I am really pleased with this washing machine, but don’t bother to pay extra for installation and removal of the old machine as the delivery men just drop machine off and then refuse to install. Their excuse was, our old, broken machine was still plumbed in; this took us 5 minutes to remove, in the meantime they were to come back after their next delivery to remove, the old machine, the packaging, and install the new machine; they never came back! Installing this machine was simple, we did it ourselves, but we still have the old washing machine in the garden, that we wanted removing; a very unreliable service, so don’t bother.
The machine itself is very easy to use, and as mentioned above, very easy to install; a simple turn switch on the front, selects the programme; a digital clock also on the front counts down the time left to finish wash, and the quick spin speed ensures the washing comes out dry enough to go straight into the tumble dryer.
To be fair the machine would have got a 5 star rating had it not been for the none completion of the job; something that Amazon do need to sort out. We were able to install our own machine, but someone more elderly, or disabled, wouldn’t have been able to do it.
Great machine, non existent customer install and remove service; my money was refunded for this service, but that is hardly the point.
