Easy to set up and use, prints detailed clear postage labels without using ink! Great little machine.

This is a neat thermal printer that takes up almost no room.
It prints on pre-glued papr making labels really easy.

I messed about for a little while getting my label sizes right but onc that was done it was a dream.
It is quite and it is practical.
    I love it.

I really liked the read up on this printer and also the plain but stylish look. The printer arrived very well packaged and also arrives with a small usb that contains the driver information for this product. I had read on a previous review that this usb can contain a virus so I simply threw this in the bin and downloaded the drivers separately that took me all of 30 seconds to do.
It is then a case of opening the printer via a small orange lever on the right side which lifts open the lid. The sticker roll then automatically feeds itself through to the correct place. There is a metal serrated strip on the upper mouth which easily takes off the printed label.
The actual print quality is excellent. I just cant fault it. I have not had a single mis printed label as yet.

The printer prints on labels sized 150mm x 100mm and uses no ink as its a thermal printer. Already in its short use it has saved me so much in ink from our old way of using a traditional printer with ink cartridges. We also used to print on A4 sheets and cut out the address label and then use Sellotape to attach this to boxes. What a time saver this is, we now simply print and stick direct to our packages for delivery. Anything to help save time is saving money in my opinion.
I have attached a picture of the address label I am using. This is a multicolour image but the printer prints in black tones only. I am now in the process of converting my image into black/grey version purely to use as a printer friendly version that will then print much better but you get the idea of just how good this can be.

I also purchased the label roll holder which is very simple and effective. If using a roll of stickers then this is 100%required. If using the folded sheets then you could get away without one.

Overall I am extremely happy with this printer as it gives a much more professional look and saves so much time.

    Fantastic label/address printe

These days there is always something to return or send to someone else via mail. This printer makes it easier for anyone who sends stuff online. Anyone with an online business should buy this 100%

Wow, this is my first thermal printer and it’s amazing! The print quality is perfect after a bit of tweaking and it’s so compact! Only thing I would say is the instructions are written in some funny English haha, but still didn’t take me more than 10 minutes to set up. They even send you some free labels and the driver on a USB. 10/10

I love this little label printer! It takes up hardly any space , which is great considering I have a small space for my home office. It was a piece of cake to set up and simple to use.

Time saver and I should have done this YEEEAARS ago! Labels have been getting more expensive and combine that with the cost of ink, it was stupid of me to not have done this from the beginning. I guess better late than never!

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersThis printer has made printing labels so much easier for my small business. Works really well for printing royal mail labels through Etsy, Royal Mail and eBay. I haven’t had any problems at all with it, set up was simple and it’s so quick. Would highly recommend. Is nice and small too so fits anywhere.

    Perfect for my small business

It does the job efficiently, good value for money but the postage labels printing could really be bolder.

This has turned out to be a great and quick little thermal printer. I have a MacBook Air and had to purchase a USB port attachment to utilize this printer. I use this printer for shipping labels. Happy with my purchase, and it is pretty intuitive when trouble-shooting.

It’s convenient to have when you need to print multiple shipping labels, it’s really fast, a little loud but super convenient.

First off just throw the labels that come with it away and do yourself a favor and buy a stack. Wipe the print head surface down out of the box with the alcohol wipe provided. Keeping this head cleaned should be a weekly task to maintain this printer. The usb dongle that comes with it is how you set it up (Downloading just the drivers doesn’t completely do the job) In the setup you will need to up your density to 15 and slow it down to around 6.5. This will make the label darker. On default settings the image is kind of light.

One aspect of my personal development that I’m so grateful for is my new found interest in organization. It’s not just for the sake of organization itself, but it’s because you can use the same space much more efficiently if you can manage to keep it organized. Once you start going down this path, you’ll find yourself keeping an eye out for sales on storage containers and soon you’ll have a collection of various types of storage boxes. The one thing missing to turn a bunch of unmarked boxes into your own personal warehouse are labels.

Yes, I know you can just write on the boxes with a sharpie but there are so much more things you can label with a label maker. Recently I 3d printed a control box with toggle switches for my car. To stop myself from forgetting which switch does what, I printed white and black labels with this machine. Because it prints by heat, you don’t waste ink but making the entire label black. I love the look of white on black labels.

Now, getting into more of the specifics. The device is pretty much plug and play. You get the driver from their website which is pretty straight forward to find. Install and it shows up as a regular printer. It comes with 100mm by 150mm labels in the box but it can support other sizes too. It self primes the label paper when you insert it so you don’t have to worry about alignment.

It’s very easy to use. If the label gets stuck for any reason, the whole top swings open to allow full access and easy removal of a jam.

You can create a template with whatever software you like to use, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc for the size label you have and throw any text or graphic on it. One thing is that it doesn’t print full grayscale. There are only maybe 5 shades of gray between full black and white. It’s good enough for most applications and I love that you never have to buy ink for it. You can use it once a year and not have to worry about the ink drying up!

Overall, I would totally recommend it. The machine is well designed and easy to use.

Bought it for the spouse’s Etsy shop. Perfect for printing labels for USPS and Etsy! Make sure to read the manuals first as you’ll need to ensure that the Page Setup is always correct before printing.

Used to go to the post office and use the self-service station to buy postage.. not anymore. Printer works great using Pirateship postage website as well as PayPal to print out shipping labels.

Having started selling on a few sites I needed a good label printer to streamline sales. I could not find a label printer that would be here on time or not back ordered so I picked this one. Glad I did as it works fast and every time. Drivers are on a USB which is nice since CDs are a thing of the past. Installation took mere seconds to install and print.

I use this printer for my Macbook Air. No issues as of yet:
    Pros:
-Prints from literally any application for business: Universal
    -Easy label feeding
    -Automatic size adjustment
    -User friendly: Dummy proof installation
    -Long cable included
    -Very quit printing
-Thermal design (ink free): A bit more expensive from the gecko, but money saving in the long run

    Cons:
-Instructions are badly written: The English is very poor
-Zero trouble shooting on instruction manual and very hard to find information online
    -Not many adjustment setting
    -Non existent tech-suport
-Additional expense for printing paper. I bought the Rollo Label Printer, fits perfectly!

    Conclusion:
A bit expensive, but definitely worth the price. Perfect for small business owners on Shopify and instagram. Just keep in mind that once something stops working you might have a hard time fixing it because of the “non existent customer service”.

Loving it! Will update review if issues comes up

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI had originally bought a Zing printer (which is also excellent) but when I tried to buy a second one no-one had stock. I then looked at a Zing look-alike but this was not available until mid-August, so, with considerable reluctance, bought this one, my third choice.

And what a revelation! It’s positively tiny, a bit loud; but setup was a doddle and it produces top quality print. It comes with a respectable quantity of 6×4 labels to boot. Have had it over a month and more than happy with it.

Would thoroughly recommend – am about to buy another one.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersDecent print job from the cheapest 6 by 4 thermal I could find on amazon.
Big timesaver and I wish I got it sooner.

Re: from an earlier review “Also the print could be darker… It’s sort of a lighter blackish/red lettering. Maybe there’s a setting to change, or maybe it’s the labels themselves.” Found this was an issue for me which I solved by taking the darkness up in the printer configuration on mac (you can also configure this on PC/win).

I DECIDED TO REVIEW ONLY AFTER THE FIRST 500 LABELS I PRINTER. IT WAS VERY EASY TO INSTALL ON MY MAC (2013 PRO) SOMETIMES I NOTICE THAT SOME LINES ARE SHADED INSTEAD OF DARK BLACK SO THE QUALITY COULD BE BETTER OF THE PRINT. IT’S NOT SUPER NOTICEABLE UNTIL IT IS AND THEN YOU CAN’T UN SEE IT.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Only complaint is the return address toward the top is a little on the light side but the post office doesn’t seem to mind. Great for the price. Couldn’t see spending $300 on the “better” brand when this one does the job fine.

I purchased this printer and installed it at my home office while i was working remotely. It has not jammed and prints very nicely. I needed another one for work and I purchased a different brand and that one skips. I like this printer and wish I had just purchased a second one. Next time. Also, it seems to have different prices every time i look. It’s selling for a lot more than I paid, so i’m glad…

Golden Review Award: 8 From Our UsersSo I made this purchase because the Rollo printer was on back order and I was running out of paper. Needless to say, I cancelled my purchase with Rollo because this thing prints and does everything I want it to do at an inexpensive price. Im using the Roll 4×6 thermal paper and its working just fine. Installation was a bit weird because it said the installation needed repairing but if I can do it without instructions (no reading, just click click click on IOS) im sure you can too. I went from connecting to printing in like 5 minutes. Its pretty much Rollos cousin that no one pays attention to. Everything is practically the same.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis works perfectly for my Poshmark closet.
I use to waste time printing on regular paper and cutting the shipping labels then taping it on my boxes. Now I just get to print out the shipping label and automatically slap on the label.
Saves me so much time now and it looks a lot cleaner and more professional.

Easy to install drivers just plug in USB stick it comes with for both Mac and windows drivers. Takes about 1 second to print a shipping labels on 4 x 6 in material that peels and sticks to the package.
