Does exactly what is needed to collect rainwater.
The lid fits well and it seems strong and sturdy.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our Users210lts is a good size. Filled up after 3 day. I have put it a bit hight from the ground so it would give me a bit more water pressure to run my power wash from it. I added a small piece of hose to the tap so power wash is easy to connect. I have used 400ltr to clean my patio. It came with some small dents in the side but otherwise OK.

    Great for my power washe

I purchased this water butt to link with an identical product I bought last year. The base sections were difficult to separate, in fact I had to use a hammer. A paper sleeve placed between each section would have been more practical. The water butt barrel is fine. Unfortunately the lid does not fit as well as it should and not as well as my previous purchase.

Delivered on time was easy to unpack and install and connect all the relevant pipes. Unfortunately after installation I found that the internal hole for the tap had not been cleared properly, hence the water trickled out rather than a reasonable flow. After emptying and removing the butt and the tap, I drilled and filed the drain hole and refitted the tap (after testing there was a good flow) installed the butt to its position below the house drain pipe. The butt looks good and now does it’s job.

Even if you get your measurements wrong it still works. I glued my stand together first so it was much easier to handle, after reading other buyers comments I used plumbers tape before screwing the tap into place. I used my but on a square drain pipe and it filled up over night.

Golden Review Award: 27 From Our UsersIt is annoying that the manufacture supplies the product that only has one job to do, in a faulty state. As many reviewers say, the tap leaks. And the lid is loose. However, the tap can easily be fixed with PTFE tape around the thread. Why the manufacturer, after countless comments on Amazon, do not supply this as part of the package (or simply supply it fitted already) is beyond me – very poor quality control for such a simple product. Annoying to have to bodge-fix a brand new product!
