After looking around for an exercise mat for our home workouts, we were disappointed with the quality of exercise mats on the market.

No mat we could find was big enough, they slipped around on hard surfaces and cut up when wearing shoes. With all this in mind we decided to design our own exercise mat to solve all these problems! We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Excellent quality. Comfortable to walk on and as a yoga mat. Warm to the touch with bare feet. Perfect size for yoga for one. Definitely not big enough as a yoga mat for two unless it’s some form of olympic synchronised yoga.
I use a 10 inch hard plastic spiky ball to roll out my shoulders, front and back, lying on the mat, and the mat copes with it perfectly.
Bought to replace a throw rug of about the same size. Rugs hide dust and dirt and pet hairs and I wanted something which I knew would not. The mat stays down 24/7.
The inside rolls of the mat were slightly corrugated when first straightened out but this disappeared completely within a couple of weeks.
If they cost 65 pounds I would buy another. At 70 pounds I would seriously consider buying another.
At 100 pounds there is no way I will buy another. This is nearly 4 pounds 20 per square foot, and the larger size one they sell is even worse value at almost 4 pounds 70 per square foot! There is no edge treatment of any kind, the mat looks as though it was simply cut from an industrial size roll. Hard to justify the price even with it’s performance.
A range of colours to choose from would be nice.
Definitely attracts dust and dirt which seems to show up very clearly against the black background.
Easy to sweep and wipe down though.
The carry bag and straps are a nice touch, but not something I will ever use.

A nice gym mat with many useful features, two velcro buckle straps with storage bag. Non-slip design.

This is perfect if you want a bit more room for your workout. Most mats are only just big enough to lie on and really aren’t intended for any kind of movement. This is basically a sheet of floor padding that will allow for a whole lot more activity while providing a reasonable amount of cushioning. It is very thin but surprisingly insulating for its lack of density. It rolls up easily and fairly compactly but alternately could be left in place in a workout area indefinitely. Well worth picking up if you workout in your garage or somewhere with an uncompromising floor surface.

I have enjoyed using this exercise mat so far. I had up until getting this been using a yoga mat for my HIT workouts, but for some excerices it was a little narrow. The extra width here is very handy. It’s good and grippy the rubber bobbles the underside keep mostly in place when exercising. It does shift a little if doing something with a jumping motion, but certainly not dangerously slow.

It’s not especially light, not does it roll up that small (after all it’s quite big!) I wouldn’t want to have to use it in too many different places.

The only real criticism I have is that it can be slippery if you sweat onto it. My old mat did not do this. This is probably because it was more absorbant. But I have found if I have sweaty forearms my arms slide slightly if doing an elbow plank and today for the first time, I did some mountain climbers where I had previously collapsed in a sweaty heap, and my feet were slipping slightly.

I am pretty impressed with the quality of this exercise mat. it doesn’t have any unpleasant smell. The size is really big even my husband (194cm) feel great doing yoga or other core exercise on it. This is a pretty thick and heavy duty mat, different from standard PVC material like most of the yoga mats. I would say it is a great investment for your home gym room or for home yoga pilate lovers. Good durable, very good quality exercise mat. It is expensive in a way, but i would say you get what you pay fo

At 6′ x 4′ this is an absolutely huge yoga mat. It’s something I really appreciated, because as an athletic male I do find that the ‘regular’ size yoga mats come up a little short and narrow for certain exercises like downward dog or the 90/90 position. This has made my Taekwondo stretches comfortable and easy to do. At 185cm in length, I am able to lay down on it and really extend out on almost every stretch without hitting the edge.

In terms of thickness, this mat sits at 6mm. This is the top end for my preference. With yoga mats, there’s always a trade-off between comfort and stability. The thinner the mat, the easier it is to feel the floor and so the more stable you will be. The thicker the mat, the more comfortable it will be, especially on your knees during kneeling poses or lunging poses.

In terms of durability, this mat seems pretty good so far. The foam is quite squishy and soft, so I wouldn’t want to catch it on things too often, but as long as you look after it and roll it up, it should be fine. It also comes with a branded bag which allows it to be better maintained and stored away when not in use.

In terms of appearance: it’s very plain, which I appreciated. Some yoga mats are quite fancy these days with all kinds of patterns and messages (not for me really!). This one is pure back-to-basic with a plain black colour and simple logo. I’m not trying to make a statement with my yoga mat or anything, so this works well for me 🙂

    Overall, 5 stars!

Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful! 🙂

It’s a nice thickness, soft , bouncy and helps with the knees on workouts, Really useful for floor based strength training.

Supportive and comfortable. it’s light to carry and easily rolls out flat and them back up again for storage and transportation.

This one seems to be made of very good material and is so nice and thick- my knees are happier now. Used it for two weeks (for HIITs at home) and it has only some scruffs but going strong. due to the good quality of the mat, making it very comfortable and supports my head and back. Long lasting and easy to fold up and store and doesn’t take up much room.

Great go for doing sit ups on and crunches, even HIIT. Also after its comfortable enough to relax on for a bit.

Comes rolled up, secured with Velcro ties in a storage bag. Quite weighty given its size and thickness but it’s easy to roll out flat and roll up again. Has a good grippy underside to stay in place on the floor and decent grip on the topside too for your feet. The 6mm thickness will certainly protect your floor against the ravages of weights and stomping of feet. Should last a long time. Does have a bit of an odd slightly unpleasant smell to my nose, but hopefully this will fade before long.

Absolutely perfect addition to home-gym/for home workouts as it’s ideal for HIT workouts, aerobics, sit-ups – all non-equipment based workouts basically and it’s a brilliant size for HiT especially where you need a bit more room. This is a proper exercise in terms of thickness just like you get at the gym – really nice and thick so offers very good support and cushioning whilst still being firm and doesn’t slip or move around even under high intensity moves. Not a bad word to say about as is great gym quality so would 100% recommend.

A great exercise mat! It flattens out quickly with no raised edges for anyone to trip on. It’s not very lightweight, but it’s really easy to roll up and transport to another room.

It’s also durable, spacious, and thick enough that my knees and elbows don’t hurt when I’m exercising. It’s not slippery either, so I don’t have to wear training shoes whilst exercising – I can also do the splits without my feet painfully sliding away from me.

The mat stays put on the floor without moving around, even when I’m jogging or pivoting my feet. It’s big enough that my whole body’s on the mat when I do my planks, pushups, and exercises whilst lying down. I find the 0.6 cm thickness good for shorter exercises and recommend getting a thicker mat for longer or more vigorous exercise.

The surface is really easy to wipe clean from any dirt or accidental spills. Comes with a storage/carrying bag which is well made. Great for those who want extra space for their fitness routines. Would happily recommend!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this as from lockdown my indoor exercise routine has become much more regular and intense and I found cheaper exercise mats were falling apart under heavy use.
This mat is the ideal solution, big enough to do a wide range of exercises, and even enough space to do morning yoga with both myself and my partner.
It’s premium, thick material that feels it will last a lifetime and feels like a premium long term investment for the home.
Stitching on the labels is top quality and it comes with a free micro fibre towel for maintaining it, as well as a high quality back storage bag, good for putting it away in a cupboard etc.
    Would highly recommend.

A premium longterm investment for the home

This mat is exactly what I have been looking for a while to do my training . I wanted a mat big enough that I can manage around and so I don’t damage my nice wooden flooring . Mat itself is quite thick and supportive but at the same time firm for other performance reasons.
I would highly recommend this product for anyone doing dynamic exercises and wants a size and quality. Thanks

Really nice and large exercise mat. It’s thick and cushioned and comfortable. Comes in a carry bag. As it’s lager it is, naturally, heavy! Not one you’d be lugging around to a class, definitely one for the home workout space. Great if you like to workout with trainers on, as it seems to be more resilient than many mats and (hopefully!.. good so far) won’t tear up so quickly. Equally good with bare feet, though can get a little slippery if sweaty. For yoga, it’s not the grippiest – but you could put a yoga towel on the top to help – and probably a little too cushioned for me for balance. Great for Pilates. Being so long and wide means you haven’t got to worry about coming off the edges like the standard type mats. For what you’re getting, I think the price of 89.99 is actually fai

This is a really great mat for home exercise where space is not so limited as in a class. It is nice and big with good cushioning to protect your knees. I use it for workouts and also for my zoom Pilates class. It’s great. Also comes with a useful bag to roll it up and keep it stored when not in use. Really good mat and should last years.

This is one of the best mats I have used. Although it can be rolled up it is quite heavy so i wouldn’t use this on the go. It’s more suited for a semi or permanent place. It rolls out flat with no kinks. The mat is very thick and it does have some cushion to it for brilliant for floor work like yoga and stretches. It’s wide enough as well so you won’t need to come off the mat. It is very easily wiped down after. Sweat and dust is fine with this and it is durable so even when used with trainers it will take a lot of wear and tear. Heavy duty and something you’d find in a gym. Very happy.

This is a decent size mat that has come at the perfect time as we have just recently converted a garage with an area not carpeted, still for storage, but with enough floor space for working out. It has length and width, thick and non-slip and although it comes with a protective bag it is such a faff to keep rolling up and then taking it out again that we have decided to just leave it out.

The mat has grip, a workout generally includes a bit of yoga, weights and light cardio and it hasn’t moved at all and comfortable to stand on with or without shoes. It also includes a towel which is an extra I wasn’t expecting. It is firm, feels like premium quality to me and I would recommend.

This is the best mat I’ve ever tried, even better than in gyms. You can tell it’s so premium and well made, the foam doesn’t come away. It’s so wide! and I feel very stable and supported when doing HIIT’s, pilates and it’s perfect if you also want to protect your floors from weights. It comes with straps which are so useful if you want to store it away. I would recommend to anyone! What I’ve been looking for throughout the whole of lockdown!

The mat is really good quality, feels really durable, it’s thick and it’s tough. It’s comes with ties to keep it rolled up, a protective cover and a microfibre towel to keep it dry and clean.

The mat is nice and big there’s more than enough space for enough space for a hiit or any other workout for that matter. The mat is fairly firm but it’s also comfortable to use.

There’s no slipping when using the mat on top or on the underside. It didn’t move at all on my kitchen floor.

The blurb says the mat has no odour but I didn’t find this to be the case. I had to air it off before use.

Overall this is a brilliant mat to work out on.

    Good quality and durable

This exercise mat is really cool I like it a lot. This mat protect your joints as well as your floors with its shock absorbing cushion, the perfect balance between stability and support. Has unparalleled circular non-slip technology and can be used on any surface, can be used with or without shoes without tearing or cutting up.
With this awsome mat you can create your own gym anywhere you want. I have to say that this product is worth to spend any money for sure and this quality is really amazing so I’ll highly recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for a mat to train at home then this is an excellent choice.

To begin, it’s absolutely huge at 6ft by 4ft. If you’ve ever tried working out on a yoga mat, you will know how much of a pain it is to try and stay in the middle of it or make sure your weights or knees don’t extend over the end and hit the floor. With this mat, you don’t need to worry about that as you’ve plenty of space all around you. Even movements like burpees, dumbbell snatches, deadlifts, I was finding I had more than enough room.

The thickness of the mat is also really good. Unlike a yoga-mat style material, this is much thicker and more heavy duty. Although you wouldn’t want to drop 120kg heavy barbells onto it from overhead regularly, it’ll easy take a kettlebell or dummbell striking it repeatedly and will have no problems with bodyweight movements. Because it’s a more rubber-like material, it’s also quite grippy meaning it’s great to press-ups and squats where you never feel like you’re at risk of slipping. If you do get really sweaty, the mat handles it quite well, but I thought it was great that the company included a small towel to wipe up sweat as necessary.

In addition to the free towel, you also get some small straps to hold the mat tight once you’ve rolled it up and a bag to protect it and keep it clean when not in use. Both of these extras are nice to have as they make storing the mat when you’re not using it very easy and transporting it too. Although it’s ‘heavy duty’ it’s not difficult to move about, store or even carry.

Overall, I’m really happy with this mat. It’s far bigger and more heavy duty than a yoga mat. If you’re thinking about working out at home or in the garden then it’s a good investment as it’ll protect your patio, flooring and also joints, clothing and skin.

HUGE and thick mat for exercising at home

I love this mat the large size makes it easy for my granddaughter and I to do our Hiit and Yoga classes side by side W e have final in the kitchen and the mat lies safely there without slipping The 6mm thickness means it is great for joints etc when jumping and ie easy on knees when kneeling. It is quite heavy so is not that. portable but we love it. A towel is enclosed for wiping mat down and there is bag and straps for storing. We are all very pleased with i

This mat is exactly what I’ve been looking for to do my HIIT workouts from home. I wanted a mat big enough that I can jump around burpees/ squats etc and all the workout is on the mat so I don’t damage my nice wooden floor. It’s thick and supportive but at the same time firm for performance. There is no odour and it doesn’t curl up like other mats.
Also my other yoga mats I’ve used in the past all mark and rip up when wearing shoes. This one doesn’t. Would highly recommend for anyone doing dynamic exercises and wants a durable mat.

    Fantastic mat!!
