Very good sound quality, you can tell the difference between these and lesser types

I was dubious about these headphones at first as they were heavily discounted (116 reduced from 350) but I was not disappointed.

The setup process is good, getting them to work with two devices simultaneously is a little fiddly and requires a few button clicks each time you want to swap devices.

Comfort is spot on, they seal well in your ear canals and don’t fall out when walking (haven’t tried running yet)

Touch controls are intuitive and simple.

They have audio pass through so when at home or in the office you can have a normal conversation without taking them out which even my expensive Bose QC35 headphones don’t have.

They look lovely in the sand colour and the charging case supports both wireless and USB C.

Audio quality is great too, just as you would expect from B&O

A solid 8.5/10, only points dropped is due to fiddliness of pairing two devices.

Love these. You get what you pay for. They are Bang & Olufsen ear buds. Great sound. Top of the crop.

sound quality. Incredible! Surpassed all imaginable and unimaginable expectation. from the moment of unpacking: weight – immediately feeling that inside is not just plugs in the ears, the surface inside the case – you just constantly want to touch it, an attractive feeling, noise reduction during a call is excellent. The sound is at the level of my large headphones.

Decent sound from these, perfect for the gym and using the mouldable ear bud they don’t fall out while running

I am so happy I bought these headphones. The sound quality is amazing. If not for the sale price I wouldn’t have bought these. It’s better than my airpods pro.

    Amazing

I’m hoping the sound quality of these earphones matches some positive reviews as the colour is certainly not Sand – it’s a very definite Rose Gold. It may not seem a huge deal but the photos provided by B&O for Amazon do not match the actual product.
    Very pink looking.

NOT Sand colour - really misleading

Very pleased with these. They sound the usual B&O quality as expected. Fit takes a bit of getting used to, one bud I have to have different than the other, took a bit of trialing and error overall but have got there, very comfortable now.

If I was to be super critical, battery life could be a bit longer and the Sand colour has pinkish hues (in some light) rather than sand colour but you can work round these issues really they are not biggies.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersThe sound quality is pretty phenomenal, particularly if you can get these on sale. They blow my Bose Quiet Comfort II over ear earphones out of the water.

Though they are not this most comfortable to wear in my case, the choice of buds aids in attaining a decent fit.

Regarding noise cancellation, they are ok, but my Bose QC2 over-ear set, whoop the EQ’s in noise cancellation.

A key point to note, you need the B&O app on your phone to get these buds to shine. It’s not the usual EQ solution but it works well. I do change up my EQ settings depending on the genre of music being listened to.

The volume touch on the buds is annoying, in that when you move the earpiece, you will regularly adjust the volume by accident.

Lastly, these really do shine with lossless audio files, so happy ripping your CD collection in lossless to really get the most from these buds.

Very happy with the purchase for 140 Euro.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersMake no mistake about it, these sound great once set up through the app. They sounded poor straight out the box, but once the app finally downloaded they were fantastic.

I’ve given them four stars as I chose the sand colour. The picture is a little misleading (or it could be my phone resolution) as the accents are a rose gold kinda pink colour and so is the box. Id have chosen the black if the picture showed that up.

They’re quite meaty but I suppose that’s the price to pay for a good bass sound. I love em, just look very pink.

These earbuds have incredible sound, I bought them at the low price of 120 new.
Once you find the right fit buds and eq to your taste then they blow the competition out the water.
The clarity and bass is simply Devine.
And this was using Apples AAC ,If you use the Aptx adaptive on an Android they probably will sound even better.
Absolute bargain at that price, ive also had 2 ota updates since buying which is also great to see.

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersWhere to start. I bought these as part of the Black Friday sales for an absolute bargain, looking to test them on a journey to a conference in London for 2 days.
I will start with the things that I struggled with at the beginning of using them. The volume was very low when I first connected them to my phone, it was very disheartening as on some youtube reviews it had been mentioned that they were quiet and I was hopeful that they weren’t going to be that quiet. I tested them on my tablet where they worked as expected. However further fiddling found that in the app music player the circle surrounding the play button is NOT the track progress, but IS in fact the volume of the buds. Once this was turned up all was good!
The touch controls are different which I discovered so I would highly recommend reviewing the touch functions within the app to familiarise yourself with how they work as taps and holds are used.
To clarify I do NOT use transparency mode so will not comment on whether its good or not.
    Now for the good stuff.
They sound incredible! There is enough bass to satisfy most peoples needs and its clean. No bloat or muffling, just superb, luscious bass. Mids are clear and unaffected by the bass and the treble is good too. This leads to the EQ function within the app which is not the standard 3-6 frequency adjustment, but a circular one where you move the dot around until you get the sound you want. The ranges are Bright, Energetic, Warm and Relaxed. I moved mine to be slightly more energetic and brighter which pulled the vocals out a bit and suited my listening preferences.
The ANC on these is actually pretty good, definitely not the best but not the worst either. I have them on adaptive ANC so being on a train to London it blocked out essentially all noises whilst listening to music (I listen with a volume of 75%-80% on my phone). On the tube the only noises I could hear were the stretching of the brakes whilst it was stopping. Out on the street I could hear large vehicles moving past during the times a song was beginning/ending, but this was very subdued. Overall, I was impressed with how they performed.
The buds fit my ears well and allowed me to use my usual foam tips as I have big ear holes and never fell out of my ears whilst walking about. The case is of a real high-quality metal with an amazing hinge and overall very easy to pocket.
The battery did not last the advertised 6ish hours, but suspect this is due to the volume I listen to. For context I put them in at 6am and at 9am they had 30% remaining. Is this a deal breaker for me and my use case, no.
To summarise these are excellent if you can get them on sale. Would I be upset if I paid full price from these? Slightly as the app experience is not as fluid/polished as others. But for sound quality alone these are brilliant and worth the cost.

Bought these after I returned my B&W PI7, which sadly didnt work properly because the ANC was interfering with the performance of the earphones.
I was reluctant to purchase these B&O EQ at first as I wanted a bassy earphones, and was thinking og buying the B&O EX as its newer. Bought these on sale for 180. What a steal.
My worries were unfounded, I couldnt be more wrong. These pair of earphones are amazing especially when broken in. You can actually play with the app to control how much bass, midrange and highs you want.
Great quality product as well. Buy it, you wont regret.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our Usersforget about all the 5 star reviews for Sony WF-1000XM4, if you are in for good sound with very comfortable tips, Bang & Olufsen Beoplay EQ are the ones for you. Many buyers would try to justify their Sony due to the price tag (around 120 cheaper than EQ’s) but come on.

B&O knows how to make anything sound good and luxurious, and products have a sense of reliability. Built quality appears to be top notch (that space craft grade aluminum!), the sound is signature B&O sound. turn up the bass on these and they blow any ear bud out of the water without putting in any effort.

Battery life is good enough, last around 5-6 hours depending what type you use for NC, case gives around full two recharges and recharges in 2hrs. if you want quick power up for small while to last, 20mins gives out 2hr play time on ANC.

Improvement on app are required, but B&O isnt an app maker, they are a sound product maker.

They are on expenside of spectrum but if you love your sound, you will not regret this at all. I got a 20% off from B&O to recycle my older bose soundsport (unfortunately bose stopped making them all together, loved those… immeculate sound and quality and had them since 2018) so it wasnt a bad deal at all. you can weat for hours without have your ears ache, they are light enough and even if you drop them accidently they dont scratch easy. thats the quality delivered from B&O.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR SOUND FREAKS. rest can buy the sony 🙂

Great sound quality, great fit, good battery life, and they look very cool. The noise cancellation is not perfect but good. The one thing I would have hoped for though is a way to activate voice assistant from touch controls. Shame they don’t have that.
