Genuinely love these! I needed hearing protection for my factory job and these have been perfect! 2xAAA 1100Mah batteries last me for two and a half shifts so I get approximately 22.5hours with my music playing through Bluetooth, when the batteries run low, it cuts off the Bluetooth and continues to function as protection with electronic hearing for at least another 4.5 hours. Easy to use, comfortable, could be louder but even with my degraded hearing I can still hold a conversation with these on. I will get another set if I ever loose these.
Excellent electronic ear protection – stops the bangs but not the conversation – very pleased
ever used this type of ear defender before and i don’t normally write a review but i must say am very impressed the way they work. being a hearing aid user I don’t hear very well without them so have a job to hear people talk but with these on its no problem at all, am able to converse easily and when a loud noise happens shuts sound out very well.

Bought July last year, work excellent for both fullbore target shooting and my work as a groundskeeper. The noise cancellation blocks out any loud noises very well while I can still hear conversations clearly nearby, and the bluetooth allows me to listen to a podcast or some music which is a nice touch.
Id also like to highlight how good the vendors customer service was; after ten months the right side stopped working, which was unfortunate as they had been treated well up to that point. No matter, after contacting the vendor I was sent a brand new set the very next dat as part of the year long warranty. I couldn’t be happie
Excellent noise reduction. Out and indoor. Bluethoot works very well.
Two dials on the side one adjusts noise the other controls audio if that’s active.
Use all day long 8 hours a day protect my ears from a team of colleague’s all using impact drivers in the back of containers that amplifies the noise So close proximity of in excess of 100db from a single cordless 18v impact driver and rivet guns act.
Good weight but as already mentioned not to heavy sit on my head above my ears and stay on my head when bot in use.
Guess they would make your ears hot in a warmer environments but I’ve had them on for last six weeks + and they are well worth the money.
Love the fact they fold down compact. I Bbought a Marshall’s semi hard case to stoe them I’ve dropped them and they survived.
Sound via bluetooth surprisingly good but did not buy them for that but handy pairing them to my phone for calls Spotify and BBC radio 6.
Playing time dependant on batteries I use highest available MilliAmps on rechargeable batteries So cant say as I take them out of head torch and these bad boys daily and put them in a charger daily.
And the compliments I get too !! Bad boys.
I just say Preventitive Protection is the priority.
Early to say which is the better Howard Leigh but I’ve had a pair of Peltors for years and I’m confident in leaving them in the lockup and wearing these Prohear.
