A great lightweight stick vacuum cleaner with attachments.
Glad it has 2 batteries to easily swap to continue cleaning.
The lights in the front of the main brush head illuminate – great to spot the dust and seek out dust under cupboards.
I’ve had this for almost 2 years.
Modern contemporary design, plenty of attachments for any job. Not quite as strong suction as my Dyson but used daily to keep on top of dust, dog hairs, and kids’ mess… a very handy tool!

Very light and handy vacuum. Absolutely does the job! Its light and solid at the same time. Picks up all the dirt off my floor and furniture

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this after using Eufy’s cameras and alarm system, was so impressed with them that the vac was worth a try.
Looked at Dyson for a while but in no way could I justify their extortionate prices. The eufy vac was on offer, had 2 batteries and all the necessary attachments at 139. It’s a no brained, even at 239.
We have a lab that shakes hair everywhere, it cleans the lot up. Granted. It needs frequently emptying but it does a great job picking any hair and bits from hard floors and carpets.
    Definitely recommend this

    Does the job
    Lightweight and powerful
    Wheels could be better quality
But great for the price especially with additional attachments and extra battery

Probably not worth the full price, I applied an 80 discount voucher which made it an acceptable price.
The set has a range of useful attachments (one was faulty and was replaced, eventually, after jumping through a few hoops, including having to supply a video of the faulty item!!). The accessory mounting rack is great and fitted well on the inside of a cupboard door.
It comes with two batteries which are necessary as the run time per battery is not good. A 2 bed bungalow just about lasts two batteries. The blinds have to be cleaned another day. Set the vac to high power and two batteries are not enough! Why are there lights on the front? I don’t vacuum in the dark so lights on the unit are unnecessary and simply add to power drain.
It performs reasonably well but the fine filter blocks quickly causing a motor overheating warning. This filter will need to be cleaned regularly and it is recommended to allow it to dry for 24hrs. Perhaps two filters should be supplied in the set?
The operating trigger doesn’t latch so prolonged use is a strain on rheumatic fingers.
    Empting the dust is easy.
Not the worst cleaner I’ve owned.

Can’t believe how good this is for the price had a few dysons this is so much better all the accessories you need plus 2 changeable batteries with 40 mins run time. suction is brilliant and it’s very lightweight but feels sturdy unlike dysons which feel plasticy, overall brilliant buy one you won’t regret i

Very pleased with this hoover, I use it along side my eufy robovac 30c – this is perfect for areas the robot vacuum can’t reach or just a quick spot clean.

Even when the carpet looks clean it is impressive how much this thing picks up!

The bin is super easy to empty and the way the head can tilt and turn makes its really easy to maneuver around furniture (chair legs etc). This would definitely be enough buy itself however I use the robovac to clean when I’m not home so this isn’t needed full time.

I’ve done quick cleans and whole rooms with this and I would definitely recommend it!

As always the Eufy brand is very high quality and does exactly what it says, I have a few products from Eufy and they are now my brand of choice!

Comes with two batteries. I find the suction OK. Picks up my cats hairs no problem, where my old vacuum didn’t and was an expensive corded brand.
Three suction levels, battery power is great. I only have carpet in my two bedrooms though.
Recommended to my daughter, she has carpet everywhere and she loves it too.
I find eufy products to be great. This is not the reason for this review. I believe credit where credit is due.
    Would I recommend….. Yes I would.

I finally caved and got this to replace my Numatic Henry cleaner. I love the Numatic machines but they are admittedly clunky and unwieldly to handle whereas this style of cleaner is just simple and easy to get out of the cupboard and run around the house with.

I also have a Eufy robo vac and handheld vac, so this stick style cleaner is for touching up the spots the robot can’t get to and as a backup in case someone make a large mess or people are coming over and I need to run around the whole house quickly and it does those kind of jobs perfectly. The battery life is fine, I can clean my large two bed flat with it in one go but if you had any larger of a home you will need the spare charged up too.

It’s not the most powerful vacuum I have ever used, but to be fair it is replacing a Henry which will suck you’re entire house into a black hole if you’re not carful and really, it sucks up most things just fine.

The only real negatives are that the roller in the main head is a bit tricky to take in and out, needs a bit of a better design there, and the handle does get quite uncomfortable after a little while so you find yourself constantly swapping hands while cleaning.

All in all though, I would still recommend. It’s so easy to use, has great build quality and is very versatile. If I didn’t have the robot I’d be more than happy with this is my main cleaner.

Had a few issues when I first brought this Hoover, even it was delivered I opened it to find a used and dirty Hoover with parts missing! Obviously I wasn’t happy at all, but with a quick message to Anker they organised a free returns label and quickly sent out a new Hoover which arrived in record time and it’s brilliant! I really like the wall mount, makes keeping the Hoover and all its attachments together in one place really easy and everything you need is there! I’ve never needed to use more than one battery at any one time but I am moving to a much bigger place soon so we’ll see how well it performs then! But honestly I can’t fault this hoover, it’s really easy to use, lightweight and very easy to empty with s great battery life and the customer service was amazing!!

Good vacuum, nice and agile. Lightweight and especially nimble coming from a corded style canister vac. I have a golden retriever so vacuum once a day and this so the perfect size to do the downstairs of the house where he is allowed, and the canister is just the right size for a full vac including his fur.

This genuinely is a very good hoover compared to branded competitors. The suction power is very good and two batteries is a bonus. It can easily clean the whole house on a charge and can pick up challenging dirt such as pet hair etc.
It is prone to two issues which reduce suction: (1) the tube to the waste bin becoming blocked if a larger item gets stuck in it (have a chopstick handy); (2) the round filter above the bin needs changing religiously about once a month. If you are aware of these it will exceed hoovers costing twice as much.

While not the cheapest stick vacuum, the Anker/Eufy S11 Infinity is worth its not-terribly-heavy weight in gold when it comes to cleaning.

The powered brush on the main head is particularly valuable as it lifts hairs from the old carpets in our property far better than the supposedly more powerful canister Hoover we had previously. As the hairs in turn trap dust, it means that rather than having to use the hard floor setting to scrub at a carpet, a single pass is often enough to lift all the dirt between the fibres.

To put that in context, the hallway and stairs of our house are the most difficult areas to clean, as they have the oldest carpet and highest footfall. It used to take half an hour to get up all the hair and dirt with our canister vacuum cleaner. With the S11 I can complete the same task to a slightly higher standard in 10 minutes, without having to faff about with extension cables so I can reach a power socket.

The relatively large capacity of the cylinder, ease of cleaning and variety of tools are very welcome, too, and it’s brilliant that a spare battery is provided as standard. As the batteries can be charged while disconnected from the cleaner, one can be swap them out and recharge one while the other is still in use, offering the capacity to clean the entire house without having to wait for any charging at all.

Highly recommended. Odd as it may sound, the S11 has almost made it a pleasure to do the vacuuming!

As I owned a weight scale by Eufy I decided to take the plunge with this vacuum cleaner after my previous vacuum broke and countless hours of researching for good vacuums in a reasonable price point. The Infinity edition comes with plenty of attachments of which I only really have used half so far. The fact that you receive 2 batteries is fantastic as you can cycle the batteries with one in use and one on charge. The runtime lasts anywhere from a full hour to 30 minutes depending on the suction power used. This machine has 3 suction modes cycled by a button at the top (from normal, high to low). While the standard suction is fine for most use cases it struggles a little with things like shaggy rags where the high setting seems to do the trick. The signature attachment includes a LED to detect dust in the path, while I initially thought this would be a useless gimmeck it turned out to be one of my favourite features. Only things I would say I was a little unsure about are perhaps having to hold the trigger pressed to use perhaps a addition of a locking for extended use would be great.

I had a Dyson animal that recently died. I was thinking of replacing it with a Dyson or Samsung but the prices were too high. I then looked at Shark and Vax but had very mixed reviews.
I settled for Eufy as I like the Anker brand and have other products which are very good.
It doesn’t disappoint either, it’s great! I have a 2 bedroom house with a mix of stone, wood and carpeted floors. I have 2 messy kids and a dog who sheds alot!! This vacuum is not perfect but it’s way better than my old Dyson and better than my sisters new Dyson. It just does the job. 1 battery easily gets me round the house. Both batteries get me round for a big deep clean.
    Highly recommend.

Firstly this is a great vacuum. I’m going to compare directly with a cordless Dyson as this is the review that would have helped me!

    Pros (over a dyson)
Battery life (x2) lasts enough time to do the whole house twice over. Vs a Dyson which doesn’t.

Cost – much less, the wall holder (included) does not automatically charge the battery. Instead you have to manually plug it in.

The Dyson will cut out when hoovering things like a cow hide rug…. the Eufy won’t.
Buy it now – no mortgages required 🙂 (unlike the Dyson!)

  27. James Lovick says:

Light weight, easy to assemble, lots of attachments and two lithium batteries. I’ve never had a cordless before but I’m impressed. The dirt cylinder is quite small, but is compatible to the capacity of the other brands so didn’t mark it down on it.

  28. Anonymous says:

I did well to buy the more expensive kit which includes a spare battery, as this little vaccum cleaner is hungry for power 🙂
The ‘turbo” mode adds a ton of suction power, but the standard setting works fine for most tasks.
I really appreciate the output filter which does a good job at keeping nasty exhaust dust trapped in the system.
The small dust recipient is easy to empty.
My only concern so far is durability (not the much the electrical internals, but the plastic joints / flimsy design). Definitely not on par with other well known brands with good reliability track records. So I am extra careful when using this Eufy vaccuum cleaner, as otherwise I am super happy with how it looks and performs 🙂

Well packaged. Not too much plastic (but could do better).
Hoover is amazing- quiet but powerful.
Quite heavy so might be better off getting a Dyson if it’s for elderly user.
But otherwise – I’m very impressed.

Can’t believe how cheap it is considering how good it is. Great suction even on the lowest setting and despite constantly needing to use it in short bursts for the last 3 days, due to clearing out the house for renovation, we haven’t yet needed to change the battery. Having a second battery means there is no stress when the other one does run low.
All the heads available cover everything I could possibly need to use the vacuum cleaner for.

  31. Anonymous says:

     United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Very good little vacuum. Much better value that Dyson etc. Works really well, don’t be fooled by the quiet operation it’s got plenty of power on normal mode, only needs putting into high power mode very rarely, and can clean the whole house on a single charge.

Only negatives, small brush tool is a bit useless, it just flips over when you try to use it on anything but a flat surface. It’s not theost comfortable thing to hold, but not a major problem.

This is a superb vac, was considering a Dyson or Shark, but went with the Eufy as it comes with 2 interchangable battery packs which is amazing if you run out as you can just swap out a new battery rather than waiting for the unit to charge. Comes with a huge selection of attachments and the power head is amazing especially with it having LED lighting. Battery life is great on standard power, I was actually amazed how much more this picked up compared to my old wired cleaner.

I did have a small problem with the release door for the brush on the power head and contacted Eufy and they were fantastic in terms of customer service, arranged to ship a new power head out to me and also sent me a pack of filters for the inconvenience!

Love the Eufy and Anker products and will continue to invest in them!

Golden Review Award: 19 From Our UsersI love the Anker / Eufy brand and have a lot of their product. They are just far superior on battery management and work better. Really top class engineering.

This vacuum was to replace a 2.5 year old Dyson that’s battery life had faded to the point of was still working but made cleaning a pain as it needed several rests to recharge. So the extra battery on this was a great solution – but actually i’ve rarely needed to change it as one battery does the house. Easily, only if we forget to fully charge it do we swap it out (and for good battery life management).

So why was i initially disappointed?? Because I’m an idiot. So i asked my friend to test it and they said the same thing… and then changed their mind too when i pointed out my theory. I subconsciously didnt like the low suction noise… and was disappointed it wasn’t noisier. I pressed the “make it more noisy” max power button and felt even sadder. I know this is cheaper than a Dyson, but my experience of Eufy told me it should be far superior and here was my ears being offended by its lack of suction. I found myself picking up the Dyson to pick up crumbs dropped on occasion – for my aural pleasure. And this might be, in my opinion, why some reviews seem negative here.

Anyway since it was used, I wasn’t going to return it and so continued to use it. And the strangest thing happened. I noticed that when it comes to things like picking up dust and dirt on the ground its far far superior.

Yep. I’m an idiot. It was doing a great job of doing its job and all I was subconsciously thinking was suction = noise. And in this case it doesn’t. Did I like having a noisy vacuum? Nope not at all. I had just learned unconscious bias.

Little features I assumed I’d have no use for, like the led lights at the front of the brush part turn out to be really useful at times. Emptying the unit is far easier than the Dyson V6. Anyway my advice is this unit is brilliant and superior to others in the market and highly recommendable, just prepare to challenge your expectations on noise = suction.

Had this a couple of months now. Easy to manoeuvre, and no cord makes it so convenient to get out of the cupboard and straight to work in cleaning mess. Love the lights and great range of attachments for every hoovering scenario: stairs, small spaces, furniture. Suction is good, removes hair well, and it’s easy to get to and clean filters etc. Only downside is that my hand/arm can get tired on big cleaning jobs as you have to continuously hold the power button down as you hoover. Was worried about battery longevity as never used cordless before but need not have worried as there are two rechargeable batteries so one can be on charge while other is used and one battery can do my 3 bed house.

I bought this vacuum a couple of months ago. I was thinking of replacing my Dyson with a newer version with better battery life but their prices are just way too high. I am now very glad that I bought this Eufy instead. The best thing about it is the two batteries and the long running time, with the Dyson I kept running out of power before I had finished vacuuming. I also find the Eufy very easy to put together, it has plenty of suction power, easy to change accessories and is very easy to clean. I did have a small issue with one of the accessories and I could not have had better or faster response from Customer Support Engineer Jo. Truly excellent. I am a very happy customer.

Lightweight and easy to manoeuvre. The LED light in the brush head really makes a difference in use in dark or dim situations. The 2 batteries mean plenty of cleaning time. Very happy with how this cleans – comparable with my Dyson at half the cost! My only real criticism is that the charging lead isn’t captive in the base unlike a Dyson The wall base is, quite frankly, flimsy and cheap.
Still, overall great value for money.

Batteries are good. Power for its size is great on hard floor and stairs, but not sure it would be too good on thick carpet (so the 4 stars) really good on hard floor. Golden Review Award: 21 From Our UsersI purchased this item using a voucher code provided on a YouTube channel I follow. She had shown the product in action and I was really impressed – we were looking for a lightweight vacuum to replace our corded Dyson so decided to give this a go (as it was an incredible price once the discount was applied!).

I can honestly say that this is my favourite purchase of 2020. I never thought a vacuum could bring me such joy but this is really simple yet very effective, not to mention aesthetically pleasing!

To start, it comes neatly packaged in a reasonably small box (which would make it great for gifting!). All of the packaging is as sleek as the product inside.

It was really easy to put together and the batteries (it was supplied with two) came partially charged so I could give it a try straight away. All of the attachments just click on and off. It also came with a super handy wall mount which has a place for all of the attachments as well as the vacuum.

There’s the main vacuum attachment (long solid tube with a roller brush on the end). This is what I use most of the time and it works incredibly well on all floor types – I have carpet, wood and tile flooring in my home and this attachment does an amazing job on all of them. There’s also a second roller that can be swapped out in this attachment but I’ve not used it because I’ve not needed to. The other attachments provide great options for cleaning all sorts of things – stairs, blinds, sofas, nooks and crannies around the home and in the car. We’ve even been able to get cobwebs in our double height entranceway with this when standing on a stepladder (we couldn’t do this before with pair bulky dyson).

The suction on this is also really good, especially for the size of the actual unit. It’s especially great at picking up tiny specs of dust but it’s also worked wonders on larger chunks of mud/cereal/pine needles from the Christmas tree etc. We also have a dog and this is great at collecting pet hairs from the carpets, sofas, car etc.

The canister where the dust is collected is small but absolutely holds enough to do a whole house. You just empty it after every use and it’s not even an issue. It’s also great for keeping the whole thing sleek and lightweight. Again, this is really easy to empty – just press a button, empty it and then click it back into place.

The battery life is pretty good too – and with it coming with two batteries, we always have one charged and ready to go. We rarely have to change it mid-clean though. A full battery will last long enough to clean our four bed home from top to bottom and for there to be enough charge left for a couple of extra sessions in the lounge and kitchen.

There’s a small pad that acts as a bit of a filter inside the canister which can be washed which is a great idea. I add a couple of drops of fragrance oil to this and it blows out the lovely smell as I’m vacuuming which just adds to the reasons why I love using this!

It’s super lightweight (or at least it is in comparison to our old dyson) and the fact that it’s cordless has made such a difference to us. I always struggled to vacuum the stairs and car before but can easily do both with this. I also found emptying the dyson a struggle but again, this is super easy.

All in all, I would completely recommend this item if you’re looking for a lightweight, sleek and effective vacuum cleaner. It has not disappointed – it has exceeded my expectations. Even my 2 year old daughter enjoys helping vacuum with this!

If you’re still unsure then I would say to order it anyway and try it for yourself! Hopefully you’ll find it to be a brilliant purchase like I did.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis vacuum cleaner is light in weight and easy to handle. The provision of a second battery is really useful. I use the cleaner on max power most of the time because we have a lot of pet hairs but middle range power is fine for many situations. The fact that it is easy to take off the wall and use without battling with a heavy machine and unfurling wires is a great incentive. My only niggle is the dust canister seems a bit fiddly to remove and re-attach but my other half can do it perfectly so it must be just me 🙂

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersThis is amazing and anyone thinking of buying one just do it, I’m yet you find anything I don’t like about it.

Lightweight/ quiet / 2 batteries/ loads of accessories/ useful lights on the front / hard floor and carpet attachments/ very powerful.
This is the best I have had, I didn’t think you could beat dyson but the v11 price put me off, after reading a YouTube review I took the plunge and wow I’m so glad I did, it’s amazing and far better in my opinion than the v11.
I had to call eufy customer service for a small issue they are amazing they replaced the issues and as a goodwill sent me a pack of filters out, I didn’t think you could beat dyson a customer service but these guys do by far.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is my first cordless vacuum and I don’t think I could have picked a better one. Great value on sale. It comes with 2 batteries which is great. Living in a townhouse and got fed up of carrying a heavy corded vacuum up and down. Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersReally like the vacuum. Very light. Powerful enough on normal settings but handy to have the second battery for when you want to go full blast which can use the battery quite quickly. With all the attachments you have something for every job and all feels really sturdy and well made.

Things that’s would be great for the next model… A holder for the second roller on the wall stand. A slide to get the dirt out of the canister. A way to charge on the holder so that battery/vacuum can be charged just by slotting it in ( but keeping the normal plug in for those that don’t use the wall stand)

Would purchase again and would recommend to friends
