Good value but unfortunately the user controls are VERY poorly marked. Not easy to see if you don’t have 20-20 vision. We have had to mark the area to enable ease of use. This wouldn’t be any good for the elderly. Otherwise it’s a lovely hob easy to clean. Installed in a few mins.
Easy to install and works a treat.
As with all ceramic jobs it can need a bit of elbow grease to clean off spills

Fantastic hob, very easy to use and being larger is so much better. Being able to change from small ring to larger hob by a press of a button is great.

Brought this to replace my neff that decided to stop working was easy to install seems to heat up quicker than my old one cleans well like the fact that the large ring in in front rather then the back as that’s the one I use most would recommend
Product arrived and the hob was shattered. I organised return and refund and immediately re ordered as damage clearly occurred in transit. The company responded straight away and organised refund. The replacement was received first thing following morning. Excellent customer service and product, now installed looks amazing. Easy to use, versatile and easy to clean. Very happy.

Not had a fixed hob in years, have used the portable hobs and decided to get this. Easy to install but a shame it can’t be connect directly to the electric cooker connector we have and it has to be plugged in. It heats up quickly and simple to use. Took a little while working out the best number to put it in to cook certain foods. But after 12 months I roughly know what number is best to cook on. The instructions that arrived with it were great and easily to read. As with any ceramic cooker it marks easily with food stains but easily to clean off with a little elbow grease I haven’t noticed any scratches and we cover when not in use with a teatowel. Over all were quite pleased with our little cooke

This hob is brilliant and the bigger ring excellent for bigger pans and works, very responsive and has a child lock.

easy to install, not power hungry enough to warrant running a 4 or 6mm cable. Wired into a fused spur on the ring main.
Had to change my induction hob due to my wife having a pacemaker fitted, not as fast as the induction but I suppose I’ll get used to i

So easy to install especially if it’s a replacement. The 3 hobs is very practical with the 3 different sizes unlike the 4 hobs of the same size and capacity.
With a child lock on it it makes it safer for people who have small childre

The hob fit the cut out dimensions of my previous hob which made fitting straightforward despite the cooking surface being larger than the original hob. I chose this hob over others as the touch controls received better feedback. My experience is that the controls are responsive and easy to use. The only build I would consider in the future is I would possibly prefer the controls on the side of the hob to minimise little fingers touching them.
It’s taken a week to get used to this hob as I had my old Neff Ceramic hob for over 12 years. I like that you have two rings that can be used as ordinary rings or be made bigger for use with really big pans. Early days but I do think I’m going to love it.

not too bad once your used to it but but when you turn down the heat it does take a while and the same when heating things up
on a induction hob its a quick wipe and your done but with ceramics your better of getting a hob cleaner because it does leave marks on it and they dont wipe of like an inductio

I’ve now had my job for a couple of months and it’s great. Love the different sizes of hobs.
Some people have mentioned the peeping. It usually does this because I’ve put something on the surface. It’s a good warning!
I find it easy to clean. You do need to be careful not to spill things and “cook” them into the surface but not using the highest temperatures and watching your pots while cooking should mean you can avoid this happening or catch it immediately and wipe it off!

Everything perfect, only thing is cleaning, it stained straight after first use, it is posible to clean, but you need to wait for good bit as it stays hot quite long after you turning off, also needs specia scraper and cleaning products for that kind of hob.
It is one the best hub I have ever had. Easy to use. Customer service is excellent.

Straight forward to wire in & install & of course great value for money… Waited a while to write a review, just to & see if it would stop working,or the marking’s (for controls)would fade,especially since it was so cheap & it’s still perfect!. (Check photo) big thumb’s up!!

Bought it for my newly fitted kitchen work top. It fitted nicely,provides a mordern look to my kitchen. This ceramic hob is very easy to clean and operate,heat upvery quickly. It seems to be a quality product.
Lovely product very pleased but needs to be fitted by an Electrician because of the 6KW power “it cannot just be plugged in!!”.
