Only had it a week but it works really well for me. Delivery was on time and it is heavy so the delivery guys did a great job getting it to our the room.

Item came yesterday. Used twice now, 5K twice. I’ve noticed when running Tredmill is slowly moving backwards, after about half an hour I’ve gone back a foot..

Any ideas on how to stop it slowly sliding back?

Golden Review Award: 5 From Our UsersGood machine. Great easy controls, with the 4, 8 & 10k per hour buttons, and the 10 & 15 % incline buttons. The running area is a little narrow for me, but hey-ho.
However; the wheels on the running frame serve no purpose to me, and their pointed-elliptical design is terrible, as they (as expected) cut into my rubber mats; I had to cut some mdf to make wide load supports to protect my matts. Also, the Bluetooth isn’t worth being there: the speakers sound is substandard, there’s an annoying amplified buzz when paired to a device and when not paired there’s an annoying green LED flashing at me (remedied with some black PVC tape)!
Otherwise, good for the price, I think

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersNothing much to dislike about this treadmill. You can buy cheaper and dearer treadmills but this is perfect for home use. Clear display and easy to use. I have never been off it – don’t need the gym now!
Thrilled to bits with it. I read the reviews before I bought it myself and everybody gave it the thumbs up.
Glad I didn’t buy a cheaper one with a smaller display. I think the JLL range is good range.

Treadmill arrived this morning as arranged by courier. The most challenging part was getting it out of the cardboard box.
Really easy to assemble only took me 20mins on my own.
First use has a nice feel, not too noisy & simple to use.
Great item for what I require, appears to be a great machine for the money.

Golden Review Award: 14 From Our UsersIt is delivered by a specialist courier service that drop at a very precise time, using 2 people because this is heavy. You MUST be in, they will not leave the package outdoors. My couriers even brought it into the right room – it is too heavy for one person to safely manhandle
Assembly is simple, follow the instructions, and it takes about 30 mins
It worked fine for 3 days
Then the display started to fail
After 10 minutes or so, these random white lines would appear on it, outlining the underlying PCB(See picture). The actual pattern varied from day to day, but it always appeared

I contacted JLL. They were great! Prompt, courteous and helpful answers!
Within days, a replacement head was shipped
I fitted it and tested it for 10 days – it was perfect
So, again, I contacted JLL, and they arranged a courier to pick up the original part
Good value product, outstanding customer service
The treadmill is reasonably quiet, the speeds and inclines seem accurate, and after 1 month total usage, I have no complaints

5.0 out of 5 stars Good product, GREAT customer service

I bought this for my partner after she completely the couch to 5k as her current treadmill wasn’t the best.

She is really impressed with this, it’s upped her speed per km. it’s definitely good for improving fitness!

Very easy to assemble. Assembled in 5 minutes! Comes with instructions that are easy to follow and a workout book for programs.

Having the speed and incline on the handles is definitely easier too! Very happy with this treadmill.

This treadmill is perfect for a home gym, the bluetooth works well and the speakers are good. The suspension seems good. The programmable courses are cool. Only downside would be that it is very weighty when unpacking and assembling. I’m not a small guy and I wish I’d roped someone in to help. Obviously a sturdy product though!

I was worried about some of the reviews. But apart from small scratch on a frame (which is not visible when constructed) it feels high quality and does the trick. I have been using it for a month now and it works like a charm. The programs are plentiful and so easy to use. My favourite is the Bluetooth speakers. I can watch my fav series and sound quality makes it easy to hear.

    Very good mavhine

It’s very heavy and bulky. You need two people to help get it out of the box and to build it. The instructions are pretty poor at best and they really could do with improving them – alot, best to watch the YouTube video… After watching that it was easy enough.

The treadmill takes up more space than I thought but, build quality is a lot better than the cheaper, lighter weight ones which don’t tend to last long. The console is easy to use and works with ease. I would recommend it for people who want something that’s going to last and who have space for it.

This machine is perfect and at a great price.
Contacting the company is easy and they are happy to help if there are any questions about the product.
Overall best choice for a running machine. Love how it folds away when you aren’t using it and it has an easy fold down function.

Great treadmill easy to build I was done in 10 minutes hardest part was lifting it out of the box! Great to run on! Only 1 HIIT program on the downside, also when in a program you can’t see calories or pulse rate till after the program ends! Speakers are buzzy when no music playing and water bottle rattles as you run in the cup holder none of which affect the running of the machine itself so all good hence the 4 stars on sturdiness otherwise a great bit of kit and I use it everyday!

The treadmill is everything you expect on what is explained in the description.

I have used it for a little over a week and I am totally in love with it

The machine showed a small fault on the screen however, the team was quick to respond and have my small issue resolved in a couple of days.

    Highly recommended.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMy partner had been after a treadmill for a while so after giving the garage a makeover I had the task of sorting out the machine.

I looked at various midrange models up to about 800 but this one was well reviewed and seemed to offer just as many features for around 500. JLL is apparently a British based company and offered a decent warranty so it was a bit of a no brainer. Delivered in less than a week and was up and running in an hour. It’s easy enough to put together using JLLs video on YouTube and it’s of a sturdy construction. I’ve only skimmed the surface of the features but it’s all working well and is fairly quiet in operation. Bluetooth was a bit of a faff but I think I’ve sorted it now.

I’ll be back with an update in a few weeks but so far I’m impressed. I may even get off the couch and use it myself.

Good value treadmill with decent build quality.

Good value. Very pleased so far.
Easy to setup (takes about 30 minutes).

    My experience:
The treadmill arms snapped (small crappy weld on the joints) after about 6 months+.
The customer service response was excellence.
A replacement was sent within a few days.
Some of the parts are ‘value’, and some aspects of the build are for ‘consumers’, but overall the speed of the motor combined with the general overall quality is good.

Note; you will need to do regular maintenance on this thing.
This treadmill requires the belt to be tightened both ends every few months or so.
If you feel ‘stuttering’ or ‘shuddering’ when using the treadmill, i.e. the belt stopping when you run on it, you need to tighten the belt AT BOTH ENDS.
Plenty of YouTube videos on how to do this.

    Overall, very pleased.

This treadmill has lots of good features – auto inclines, good range of pre-programmed routines, Bluetooth and USB connection. It was very well packed and easy to assemble. Some previous reviews mentioned difficulty threading a cable through one of the legs, but this is no longer a problem as it is already done for you. You will need a spanner to tighten the stiff-nuts as one is not provided, which is a shame., otherwise everything you need is included. Having now used it for a while, I have noticed that there are outages when I use my Bluetooth Headphones, but after a process of elimination, the cause was not the treadmill. For me, at 6 ft tall, the handles could do with being extended slightly further back and a little higher.

Delivery was quick and although the treadmill is very heavy, assembly was fine with the two of us. We’ve had it for several months now and it’s been exactly as expected. I’m 5’10 and 96kg + this works the same for me as it does for my 5’3 girlfriend.

Wow – superb service from ordering this treadmill – I was contacted to arrange a convenient delivery date (earlier than had been originally agreed which was a bonus). The item was delivered by 2 men and put in my garage – at the time agreed. They called me enroute.
It was super easy to put together. 2 people because it’s heavy – instructions were fine but I watched the video with instructions. Seriously easy because we are hopeless at DIY.
The treadmill is a delight. I listen to music via Bluetooth. The treadmill is sturdy and I love it. Incline is fab. It really is a professional gym worthy bit of kit. We love it and friends want one. I had one query and called the customer service and got it sorted quickly. Superb helpful team. I am so glad I took the plunge and ordered this as I was nervous at the expense but well worth it. So to summarise – I love the treadmill and the company’s customer service is fantastic. Go on buy one you won’t be disappointed. 11/10 A+*

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe JLL treadmill was incredibly easy to assemble and is the perfect size for my spare bedroom. There are 2 cup holders on either side, which is ideal for me as I often drink a protein shake and a bottle of water at the same time. It even has a USB port to charge my phone! The JLL treadmill can hit speeds of up to 18KM per hour and has the option to incline off the floor up to 30%. Both the incline and speed settings can be adjusted either on the dash or on the handles, which is ideal for my mum as she doesn’t like to let go of the handles for fear of losing her balance. I highly recommend this treadmill from JLL!

10/10 - This is a treadmill for life!

I cancelled my gym membership and used the money I saved to purchase the JLL T350 for my home. When it arrived the JLL T350 was easy both to assemble and use. This sturdy, stylish product exceeded my expectation, representing excellent value for money. Unlike my gym membership (when I had it), I have used the JLL T350 every day since and have not experienced a moment’s problem with it. I honestly cannot find fault with it. I have already lost a significant amount of weight and now feel fitter and healthier than I have for sometime. Because of this the JLL T350 has already paid for itself and I would recommend it to anybody.

Had the treadmill for four months now. I was originally holding out for a treadmill with a top speed of 20 km/h but with COVID, it was extremely difficult to get hold of most treadmills at the time, so I decided to go for this one instead. I been running for 4 months on it now and only just worked myself up to 14 km/h and can’t keep that up for too long haha! I was definitely way to ambitious thinking I needed a 20 km/h treadmill!

The best features for me is either the automatic incline (I previously had manual) or the in built programs. The program booklet that comes with it is blood brilliant. I used it soo much that it fell apart. Their is a PDF version easily available from the manufacturer website, so you can even check it out before purchasing. I use the programs every time I run, they have names like ‘Everest Runner’, ‘Uphill Sprint’, and so forth.

I have been using this treadmill since February during lockdown and am very happy with my purchase. I have been using it 3 or 4 times a week and it is still running without issue.

Initially, I managed to put it together on my own but would recommend two people to be safe. The instructions were very straightforward and it came with all the tools needed.

Using the treadmill is intuitive. There are quick start options for speed and inline which can be easily altered on the fly with handy buttons on the side bars.

It comes with a range of pre determined programs, alternating speed and incline to suit different workouts and give a flavour of what’s in store. There are also four spare slots to create your own which I have done after following the handy guide. Each section of a program is 200m and the whole program is 2km.

The display is very bright and gives all the information I need. Speed, incline, distance, time and calories.

The Bluetooth connection does take about 20 seconds for my phone to connect but this is from a cold start with the power at the mains off.

The speakers are decent and the volume can be altered with the buttons on the front which is great, to help push on during the workout.

The folding aspect doesn’t take much effort. It’s easy to lift up thanks to the design and stays locked until needed. Then, it’s a case of unlocking with your foot and it slowly descends on its own.

I did have to contact support as one of the wheels underneath snapped but after contacting, a new wheel was sent out and arrived within a couple of days and was simple to change.

Overall, I would recommend this treadmill and pleased I purchased it, rather than waiting for other suppliers to restock.

Well built and intuitive for use at home.

    Really good treadmill.
Being a slightly larger male was looking to get a treadmill that had my weight capacity.
    The t350 fitted this perfectly.
The delivery was ahead of schedule, and was really good with the drivers putting it into the room required.
Needed two people to put together but was easy to assemble, when following the instructions.
When using the treadmill all the buttons are way to use and the buttons and heart rate monitor on the hand bars are a bonus.
All in all I would recommend this treadmill.

There is such a choice of treadmills out there, it’s difficult to decide. Our old one was considerably bigger than this one, so it has taken some getting used to, with a smaller belt area and lower console. It is actually easier to fold up when it’s not in use though, and doesn’t take up as much floorspace as it’s predecessor. This treadmill has umpteen programmes we don’t really need, but you can also set your own. One feature that was a must for us is an electric incline. Unlike the old one, this goes back to zero when you press stop, which is important as you should not fold a treadmill up whilst the incline is on. We probably won’t use the speaker system for fear of disturbing people, but I have tried it out, and it works well. The cushioning is effective for me and my partner, but we are both around the 9 stone mark, so I can’t say whether it’s enough for someone heavier. The pause button is very useful, but if you press it for a second time, it is designed to wipe out a record of your time/distance. Overall, I would certainly recommend this treadmill, which is priced fairly for what is on offer.

Compact design, so doesn’t look like a large cumbersome object in the room, especially where space is limited.

Control panel is well designed – clear display and the right amount of touch sensitive buttons, mean it’s easy to use.

The treadmill was fairly simple to assemble in about half an hour. It is however a heavy piece of kit and will take two people to assemble. It’s now up and running and after a month no concerns at all. We bought this for my wife. She is a keen runner at an advanced level. She uses it a few times a week and is happy. A minor issue for her is the handles bars are a little low to use the controls on it whilst running at high speeds. But this would not stop her buying the same model again.

Purchased this to replace a 200 cheap treadmill that lasted 13 months. At 3x the price I was hoping for something a lot better and this has not disappointed. If you follow the instructions it’s easy to assemble and is very solid. Only reason that I have not given it 5 stars is that after a few days use the drive belt became very noisy. It took two attempts at adjusting the tension of the belt including putting a light chamfer on the belt before the problem was solved. That said the tech support was good and now the treadmill is running good. My only concern is that I’m technical so the adjustment was easy but for someone less technical it could pose a problem. Now it’s set up ok, the wife loves it and I’m working up the courage to start using! Worth the money

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersA superb bit of kit. Whilst not cheap at 600 you get what you pay for! I looked at many other cheaper options but reviews were very mixed. I’ve been using for 3 weeks now and have already lost nearly 1 stone. Really easy to use and particularly like the incline option when walking fast. Can patch into inbuilt speakers and ipad sits nicely and securely on the panel. Easy fold down / fold up with hydraulic mechanism. I don’t normally give such positive reviews but can’t fault anything. Hopefully will stand the test of time. The instruction/maintenance manual very well written and easy to follow.

Looks great and easy to set up and use. Good space for walking and running, and when it’s folded it’s very neat.

The waiting time seemed excessive as I was notified pretty much straight away that the treadmill was with the delivery company. Also, when changing speed the screen goes funny… I’m not sure if this is normal. I choose not to use the Bluetooth and speakers as they’re not great.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThis is my first ever running machine and I was nervous buying 1 as most treadmills have mixed reviews. I’ve used it twice so far and I’m Impressed with how sturdy it is.

The belt is wide which is something I wanted and I haven’t experienced this belt slip yet that I’ve read some people mention.

Assembly was very simple but 2 people would probably be needed to lift it out of the box.

Only 2 cons I have was i didnt get the fuse in the box which is only a spare it states. Not sure if it is just a plug fuse or something that goes into the machine and everytime I put my hands on the heart rate sensors I get a massive static shock

  49. Rachel Dixon and nJane Dunford says:

     United Kingdom 🇬🇧

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAlthough the box is huge and heavy ,I was able to unbox and fit it together in around 40 minutes. It could have been sooner, but the step-by-step instructions missed out one very important aspect. In Step 1 you are to fit the vertical bars to the treadmill. What it does not tell you is the right vertical bar contains a wire which is easily missed as it is tucked inside and not visible. You have to do some tweaking with the twist wire it is hanging by to drop the cable out and plug it in before you fit the vertical bar in place – rather key missing instruction considering it is what powers the console.

Apart from that minorsnag,it was easy to assemble, easy to use. It is very sturdy and the shock absorbers are a blessing for my wife who has sensitivity on her left hip. The comfort and use of this treadmill is amazing and probably the best purchase I have made in sometime.

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI live in NI and purchased this machine a year ago and had it delivered and taken upstairs by the courier. Probably one of the most important factors are having the belt aligned correctly to avoid a slipping belt whilst running. I found this was only possible by removing the 2 end caps at the end of the running machine ( 4 Screws ) setting the speed to 3 kph and making sure the belt wasn’t slipping left or right it is really very easy once you have done it once but extremely important for a smooth running experience. I am 16 stone and the machine is excellent I can set targets assess my calorie burn and try all the different programs. All in all a sturdy machine which is more than fit for purpose I am really glad I didn’t opt for a cheaper option.
Finally I can not comment on after sales back up as I haven’t needed it.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersVery easy to assemble, be easy with two, I did it on my own and still able to do it. Simply instruction for use as well, and it gives you a proper feeling of being on a gym treadmill, although obviously its smaller, but that makes it perfect for home, and you’re not restricted on your running length really or stride.
It’s more expensive than some…but if you want a treadmill that is going to last, especially during lockdown when you can’t go to the gym and its going to get a lot of use, then I’d say this one on this range is a pretty safe option to go for.

Two days of use and cannot recommend enough – thank you

Been using this treadmill for a few months now. No problems at all. Now that I’ve got into regular exercising I generally do my own program. If I had one niggle then it would be the program interface only allows 200M sections. Could do with 100M for some HIIT exercises I do, but other than that it is an excellent big of kit.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersIt probably needs in big letters that you MUST adjust the tension on the running track to ensure it doesn’t slip when running. It can be quite unsettling when this happens with the possibility of falling. There are bolts that can be adjusted at the back of the treadmill AND an adjustment can be done to the motor to increase the tension. Likely to have been a case of RTFM on my part. The documentation is comprehensive and I suggest this critical element of installation should be called out.

Product arrived earlier than had been advertised and I was kept up to date with progress by the JLL Fitness service team.
The box arrived and after a few short head scratching moments reading the instructions, I figured it out and the treadmill was fully assembled within 20 mins.
Feels solid and my 15 stone frame is well catered for.
My wife was first to test it out and is delighted with it – a manually input 5km (alternating between walking and running) and linked her phone to the bluetooth speakers to be able to listen to podcasts as she exercised.
Only arrived last week, so as I said, it’s early stages but so far, I’m delighted with the product.

Heavier than I expected (that’s not a complaint) so needed to get extra muscle in to get it upstairs. However, once I’d got over that hurdle, which sadly was one less reason not to exercise, I now use it daily and its a doddle to use. The folding system is also great as it doesn’t take up too much space when not in use.

This is a sturdy, easy to use product that has been an amazing way to train at home during lockdown with the gyms shut.
It’s even got my weight- lifting, cardio- avoiding husband into running which is the biggest compliment ever.
On that note – it’s equally comfortable to use for a medium height woman of under 137 pounds and a 6 ‘3 man.

I like this machine – it is keeping me fit and exercised during Covid. I listen to music or watch television while exercising. It had a good explanation on how to assemble it but I found it quite hard to put together as I am no longer young! I am very pleased to have purchased it after my son helped me put it up!

Absolutely amazing piece of kit. Very easy to assemble and very clear easy to understand instructions. Lovely to run or walk on and has multiple pre-settings if needed. Quiet when using and the incline is amazing. If you want a midrange easy to use treadmill I strongly recommend. You will not be disappointed

I bought this treadmill for personal fitness and have been delighted with it. It took 10-15 mins to set up and this was not difficult (you need 2 people as the display board is quite heavy and needs to be placed on the handles steadily).
The treadmill is large and sturdy so I feel comfortable running on it.
I cannot rate this bit of equipment more highly.
The only issue is if you have not got the space, it is quite a big item but a smaller one would be flimsy.
Who needs a personal trainer when you have this beauty!

    After a week from delivery.
I bought this for home use to compensate for restricted access to gyms during the Covid 19 constraints.
Very pleased so far. Easy to assemble even for those like me allergic to flatpack; very solid and stable in use; simple controls for speed and incline; steady smooth start and stop.
For the price it is excellent. The belt is slightly narrower than on a full size gym standard treadmill so it does feel slightly constrained. The most noticeable difference from a gym-quality device, however, is in the cushioning; it is harder on the legs, particularly the calves, than a gym-user might be used to.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis was bought to replace a regular treadmill and is in daily use from a walker and runner. All good. The treadmill was on a slight incline which we easily fixed with a couple of wooden packing squares. It still is a slight incline – as it should be but should be ~0.5% not 1 or 1.5%.

The speed and distance compared to our last treadmill are WAY out. I have a fairly good idea of my running speed and trundle along at 10-11kpmh except for occasional bursts to ~15 for an hour. However this treadmill I cant run steadily at 10 – I have to go to 9 or even below and obviously then after my hour I’ve done <9K. I can accept this as I simply want to run for an hour not hugely bothered about the distance.

Otherwise, time will tell. Our last treadmill lasted >2 years and amazon refunded us when it packed in. The belt isnt that noisy not sure what everyone else is on about. Its a nice looking machine the buttons are sensitive but dont beep so be careful when running with sweaty hands!

Golden Review Award: 6 From Our UsersI received the package and the item is very heavy and comes in the worlds biggest box which can be easily turned into a halloween coffin to scare your children. Although the window for that is closing quite quickly. If you can get the delivery team to put it in the room you need then great but if you have a Covid black cross on your door then they will probably leave it at the bottom of your drive.

I unpacked the item and once unpacked you can wheel the base around providing you have some strength, if you haven’t I would recommend a few weeks of gym training to include chest press, pull downs and maybe some burpees as no-one likes them but they are always in PT sessions.

Assembling the treadmill took me around 40 mins, but if you are the type of person that doesn’t make life easy then set aside an extra five minutes trying to open up the tool box that is included, you will find using scissors is much easier than trying to use brute force which results in various swear words and the nuts, bolts and washers ending up in different parts of your house. The only tricky part of assembling the product is the cable that runs through the support pillar which connects the base to the console. After reading the many comments on here I decided to attach a piece of string to the end of the cable that connects to the console and other than the cat thinking it was playtime that seemed to work quite well.

Make sure you read the instructions and remove the belt lock before switching on and make sure it is level on the floor by adjusting the feet.

The treadmill is good quality, very sturdy and I have been using it now for 2 weeks without any problem. There is a place to put your ipad but it does cover the buttons for incline and speed but those buttons are on the support bars.

Overall a decent mid-range treadmill, easy to assemble, easy to use and will hopefully make a fat bloke fitter.

Did weeks of research before we bought this. Got the choice down to two and decided on this one. Really pleased with it.
Delivery was ….. delayed and badly organised (NOT the fault of the delivery company) but that’s my only quibble. Easy to assemble, easy to set up, easy to use, easy to programme, easy to clean and very, very easy to put in the upright position. Getting plenty of use and expect it to be used plenty this winter.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI have been using it for 2 weeks now & I am impressed. I am a 73 year old male, 179cms (5′ 11″) tall & weigh 79kgs (12 stone 6 lbs). I wanted it for brisk walking only & for getting healthier rather than losing weight. I spent lots of time researching the different brands, model types, price ranges, professional reviews & user feedback. I decided that I wanted a quality, durable motor with a wider track & a good warranty. JLL T350 fit the bill perfectly for me. It has a 121 cms x 41cm wide running track track (4′ x 16″ wide). It has speeds from 0.3 kph to 18 kph (0.2mph to 11mph) & inclines up to 20% (1 in 5 hill). It has shortcut pre-sets for speed & incline & 17 workout programmes. The first 3 are set by the user. The pre-sets include programmes that set the incline only & you set the speed, or you can use a full speed & incline pre-set. It has a 2.5 Continuous HP motor (peak 4.5 HP) which is professional quality with a 5 year warranty. It is heavy 59 kgs (9 stone 4 lbs) so you will need help to assemble it & move it into position. It is foldable with a hydraulic piston to help you, which is brilliant & can be wheeled around. You may still want to find a permanent position for it though.
JLL as a brand had extremely favourable feedback & the company is British (although I suspect it is made in China as with absolutely everything we use today).
The Bluetooth is good & the built in speakers are adequate but I prefer my smartphone & wireless headphones. The noise levels are low & the main noise you hear is your feet hitting the track. The instructions booklets are OK & JLL do have some YOUTUBE training videos to help with assembly & maintenance. which are good.
I have absolutely no criticisms of the treadmill. It was a good price, it came on the day promised & it was exactly what I paid for. However I do have a couple of suggestions for JLL for possible future upgrades.
I am personally OK with metric units but I don’t think that we are all comfortable with metric in the UK. Speed in MPH would be a great addition.
I personally have a cheapo fitness tracker band, but it would be great if the treadmill could tell me how many steps I have made & not just the distance.
I definitely recommend JLL & this model tracker.

This is a great product which has allowed me to fit exercise into my busy schedule. The treadmill works effectively and I haven’t had any problems. There is some maintenence required such as cleaning and oiling, but it’s not too onerous. It’s not as big or as flash as a gym machine, but it’s also not the same price as a gym machine! I’m very happy and would absolutely recommend this product.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersI purchased this treadmill mainly for walking exercise. It is easy to assemble, but very heavy to lift – as it says in the manual, it would be better 2 lift & assemble with 2 people. Once set up, it is very easy to use with clear touch panel buttons on the console or using the buttons on the hand suppports for incline & speed (left support for incline & right support for speed). The treadmill in it’s start position has a 0.1 incline & 0.3 starting speed. It has a magnetic emergency key which is required to be put in place before the machine will start & if pulled out, the machine stops dead in about 1-2 seconds. It has a quick start which overrides planning or using any pre-programmed workout and this gives 3 beeps as a countdown before the belt starts to move. Clear display showing calories burned, distance travelled etc. The motor is incredibly quiet at the slower speeds and even at max speed it is not exceedingly noisy – I could still hear the radio playing at normal levels at the other side of the room. The speakers work well & there are volume controls on the console. Overall, I’ve been really pleased with this treadmill. I received plenty of email information from JLL before it was posted out and they supply a easy to understand manual & have instructional videos on uTube.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersAn excellent light weight treadmill. This mild to moderate duty daily use treadmill. Plenty of speed options and reasonable incline.

An excellent piece of equipment with great customer service. I have never done regular running but this machine fits nicely in small place and is very handy to use if you are facing television.

It can easily be folded to clean floor beneath it. All adult family members can use it, even elderly who want to walk very slowly. You can run at 15 km/hr if you like. No aches in joints as the base is supported by rubber studs.

After 18 months of use, the whole family is very happy with the product. We did have a problem that the welding of handle bar with the stand broke. Since the frame has life time guarantee, we contacted seller they sent replacement within a week. This is one of the best hassle free customer service I have received.

I’ll highly recommend the JLL treadmill for first time users. This should be an item in every household. Given our sedentary lifestyles and increasing obesity, it’s fantastic to have at home even for 10-15 minutes daily work out. No need for gym subscriptions and you feel great.

Golden Review Award: 23 From Our UsersFirstly, It’s very easy to assemble in just 30 minutes (provided you trouble to read the manual first!). The old reported problem of threading the control cable through the frame bar is no more – it is already clipped in position. The console is large and the control buttons huge and very easy to use. There are two good cup holders but, curiously, although you can rest your phone against the console there is nowhere where it will not interfere with one or two of the buttons. There are twenty programs and you techno types can also create your own. The range of inclination seems rather limited. Millennials please note – the USB sound system works fine; at first we struggled with bluetooth but it does work. To me, (though maybe not you) the sound quality is quite surprisingly good – after all, you can spend as much on a mid range sound system as this whole treadmill costs!

It seems sturdy enough. A (sadly!) 90kg man causes it to flex a little on its forward supports when running at high speed. The belt has a grippy surface and seems robust, although is a little narrow. However there are foot rests on the frame either side of it, so the user can simply step off whilst the motor is still running, which is a useful feature. Also excellent is the safety key – if you attach a lanyard to your clothing it will immediately stop the machine before you go flying backwards through the french doors….The handlebars are 65cm apart, which, if you use them, is very generous and keeps you stable when traveling ‘at speed’.

This is all initial inspection. As received there is nothing at all wrong with this one. It has been in production at least three years and the maker has had time to refine the product and manufacture. If something will receive hard use, as this will, in my opinion it’s best not to buy a brand new design. My partner is pounding away on it at the moment – whether the machine will crack up before he does we will find out….in due course… Really you get a lot for your money, and there is an excellent warranty. Some complain of poor customer service.. well, we will see. As a general comment, you should buy the best machine you can afford, since they have a tough life and, as in most things, you tend to get what you pay for. This is not the cheapest and it has an excellent and very quiet motor, but it is keenly priced and whether it will survive structurally long term remains to be seen. I believe it is very important to keep the belt properly tensioned and certainly we will endeavour to take the recommended maintenance procedures seriously.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought this back in February and was delivered on time without any problems. Assembly was relatively straightforward although connecting the cable for the monitor at the base is very fiddly and needs two people. Another couple of cm of cable would sort that or loosen the cable at the top before you start. Everything worked perfectly at the start but within a short time a loud clunking sound started to come from the motor when in use and the screen started to develop a fault. Without going into detail of the faults JLL’s support has been excellent. Once I provided a video of the fault. An engineer came out and fixed the motor and reported the fault on the screen. I will have to replace that myself but the part is on it’s way. Overall quality of the treadmill is great and couldn’t have timed it better before the lockdown! Took me a couple of hours to set up, I spent over an hour alone trying to get the cable through the legs. After using blu tack and a fishing rod I managed it. It will make sense if you purchase! Quick 5 minute test, all good.
Next time I went to use it I ran for around 6 minutes, hit a 14.0km speed and it suddenly jolted and I fell off. Ouch.
After that the belt wouldn’t work with me on it.
Informed them on the customer care line, they emailed me a link to a video to try various tests to try to fix. Nothing worked. They then arranged a courier to collect to repair.
Overall around 3 weeks between the fault being logged and it being back at my house. I have faith in their customer service and the warranty, they offered advice and assistance, and fixed the issue with no quibbles.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersOnly had this about a month. I love running, jogging but for a few reasons I am unable to run on the roads. My knees are going and I have a lot of problems with my feet the worse being metatarsalgia. I got this so I can run anytime i want regardless of the my issues and the weather. Also, I can put dinner on and go running while keeping an eye on the cooking. So if it’s a jog or a run I’m good to go. It is awesome. Nice size running surface. Easy speed adjustment. Easy incline adjustment. Bottle holder. Easy fold up and let down. Looks neat. My one negative was I decided to try a set program and I was running along and it went up to 16km/hr and it was way too fast, it was lucky I kept my wits and brought it down quickly but that was very dangerous. I would advise letting a set program ru all the way through before trying it so you know you’re capable of doing the splits..

I was kept well informed of the delivery from the time of order and even received a phone call to discuss delivery times and days.

Order arrived on time and in a large, flat pack box. The box contained the main console, the treadmill base, two legs to connect console to base and a small box of accessories such as bolts and Alan key.

The treadmill base is quite heavy but can be moved by lifting one end and letting the wheels of other end take the weight and push, pull it around but it took two of us to get it upstairs to the bedroom where it was put together.

Putting it together was fairly easy but a power cord needs to be fed from base of treadmill and up one leg and to the main console. You need to think out of the box to get that done quickly as trying to feed the cable will drive you nuts and it’s the only poor design.

Secure legs to base, secure console to legs and apart from one or two very small things, you are ready to use it.

The bluetooth speakers are absolute rubbish. Horrible and tinny and just a gimmick. You could probably buy better sounding Bluetooth speakers for 20 so this aspect of the treadmill should be completely ignored and not a consideration for buying it or for figuring out why this machine costs 400.

The base and treadmill seem good quality. It feels firm underfoot and has a steady pace but the arms feel wobbly if moved sideways. Pushing down on the arms, which is what you’ll probably do, feels ok but not as solid as my previous treadmill.

Speed increases in small increments and can be done via the console or from a + or – button on the right arm. To speed up you have to press the + sign a good few times to get up to speed.

The console is large and the buttons nice and large so using them whilst in motion will be easy. No more trying to aim your finger at a small button whilst jogging. The LED numbers are large and well lit.

With the machine comes a pamphlet with a guide to how to use the various programmes but I’ve yet to get my head into that.

The treadmill folds up to about a 45 degree angle and is secured but a slow release “piston” arm that allows it to fold down at a very slow and smooth place. A plastic locking device holds it in place when in the upright position and it needs to be “unlocked” before it will fold down.

So, what do I think ? Well, I haven’t got much to compare it with so it’d be unfair to praise it highly or trash it unfairly. All I know is that I had a treadmill from about 12 years ago and it lasted me 12 years. It was much sturdier, wider, had a longer base and did everything this one does without Bluetooth speakers and it cost about the same.

Therefore, I’d say I’m not disappointed but I’m not impressed either.

The console has a very small tray which is just enough to place your iPad and watch movies, listen to music and so on but placing your iPad there covers up all the buttons and LEDs….

There is a cup holder on either side of the console and whilst that’s nice, it all feels very plasticky.

It’s only 400 so I’m probably expecting too much. As long as it works, works well and lasts, that’s all that is important, but those speakers…jeez they are horrible.

Dislike; not as portable as I’d like and VERY heavy for one 52 year old woman to lift and build. To be fair it does say its a 2 person job, but in reality these days how many of us have another person on hand to help. I dont.
Overall; despite the weight of the machine its well worth the money so far. Very sturdy and runs smoothly. Quiet enough for me to be able to watch a programme on my tablet at the same time. Despite what others have said there is a large enough ledge to take a tablet and the 2 cup holders are fine for bottles. As long as you have this on a level surface there isnt much wobble when in use and it runs smoothly.
    Would definately recommend it.

Golden Review Award: 13 From Our UsersThis works well and I don’t have any gripes with its functionality. The incline is a great feature allowing you to increase your workout without having to run. It was pretty easy to assemble also.

My only gripe is the width of the running platform, it is the narrowest I’ve ever been on, I wasn’t quite prepared for it. You need to concentrate all the time and, not like me, try and watch the telly whilst running. Thankfully it has a safety cord you can attach to your t-shirt giving you a chance to avoid being crumpled into the wall with legs akimbo. A couple inches wider would have felt a lot more comfortable.

Golden Review Award: 40 From Our UsersThe treadmill is very well made it’s a little narrow for my liking however that’s a minor detail.
So far I can say this has been a very good purchase as I have now been using the treadmill for about two weeks, it’s easy to use, for totally unfit newbies it’s advisable to stay away from the preset programmes until your confident that your level of fitness has sufficiently improved.
Only problem I have noticed is a persistent squawking / knocking noise which is giving me cause for concern as I cannot locate the source, but given that I’m approaching the first maintenance period hopefully I’ll be able to locate & sort out the problem.
The other issue is that the running belt seems to be slightly deformed by what appear to be a bulge where the side lip of the belt was previously raised for oiling of the surface under the belt?
So far so good, both my wife ( who’s now using it as well as her cross trainer) and my self have found it a to be a very good purchase apart from the issues previously mentioned and would have no problem so far recommending to friends & family.

Good for raising level of fitness

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI like this treadmill, it has most of the features I wanted at a good price.

    Two small downsides for me:
    1. The running deck is only 16 inches wide. I’m an average fat bloke, 46 inch chest, 38 inch waist, when walking I have to be conscious of the rails.
    2. I would like an interval button, set a slow speed and a faster speed and switch between them by pressing the button. You can do this with the single touch speed buttons but it doesn’t have the speeds I want.

Neither of these are major issues, this is a good treadmill at this price range.

I have now had this treadmill for 3 months and for the money believe this is an excellent machine. I have been impressed with the build quality and operation. However if you change setting on the panel whilst running it is very easy to touch the lcd screen which seems to damage the screen. This however is temporary and clears after restarting. When programming your own secession you are only able to do this in 200 metre intervals. A shame that this could not be set in time intervals. Blue tooth works a treat for playing music from my iPhone. All in all I am very pleased with this for the price paid.

Golden Review Award: 32 From Our UsersVery good quality and perfect for all the family (age range from 12 to 44).
We have experiment both using Bluetooth and USB and it has a good sound – although you should not expect it to be of a stereo system quality, but the overall sound is good enough and can be loud enough for training.
The safety mechanism is good and the central panel of easy use.
You can either walk or run and it keeps steady and comfortable. The base is adaptable to be level in uneven floors and the climbing function works very well and is tough to sustain on it, especially if you decide to run on 20% inclination – it gives you a good run for it! Perfect for fitness aficionados that like to climb to every mountain.
As a walker, not a runner, I can say it is very practic and user-friendly, comfortable and with music you can actually relax whilst training. Programs are both for runners and for walkers, as there are some programmes to be used walking. It also lets you save your own program, if you prefer a more tailored one.
Very well built and sturdy, needs 2 people to assemble and it’s fairly heavy. You’ll need at least 2 meters space for the back and front and about less than 1 meter for sides. It is a big machine, so if you are considering one, you’ll need about the same size as a single bed, to comply with the size of it as well as the safe space for using it.Totally worth it, though.
The sidebars have pulsation meters so you can see your pulse per minute when using the treadmill. Calories are also calculated in an equation with your weight. They also have buttons for you to increase or increase velocity and inclination. Weight permitted goes up to 120 kg.
We are absolutely satisfied with this product and confirms all the reviews we read prior to ordering it, that this is the best for house use.
