A really nice shed however it took 2 people 6 hrs to assemble
Was harder to put together then I imagined and the box it was delivered in was too big maybe put into smaller Boxes
Easy to assemble with very good instructions, better if you have 3 people as it made it easy at points and make sure it isn’t windy or you’ll struggle.
Put up in a few hours, did the base with concrete. Still standing 6 years later undamaged. It is in a sheltered corner. Fits 2 bikes, shelving unit and general garden stuff in. 0 upkeep as plastic. Weathered recent storms fine. Does get condensated in winter but put a dehumidifier in it. Pretty happy.
My husband bought himself a bigger shed over a year ago. The shed is great. She withstood storms and winds. I bought a smaller shed for my studio for myself. Unfortunately, one part of the roof is cracked. I can’t mention this one item because ERROR is showing up.
Good shed with plenty of storage. Which is just what I needed.
Good quality and value but I ordered 2 of the same together and received 2 different types of she. 1 had 3 windows and 1 only had 1 window, strange!
Nonetheless, I would recommend as they are maintenance free.
I used this item as garden storage for everything that needed to be set aside for example plumbing tools of my hubby and etc.anything really. Durable, very stardy and mostly very spacious. I would recommend this to anyone.
We needed a good sized shed, but not wood or metal. This is ideal, loads of storage space. Easy enough to build with two people. Keeps everything safe and dry.
Great shed should have bought this a while ago.
Two-three people to build, box is very heavy.
Well happy with this product.
Once built it is very strong.
Arrived on time.
I did a lot of research prior to finally buying. Delivered on time. Neatly packaged. Instructions were clear. Took 3 people to put together and one of those acted as “the for-person”. It replaced a wooden shed and we only had to extend the concrete base. Plywood was used as the flooring. No leaks, no condensation, no complaints. Well worth the money.
Can’t recommend this shed enough for the price. So sturdy and attractive. Only thing is to bare in mind that you don’t get a floor with it. Other than that, amazing product.
Just got the shed up, defo takes 2 to do this. The left door has a crack in it? Can we not just have the door replaced rather than have to dismantle the whole thing……. Promised a door still nothing on 5 April and no reply to our emails now!!!
No where near as bad as some reviews I can only assume those people can’t make beans on toast? It is time consuming but isn’t any shed? Approx 5 hours to erect. Well pleased. Just ensure you follow the instructions and you can’t go wrong.
Easy to assemble, brought two of these second one went up in no time. Can build with two people but three is better so one can read instructions and organise the parts.
When you open the box, the parts look really daunting… You must follow the instructions to the ‘T’, otherwise pre-drilled holes won’t align and half way through you have to dismantle hours of work as I bet most constructors did.
Most parts are exacting in appearance. All parts are labelled, though some are not that clear. Once the building is up, it does look amazing and I’m glad I bought it. Took me two days to construct without doing the expensive floor.
I think some buyers who deem themselves to be competent DIY guys will find building this an entirely new experience.
Good luck buyers
I am most impressed with the speed my husband and daughter assembled this shed with few problems which they easily sorted. It was the first time either of them had assembled a shed and the instructions were very good.
I like the look of this shed and the space it provides. I did have the company that laid the slabs to assemble it for me but they did not
Seem to have any problems with it. It needs a door handle on the inside to pull it closed from the inside but it’s not provided also needs a good floor which it does state is not provided. All in all I’d buy it again as it’s very good value for money and delivery was very prompt.
I was looking for a strong , maintenance free shed that would stand the wet weather and the test of time and this Dura ax shed ticked all the boxes. Very well packaged with no delivery damage at all, it was easy to unpack and the instructions were easy to follow and accurate. The only criticism I would have is that the instructions were not in a plastic sleeve and were a little damp when I removed them from the box.
I have not opened package which was taken off truck by 2 helpful men & one man on 2 wheel trolley moved it With apparent ease to place near site. Others writing reviews quite alarmed me by giving impression that package is enormous- well is not so for others here is size of total package – 9 inches deep x 6ft 4 inches long x 3ft 7 inches wide – yes it is heavy but one man & his trolley!! I shall award stars when unpacked but most impressed that package smaller than scaremongers had me believe & off truck to garden site was a doddle particularly as I didn’t have to lift a finger. So far then I am mightily impressed. NOW built by one man & his ‘elper (me, hopeless at such enterprises) in ONE day in rain & wind. One smooth operation from start to finish apart from fitting plugs at top of corner posts – don’t hammer in completely until you sure of correct position as they will not come out & I simply don’t know how a mistake with that could be rectified..Follow instruction book to the letter, no “short cuts” & you will have the finest shed that money can buy at 8 x10 size. And doesn’t it look great. A brilliant design – from package to erection, superb. Well done Amazon for putting this on the market . 5+++stars
I read up on the build of this shed and it took me 6 hours on my own to errect
really happy with the product and it looks great In my garden the only problem I have is that I built a 8x6foot concert base to house the shed and it is 8x5foot4inchs with is. long way off 8×6? hence 4 stars great product great price I would buy again if I need anothe
I’m very pleased with the shed, it was quicker to erect than I was expecting having read some reviews and the instructions were better than another similar product I have purchased. Because I will never have to paint it I was able to site it right up to the neighbours fence, saving space.
A good product – just takes many, many hours to build. As per other comments – this is definitely a 2 person job.
Putting those comments aside though – it is a very sturdy build and has a good standard of cross-bracing for stability.
Minimal tools are required to build it – it’s just time consuming – but worth the effort.
IT WAS A LITTLE BITY COMPLICATED BUT NEVER THE LESS WELL WORTH THE EFFORT.. a FEW SCREWS WERE MISSING BUT THE SELLER HAD THEM SHIPPED TO ME WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. I WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT TO FRIENDSD AND FAMILY.
Delivery was excellent, however due to the sections being so light don’t even attempt to erect it on anything more than a light breeze. A electric power driver is essential don t even consider building it without one unless you have forearms like Popeye and have plenty of time on your hands. Regardless, you are still looking at several hours work to build it. Ideally two people are required particularly until you get the sides up as it is so flimsy until than. The base is only a light frame so I screwed the frame to my concrete floor and bought additional ply boards to lay down on top. The instructions seem to go on and on, not impossible to understand but you do need to sort it out in your head before proceeding on some sections. Once up it does give a solid feel about it and it is smart looking (at least whilst new) doors are a bit flimsy and my only criticism hence not five stars is that security wise it would be easy to force the doors open to get in so I toyed with the idea not to put a padlock on it but decided to in the end just to deter the opportunist but I wouldn’t put anything of great value in it. To be fair to the manufacturer though it’s a shed and most sheds have a similar problem with security. My wife is happy with it so no earache there. Took extra time to put silicone around the roof bolts! As suggested and places that water is likely to ingress and so far despite several downpours it’s remained waterproof. Much dearer than a wooden shed but at least I’m not now going to have to spend time having to stain it. I’m happy with the product but if your not at least a bit DIY capable avoid it or get someone in who is.
