The first racing car set for my grandson. Stepdad noted that a piece seemed faulty when he assembled the kit. Getting in touch with the manufacturer was very simple and they were extremely quick and helpful in identifying and resolving the problem; a new part arrived in a few days. Excellent purchase and impressive after sales.

This is a superb table top sized Scalextric, easy to assemble the many different track layouts. A great way to spend many hours racing, great quality
Excellent starter pack for an 8 year old boy. Was delighted that they can run up a wall as well as do loops. Cars go round very fast. Purchased additional sections also to make longer.
These cars are so fast I was hitting a lap in just over a second. They stay connected as to avoid frustration of little people. Good fun. My 3 year old love it.
Loved scalextric as a child, bought this for my son who enjoyed it but it does become a bit tedious after not a lot of time, there’s only so much time you can watch cars whizzing around the track

It’s a great little track, with plenty of interest. Very easy to put together and seems reasonably durable. The cars are incredibly fast – on the top speed setting you can barely see them as they go round – but stay on the track well, only flying off on the tightest bends. Most importantly, the kids think it’s great.
Not as bad as the reviews suggest. My children love it and they are having a lot of fun whizzing the cars around the track.
Bought it for my granddaughter’s birthday, she loves it. It is amazingly fast and quite compact so it can be left assembled without being too intrusive. Don’t know how durable it will be.
Came as advertised. Grand kid loves it.
Only problem I had was a loose wire on one of the controllers. Grandkid was on his way so couldn’t return it. Went on scalextric forum and found it was a common fault so took the chance and repaired it myself

Easily set up and really good for 5 year olds. Impressed by the way the cars stayed on the track with minimal control and did not fly off on every corner.
Got this for my almost 6 year old grandson, we love it ! The cars stay on the track better than the set that I had as a nipper, already started adding more track, this could grow and grow

The cars are magnetic so they stay on the track better than previous scalextric we’ve had before. Bought this for 6 year old grandson and he loves it. A great little set, lots or combinations for track layout.
Purchased for my sons birthday last year when he turned 5. Really easy to put together and I was impressed with how well the cars stayed on the track, very different to the versions I used when I was younger. The cars and track are small which is ideal as we don’t have that much floor space. I think it might get boring for older children as part of the fun with scalextric is crashing but this set is great for my son who is now 6 as he would get fed up if the cars kept coming off.
Bought for my son’s 4th birthday. His first scalectrix set. He loves it, the variety of track formation is great, I find it really easy to put together and pull apart. It’s not huge when put so doesn’t take up loads of room and packs away quickly and neatly. The kids quickly worked out that lower speed worked better on some tracks if they didn’t want to fly off the corners, and having a police car in there made my son’s day.
Great buy, packaged well especially as the courier put it under back gate and dogs got to it luckily it was packaged so well no damage came to the item.
