Easy to assemble. Only reason I’ve given this 4 stars is because it doesn’t give a pulse reading but I have a fit bit watch anyway an purchased a gel cushion for the sear as it’s a bit uncomfortable other than that I am happy with it.
Easy to assembl and sturdy. The chair comfort could be a little bit better.
Brought this bike after reading the reviews. Great bike and easy to set up. Only niggle is one of the pedals fell off and I couldn’t get it on as easy as when I set it up, however I managed to get it put back on so will wait and see if it happens again. Definitely worth purchasing for the price. Delivery driver was fantastic and it came earlier then stated. Overall I’m glad I purchased this one.

Fab bike. Very sturdy. Only bad point was the very uncomfortable seat. I had to by a gel seat cover!
Quick delivery, easy assembly, great customer service. I had a query with a small part when assembling but one email and an hour later the problem was resolved without quibble – first class.
Arrived well packaged and two days before expected date. Was easy enough to assemble but husband is a mechanic so well used to assembling parts. Was very pleased with actual bike, very quiet in use so does not detract from anything else going on. Appears well made and is very sturdy, but also easy to pick up and wheel around to a different room if needed.
I am not so keen on the actual saddle and will be looking for an alternative so dropped one star for comfort, but all in all i consider this a good buy and would recommend the seller and the item.

I had a few issues with the wrong parts being sent but the customer service team were great in helping sort out. I am enjoying doing my bike workouts. The bike was easy to put together and it is quiet when in use. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.
Received earlier than original date it was up and running in a short time, had a query so e-mailed the company (on a Saturday) and first thing Monday morning got an e-mail sorting my query out.
My wife was on it on the Saturday afternoon (I started on the Sunday) and a couple of weeks later we have each done over 300k.
In the freezing weather coupled with snow and rain this has enabled us to keep fit and drop a bit of the lockdown weight increase ready to get back on our recumbent trikes when the weather permits.
Would we recommend this ? Absolutely.
The bike arrived before the estimated date .Easy to assemble. There was a problem with the belt, contacted the seller on the Monday new replacement arrived on the Wednesday. Customer service is excellent that is why I gave it 5 stars.
Bike arrived a week early which was amazing. Well packaged and easy to assemble. I had read the reviews and Q&A on LOTS of bikes as I am an avid Spinner and just happened by this one, when looking at something 100 more expensive, so glad I did. I was a little worried about the flywheel weight but it is the same as many others out there just not as heavy as you would obviously find on your gym spin bike but really no need to worry. It is great for everything I want to do. I do a lot of speed work but have also been doing some resistance/hill climbs and the resistance works well. I have done standing sprints and push-ups and the bike feels stable and sturdy. Absolutely love this bike. I am 5’4″ but have two sons of 5’9 and 5’11” and they have been on it comfortably…still waiting for my partner of 6 ft to give it go! No need to pay for expensive bikes and monthly fees I have been doing free classes on YouTube similar to my classes I would do at the gym. Would absolutely recommend.
eally good piece of home exercise equipment, its sturdy and easy to put together. The seat is little uncomfortable but nothing to worry about and it was delivered faster than expected which was a bonus.
The Good;
It arrived very quickly, after about 4 days and way earlier than it suggested it might
It is easy to assemble, it’s just screwing the peddles, seat post and handlebar which took about 25 mins
It is pretty sturdy
Both my teenagers and my Wife have used it (whilst watching TV which is fine by me)
The seat is big and fairly comfortable
The Not-so-good
The bike itself is not very big. I’m 6’0 and the bike, even with the seat on the highest setting is too small. I can live with it as I’m mostly on the rower anyway but if you’re using this regularly be aware. On the highest seat post setting my legs are bent and for my legs to be straight down (with the peddle at 6 o’clock while riding) the seat would need to be 3 inches higher. You can adjust the pressure on the wheel which in turn changes the wheel resistance, it’s manual which you’d expect.
It has a LCD readout that shows time, heart rate (via metal contacts on the bars) etc…however the heart rate monitor is way off. I spun for 60 mins and the monitor HR never got above 70 while my Apple Watch sat around 125 BPM. The monitor itself is also very flimsy.
Spin bikes have all massively increased in value thanks to lockdown and you can pay an awful lot more than the 260 I paid for this.
Overall, I’d say if you’re over 5’10 consider that this bike might be too small especially if you plan on being on it a lot but size issue aside, for 260 it delivers on what a basic spin bike should do. As an entry level bike it’s pretty good and if you like it that much you can always sell it on FB and buy a more expensive one.
Easy to assemble and pretty sturdy bike. It does the job for me but just and I understand why there were comments that it is not suitable for anyone taller than 1.8 m (I am 1.77). The seat’s bar is clearly too short and does not have enough holes to set the seat higher – this is amazing as it could be very easy to make it 10-20 cm longer and add 2-3 more holes. It is clearly made for the Chinese market. otherwise it is good bike at a decent price. So, if the manufacturer wants to keep selling it, they should adjust it for the European market where people are generally taller.
A very reasonably priced bike, although I changed the seat after a few months as it squeaked loudly. The computer is basic and doesn’t include cadence but overall it’s excellent value for money and I’ve already done 1800km on it.
So happy I have been half eyeing up bikes for months and finally took the plunge. Firstly delivery – it came next day and the delivery firm with extremely polite and helpful. The bike was easy to assemble prob took me and the husband half and hour without an argument! The bike is a smaller size so perfect for 5 3″ me in a flat. Obviously not as sturdy as a gym one but what do you expect. Strong enough for me to stand and go full pelt on my first session this morning – overall delighted.
Easy to fit (apart from threading one of the pedals incorrectly, caused it to pop out), got a replacement part within 1 week, quick customer response. Spar easily fitted, bike great for purpose. Pedometer not the most accurate, but I didn’t buy the bike for that. Very sturdy (15 stone man) (just about big enough at 5 ft 11, any taller may need different bike. Overall very happy with this purchase

For the budget this bike punches well above its weight, its sturdy, comfortable and easily adjustable, exactly what you want for a home spin bike. The customer service from the XS Sport team is brilliant. Could not be happier with my purchase.
I have never done spinning before. This is a good bike for the price. I can stand up on it. It is not too big – I am 5 feet tall and someone slightly smaller would still be able to use it. Someone 6′ 2″ has also used it without any problem.
Don’t often leave written reviews but will for this. Bought for lockdown due to gyms being closed and onset of winter restricting outdoor cycling.
Developed problems with computer. Contacted company. Service was excellent. Prompt response and resolution of issues. New part arrived a day later. First class customer care.
I ummed and ahhed for a while about getting a spin bike and did lots of research. I have been running and wanted something to do when the weather gets cold or when its raining. I finally decided on the XS Sport and was going to get the SB500 as thought the flywheel would be better as its heavier but it had sold out so I had to go for the SB350. Needn’t have worried as the resistance is just fine and I get a good workout. Stuck some workouts from YouTube on and I was soon sweating and very out of breath!
Putting it together wasn’t an issue and I managed to do it in my lunch hour with my 70 year old Mum assisting!
Good product although the tracker item feels cheap and the heart monitor doesn’t work

i’d like to start by saying the customer service is excellent i had to call up a few times and the guy who answered the phone was always polite and easy going – i worried as i thought the service might not be so great if i needed help but that wasn’t a problem at all and i felt reassured with the company selling the bike.
the bike itself is very sturdy and is made very well, is easy to assemble (young female who self-assembled) the bike is better than expected. for me personally, as someone whos 5’9 I’m unsure if i needed a bigger bike or perhaps its just that I’m not using it correctly. when i ordered the bike there weren’t many reviews so i felt unsure about ordering it but I’m happy to say the bike and service is 100% don’t hesitate to order one 🙂 i recommend ordering a gel or padded bike seat along with your orde

We was really pleased with this bike and it arrived way before the delivery date which was fantastic. The bike was easy to asseble. The only negative is the seat is not very comfortable but we have put a soft seat cover over the top and that has now resolved that issue.

Happy with my purchase although because I’m tall 5ft 8 when I stand spin it doesn’t feel as sturdy as I would have liked. But you do get what you pay for and as far as a home spin / cycle goes it works well
The seat connector arrived slightly damaged
It took me about half an hour to get up 2 flights of stairs and about half an hour to assemble to find out it was damaged. I managed to bend the seat connecter open a bit and assemble the whole thing eventually. After using the machine I actualy really like it, the weight from the disc its very satisfying to ride with and there can be a lot of resistance if needed.
Update I thought the phone holder was missing but it had just gotten knocked off the side into my bin by mistake, my apologies!

Solid and quiet bike, easy to assemble, I’m 5ft 10 and it’s perfect, I think over that height you may struggle? Would definitely recommend this bike. The computer display is simple and clear. Very neat overall, compact and sturdy. Great value for money.
Very pleased with bike. Resistance is good so can stand up while pedalling. Quiet so can listen to radio while using. Also like the scan feature on display which goes from field to field so you don’t have to watch calories or distance just ticking up although if you choose to you can. The display has speed, distance, pulse and calories. Am very pleased with this bike
The tension knob is in an awkward place, keeps catching my left knee. Good smooth, quiet action. Arrived early

I have only had this bike for a short while but I am really impressed with it. It’s good value for money and very sturdy. I went on recommendations for buying this bike and I’m really happy with the purchase. My reason for not giving 5 stars is purely due to the noise that the break pad makes when you rank up the resistance so it’s abit annoying if you don’t have head phones in. Gym spin bikes don’t make a noise when you turn up resistance so that’s my only thing I would say could be better. Overall I would highly recommend and it’s great for getting my cardio in.

I have used the exercise bike each day since my purchase . It was easy to assemble ,it runs quietly, is sturdy and has a good range of readings to check your progress. At178cm tall I think I am probably pushing the limit at which the bike can be adjusted for leg length – anyone taller may not get full leg extension while riding – the saddle is rather hard – and I have replaced it with a softer one – otherwise I would have no hesitation in recommending this bike to others .
so pleased with this product. Arrived 2 weeks early which i was very happy about, It is very heavy and well made but has wheels at the front so you can move it around quite easily. Putting it together was straight forward around 45 minutes, and its beautiful and quiet witch was essential for me as i’m in a flat. Overall very happy.

I LOVE my new bike and it’s great to use. Perhaps not as sturdy as the spin bikes found in most gyms but a fantastic piece of kit to use at home. Very easy to assemble and the little computer tracker attached is great and easy to use. Superb fast delivery and contact from the company. Would highly recommend.
