I am happy with this IPL device, considering on how much it costs usually and how much is each session at salons. I ve been using this product now for about 4 weeks. And can honestly day the product works. It has reduced my facial hair so I am plucking my chin every couple of days. Also used it on my legs with positive result. The hair is growing back in patches so the hair growth is reduced.

I used to have the philips lumia IPL hair remover 5 years ago, and I only needed this one for monthly use.
I could notice the result from the first time and that was surprising.

The item is very effective, after a few uses I no longer grow hair in some areas of my body. Some damage occurred to the device which was not my fault, however after contact with customer service they acknowledge the warranty thus issued a replacement. Overall fantastic company
On week 6 now product is good but no hair removal as of yet but instructions do say by week 9 so will see how it goes

I was a bit concerned when I purchased the product, I wasn’t sure whether it will do what it’s promised in the description. I am using it only for 4 weeks now and there are parts if my leg where the hair doesn’t grow anymore. It works for me!
This particular device she liked due to it’s smaller than average size. But that does not seem to cause any compromise on performance.
It is not a heavy device which is good and battery life seems excellent.
The instructions were easy to follow, it’s super simple to use.. It’s pretty much point and shoot..
My partner decided to test the unit on a small patch of arm hair, the hair on her arm was reasonably thick and dark. She was worried about side effects, burning, etc. so made sense to start small..
She followed the instructions but only gave herself the first treatment to see what would happen.
Well that was almost a month ago and her skin has been burn free, no sign of having used the device at all.
And only in the last few days have there been any signs of super fine and very light hairs starting to grow back.
She is super happy with the results and is going to start using it more.
