How to use:

Great when set to low at 1 litre, oxygen quality at or slightly above 90% but this drops away very quickly as you increase the airflow to 2 litres or more so wouldn’t recommend using for 2.
Operation is quiet enough to not be obtrusive and easy to use.
This has made my life so much better. Amazing. So easy to use, clean and fill. 5 stars all round.
The unit is quite quiet in operation after the initial startup and very simple to use. The remote control seems to like to be pressed once to warn the systems that you are about to do something but then works as expected. It only produces 90% O2 at 1 litre/min, 60% at 2 litres/min and ever decreasing, so be aware that you are not going to get 90% at all settings. The unit is also quite portable, with a comfortable handle. It can also, optionally, humidify to air flow slightly by bubbling it through a small water reservoir.

It does the job its meant to do, it was very quiet the 1st week, it’s got a little louder since then, but It doesn’t stop you sleeping.
It’s not really portable as it needs plugging in all the time, it DID come with a UK plug, I know this is the question everybody wants to know, it amazes me how sellers do not emphasize whether its a UK plug or not especially when it IS. The remote is an excellent idea, same again the top 2 buttons you don’t need any more. I highly recommend it…..
