy to follow instructions and set-up. If you are not fit enough and or unsteady on your feet to lift cumbersome boxes, get someone to help, otherwise it could be a struggle, particularly up stairs. I have put mine in a spare room so its accessible from bedroom and from home office. Its spacious enough and cool enough. Themo-setting is recommended at “2” but it could be set higher- I haven’t risked it yet! Standard wine bottles don’t fit. If I have niggle: there isn’t a light inside….really!

Got next day delivery on this fridge. Brought as extra space needed . Was concerned when sides got very hot so switched of and left off over night Seemed to settle down sides just warm and then cold My only complait is door shelve doesnt hold bottles and cans in place so when you open the door they full forward and you have to push them back so you can shut the door.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersWorks well not a great deal of space internally but ideal for prescription drugs.
The temperature control needs turning quite low to get the temperature low enough but once set perfect.
Finish excellent and ideal size for work tops. Ideal for drinks and snacks but limited as the door inner sections encroaches on fridge space.
    Would buy again.

I like to have a few bottles/cans of beer chilled at the ready for my weekly Friday night session or the odd sunny day in Scotland which can be quite unpredictable. Had researched quite a few fridges online. There are such a variety of sizes, styles and prices it took a while for me to go for this fridge. I wasn’t bothered about the look as it was going to sit in a spare room anyway and I do like the Russell Hobbs brand for other small electrical appliances e.g. irons, steam mops etc. Had the fridge for around 10 months now and really pleased with my purchase. I like my beer very cold and this fridge does the business. Setting goes to 5 but 3 is good enough for me. Doesn’t take long to chill – can put the bottles/cans in before work and they will be ready for me on my return, but even better if you have them chilled for a day or two. The size and capacity was a big plus for me. I tend to buy 330ml cans/bottles and it holds loads, however, it easily takes larger bottles and cans if you move the shelf to the top of the fridge and build them up horizontally from the bottom. The only issue I have had is that I’m not sure whether the door hinge is tightened properly. The door closes/seals the fridge fine but I sometimes have to lift it a little to stop the inner part of the door hitting the wall inside the fridge, particularly if I have anything stored on the fridge door. It clicks on and off, usually after the door has been opened, but is otherwise quiet. Haven’t used the wee freezer compartment but it needs defrosted around every 6 months with infrequent use. In summary, I love this wee fridge. Great capacity, been reliable so far and serves my purpose well.

Seems to be a really good fridge. Looks good, easy to reverse the door and it runs silent as far as i can tell (fridges are always noisy the first time you use them until they reach temp) Fits cans of drink and full size milk cartons in the door. Plenty of space on the shelf for lunch and snacks. Icebox a bonus for summer months!

It is exactly as i expected, however it does have some cosmetic damage – the top corners are dented and theres a dent in the side, but as i am using under a counter with other objects next to it, i will accept it. Might not be idea if you have it on a worktop on display.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersWarning: this is a short term review based on only a few weeks of use.

I bought this because I rent, and the installed fitted kitchen fridge consumes energy like a blast furnace, and is less insulated than a naked cross Atlantic swimmer. So I decided to get a small fridge for under 100 instead of haemorrhaging money and causing an argument with the landlord (who would no doubt just replace the old fridge with another energy inefficient fridge, then put the rent up)

I am VERY happy. It is very cold, very efficient and well insulated. Ive used a laser thermometre on the outside “white” part on all sides and barely find a +/- 1c difference. It uses very little electricity and its very quite. I literally put this in my bedroom and when the TV is on I barely even hear it when it fires up.

My only slight reservation is the thermostat, not that it causes me particular problems. Even on the lowest setting its still VERY cold. Maybe because its new, and its in a cold room which is optimal, but I already have it turned to the lowest setting, and tbh I would happily have it slightly warmer if it meant using less electricity, but it wont go down further.

I have seen some complaints that water “pools” in the fridge. True but not the whole picture. Basically the cooler box IS the internal cooling element, and its metal. The fridge is very insulated, so when it turns on to cool, the metal element gets suddenly VERY cold and any moisture vapour condenses and freezes on it. If your room is humid this will be a problem, if not, it wont. Personally this happens to me only when I am drying laundry in my bedroom. Humidity = condensation.
The simple fix is to keep an eye on it, and if you see drops of frozen water on the underside of the chiller tray, turn the fridge off for ten minutes, then just as it starts to thaw, wipe the underside with a cloth and all the ice drops separate immediately onto the cloth. Job done. Like I said though, its only ever happened to me when Im drying lots of laundry in a coldish room.

I would also note that when I used a power metre plug, my old fridge was costing more to run, than the value of the food I was preserving. This fridge is so efficient Ive turned it down to level 1, and stopped monitoring it.

    Pros
    Cheap to buy
    Very quiet
    VERY energy efficient.
    Surprisingly spacious considering its size
    Very very cold
You can pack it to the gills and it will keep things cool

    Cons
If there is damp or humidity, it will condense and freeze on the cooling element.

I got this fridge to save money, its paid for itself. Energy efficiency is advancing very quickly these days and this thing is cheap, effective and efficient.

This is a great small worktop fridge and was perfect for what I wanted. It keeps food really cold and is virtually silent. Looks very expensive with the stainless steel finish and lots of space too. The icebox is not practical or useful so best for fridge use only. Great value for money though and super quick delivery.

    Lovely product, and surprisingly spacious.
There is a small ice box but do not expect it to freeze as well as a freezer would. It’s big enough to store one or two items at a time but obviously the more you put in the less effective the freeze will be.
Good space in the doors – enough to fit two 2 pint size milk cartons in plus other shorter cartons or cans!
Very quiet and easy to set up and keep clean. Highly recommended.

So far it’s been fine. It’s not too loud, it’s keeping everything to a good temperature, nothing is freezing as others are advising and it’s well built.

Energy efficiency isn’t great however it does the job and well.

Only complaint is the freezer door isn’t flush in line with the compartment shape. Very minor as it has no affect on the overall performance.

Works well, have the setting on 3/4 most of time. Fits quite a lot in considering the size of it.
If you have a small space this is ideal. Very quiet. Small ice box that I find unnecessary as I have under counter freezer and it gathers ice around the outside. Probably fit a bag of peas in if you don’t have a freezer.
    Manual defrost for that.

It does make a noise but it’s not too loud and only happens when the fridge is cooling it’s self down. If you keep on setting 4 or 5 it’s perfect and doesn’t make a noice very often. Lots of space and keeps drinks etc very cool. Freezer isn’t the best but is very handy to have. Glad I bought it for my room

  41. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

As far as price goes this is definitely great value for money. It’s relatively spacious and has a mini fridge. I would say it is harder to fit larger bottles such 1.5/2 litre bottles, mainly because of the length, I’d you have them in the door you can only fit one and if you have them not top they will most likely freeze, however you can fit a lot of other stuff in there, I practically fit a whole weekly shop sans any longer items.

As for temperature control, the fridge and the freezer share the same settings so you can’t change either one, the freezer is very strong and any products near or under the freezer will freeze, I tried to put the temp lower to avoid that, however that then the temp for the entire fridge down and something I had in there went off.

Despite all this I would highly recommend, as it’s not for general use, it definitely meets its purpose. I am able to store cans, bottles and juices in my room like I need and in the summer the freezer was full. It can fit one Ben and Jerry’s tube and 12 single lollies.

Product arrived via Hermes however the box it was packed in was badly damaged – when I cut the outer tapes off the bottom of the box completely fell off. It has good temp control, but the freezer compartment is more of a chill compartment which has an ice buildup.

A good mini-fridge with enough space, and the freezer part is useful too. Not too loud so can be kept in a bedroom, although it does feel like it gets a little bit louder after a few months. Only negative experience I’ve really had is that the freezer door randomly broke after just a few months… Freezer still works without it though so it’s not major, but I’m trying to receive a spare freezer door now which is a bit of a faff.

It’s a fantastic size for a bedroom/ dorm room. Fits loads of drinks and snacks while maintaining a good temperature which was my main concern. The freezer section freezes liquid and depending on the setting you have it on the things on the drip tray. Only let downs are that the freezer box won’t keep ice cream frozen and the small amount of noise it makes if you’re a light sleeper. Easy little things to overlook for such a great product.

I personally use it for storing my meal preps, it has surprisingly good storage for a mini fridge. No complaints so far, except the freezer can leak and freeze over when put on a high setting. This is not a big problem since the freezer setting can be easily adjusted. The freezer does keep your items frozen and is perfect for ice cream.

This fridge manages to cool items just as effectively as more regular sized fridges and fridge-freezer systems, and also has a good environmental rating so you can reduce your carbon footprint and your electricity bill. Since it works as well as much more expensive systems, the price is very good. Anything considerably cheaper is pretty much useless, only cooling items to about 10C which just isn’t refreshing enough!

  61. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersI’ve had the fridge for 4 weeks now so feel I can give a honest, true review.

By the reviews it seems others have had more success with noise than me but also other having more problems than me so I wont complain too much!

The fridge itself is great for what it’s used for (cooling/freezing things) and I’ve been able to fit six 500ml water bottles, two Rubicon 2ltr bottles and a few cartons of soya milk in there all at once which I thought was awesome. I’ve also done some testing going from six to two on the thermostat and 6 will make your drink extremely cold, cold enough that when I pulled a bottle of water out and give it a quick shake the water turned into a water slush puppie. I then every few days knocked it one down on the thermostat and to be honest two or three will keep your drink perfectly cold enough and I’ve just gone between those two settings for the past week or so to see if it really needs to be on three or if I can get away with two or even one.

Now, the thing everyone seems to either not have a problem with at all or the thing that people are having a nightmare with and it’s a deal breaker , NOISE. I’ll be honest, it’s near silent, until it kicks in every 10-15 minutes for a minute or two and gives off a vibrating noise, which, as time has gone on started to annoy me more and more. I’m a bit of a audio freak so having a random buzzing sound pop up every so often does get annoying but I guess it’s just one of the things I’ll have to put up with (if anyone knows how to sort this, please, help me!). That being said it’s right next to my bed and I really don’t have a problem getting to sleep nor have I been woken from the buzzing.

If you’re going to put it in a room where there’s lot of noise or a room you won’t be in or maybe you don’t care for noise at all then this is a incredible mini (it does hold a fair bit) fridge but if you feel the noise may annoy you and you do get triggered by the slightest of sounds this might turn into a small nightmare.
