Great keyboard for gaming, brightness is great and it’s also good value for money!

Good sturdy product. Doesn’t need the app to be installed (which is good as I use it on a corporate pc that bans 3rd party software)

The customization of key backlighting is great, just shame macros are limited to single keystrokes and not key combinations

A compact keyboard with a wonderful feel to it and some pretty lighting functions. Its compactness is a double edged sword – it doesn’t take up much space, but on the other hand, I do miss the numeric keypad. But I gather that these kinds of keyboard are mainly aimed at gamers and not Microsoft Office users.. so…..

The lighting functions are numerous and multicoloured but I do find the red ones most useful the green and mixed colours don’t seem very bright in a lit room. But that’s no big deal for me, it’s mainly the precise and sturdy feel of the keys that draw me to use this every day.

An as, cumplen perfectamente.

This is a really good wireless keyboard and great value. The bluetooth connection picks up quickly and the layout is really useful with the extra keys, over the 65% layout, for cursor arrows etc. I don’t like the switches for typing as much as Cherry reds, but they are great for half the price.
RGB colours are a nice bonus and can be controlled or turned off from the keyboard itself.

This is very good keyboard for the price. It’s wireless, rechargeable and comes with a tool to replace the key mechanism. I like mechanical keyboards as I find them responsive and can type quickly on them with just a light touch, and this keyboard is exceptional for this: very responsive, and doesn’t require a heavy touch.

The build quality is excellent – it’s heavy and solid. I liked the configurable LED lights.

My only issue is with the size: as it’s a bit smaller than a full size keyboard, I find that I quite often hit the wrong key.

    Pros
    – Nice, solid build, and looks good.
    – Very responsive and easy to type quickly on, and responsive when playing games.
    – Wireless (Or wired with a supplied USB cable)
    – Rechargeable
    – Attractive LED light schemes
    – keys can be customised with different mechanisms

    Cons
    – A bit too small for my liking.

If the con doesn’t bother you, this is superb value for money and a great quality wireless keyboard for fast typing and gaming.

    Excellent value keyboard

The built quality seems excellent for this CIY Mechanical Gaming Keyboard; it’s a bit taller/thicker than my other keyboards and feels durable.

The design is good, too; the space between the keys is perfect; you shouldn’t worry about pressing the two buttons simultaneously.

I particularly like having a wired or wireless connection method; very useful when I have to use the tablet; I can connect the keyboard via Bluetooth, which makes typing a bit faster than a touch screen.

My son uses this for playing a game, and he found it’s very comfortable and quick in response while playing games. The non-slip rubber tags underneath do the job very well and don’t let the board move around on the desk.

In addition, the backlight colours are beautiful; plenty of patterns to choose from, you can adjust the brightness, at the max level, the whole room lit up in colours, looks fantastic.

The little leg underneath is ideal if you want the keyboard in angle. However, there isn’t any channel or a slot beneath so that you can push the cable in, making the desk tidier.

I received a UK layout, which is perfect for everyday use. The keys are not silent or loud, perfect for my liking; I don’t have any issue with my typing speed with this.

Overall, this top-quality keyboard, perfect for game lovers, also offers good value for the quality.

I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.

I’ve been wanting one of these “change it yourself” keyboards for a while since they seem like a super cool concept.

After owning one I’ve kind of realised it’s not that great since I don’t really care about how my keys feel anyways.

The keyboard is very nice though! I’m happy with the switches that came with it.

I received this item from the Amazon Vine Program.

    Keyboard description Gaming
    Connectivity technology USB-C
    Special feature Wireless
    Compatible devices PC
    Colour White
    Number of buttons 69

The keyboard arrived well packed and presented in it’s box. It is not a full key board and only has 69 keys. It doesn’t have the numeric keypad on the right side.

I is compatible with Windows / MacOS / Android and can be used both wireless (via bluetooth) and wired (USB Type C)

They say mechanical keyboards are better because of the way it was built. Each keycap has a switch under that goes up and down. It reacts and responds even if the keycap or switch is not pressed all the way down. So it is more responsive when playing. The keycaps are also detachable and can be replaced.

Overall I am pleased with this keyboard. It looks well made and durable plus the back groud colour is really really nice.

This keyboard comes nicely boxed and it is smaller than a standard sized keyboard. It is very versatile and can be used with many different platforms. It uses Bluetooth connection. It is easy to set up and use, and it feels comfortable to use.

Great to use with an iPad mini 6 thanks to its 3 ways of work. You can connect it using Blutooth, USB A to C cable and 2.4GHz dongle. I used it mainly on Bluetooth to write on my iPad. There wasn’t any delay and it was pleasant to do.

iPad recognised it straightaway in Bluetooth settings. Build wise it’s good too. 2 leveled legs for changing height are nice addition, they help elevate it a bit.

This is a great keyboard, far better than the one that came bundled with my PC. “Proper” mechanical keys with a lovely feel but quiet too all in a small footprint that will save a lot of space on your desktop. Love the versatility of wired and non-wired connectivity, all bases covered there and the lights are amazing, I use them when doing office work – because I can. Looks great and feels great with no-lag input vis USB-C if required, great keyboard.

This wireless keyboard is very responsive. And it’s easy to set up and easy to use. The keys are in very good quality, it’s sturdy and responsive. The light will be on when it’s on, it’s colourful and neat. Highly recommend.

In the box are the keyboard (nicely cushioned against damage), a small booklet/manual, a USB lead and two tools which I guess are for removing keys. I wasn’t interested in removing keys so I didn’t bother with them. The manual has clearly been translated but is adequate at providing the required details. The keyboard itself is compact, with a reassuringly sturdy feel. The mechanical keys respond positively to being pressed, with a good feel and a satisfying click. Using the USB lead to connect to a PC/laptop makes using the keyboard as straightforward as any other USB keyboard. To use Bluetooth or Wireless, the keyboard must be charged first. I plugged the supplied lead into a mains adaptor and left it for several hours. Once charged, the Wireless mode worked fine, as did the Bluetooth mode, once I’d consulted the manual and pressed the relevant keys to pair the keyboard to my laptop. An on/off switch under the keyboard will stop the operation in Wireless or Bluetooth mode, but has no effect when connected via USB. A small recessed button under the keyboard switched between connection modes, with an indicator light to show which is active. Whichever mode the keyboard in, it works fine and has a nice action. There are legs at the back which can be used to tilt it up if desired. I did not try gaming. With a compact keyboard such as this, I do miss the numeric pad and the layout of the other “extra” keys as they appear on a full-size keyboard. It depends what you’re used to. Finally, the colours… The backlight has a ridiculous amount of colour sequences, the vast majority of which I can’t ever imagine using (but I’m nearly 60). It was easy to switch patterns but not easy to find one I found bearable. The brightness can be turned right down, but does this make having a backlight pointless? Personal taste again. Overall, it’s a compact keyboard with a nice action and a host of connectivity options. If you have a small dark room it can also double as a portable disco.

Got this for my son to use with his computer. It can be used one of three ways – wired, wireless or bluetooth. He is using it wirelessly, using the little wireless dongle that comes with it. The keyboard feels good quality, and the keys are good with a lovely mechanical clicking and feel to them. The keyboard lights up and this is nice and clear. It also comes with a tool to remove the keys and replace them with others provided. It is a little expensive, but still very good quality and my son loves it!

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis keyboard is great, it’s small, has tons of options for connectivity and customisation and it’s a real workhorse.

First of all you’ve got 3 types of connection; wired, 2.4g wireless and Bluetooth. All work fine, I’d say there can be a bit of lag with Bluetooth so don’t use it for gaming but other than that it’ll be fine. The provided usb dongle can be found at the back of the keyboard next to the on off switch. It is held by magnets which I prefer over the right slide in style holder.

The provided switches feel good, they’re not silent but they are quite fast which I like. If you don’t like them the keyboard is hot swappable so you can always swap them out for something more to your taste and feel.

There is software you can use to customise the look etc… but I haven’t used that. I just used the fn and the backspace key to find a lighting mode that I liked and stuck with that.

I did try this during gaming (wired) and had no problems but in the end I switched back to my razer just because I prefer the feel and extra quickness of the switches but I’d have no problem using it.

Right now I have this connected to a mini pc which I use for multimedia etc.. and it’s really doing the job. Overall very pleased.

The keyboard comes well packaged in a strong box.

The keyboard is white in colour and very compact in size, so it is a great space saving keyboard. It feels very well made and has a really nice click when operating the keys. I guess not for everyone but I like a keyboard that you can hear the keypresses, I am not to keen on the quiet ones. The keys nicely illuminate in the different colours so the gaming people will really like this and the colours are programmable.

The keyboard is just plug and play when using the supplied USB-C to USB-A standard keyboard connector. It also has the ability to be used wirelessly with the adaptor that fits neatly into the back of the keyboard, when not in use or it can be used via bluetooth configuration. There is a small button on the back of the keyboard with a light that allows you to switch between the different modes.

The keyboard comes with the tools to replace keys, although unlike some of these keyboards no spare keys were provided, hence I removed one star. It would have been nice to have a few spare keys.

I am really happy with this keyboard as it serves as a keyboard for normal operation and also has a very fast response rate for gaming. I have found no issues with it so far at all.

I hope you find my review useful. Thanks

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe 65% in its description means that is is 65% the size of a full size keyboard, which is good if you are short of desk space or just like a smaller keyboard.

There are 3 ways to connect it to your laptop or desktop, and these are USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0 (for which they provide a USB dongle) and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi – the choice is yours.
I connected it via Bluetooth (using the supplied dongle) and I was a little worried because I also have a Bluetooth mouse, but I didn’t have any problems, the 2 devices co-existed fine.

Although I am not a gamer I just like the style and functionality of this keyboard. especially the fact it has arrow keys, which can be missing on some smaller keyboards of this type and it also has the full range of Function (Fn) keys too, in total it has 69 keys in 4 rows, compared to the standard 88 keys in 6 rows.

They keyboard itself is modular, meaning that it is easy to replace keys (3-pin or 5-pin), and they even provide the tools to do this in the box.
They keys have that satisfying ‘click’ something that I have missed for a long time now, but it gives you the knowledge that you have actually ‘pressed’ a key and it has registered.

Something I have always wanted in a keyboard is a backlight, yes, I do have this on one of my laptops but it is the basic white light type and not very the light is not evenly distributed and the only options are off and on.
This lighting system of this is nothing short of brilliant, and is fully customisable too.

I am not 100% sure this keyboard is for me though because of its small size and ‘missing keys’, I think the CIY X77 would have been better choice for ME personally as is it has a standard key layout, although of course it is slightly bigger (100% as opposed to 65% of full size) , but is exactly the same price as this one.

I am giving it 5 stars though as it is good and does what it says on the tin, whether I stick to it is another matter, I may upgrade (?) to the CIY X77, time will tell.

My first look at the keyboard is it’s size, great and small with all the main buttons a pro gamer would need.

Next the look, and my god is this a sexy keyboard, wow! My first impression when I look at this keyboard is simplicity and smoothness.

Next is the sound of the keyboard, this keyboard has a perfect clicking noise when pressing a key, although this is the users preference when buying a mechanical keyboard considering some may like the quietness. However if you like loud and clicky, you’ll fall in love with this!

The feel! Finally the feel of this keyboard is fantastic, the rubber-like coated keys feel stunning to put your fingers on, they’re aren’t just cheap plastic stuff, this feels like quality when typing! The build, which could, okay, be smoothed down just a little round the edges as it’s a bit rough, it seems like a simple manufacture. But my god it feels so nice, you feel like you’re paying for a much more expensive keyboard!

having the option for both cable and wireless is excellent. very handy if you want to use with a laptop that doesn’t have any spare ports and stops you needing to move the cable each time.
the keyboard feels mostly good when typing on it, nice firm feel and a reassuring clicking sound.
the only complaint i have is some of the keys feel/sound a little different such the return key and the space key which is a shame as they are heavily used. they work just fine, but just annoying when the sound does not sound the same.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy old wired keyboard has seen better days and I wanted to have Bluetooth keyboard which can also be cabled via a USB cable.
I didn’t need a full size keyboard and this one caught my attention.
I like the compact size of this white bluetooth mechanical keyboard with its delightful springy and crisp keys that don’t make a racket. The key pressing is delightful and quiet, with the kind of noise that’s pleasant.
It pairs very easy with my desktop computer and when using it, you need to touch any key and it takes around 2 to 3 seconds before it connects up with the desktop.
The keyboard kit comes with tools to be able to extract keys from the keyboard.
I like how there is a nice glow light beneath the keys which looks beautiful in low light conditions. The keyboard has a shiny cut silver bevelled edge.
This keyboard can also bluetooth connect to ones phone, tablet or laptop. The tiny BT USB dongle is magnetically held at the back of the keyboard.
I paired it to my mobile and tablet android and it works. But it may be fine on your phone and other bluetooth devices.
When fast touch typing on my desktop this keyboard works brilliantly and I am so happy with it.
There isn’t anything I don’t like about this keyboard and I think its a smart looking compact keyboard. Great value for money.

Beautiful glowing light, quiet and delightful keyboard

This RGB Keyboard is a 65% sized keyboard. So slightly smaller than your normal full size desktop keyboard. This size is perfect for home/office type situations.

The keyboard itself has 3 different connection methods, USB C, Bluetooth and 2.4ghz wireless (it comes with a little dongle which you plug in your USB A port). I connected this keyboard via Bluetooth and had no issues. No separate drivers were required in my windows PC.

The Keyboard has backlit keys which look very smart when lit up. The LED’s are customisable by a custom key press, you can increase and decrease the brightness along with changing the colour cycle speed. It has the standard FN keys to allow fast access to various options.

The keyboard reminds me of the older style keyboard where you can actually hear the clunk of the keys when you press them. I rather like this effect. It feels very nice to type on and i was able to type just as fast as i could with my previous full size keyboard.

The keys are also hot swappable, i don’t think i will do this however for those that want additional customisation for gaming then this may be something you would use.

Overall this is a good quality keyboard that i really like. I would recommend this product.

I hope that you found my review helpful.

Smart Keyboard with lots of options!
