Great camera, easy to set up and monitor from my mobile device. We have various camera around our property and this one doesn’t disappoint. This also has 2 way audio so ideal to communicate to people in the garden or parcel delivery guys at the front door, the camera is clear enough for what we want but it certainly wouldn’t pick up registration plates on cars etc, but what home camera can. My husband said this was a doddle to install like the others. We can recommend this product.

Came exactly as described. You need a seperate 2.5 inch hard drive to go with it – but not a problem. Easy to setup without instructions but they are provided also. We had a faulty camera but the customer service was excellent and dispatched a replacement camera the next day. Would buy from this distributor again should we wish to expand the system.
This is a brilliant home CCTV System. It was incredibly easy to instal and didn’t take long at all!. Purchased a WD Purple Surveillance HDD which I would also recommend.
Sansco offer good quality products at great value. I fitted a bullet camera to cover our entrance and one on my barn. The image is very clear day and night vision. I did purchase a infra red light to help with night vision but it is not needed with these cameras as their built in one works just fine.
The phone app works fine. Easy play back and setting preferences. I have mine on record 24/7. You can choose resolution of image as standard or high definition.
Sansco also have fabulous support. That really impressed me. They ALWAYS get back to you and will help work through any query. Really excellent customer service. There’s also an option to add two more cameras, which I may do at a later date if necessary.
I can whole heartily recommend this. I don’t think you would find anything remotely as great at this price range with outstanding customer service. Absolute 5 stars.
I purchased this CCTV Security camera system few months ago and wanted to wait a bit to leave a review. The system is still working like a charm. The installation and set up is very straightforward. I leave it ON, pretty much all the time. Received excellent customer service from this company. Highly recommend.
After 1 year of using those cameras I had no issues at all. Working as is should and perfect video quality on days/night.
Was getting issue’s with damage to the cars and people leaving dog mess outside in the street, which lead to the purchase of these cameras.
Since the installation been easy to spot offenders, and has been a great deterrent to further incidents
Camera system didn’t come with a hard drive, bought a 1 TB separately which give about 16 days worth of recording which is plenty, simple enough to add the hard drive into the camera system.
Installation was easy, little fiddly with the camera bracket fixing to the wall.
No issue’s using the software to manage the camera’s plenty of options and very easy to watch back videos and download them, the extra software that is available to install on a home PC to watch back videos’ and manage camera is a good tool to use.
i have been using this product for a while and i am very happy with the performance,the night vision is excellent,i am using two cameras at the moment and will be upgrading to another two i am 100% pleased with this product and would highly recommend it to anyone,Tom Rice,Belfas

I have a problem with one of the cameras (out of focus), Sansco Support have offerd to send a new camera.

I have to say that the system is perfect, I only use it at home but does everything it needs to, had a issue to which the technical team sorted right away for me, would definitely recommend and great value for money!
If you’re looking for a low cost CCTV system that records 24/7 and produces excellent picture quality day and night, this is it. It’s easy to set up and operate, and you can backup the recordings to an external USB drive. It comes with two excellent outdoor cameras but can operate with up to 4. It doesn’t come with a hard drive so you have to buy that separately and install it, which is simple enough. An ordinary desktop PC SATA drive does the job. You can get a 1TB drive which is more than adequate for less than 40.
System was easy to setup, works great. Good camera quality. The best thing about this is the aftercare which I believe to be important. Even on a Sunday UK bank holiday I got a reply! Would recommend 100%
Nice quality piece of kit, the widescreen picture on my T.V screen is very clear, I am only using 2 cameras at the moment although the dvr box will accept 4, black and white night vision is good and full colour in the daytime and you have the choice of recording your images to a hard drive which I had already got or you can buy one from Sansco. You can see all the cameras on screen or just pick the one you want to view using the mouse provided or the control panel on the dvr box. Had a bit of trouble with one of my cables but on contacting Sansco they responded immediately and have forwarded a replacement under the guarantee, everything is working great.
I have really enjoyed using these cameras: I always get clear images, good quality to my phone app (very useful), and it is just overall very good. The night vision is also really crisp. The motion detection is not really a feature I use but i tested it and it gets a thumbs up.
One of my cameras, unfortunately, stopped working after a good few months of usage. However, the customer service was quick and easy to speak with especially over facebook messenger.
Overall I think these cameras are a bargain for the price and really hold up to and even surpass my expectations. Great product!!! 🙂
Decent CCTV system for the money. Easy to install.
I had a problem with the DVR a few nonth after purchase which the seller promptly replaced no hassle.

DVR is cheap and outdated yet it does what it does and records those cameras, also I had problems with screws rounding off when trying to install hard drive but other than that it’s setup easy and is recording perfec

Very good camera system, had a few problems getting it set up, but the technical team were brilliant in guiding me on how to set it up.
Now bearing in mind that you get what you pay for, in my opinion, this kit is extremely good value for money.
Now don’t get me wrong, the NVR feels very tinny, the QCing isn’t great (labels that should be removed in factory, light surface marks etc) and the software being a bit old fashioned, but I genuinely feel you could still get these issues after spending 200!
These kits do everything you could expect from an expensive kit but only fall short in a very few areas!
If you are looking for an easy to set up CCTV kit that you will have up and running in an hour or two, I highly recommend this.
This is a great system but you do need to add a bigger hard drive to record which cost me another 50.
It works well and the picture quality is good. The Dvr box is a nice small size so easy to hide. It is easy to set up. The quality of the playback is very good and clear even during the night.

Quality of the video is good including at night. However the screws on the camera to adjust the position are very weak mine snapped off, and now cannot adjust.
UPDATE 05/07/18: Seller has responded to my request quickly and has agreed to send a replacement camera. Once received I will update review.

As far as I am concerned this is a perfect starter system, as I can expand it to four cameras at a later date with cameras of my choice. So far it has performed flawlessly capturing movements on my driveway, I have used the mask feature to select the areas I want to use to trigger record, along with the sensitivity controls it manages to ignore my neighbours many cats most of the time. I don’t use the constant record only the trigger, it only uses a fraction of the hard drive space. I am using a TB drive and I think it will easily last for well over a two month without recording over old files (depending on number of visitors) . One final thing as far as I can see the seller has described this item well, unlike some other sellers that grossly exaggerate the specifications of this system. Sun at CCTV_Channels has been very helpful and kind.

Works with our existing wifi cameras as well as the 2 hard wired ones.
I have not set up the wired ones yet but I have tested then and there are good.
Technical support via their facebook profile is fantastic, understood my issues on how to connect the wifi cameras and resolved the issue straight away.
I bought a 1tb hd and both the cables were already inaide the box ready to go. No messing around. Great value for money.
This is a really good system and comes at a great price. The picture is sharp and clear during the day and pretty good at night. For the money, this is an excellent buy, and I would recommend it. I only bought the 2 camera version – wish I had splashed out a little more and got the 4 camera set. The only downside was that we did find it tricky to set up. However, that’s when tech-savvy children come in handy, and they got it up and running. Being able to see what the cameras can see from your phone is really useful, and that feature works well.
This product is very good but unfortunately i am unable to fit it as i am disabled and required a fully wireless CCTV system
This CCTV system is good Quality and value, there is quite a lot to learn and get to grips with.
there are lots of features and settings to go through, you will need to read the manual that
you get on CD quite a lot to guide you through the set up.
I was disappointed that at first in the initial description there was no mention of needing an internal
Hard-drive, but after my complaint and bringing that point up with Sansco they did change the
description to make it clear. So the customer service is great, understanding and there for you
should you need any assistance
An brilliant system, easy to install and use. You do need to buy a HDD to record the data though. Again fitting is easy.

Easy to setups and install all mounting hardware provided. Doesn’t come with enough power plugs for the cameras or a splitter so it’s worth purchasing a splitter too. Instructions are also lacking had to figure everything out with trial and error.

When I received the unit everything seemed in order, I installed my hard drive I purchased with the unit as well as setting up the cameras. The first night I noticed the camera wouldn’t switch over to infrared and this made the camera useless at night so I contacted customer support and we arranged to switch out the camera for a working one however the replacement was the same and I contacted customer support again and they sent me a working one out of kindness. Another negative that really bugs me about the software on the DVR is the motion detection because its a software based detection it detects tiny bugs on the infrared at night time even on the lowest setting causing constant notifications to the mobile app alarms on the dvr, I think this is because it detects pixel changes so a slight change will trigger it which is a shame. Overall though the product works well and is very good quality and hasn’t failed me yet, good customer service and definitely worth the money.
Works straight out of the box, easy to set up. Only down side could not get it to work on laptop.

I was worried that the cables wouldnt be long enough for where i wanted the cameras but boy was i wrong, theres loads left over.
Excellent bit of kit that was easy to install, easy to set up and records a good quality image. Had one issue with one of the camera leads being faulty, but my issue was resolved super quick and smooth by the company. Would definitely recommend to others.

We bought this as it clearly states ‘outdoor’ camera. When you check the manual it says ‘do not use outdoors and do not get cameras wet’.
After posting a review on Amazon the company messaged me to resolve the issue. Apparently the cameras are for outdoor use and are waterproof – and that the wrong manual was provided!
After spending a fair amount on the product this is at least good news, bit very annoying re the wrong manual. We will put the cameras back up and cross our fingers!
A surprisingly good piece of kit. Fitting the hard drive was so easy. Buyers be aware the manual arrives on a mini-cd, so if you have auto feed CD/DVD drives..not so good, but seller will email if you request. My initial problem, was obtaining a video output. You need to match the AV, or hdmi output to your screen resolution. The system will default hi res to hdmi. It took me connecting to 3 tv’s till I managed to match an output, which then let me use the on screen set up menus. Having said this, I am impressed with the clarity of images, and the plug and play nature of the cameras. The next step is to gain access via internet…..
picture quality excellent. good value for money. but in the advertisment says recording. but as it does not come with a hard drive it dosent its an extra.

Excellent Product, very reliable in all weather conditions. Easy to use interface reliable playback and setup through the app and the unit. Amazing product could not fault it. UPDATE: i had a problem when my power back failed and it was replaced and sent out the next day, FIRST CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Very good system for the money. Cameras are great at day and night with very good resolution. If you fit the HDD yourself it is very easy (remove DVR cover and connect 2no leads). Instructions that come with the kit are basic, but it is reasonably easy to work things out as you go along. Can also be used with digital IP cameras recording straight to the DVR which is a great feature.

The DVR works really well. The quality is brilliant (day and night) The only problem I have is I cannot setup the mail alert. I contacted the seller and they tested it from there end and works. So the problem is with my internet provider or my router settings. Really happy. Highly recommended
One of the cameras didn’t work contacted seller sent a new one out not over clear in description that you can’t record until you buy and install your own internal hard drive
The system was delivered very promptly and the cameras look very solid and of good quality. It took less than 5 mins to install the hard drive which I had bought separately. Unfortunately I cant comment on the picture quality or DVR setup as I haven’t installed the cameras yet but I have no reason to believe that there will be any problems.
This is a great system. Took me a while to work it out but I am getting there. Lovely clear pictures from both cameras. I don’t want movement detect from all cameras so I have yet to work that out. I think it is a great system but it need more comprehensive instructions. The instructions on the cd do not work for me. But then again I am not tech savvy.
Looks good, easy to set up, very good clear pictures. The only down side is there aren’t any fixing screws supplied and there aren’t any hard drive screws to secure the hard drive into the recorder. Fortunately we already had some.
Also good quality equipment, a bit of a quirky DVR but nothing game breaking for me as least.

Easy to set up. Everything included. Added a 1tb hard drive which took a few minutes to fit. Only issue is the instructions. Bit vague and poorly translated. Havent managed to get the unit to send an email alert yet despite following instructions. Doesnt seem to connect to server.
