The handle bar clamp on my bike is a big chunky lump. My new Garmin was too close to it for comfort, any flex of the out front mount from hitting bumps could have bounced the Garmin off the clamp. The Magicshine is so much longer that there no chance of contact. It’s a bit pricey, but it’s a great piece of kit.
I bought this bracket with the intention of running two lights on my mountain bike.
In the box you get your bracket, 2 sizes of rubber rings to allow fitting to pretty much all size bars, also four different fittings so this brackets is compatible with Garmin, Wahoo, Bryton, Polar bike computers and any lights with these fittings. They also provide an Allen Key for fitting which was nice. Both top and bottom mounts are removable via two small countersunk screws so you can mix n’ match different fittings both top and bottom making this a very versatile bracket.
First impressions this is a very well made bracket. It feels very solid and good quality as it is made of Aluminium Alloy. Once fitted it is very secure so your computer/light are safe and secure. Will report back if I have any issues
