Quick delivery, the whole thing was simply to assemble and easy to set up. Camera/video is of good quality and flying is a breeze with the internal GPS. Return to home is excellent and landed within a couple of feet of take off point.

Good little drone with impressive features that are helpful to a beginner.I had no problems setting it up and right out of the box after assembling the propellors I was out having a great time.all in all a great drone.

Fantastic first drone had a few nigly problems at first but holy stone customer service sorted the matter out straight away,they have been very friendly and helpful throughout.
I would definitely recommend this drone, it’s so good I went and bought another drone from holy stone the HS720 .

Great Drone and would recommend
Cool piece of kit, absolutely love it, cant put it down. Camers has excellent view when really high and the recording is excellent to the SD card.
One and only 1 snag is the battery life is a little too short @ 15-20 minutes a time depending if your buzzing about the sky or just hovering enjoying the view lol.
All in all well worth the money for a first drone. Will be looking to buy this marque in the future but BIGGER.
Fantastic drone , absolutely chuffed to bits with the performance , it’s takes great photos and the speed is also amazing , I’m super impressed , it has everything I want and need , I always wanted a drone so bought this for my girlfriends birthday and i get to use it too , only down side was no bag and when I checked the

The good and the bad: Definitely buy the GPS version, amazing watching it hold position against the wind, gives beginners piece of mind. It’s surprisingly fast, so play gently with it when learning, maneuverable, responding instantly to the excellent controller. I think this is great value for money and I’m still learning about its comprehensive features.
The bad: It would be good to be able to swap batteries and just click and go, but in my novice capacity I hadn’t realised that its common to have to reset everything which as I become more experienced will be a much quicker process. I will get the separate charger as I don’t like the charging of each battery individually on the drone. Very simple bit of advice for beginners, use some clear tape over the led light covers, on three occasions during learning and the drone ending up in bushes one of the covers popped of and was difficult to find, sadly they seem exceptionally difficult to get hold of as a spare and aren’t included in the blades kits.
Would I recommend it…Most definitely, video, pictures, GPS, ease of use..and of course, price. Superb. For the record, I’m 64 and this piece of Holy Stone kit puts a great smile on my face.

great drone stable flight GPS is good and very easy to control. the only thing that LETS IT DOWN IS THE CAMERA BUT IS STILL VERY GOOD FOR A DRONE OF ITS PRICE. DEFFENETLY RECOMMEND THIS DRONE FOR BEGINNERS AND EXPERIENCED FLYERS. GREAT BUY.
This Drone is brilliant – my 12 year old pickup the controls in a matter of minutes. The camara and viseo are excellent and the return to home function is really useful if you start to lose a bit of control. You can also use GPS guidance to make things even easier!

It’s rare these days to be pleasantly surprised by Customer support. Mostly you cannot actually get to talk to a real person and often you are disappointed. Kudos therefore to Holy Stone who sent out a replacement for my faulty first drone with the minimum of fuss. I have yet to test this one, but feel they deserve a full five stars simply for being so helpful!
We bought this for our son as a replacement for a similar priced drone that had failed. It was easy to see from the moment we opened the packaging that this was a step up in terms of quality and functionality. It feels more robust and the remote has more functions that previous models.
We have flown it a couple of times and whilst it was a bit more complicated to get going you just need to read the instructions or watch the demo video on the app. Once it was up it was easy and fun. The GPS return function in particular is helpful if you feel it is getting away from you.
I would strongly recommend this drone to anyone.
This drone is very easy to use with 2 batteries and a decent controller , the GPS works very well and the drone lands back where it started from. For a begginer I’d highly recommend this drone and I recommend reading instructions and familiarise yourself with the control’s. I’m very happy with this product and will be exploring other Holystone drones.

Good for the price range, ideal for beginners and good quality images
The app you use has a how to fly video so I watched it a few times to let it all sink in(not that there’s a lot to learn) then went out in a field to have a go, I have to say it is brilliant, it was quite a breezy day and it handled it well, as the wind picked i increased the speed setting and it pushed through the wind easily, GPS ensured it came back to the same spot time and time again, the controller feel sturdy and of a good quality, I kept it on beginner mode to limit distance to 30m but will have no qualms about turning that off next time. I had a large open space to fly in, and don’t really see how you can crash this unless you fly it in to something as it is so responsive. The camera is not amazing but more than satisfactory(I never had a SD card inserted so the video was saved in a lower resolution), battery time is about 13 mins but with 2 in the box that’s more than enough to start with.
All-in all I highly recommend the hs110g drone
I bought this for my Paul for Christmas. He’s wanted one for a long time but could never justify. Then there was this wow what a beauty and bargain for the weight etc.
First flight sadly the camera fell off and despite our looking (horse field!) never to be seen again.
He still flies it without the camera and it has been the highlight of our holiday.
We have been in touch with holy stone who have been absolutely wonderful with customer queries regarding the loss of the camera.
I would absolutely highly recommend holy stone drones to anyone!

I did a lot of research before buying my son his first drone, and I was worried this one would turn out to be a disappointment, despite the good reviews on YouTube. It is a great drone – easy to work out, but flying takes some practice. I’m impressed by the build quality, robustness and the app is good too. Only downside is 13 mins flight time per battery, but I think this is actually quite good for drones like this. Best to have both batteries charged (2 hours charge time per battery) before flying. Given how much rubbish is out there in the same price range, I give this 5 stars. Very pleased.

I’ve been thinking of getting a lightweight drone for some works shots and this just does what I want. Easy to use however.
This is not really for kids you need to pass a CAA test and have an operator’s ID (10) before you fly it. You also need your ID on the drone.
A few people complain they had lost theirs, no idea how they did that. You should never fly a drone out of sight. If the return home button does work, you are required to land it by law. This is an emergency decent button. If you lose connection the drone will return home. But again you are NOT allowed to have the drone out of sight legally. If you are flying it in first-person mode you MUST have a spotter.
Although unable to compare it to other models of drone as it was the first purchase of one, for the price this looked to be a good deal. Well-packaged in a solid box (note that this did NOT come with a case which seems to be provided elsewhere), the contents were as expected and luckily included Instructions For Use. Some versions of this model appear to have propellers which are screwed in place – this the one purchased had a simple push and twist action, though you have to be careful to place the propellers correctly as there are two different types.
Note that in the UK, this is not a toy drone (this applies to drones for under 14’s and this model is specifically for 14+) and it has a camera and therefore to use it you must have an Operator ID which costs 10 and is provided on completion of a 40 point multiple choice questionnaire (which can be re-taken as often as necessary until you have achieved 30 correct answers). Most of the questions are common sense but more importantly, they lead you to understand where this particular drone can be legally flown. The availability of the app is useful as it displays (and can record) what the camera sees, though bear in mind that the drone itself must ALWAYS be kept in view.
Once you have gone through the start-up procedure of pairing controller/drone, calibrating the compass and gyro and establishing the GPS connection, you’re good to go and it can be controlled from the controller buttons or the App. To make the App connection, you need to turn off any VPN software, Bluetooth and Mobile Data and then connect to the drone’s own wi-fi network.
Having done all that, the sky is literally your limit (up to 120 metres anyway!)
This drone is highly recommended for the beginner. The controls are easy to use and the picture and video quality are good. A particularly good feature is he return home function. The customer service of this seller is also excellent. Great value for money.
I dont know enough about drones to really compare this one with others on the market, but I wanted to praise the excellent customer support from Holy Stone. There was a small problem with my item and they quickly sorted it out without any fuss and without me having to do very much.
It’s first time I purchased a drone and didn’t know what drone to choose for beginners. After first day flying around the garden I felt like a pro. It’s well worth it and highly recommend. Camera quality is great. I connected my phone to TV and was able to sit on sofa, fly the drone and watch it all on big screen 🙂

Would highly recommend if dipping your toe in the water for the first time.
It arrives with a controller which is quite good, 2 sets of batteries and a few part replacements.
Camera quality is decent during the day, you can definitely get some good shots under good sunlight.
If i had the chance to add a feature to this drone it would be the ability to tilt the camera to different angles.
What really impressed me was the HolyStone costumer service. I lost my drone on vacation due to a minor malfunction, upon pressing the ‘Return to home’ button it went up but never returned, although to be fair the wind probably played a part in it. HolyStone sent me a brand new drone free of charge and were very supportive all around.

The drone worked well to start with. Very easy to set up and connect. Great app. Quality videos. The battery life is a bit short but at least there are 2 batteries. After a short time, something went wrong, the drone lost connection with the transmitter and crashed. I contacted Holy Stone Customer Service and Dan was fantastic at helping figuring out the issue, and in no time organised a replacement. The whole process was easy and so helpful.

Great videos, easy to fly and really robust. The battery life is only realistically 15 minutes so with 2 it’s 30 minutes flying with6 several hours charging, that’s the only downside.
It was for my young 8 years old bd gift, we both were new to this however we didn’t take time to understand, fly and have SUPER JOY!
The HS110G is GREAT for its budget with awesome real features let you experience a good flying time with in safe:) the battery is okay for what is said on the product infos, the couple of batteries are enough for a great flight and extra batteries would extend the fun!

I bought this drone as I never had any before and it said for beginners. The drone is great and works as described. The only fault I would have with it is that the charge in battery is very short , less than 10min. If you got 15min flying time from battery it would be a great buy for the price.
Great beginners drone and spot on for the price. App is okay, could do with a bit of an update on IOS to utilise the screen size of the new phones but other than that you’re good. Great starter drone and if I use it as much as I’m planning on I’ll be upgrading sometime soon. Thank you holy stone!
Customer service team were amazing. My 1st drone unfortunately came with a light cover missing so they sent me out another straight away. Taking me a bit of time to perfect the art of flying but getting there. Camara is over very good quality and drone itself is fantastic for a beginner like me.
I’m not often enticed to spend some time to leave a review, but I do feel that this time I must.
I was bought this drone as a birthday present and I’ve already had a lot of fun flying it. It is packed with all the features you’d expect only from a much more expensive drone and flies brilliantly. I would recommend that if you are looking for a drone for a beginner the HS110G is great value for money, but I’d go one further and say that based on the customer service alone, I wouldn’t buy a drone from anyone else. Over the course of the first week I had many questions and also a technical issue. Each time the customer service desk responded in under 24hours with a useful answer to my questions and with the technical issue a no quibble replacement which arrived in under 48 hours.
We ordered this drone for a xmas present and is a great drone to use, the kids love it , easy to use and set up and saves the videos straight to the phone which is great. we are looking forward to find out all the little details such as follow me and return home soo

I have flown it twice now and it is very easy for a beginner, had a couple of crashes but it is very sturdy.

Not a bad drone. My camera doesn’t always seem to record. Learn with this one then get a proper one is my advice. I like Holy Stone and have a more expensive one on order.
With no experience of using a drone before, I must say this was very simple and easy to use. Was able to set up and use it right out the box.
A couple features i find really useful.
The gps home is just the best.
The beginner mode keeps the drone within its limit until your comfort to set a higer distance. Ive had it go as high as 100m.
Camera quality is really good if you stay below 60m.
The drone is very stable and hovers really well.
Worth buying for beginners
Took delivery of the HS110G – I’ve bought a couple of helicopters before and a small drone and it never really worked out. The 110G was a game changer! It comes nicely packaged in its own bag, with a couple of batteries, which is great. As advised I read the manual whilst charging the batteries. I then took it outside to get used to it. As a beginner the ability to use a button to take-off and land is really helpful – these are the times where the drone can be at risk. However, do the startup routine which is easy enough (just remember to orient the drone battery up where rotating it vertically)and it’s good to go, press the button and its hovering a few feet above the ground. The flight is very stable, even with some wind to contend with. The reason for the purchase was to get some aerial shots, which I did within about 20 minutes of first use. It was a matter of take-off, ascend to the required point, rotate to get the correct view, take a few shots and hit the land button – Simples! Move the drone to the next spot, repeat. Job done. I tried it a bit of flying after that which seemed fairly easy. The return to home GPS button worked great. All in all, it was a really good experience. Can’t wait to try a few more of the features.
The drone looks and feels of a good quality, surprisingly so for the price I paid. It is an entry-level drone with a 13+13 minutes flight time, great for beginners & children to learn flying a First-Person-View quadcopter. There are extra propellers, two batteries, a quality bag – an amazing set in general. The propellers are easily replaceable, and this is handy, since the beginners tend to hit the trees and fences and roofs.
Surely you cannot compare this item to the high end copters that are ~$2000-$5000, but I & my kids are happily playing with it, recording videos and taking pictures while flying around. The drone may need an occasional reboot but I managed to get it to do what I want.
A somewhat larger batteries would be nice, as well as upgradable video camera, once users progress to a higher class.
Was initially impressed with the drone but after a number of flights we sufferedt a drone fly off. The conditions were not good so we don’t know if it was our fault or the drone. Customer service were brilliant and replaced the drone.
The drone flies well and has a reasonable range but we are a little hesitant to push it to the limit.
Always make sure you calibrate the drone and ensure you can crash land in a place where you can retrieve the drone. We learned this the hardware
I’m really pleased with this drone and from the second I got it I was impressed, to see that even just the packaging kept the drone and controller secure and safe made me feel like it is a quality product.
The drone itself it is easy to set up and the manual is really easy to read with pictures to help as well! So within ten minutes of un-boxing I was flying.
The drone and the app make this a perfect set up for beginners as there are removable restrictions set to help you get settled and used to flying, I found that the speed adjustment made it so easy to get used to and once I was ready I maxed out the speed and was amazed by how nimble the drone is!
I’m sure I wont be the first one to say I’ve managed to crash quite a few times and it sure does take a beating! so far I haven’t managed to damage it at all (Thank god) but the best thing is that if you do then there are spares included and the propellers are very easy to replace.
As for the controller, I think it works perfectly as you don’t need your phone connected to be able to use all of the features. Being able to fold it completely down is really helpful for carrying it around and its surprisingly comfy to hold. I thought that I might not be able to fit my phone in as I have quite a large phone but it did with room to spare it was firmly held in place so I didn’t feel it would just suddenly fall out.
Overall I’m really impressed with the drone and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking to buy one!
I’m pleased with the Drone but having problems with trying to get it to take off I’m sure I will get it to take off soon.

Good beginner drone. Really easy to fly and easy to set up. The GPS works well and the return to home feature means the drone will land within a meter of where it took off from, the 1080p camera isn’t the best but is ok. A bit of advise keep it in your line of sight don’t rely on the picture on your phone while flying. This drone uses the Wi-Fi on your mobile device, and you will loose signal if you go to far or fly in built up area where there’s a lot interference from Wi-Fi signals. I did have a few problems with the FPV, the camera froze and I did fly into a tree. Also I think it would be a nice touch if a battery Charging hub was supplied, if you haven’t got one then you have to charge each battery separately whilst it’s in the drone and can be a bit of a wait. I have been in touch with Holy Stone customer service and I’ve got to say they’ve been brilliant and really helpful in my inquiries.
