When should I use Miracle-Gro EverGreen Complete 4 in 1?
For use on lawns, anytime between April and September, when weeds are actively growing. Apply when the weather is fair, the soil moist, the grass dry and frost free.
How do I get the best results?
Apply a maximum of 35g per square meter, ensuing application evenly over the area. Your lawn will be greener in 1 week, the moss will blacken and need to be raked out after 2 weeks and full weed control will take 3 to 5 weeks.
When can I reseed after using this product?
Overseeding or reseeding patches can be done 8 weeks after using Miracle-Gro EverGreen Complete 4 in 1. After applying new seeds, Miracle-Gro EverGreen Complete 4 in 1 must not be applied until the grass is 6 months old.
When can children and pets return to a lawn treated with Miracle-Gro EverGreen Complete 4 in 1?
After applying this product in accordance with the label instructions keep children and pets away from treated areas until the granules have been watered in thoroughly and the area has dried.

We have a puppy so upkeep of the lawn is a must. This works wonders and grows really quickly.
Finally have the british dream grass that grows every week forcing me to mow it every week. still better than having dead patches of grass
Arrived quickly, product has eradicated quite a lot of weeds but not really as many as I was expecting.
One other thing, I saw the same product cheaper in Tesco’s.
Bought this 4-in-1 lawn food as my local store had run out. But this was much better than the stuff I used before as after spreading the lawn food, I found that it did control the moss as well as the weed grass and my lawn looked much greener only a few days later.
Great at sorting our moss, and really good at enriching the lawn. Key learning for me is next time use a proper spreader and that way I hope to even up the areas of growth.
It worked very well in greening up the patchy grass and killing or reducing the lawn moss. Some very scorched areas will need reseeding, but overall it has done a good job in helping to re-establish our lawn.
Key thing to get the most out of it is to ensure that you water the product in! The first few times I thought I’d leave it as it was due to rain, but then this tends to scorch the grass if left too long. So now I always water it after spreading for the best effect.
Also, if you spill any, then make sure to clear it up and spread it around from the area, otherwise this will also scorch the grass and leave you a nice black patch for a long time. It does eventually come back stronger and extremely green but this take the grass a long time!
Was a bit of a die off process for the moss and most of the weeds. Smells like seaweed as it died for some reason. killed lots of the moss(The majority). Sadly the dry weather hasn’t given the grass time to recover yet.
A spreader for accurate use is best. Marks slabs if overspill. Kills weeds well and greens lawn very well. Have bought another to fill gaps.

Has definitely brought about a massive improvement. Still a bit patchy in places but probably due to my spreading technique. Spreading isn’t easy straight from the bag without a proper spreading tool, but I just used a good old fashioned collender after working out I’d roughly need a third of the bag for the size of my lawn and I still got great results. I would definitely use again.
Using the Evergreen Drop spreader to apply the product it can’t be faulted. Effective at feeding the grass and does a good job of controlling weeds so I’ll continue to use and Amazon offers the most competitive price.
If using a spreader be careful not to refill spreader on your lawn as it pours out through hole and too much kills the grass. I would suggested putting some plastic or polythene under the spreader. Worked well.
My husband spread the weedkiller using the spreader provided (part of the container). No messing and done very quickly. The lawn looks good the dandelions look very sad!
I have used this on the front and back lawn. I think that you will need to buy more than the packet says for it to be effective. It did work on the weeds but they have started to grow back. I will try it again in a couple of months.

I put it on the lawn the day I got it, everything not wanted went black, all the wanted stuff went green and started to grow. I waited a week and mowed the grass and it’s now growing quickly and very lush. Next week I will scarify all dead rubbish out of it.

Produced a beautiful green lawn. Beware, where I refilled the spreader, it scorched the grass, turning it black. It does recover, but looks unsightly for a while. You can buy cheaper products, but I like Miracle Gro as a product.
Using the spreader that’s sold in conjunction with this lawn food makes it super quick to apply. I did my large lawn in about 15 minutes. It certainly finds and destroys any moss in the lawn.
I’ve used this a few times and every time its made the grass look so much better, I use a hand held spreader to cover the grass and, as I have a hard packed clay soil the grass suffers, not sure if its the amount of rain or the product but as long as the grass keeps looking this good I’ll keep buying Miracle Gro every spring and autumn.
This stuff is great. Bag very heavy and was surprised at the amount for the money. I got the 17.5 kilo bag for about 20 quid. You can spread this evenly on your lawn or as I did, just sprinkle on your weeds/moss areas, as my lawn was mostly good. I was surprised at how quickly it killed dandelions and didn’t damage any of the grass. You only need a small amount too. Brillia
Largest size I’ve found (500m2). Been using 3 years and works very well as long as spreader is dry and you don’t allow mix to get wet (rain) whilst spreading. Effective for weed control. Great green lawn. Don’t be tempted to overuse. Go lighter not heavier with setting on spreader. Be careful when stopping for turns (or to chat) to ensure spreader is stopped as you get to place where you want to stop. Do not get there and flaff whilst mix is dribbling out. Excess will burn and kill the lawn. Delivered lots of bags neatly in a pile by shed. Easiest way to buy. I sprinkle in but seems to hold well if waiting for rain.
This kills moss well, kills weeds well and makes grass greener and thicker. After 4 weeks, everywhere I spread it as instructed I had a lovely thick, weed free lawn. If you over apply you will scorch your lawn, takes some time to recover. Should you miss bits, you will notice the moss, weeds and how your grass was a bit yellow before.

Bought it because I was out of everything else and had a last minute request. Put it on a customers lawn after a cut. Went back a week later and very impressed. Grass had grown long and dark green and after a further cut looked amazing.

This easy to use weed and feed produces great results. Greens lawns and removes weeds in days after a shower. Would recommend using a spreader as lumps will burn patches of good law
This stuff really works, I live in a new build and the soil/grass is awful, I’ve tried a lot of different grass seed/growth products none of which really work but this stuff is incredible.
After 4 weeks the patches on my lawn started to reduce and the colour was completely different, it grows fast and it’s much thicker.
Whatever you do though. Don’t get it on your patio, it leaves stains which are tough to get off, it also makes grass grow in the cracks which is annoying so be warned.

New shady area turf laid in winter with good fertiliser preparation so this was used as summer top up.
Spread by hand using metre poles as I went to get spread about right ( don’t see absolute accuracy as necessary). Lawn is lovely green colour and no weeds have appeared, moss patches disappeared.
Will give second treatment later and prepare it for winter.
While it makes the grass greener and kills (most) weeds, clover just keeps on coming back. I’ve used this for 18 months now and I cant get on top of the clover. Further reading shows others online have the same issue.

Little slow to work, and does scorch moss, but when it does start to work, results are amazing.
Lawn now looking much healthier and lush, with not a weed or mossy area to be seen.
Grass also seems to grow 3 times faster, as can look like I have not cut it in a month after only a week.
Easy to use and spread, and large enough to get excellent value for money.
Maybe 2 weeks later, my garden was described as “a bowling green” by my family and friends. The downside… Makes the grass grow crazy quick, mowed stripes will be gone next day. I had to mow 3 times in 10 days, but it’s never looked better. After a fresh mow you’ll just want to roll around on it.

First use turns any Moss dark brown, rake it out.
Keep feeding through out the growing season.

Didn’t think it would work as quick and as well as it has. Ordered more now I have seen that it works as they say. Tried one bag first just in case but was pleased with results. Would highly recommend.
First time using anything like this as it’s our first garden and the grass was dying started looking very light/ straw like. Used this and within 2 weeks the difference is amazing. Parts of the grass have little patches but when you re do the bits you’ve missed gives you a very good finished look.

Is OK as feed and weed goes, the only difference I can see is that it’s killed some of the moss off, that’s about it.

Applied to a law which probably had 10+ weeds per square meter, moss and clover. All gone. I spot about one weed a month these days. Beware that less is more, you’ll chemically burn the lawn if you dump it on there (don’t worry if you do, it’ll probably bounce back in a month). There are spreaders out there, I just use a handful every few paces and whish it out like seed.
I have a spreader and following the instructions this only reached about 150 sqm of garden, I suspect I’ll need to get another bag, however it does do an excellent job
Use as instructed and you’ll get great results. Our grass is thick and bright green… neighbours comment! Weeds have also largely disappeared.
I bought a spreader to distribute evenly, and where I spilled some on loading, you can see the potency as it literally burnt the grass away. My fault entirely though, not the product. Just be careful to work to the guidance supplied and you’ll get brilliant results I’m sure.
I had losad of dandelion in my garden so I thought I’d try this, it killed them off in a couple of days, it worked brilliantly, the only downside is that it doesn’t seem to regrow the grass, I had to sow some grass seed. Other than that its great and I would use it again.
