I love this greenhouse. The green cover didn’t last one summer, now I need to buy another one. You need it or your plants will burn.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI ordered the 8 foot square model. it was a little cumbersome to put up but I did by myself in a little over an hour. It has been up for a month now and is holding up fairly well. One side of the greenhouse has been crunched in by wind damage but to be totally honest it was not a typical wind that we have here. I haven’t decided if I would buy again, I guess time will tell.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersOver the last couple of years I have been using a really cheap flimsy greenhouse for seed starting. It worked fine enough for when I started out but my growing space and ability has really expanded since I started four years ago. I needed a bigger, better green house, and though ultimately we plan on building a solid one down the road, I have a feeling this one will work out great until then. It has a very sturdy frame that’s easy to put up. You will need two people as it needs to be stretch out to open. The plastic tent seems like a much stronger material than my old. It has windows which allows for good airflow when it gets too hot. It has pegs and loops to peg it down, but I also laid brick around the skirt as we have had the wind send our old greenhouse flying. Just know that if it’s a windy day, you need to close it up good because it too has potential to fly. Overall, I really love it.

We are in love with this greenhouse. I don’t think it would work for plants. However, for a hot tub enclosure during the winter, it’s been great so far. Easy to set up. I would weigh down the sides with concrete blocks and stake it with the provided tie downs and stakes. It does not provide sand bags and the sides blow around when the wind picks up. It works for our purpose and creates a great private space for my husband and I to escape our kids for a little bit.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersThis greenhouse keeps my plants healthier than when they were in my garage, but I do have to use a small heater when the temperature drops to 35 degrees and it’s very easy to set up by myself I’m glad that I bought it. And customer service is great too fast response within an hour when I contacted them thank you! So I highly recommend

This has been up for a month. My plants are doing so much better being it holds in the humidity. I live in Florida so let’s see how long the covering lasts in the sun.

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI live in the north Texas area and I bought this to put my plants in for the winter. It was super easy to put up, but it did require two people. It might be able to be done by one, but it wouldn’t have been as easy. The product seems to be made well, and is sturdy. It came with all the stakes as well. I hung a couple ofheat lamps in it to create a warm environment for my plants when its below freezing in Texas.

The rating of four stars is due to the items appearing to be used and repackaged (cloth areas: zippers, ties, etc were dirty/stained brown).

With the above noted, I recently received this item and would like to say that so far I am happy with this purchase. Durability and sturdiness of the product will become apparent with some time of use. As many others have noted, it is quite easy to set up this greenhouse. I would recommend it for purchase.

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersOne of the few things you won’t need to return for poor quality! I am over the top happy with this product. It was a challenge for me because I don’t have a lot of strength, but I put this up solo. It would be infinitely easier with 2 people, but I’m proof it can be done with one who has the patience. The frame is sturdy (though it does have a few minor plastic parts) and has a stable base with holes to attach each leg to a deck or concrete foundation, or comes with rope and stakes. It measures the size it’s supposed to be, and comes with 2 covers (which I did not expect). The green house cover fits the frame perfectly with reinforcements at stress points and velcro was placed where it should be to attach tightly to the legs; the zipper is strong. The canopy top also comes with this set and will make a nice cover during the summer or to use for another purpose. Comes with a nice storage/ carrying case. Well done Eagle Peak! You did a great job designing this item. 10 stars from me!

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLooks good and seems to be quite sturdy in moderate winds. The velcro closers on the windows don’t quite line up, so it’s tricky to stop them blowing open, but otherwise a good purchase.

I use this product for my SAE, it works great. Very sturdy, and is quite spacious. It was enough money to begin qualifying for my chapter degree as well

It has met my expectations and I am thoroughly enjoying using it. I was not able to raise the frame by myself and had to call a friend for help.

I cannot say I recall reading all the warnings that were enclosed in the package on the Amazon site (Marketplace). Once I read all the warnings (after upacking), do not leave up in windy conditions, snow, rain, inclement weather?! But you sell it as a “Greenhouse”. Which to me is a place where I can protect my plants thru the cooler winter months in Texas…which mind you are not too bad. But, if I have to be concerned for wind, snow and rain the construction of this shelter is not for anything but supervised gatherings for families at the beach or camping where temporary shelter is needed. Then pack it up for next time. For now, I have fortified this frame and will monitor it in inclement weather, collapse it when it is windy and hope for the performance I expected. Loved the idea of the extra canopy, again to offer shade and shelter at a gathering. This makes it a dual purpose shelter as I purchased it for. Greenhouse, summer shade…hopefully.

In Florida weather, I didn’t need a plastic cover. I want to let sunlight and rain water in and keep Iguanas out. So I covered four sides and top with net. It worked very well.

Golden Review Award: 25 From Our UsersI’m giving this greenhouse 4 stars because it has a few drawbacks, but overall it seems pretty decent for the money.

    Pros:
    * setup is easy. I recommend using a helper simply because it is MUCH easier to walk the sides out (and put on the cover) with two people.
    * it is very roomy. I had a different pop-up greenhouse which was only about 6×6, and it was kind of cramped inside. This one is 8×8 so there is plenty of room to move around.
    * I’ve only had it up for a few weeks, but it seems like it will be sturdy enough to get me through the season (I only need it for a couple of months.)

    Cons:
    * the packaging it comes in is poor. I had to send one back due to a bent leg. They sent a second one and it was fine. But, they really need to beef up the packaging.
    * I think my biggest complaint (and it’s not that bad) is with the doors. There is a zipper on each side that runs from top to bottom. It’s a little inconvenient to zip and unzip, but you get used to it. (And, I don’t really have a better suggestion.) I do kind of wish the doors were screened, though.
    * I live in the south, and I use a greenhouse as more protection from wind and rain (rather than from cold.) So, often my concern is with the greenhouse getting too hot. It would be nice if there was a vent closer to the top of the canopy to let some heat out.

    Other:
    * just FYI: it has two screened windows (on opposite sides) with flaps held in place by velcro. It also has two non-screened zippered doors (on opposite sides).
    * it comes with tie-down ropes and stakes, but they’re kind of wimpy. I used some old 14-inch stakes I already had. Plus, I sank 4 steel fence posts at the corners and used nylon rope to tie the whole thing down. That setup seems to be working well.
    * opening the window flaps, rolling them up, and then using the little tie-downs is a bit tedious. I just pull up the window flap, and clamp it to the canopy brace at the top with 3″ clamps (2 per window.) It is much faster!

    Pretty Decent for the Money

Holds the heat in nicely. Super easy to assemble. Has holes in the base brackets for anchors but also the right size to put screws in. Screwed ours right on to the pario.

So far this greenhouse has held up to the winds on our mountain. We are using infrared bulbs to maintain above freezing temps to save some large tropical plants. The cover is thick enough to keep the cold and drafts out. Good size for about 12-15 plants.

Golden Review Award: 3 From Our UsersBought this on a whim. Wasn’t expecting much but wow! It took 5 mins to set up and it probably the coolest thing I’ve ever ordered on Amazon. Insta-green house! Sturdy, easy to assemble, good size and not too much money! Very very worth it!

Golden Review Award: 36 From Our UsersOther than the video which shows the overall strength of the support strings after one month of use, the overall greenhouse structure is sturdy and well put together for what your paying for (its a plastic woven with string for extra strength). You will want to anchor it with a different string though seeing as these will snap in hard winds.

Golden Review Award: 9 From Our UsersI wasn’t sure if a portable greenhouse was for me, but once it arrived and we set it up I am SO happy with this purchase. Very good quality (sturdy!) Materials… I use buckets for my tomatoes and they work perfectly in this portable greenhouse. FIVE stars- cannot recommend enough!!! I gave a four star for set up only BC it was challenging and we needed two people for that part. As long as you have that this will go great!!
