Used for metal framed 4.5m pool, a little noisy and time limit on use are a little inhibiting. However, good vfm, easy to use and assemble, seems powerful and effective.
Could do with longer power lead and longer hoses, but these are of lesser importance.

Previous pump was an Intex pump which finally burnt out after several yrs use. Saw this pump and thought give it a try. So far not disappointed much easier than the intex pump to fit and more powerful too. Seems quiet like reviews said, comes with all the fixings you need to connect to pool. PLEASED!!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is a good pool filter system. Does a great job. But for those looking at replacement filters please ignore the description. Type A or C is nonsense. What you need is type 2 filters for this, which are easily available on Amazon. The ones described for the product (A or C) don’t fit. Type 2 is the way forward. Happy splashing 🙂

I really really love this product. Usually I stick with a best way filter but after reading previous reviews I decided to give this a try and I’m so glad I did. It seems really powerful and sucks a lot of dirt out.
The hoses (I think that’s the right name for them) are quite short compared to what I was used to but they haven’t caused any issues, I actually prefer it. I’ve had it for a good few months and so far no issues. I have encountered quite a few with more expensive pumps so I have been pleasantly surprised with this.
If you are in any doubt, just give it a try as it is so much cheaper than others with a popular brand name

We have a summer wave pool, original pump was useless and died. Wanted a stronger pump but wasn’t sure which, this fits on to original fittings easy peasy and I’m useless at everything diy

I bought this to filter my dog’s paddling pool. There are no filter ports on this pool and I presumed there would be suction capability on the filter. There isn’t! It requires gravity and water pressure generated by height to force water into the filter. The pump works after the filter to push water back into the pool. I’m be buying a water pump now too!
The device works fine and does the job as intended. It’s entirely my fault. We all know what assume makes

I was sceptical but this pump is brilliant! Very quiet and it’s quite powerful. After use I rinse the filter off and the amount of dirt/grass/bugs it collects is really good. Keeps the water really clear. Best purchase I have made in a long time.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersOrdered this due to its quick delivery, was very impressed with how well it worked, the pool was filled the day before and not used yet, out this on for about 2 hours and the picture attached is everything it managed to clean out. Used on a 3m x 2m x 0.75 rectangular pool, holds about 850 gallons

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked better than I expected

While this is not a brand I recognised I have been impressed with it’s performance in supplying a constant and filtered feed to my 2kw pool heater this summer of 2022. I opted for this as it was available next day whilst the recommended brand was on a 3 day delivery and I had every intention of swapping them over but on comparing them both this was cheaper and of a higher performance and relegated the other pump to the status of “Backup pump in emergency” where it stayed.
    Can not fault i

Have used for two weeks, about 2-4 hours per day and it has worked very well. It’s very silent (such that I need to double check if it’s actually on), the filter is easy to clean, and it’s easy to purge it and get it ready to go again. The key thing is to connect it to the right outlet of the pool and make sure all the air is out before switching on. I I’ve read other reviews that after a month or so it breaks down and makes terrible noise. But so far, it has worked very well.

Only had it up & running 2 days all good at the moment. Was easy to set up just wished the pipes were longer as sits very near to the pool which means the plug gets wet when kids are splashing & all sorts . Only time will tell if it lasts but happy atm

Have purchased previously cheaper filters in past.
Paying a little more is definitely worth it with the correct chemicals and the filter on for only 6 hrs a day keeps the suction power is very good, and easy to assemble … heathy pool! Happy children
    Highly recommend

I’ve used better filters in the past but for the price it’s very good. I’m actually using one on my 15ft (8000l) pool which is more than the max it’s recommended for. I’ve worked out it takes 2hrs to fully cycle the pool as the pump is 4000lph.
The pump is relatively quiet and in just 4hrs removed the green tinge from the pool. Detritus is still at the bottom but after swirling the pool by hand to lift it all the filter has collected it. It also has a small media basket which allows you to add extra media like chlorine tablets (which I have done/highly recommend it).
It does struggle to pull bits floating on the surface however so I use a small aquarium net to scoop them out.
The manufacturer instructions are hilarious and contradict themselves. It says to keep the filter 2.5ft away from the pool yet with only supplying 1m long hoses this is not possible.
What’s even more hilarious is it says to keep the power socket over 3m away from the pool to avoid it getting splashed yet only provide you with a 2m mains lead.
Overall I’m happy with the product and it’s doing it’s job pretty well.

I have this on a 12ft pool that seriously needed cleaning, I was amazing that as soon as I put the pipes right I could see all the floating bits in the pool being pulled towards it. Did have to switch the pipes around that was likley my mistake at the start and put the pipes on the wrong in and out connectors on the pool, the high connecter is the in hole, works perfectly but I wish I bought more filters with it, if the pool needs a good clean then the filter fills up quickily, cleaning it helps but obviously not as good as a brand new one, if you just need it to filter out daily use bits in the pool then the filter would last a lot longer. Amazing at even cleaning bugs out of the pool, if it seems noisy then I suggest you open the flow more on top, I hardly hear ours.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis is a much stronger pump than the silly little thing that comes with 10ft diameter pool
    Little bit noisier
    But not a neighbour problem
