Great waist trainer i have been using it quite often currently not only is it good for helping the shape but also helps to suck everything in under clothes and looks so much better!
A nice waist trainer. It’s one item but two parts to it. The first is the zip up part. Then is the top layer which goes over it. Wear it whilst training. Whilst it doesn’t feel like your body temperature is going it, it is good at trapping sweat in it. Just be careful when you take it off.
Best to wear for workouts only and not under clothing. It can be a little bulky and visible under clothes. Good price

This product went above my expectations. It’s a perfect fit and I can wear it all day. It’s very easy to clean-I wash on gentle, cold water, and let it air dry. It’s seamless under clothes and produces a good sweat when I run. I was truly surprised at the quality, it great!! The material is so soft. I will say if you want it tighter get a size smaller but let me tell you it’s tight at the right size ..I Loved It!!!
Not very stretchable and was a lil bit hard to put on but very good for exercising and sweating extra.
Great value for money. Bought two sizes down and if I had to get another one I would’ve sized it down 1 instead of 2
Waist trainer belt
I tested many such belts until I found one that actually worked. I am very satisfied with this product, I like that it is high, it covers my entire abdomen and it sits on my thighs as a high waist belt should, from under the breasts to the thighs. It’s also perfect for a 1.75cm tall person like me. The material is of good quality, I have been using it for a few weeks and it is intact. The material has not been left, the reinforcements that force you to sit straight and that form your waist lines are perfect, they don’t bend and give you the posture you need. My belly is hidden, And when I have a slightly more fitted blouse on, it’s not noticeable that I’m wearing that training corset. It helps me sweat and is very comfortable even if you wear it for several hours. There are no marks on my skin from the reinforcements or the closure and I forget I’m wearing it. I am very satisfied with this product, I recommend it with pleasure.
I’ve found this very restrictive when working out but I’m getting used to it, it definitely makes you sweat but I’m not seeing any real difference in wearing it to when I wasn’t so far, only time will tell I guess, it’s good sizing but does feel feather fragile when getting it off and on (feel like I’m going to tear it at any moment) good product and a good price
I am a size UK 12 my waist is 32″, although this did up it wasn’t that easy and found this size L tight and uncomfortable, it did stretch a bit after a while and I have noticed I have slimmed a little round my waist, I use this when on my exercise machine as although my exercise helps me to slim down my middle is a bit stubborn.
I know it’s meant to be tight but I’m on the loosest setting for my size and it’s still realllllly tight. However I can see how this will benefit a work out. Helps keep core in correct position so you can tone your abs correctly. Plus the thick lined material helps you sweat and aid weight loss. Currently priced at 21.99 which I feel is reasonable
This shapewear is an excellent piece for daily wear. It snugs your body just right, with the inner layer providing a nice warm sensation that stimulates sweat production during workouts. The hook and eye mechanism ensures a comfortable fit. Its compression is noticeable without being overly restrictive. Donning this has certainly added an extra boost to my exercise routine.
This waist trainer is 90%polyester and 10% elastane, it us a bit stretchey and does make you sweat. I could only wear this for about an hour before it became a bit uncomftable for ne to wear. But in that hour you do sweat around your middle and back.
It promotes sweating while using it and it helps burn fat and sweat.
Overall I’ve given 4 stars only because after the hour I needed to take it off. Should have gone for the next size up to be comftable wearing it fir more than an hour.
It has a good quality, well made, perfect to reduce a few cm because it helps loosing water through the sweat.
I don’t recommend it to use while your are training because you need to strengthen your back and abdominal muscles and using a belt is not a good idea.
Hi, I got this for my wife and at first we thought there was no way she was getting it on but with the help of me and a lot of pulling and tugging we managed to do it up. She was uncomfortable to begin with but once she got used to it, it became quite comfy
I was very curious to try this waist trainer since it is also for losing weight and this is what I want most recently. It was very easy to wear, the L size I chose fits me very well, at the moment I can close it on the second hook, but I hope that it will really give me a result in weight loss and I will be able to close it on the last one. The material is very good, the part inside makes you sweat and I noticed this from the first day that I kept wearing. I think it is a great waist belly belt and the price is reasonable.
Best waist trainer I’ve used. You actually sweat in this, so comfy I can do entire workout and still breathe. No uncomfortable digging, it sits in place. Really happy with it. Easy to clean dries in no time.
his is a great product i am between sizes at the minute so chose the medium but this was too small for so i got a refund and re ordered a large and it will perfectly and made me sweat during my working loads will defo recommend to family and friends.

Good purchase, fits right size and they stay in place, but not have much sweat as it’s supposed to. But probably if your doing like a gym work out will help.

I am a size 14, so purchased the large size, which fit perfectly.
When I first put this on, it felt really tight and I thought I was going to pass out. However, I took note of the advice, which was that after two days it would feel fine and that’s exactly what happened. On the third day, I could barely feel the corset around my waist, and I’ve been able to walk around and sit around in great comfort.
It cinches my waist perfectly.
I may well buy another one.

The corset as a good length for those who as a long torso and it fits comfortably around the tummy area I sweat a little bit after wearing it for around 4 hours.
This waist trainer is very comfortable when on. It gives support on your body. It has three corset sizes and outer zip to adjust to your own specifications.
I brought this as I thought it’ll help me get back in shape and it does!!! The material is so comfy and with another zip to close it off does the job well.
I love the material . it is breathable and sits well on the body without it being overtly visible when worn under your clothing. It is also comfortable to wear and the hinges doesn’t poke your skin. Overall I am happy with it and I will recommend
The item arrived the next day as promised. It is in a neat storage pouch which is compact and reusable. On opening the pouch I found the waist trainer to be surprisingly soft but also sturdy and very well made. The quality of the materials and the construction is excellent and there was no rubber smell. It also has a gorgeous blue lining which is an added nice touch which sets it apart from many similar items. There are 3 rows of hooks and eyes on the inner section which make it adjustable to your needs and the outer section has a zip. The waist trainer is comfortable during wear but still provides good support to the abdominal area and the back due to 4 plastic bones.
I was between sizes and went up a size as recommended in the size guide and that was the best decision. Overall this is a great garment at a very reasonable price.
Its a nice product. Fits perfectly I am normally a large size ao this size belt was right size. It is comfortable as well. If you have a habbit of crouching alot , this belt will mak u sit straight.
I loved the quality of the garment. It is so well made and very supportive. I’ve.worn it while exercising a few times and definitely has made me sweat.
There’s firstly the hook and eyes which is the inner layer and then secondly the zip layer. I found it easiest to do up first and pull it on like a skirt, however because it’s so supportive it was a struggle. But that’s a good thing.
