I really enjoy this new 6″ knife, came super sharp right out of the box. It looks great, attractive design, and has gorgeous packaging. The handle is a little big and heavy for my taste and makes it a little less comfortable to handle for someone with smaller hands like my wife but heavy, so if you like that, this is good. The balance is a little to the center of the handle, but if you have larger hands you may like it. I sure will keep it in my kitchen but will find something similar with less weight. Fantastic price point.
This knife set is absolutely gorgeous to look at. The handles are shaped to be a very comfortable fit and the blade edge is ridiculously sharp.
A couple of minor annoyances though… The blades are really thin and have what feels like a little too much flex. However this will not be an issue if the knife is used as intended (in other words, don’t use it as a prying tool or a garlic press).
The sharpness of the edge is also a potential issue since such a sharp edge can dull pretty quickly if the cutting surface doesn’t give a little when the knife bites into it during cutting.
Overall, this knife set is a great addition to the kitchen, but will need care and proper use for it to last long.
Now it’s pretty and it’s sharp but it’s very light for a blade that site. We chefs prefer them to be a hit heavier so we do t have to use as much force. It feels kind of cheap and the handle is very slippery and u comfortable. So ce we are putting in more force it pinches the nerves in your hand more causing bruising. Not for restaurant use maybe for at home however it was cheap for the money
I’ve been struggling with inferior knives too long. No more! The best feature of this knife is that it will hold an edge for a long time. It feels good in the hand and is well balanced. The textured sides release the surface tension when slicing cucumbers so the slices don’t stick to the blade. Excellent quality and value.
These knives are the best I’ve ever had and feel and look like they will last me a lifetime. Worth paying that bit extra.

Looks so fancy and really sharp and came in a really fancy box. Time will tell if it keeps it’s sharpness but initial impressions very positive.
I loved this knife the minute I got it in my hands. It has a very nice grip and some nice weight to it. It is very sharp and cuts like no other knife I have owned. Makes cutting meats and vegetables a breeze.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this knife. I’ve had premium kitchen knives before and had high expectations, and this one surprised me. It’s hefty in the hand and very nicely balanced. It came quite sharp straight out of the box (though sharpening aficionados might disagree with me). The blade is very thin compared to more European styled knives so I wouldn’t be using it to pry a open a coconut, but I’m quite happy using it for its intended purpose. Would recommend.
5 stars. Great look and feel, sharpness was top notch for out of the box. The weight is a good balance to allow for ease of use but also easy force.

I love this knife. It’s very comfortable in hand. It’s not as gorgeous as damascus steel, but is still beautiful. I prefer the rocking method of cutting, although it’s perfect for all cutting styles. I work in a restaurant and prefer my own knives over there’s. I’ve had this knife for about week now. It’s still razor sharp. Over all, I highly recommend this knife.
Absolutely a stunning addition to my shop knives I love this knife so far I have only had it for a short time but I use it everyday it is very sharp comfortable handle does a fantastic job whether you’re chopping up veggies or slicing through thick cuts of meat held up so well that I have purchased the paring knife too
Affordable knife with liquid metal patterns on the sides. Bought it for 20 on sale, so far 1 month since arrival so far so good.
This knife is very sharp out of the box and has maintained its sharpness so far. Beautiful design as well. Great price for a beautiful sharp knife.

These knives are very beautiful to look at. They aren’t really Damascus Steel, but are German Steel with a laser engraved blade. They’re highly polished and look great in their very unique block. My girlfriend loved them as a gift.
I liked them enough to buy another set of Tuo knives for myself.

This knofe fits in your yand nicely, is super sharp and looks great with the etching pattern on the blade. I have found it to be an ideal size compared to my 5″ santoku that i have used for a long time.

Blade too light for my taste – I am used to heavier steel blades which ‘respond’ to my gestures and have their say. This blade is has ‘no weight’! It is like writing with a pen and not feeling the contact of the pen on the paper. It is due to my years of habit; there is a learning curve for me, and perhaps anyone who is used to German steel Santoku style knives.

I thought I was buying Damascus steel knives, but it is just a stamped pattern on the blade. Somewhat deceptive. However, the knive do cut nice. They were just not what I expected.

Nice looking, Very Thin, Sharp, 56 RC (soft) but easy to sharpen
5″ Utility had bad tooling marks on the bottom
and they couldn’t replace just the one.
Replaced the whole set and the replacement 5″ Utility was even worse.
grind is not the same on each side 8-12 except for Nakiri and the smaller knifes
included block looks nice but not to functional, Have to move block from under cabinet
to use and the point of the knifes hit the bottom when you put them in
have to be very careful.
also sharp and thin knifes will have a tendency to dig in on plastic boards
and the balance point is pretty far back because of the G10 fiberglass handle

magnets and plastic blocks are secure and strong
the inside width is 9″ so my steak knifes were 9.5″ had to mount on angle
Paper template is not very good have to cut to fit
for shelf’s that are close to the size (holes are good)
template needs to be re-designed with lines
that simulate the minimum shelf and springs areas
and the Knape and Vogt hinges should be bent the other way
so you can see what you are doing (like other reviewer suggested)

Bought this knife because I noticed I didnt have a small knife and it’s perfect for cutting fruit was able to even peel tomatoes. Sharpened it upon receiving it as I like a super sharp knife it was sharp already but I like razor sharp. And this knife seems to hold an edge quite well. Haven’t sharpened it since the first time still a very sharp edge used multiple times

The knife is beautiful, fits amazingly well in the hand, and cuts extremely well. It comes SUPER SHARP so be careful.
I do find it to be quite heavy though compared to others, and while this helps when cutting thru something, it does make it slightly more difficult to perform more delicate tasks like peeling a fruit or potato without taking too much flesh.
They knife got dull faster then I was hoping for.

Great value and great looks. The blade design is pretty. Unfortunately it is not etched in (unauthentic), but rather part of the casting. It is very light as I was expecting a heavy duty knife. It has remained sharp, very sharp for the past month. On that note, take precautions as it would easily remove a finger if your not careful.
Do not hesitate, the price is great, the quality seems great. As for longevity, I cannot attest to, but if you take care of it, it should last a very long time. A great alternative to other similar knives, but you get fast shipping, a very nice box. Overall, I’d give it 5/5.
Knife is super sharp went through paper like butter , handle feels good but have to be careful the handle is very slippery in hand ,I was thinking of sanding it for better grip , otherwise so far love it ,will use this for a couple months and if good will buy anothe
