It is a good alarm and relatively easy to install…. Providing you’re not fitting to an electric bike.
Most bike accessories appear to be based around 25mm tube. Electric bikes generally are 32mm ish. So fortunately I had some longer screws which I could cut to fit. Otherwise I would be using the cable ties, which in all honesty, didn’t appeal.
Please supply a couple of 10 mm longer screws and possibly a alternate bracket for a bigger diameter frame and this item would be perfect.

I have been looking high & low for something to fight back with for my inconsiderate neighbors dogs that bark at 5:30 A.M. when they let them out. My bedroom is on the side where the neighbors dog run is located. When the neighbors 2 large dogs bark at nothing, the echo between our houses rattles our windows. It’s been so annoying. That said, I’ve spoken to them regarding the barking with little to no concern for my valid complaints. Well, that’s all over with now! I have the little remote beside me on my bed table and when the baking starts I hit the panic button at it’s highest level and let the dogs have it back. Along with the sonic dog bark controller I’ve purchased that doesn’t do much and now this little unit, I feel I have a little more control. If not the dogs, the rude inconsiderate neighbors might be able to be trained when they hear this alarm go off at its highest level!

I bought this to protect my electric bicycle after it was stolen because the manager for the apartment complex I live in stole it after cutting my old lock and then hiding it until confronted. It’s small but EXTREMELY powerful and I really like how loud it is so that IF someone else tries to steal it and break my new lock someone WILL notice it.

I bought an electric bike. They’re very expensive and I didn’t want it to get stolen. I hid the alarm so you can’t see it and the way the sound is produced, you can’t even tell where it’s coming from. If the bike is touched the alarm makes it chirp sound and if you move it again, the alarm goes off.

Was quick and easy to attach to the bike. Easy enough for someone to remove but by that time they’ll have triggered the alarm and drawn attention to themselves. Bit sensitive though. I live on the west coast of Scotland and it’s rather windy and unfortunately the wind can trigger the alarm. Still I use it when the bike is safety tucked up in my shed so that if anyone breaks in it’ll trigger.

Such a great idea. This can be used anywhere for lots of uses. A bike in the shed, or left in the garden for example. We use it when we go cycling if we need to lock our bikes somewhere for a short time. No it won’t stop today’s thieves who will cut locks in broad daylight, but it will alert you that someone is tampering with it, maybe giving you enough time to intervene. It’s a great idea that works exactly as it should. It’s small and convenient. Very practical.

Now if it moves while its armed, you best believe the alarm is blaring. Also, it scares the crap out of small children who touch it and amuses me. I keeoy forgetting its armed though as its out of sight out of mind for me. This bike alarm is easy to attach and take off the bike, but is a good deterrent. It has a loud sound which can be easily turned off using its remote control. Its sensitivity and volume can be adjusted, and I like that its rechargable. Its perfect for our bikes when we leave them in the garden overnight. My Humvee doesn’t have door locks. So, anything I leave in it is at risk. This little alarm is sensitive enough that it goes off if a door is opened. I looked at getting an alarm that is wired into the electrical system, but this is a lot easier. It is pretty loud!

Simple to fit comes with a different methods of fixing.

I fitted this to my mountain bike thats stored in the shed for added saftey.

Fixed the quad lock like mount to my bike via some cable ties and the alarm twists on into place and twists off in the same manor.

Comes with a remote for setting the alarm which is really good, fitted to my shed keys so its easy to reach.

Small and compact but boasts a very loud siren once set off.

I really like this alarm because its small enough to hide on my motorcycle, and crazy loud. I also appreciate that you can set different volume levels and sensitivity. It gets very windy where I live some days so it’s nice to be able to turn down sensitivity to vibration so it doesn’t keep going off. I also use one on my ebike because I hope that if a bike thief tries to start cutting my chain it will set off the hidden alarm and scare them away. Don’t forget that you can use these for a variety of things like a backpack, window, trailer, shed door, the list goes on and on. My only criticisms are that it doesn’t come with a mounting bracket, and the battery runs down quick during winter where it snows if on a vehicle that’s outside, so it’s probably a better idea to make these with built-in rechargeable batteries.

This is a good alarm for bikes, scooters, and even motorcycles. The bike alarm has a minimalist design, it’s pretty loud, easy to install, easy to use, and the remote control has a very long range. I had it on my MI electric scooter and my bicycle, and it does a pretty good job. When armed, the alarm will sound once if any strong vibrations or movement was detected, and if the vibrations or the movement is still detected, the alarm will sound different sirens continuously until you disarm it. On the downside, even if the alarm is pretty loud, the alarm becomes quiet and useless if covered with a thick cloth. Overall, if the alarm is well hidden, it may help against thefts, otherwise, it is just a good alarm to signal the parking spot.

Great bike alarm, but not perfec

I actually ordered this to hide in my roof top cargo bag. I thought that while at camp, this would be a good way to know if anyone decides to bother my cargo. While I haven’t had anyone do this, I did test it out myself to make sure that it would work for me. What I found is that it is very sensitive to movement, which is exactly what I was looking for. It is also very loud. Even if I am not in the vicinity of my vehicle, this will alert others to the situation who are closer by. So far I am very pleased with the features and the price is super reasonable in my opinion.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis bike alarm is perfect for my situation whereby I commute daily on my bike either to the office or to the gym and I have to tie my bike up outside different establishments. I use a cable bike lock anyway, but you often read/see scenarios where brazen thieves will openly go through bike locks with bolt cutters in the plain light of day even with onlookers present. As such, adding a movement-sensitive bike alarm can provide an extra layer of deterrent – even the slightest extra surprise to draw attention to an attempted theft could be enough to put the would-be thief off the process.

This alarm is pretty simple with a stretchy rubber fastener to fix it to your frame, and then you rotate the alarm itself onto the fixing with a 90 degree turn. It is easy to rotate it back off again to take the alarm off for recharging. The alarm is fairly small in size and quite nondescript – as it should be. You don’t necessarily want this item to be visually obvious as it would become a target. There is only one button on the device – the power button, and to be honest you only ever press it once and then just leave it alone – the rest of the control is managed by the remote.

The remote itself is a little plasticky with shiny plastic and shiny chrome-plated bits. This is perhaps the one area I wish the had done better with something a bit more subdued and nicer-feeling. But it does the job. I only find I ever press the main Arming button (the big circular one), and then the disarm button (the one immediately below the circular one).

There are two other buttons on the remote – one for changing the tone of the alarm, and the other as a kind of ‘find my bike’ function where it can help you locate your bike in amongst a lot of bikes provided it is within range of the remote.

There is an ability to adjust the sensitivity of the sensor on the alarm, and an ability to adjust the volume as well – but I’ve just left them as they came as it was fine for my needs.

Apparently it will notify you with a particular sound when the charge level of the alarm is getting low. I haven’t yet needed to recharge it so I don’t know what that sound is going to be like or how obvious it will be.

For a price of c. 25 (at time of review) I notice that it seems there are other white-label variants of this product, so it might come down to price variations or maybe slight differences in the shape of the alarm housing. But for this sort of price I think it is a helpful additional layer of deterrent to keep people off your bike.

I have never seen anything like this before and I can honsetly say it’s amazing as a extra deterant to bike thefts.
This may seem a novelty, small gadget but it will certainly deter any would be thief with the loud piercing
certainly makes you jump and stare to where the noise is coming from.
I would suggest placing this somewhere it’s not in view on your bike so the would be thieves will take longer in finding this and trying to remove it.
This may not stop your bike from getting stollen but the awful high pitch noise will certainly get people’s attention.
i’m almost embarassed to admit that I have used this to find my bike by pressing the alarm buton and following the sound.
I can’t believe what a low rrp this is, if like me you value your bike you will do whatever you can to look after it.
The alarm comes with everything you need to attach this to your bike and works straight out the box, it also comes with it’s own charging cable.
The afct it is chargeable and not run on batteries just add’s to the magnificent concept of this, a thief wont be able to simply pop out the batteries as there are none to stop this alarm other than the remote control.
Very well designed, small and compact, with a very loud piercing choice of alarms.

This is Cruxer Bike Alarm with Remote, Wireless Vibration Motion Sensor Motorcycle Alarm,Anti-Theft.

Thieves easily cut away bike locks so this ziptied to a bike is also a trivial remove. But I did not get this for my bike. I added it to my day backback. I carry one key fob, and one physical key. Now I also carry this slim remote. I would like to know if my backpack is unzipped (jostled), or relocated (absconded).

The least impressive kit component is the pry tool. The hard case of both the remote and the alarm were victorious against being pried.

The deep police barking honk is the most satisfying alarm sound.

The range is not impressive so in a hotel auditorium sized room the bag alarming at the wall is not easily deactivated. But it also satisfyingly embarrasses the one person near the bag disturbed.

It uses standard batteries: AAA, and watch.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersAs deterrents go this is a great compact alarm, small, rechargeable and loud. The video attached doesn’t show how loud it is, the camera is clearly reducing the sound as this thing is loud. It comes with different means if attaching and the bracket is locked onto the alarm by a small screw. Yes a thief could disable the alarm by smashing it off but by which time it will hopefully have attracted the attention of anyone around. The alarm when set gives a warning sound at first as seen in the video, which should be enough to make someone think twice, move the bike a second time and it sets of the alarm.

It’s impossible to hide this on a bike frame completely, it’s small but not that small. I did manage to secure it under my bike seat, which is not easy to spot but having a quick release catch a thief could just remove the seat, although this would trigger the alarm and hopefully put them off. The remote is responsive and has a good range, it doesn’t need to be pointed at and works through solid walls when tested. The battery life is great and rechargeable which is good. If leaving your bike in a public space with other bikes it could be triggered from people bumping into your bike so something to consider. Overall impressed with the alarm, it works well, is loud, rechargeable and will act as an extra deterrent over a lock and chain.

    Loud and responsive

Wow this is very loud indeed! My brother in law has recently started cycling for Deliveroo, not really for the money but to get more active. He has noticed that during the process there is loads of chancers when it comes to leaving his bike. (Even to the point where they will cut padlocks). When this popped up on vine, I thought it was worth a try to have that little extra protection. Its really easy to install (not easy to pull off either) and alarms in a click of a button. Very very loud and will most definitely shock the person who tries to steal and make them drop the bike. Could be great on other items not bike related too! Battery seems to last good and a usb cable is provided for when required. Quick and simple setup! Arrived nicely packaged with clear instructions.

This alarm system is superb and excellent value for money because it works and I mean it works fantastically. I’m impressed with its size and that it’s fairly discreet when placed on my bike. It’s USB rechargeable so I don’t need to worry about batteries and the charge lasts a long time. It is sensitive to movement and emits a very high pitched loud alarm which I think is a great deterrent against theft and loud enough to attract attention. It’s easy to use, easy to set up and I like the bike locator function. I’ve had no issues using this and I like that it comes with everything I needed to get it set up. It’s very good quality and a nice design. I recommend this product.

First impressions are a well made alarm system, comes as two units, you have the actual alarm which attaches to the bike, scooter or similar frame, this is the audible part of the alarm, you then have a second unit which is a remote alarm, switches on and off and lets you change the sensitivity.

When the alarm goes off its ear piercingly loud, and will put some theirs off, however, the bracket can be easily removed with an Allen key, and if using cable ties, you cut them off and chuck the alarm, I’d try and hide the alarm from site which make put the their off if they can’t find it.

I do like this, it’s a good deterrent, but not the perfect solution, a would be keen thief would n soon have this off the frame.

Great little gadget that comes with all the tools you need to fit it. I attached it to the frame of my bike, which was a little fiddly as the screws are quite small and with with both protective pads on it was a very tight fit, but it’s quite snug and looks quite discreet.
I thought it would be useful for when I’m camping with my family as we usually prop our bikes against a wall at night and hope for the best. If anyone tried to move my bike with this on it would give them and anyone within 500 yards a bit of a fright. It’s very very loud! The only problem for me, setting it at night on a campsite is that it does make a short audible noise when you switch it on. Other than that it’s easy to set up and will give peace of mind.

I haven’t come across sonic bike alarms in the past so this is new to me. I’m using it on an electric scooter. It easily attaches to the handlebar stem using the fittings provided. When the scooter is moved it makes a very loud noise which should be effective in dissuading a thief. The unit is also rechargeable although at the moment I don’t know how often this will be necessary. The manufacturer suggests one to three months and I’d be happy even having to charge it once a month. The provision of a USB-C charging cable should ensure fast recharging. Finally the remote control is useful for finding your bike or scooter if you’ve forgotten where it is – unlikely I know. But is also very easy to turn on and off without messing around on your knees deploying a security device.

Overall impressive stuff. A rare five stars.

This is a tiny alarm but it makes a piercing noise!

The alarm itself has a twist to fit arrangement on its base and you get two corresponding fitments to attach to. One is ideal for tubing, such as on bikes or motorbikes, the other fits to flat surfaces or by the supplied nylon ties. A two-way adhesive pad is supplied, but I would back this up with screws.
It will be fitted to my E-bike.
You even get an Allen key and screwdriver so you don’t need a tool kit.
It is rechargeable by a USB C socket — cable supplied (but no charger).

The alarm is set with the remote control. It goes off when your bike is moved.

Lightweight, but loud! Everything you need to fix to your bike, etc..
