So easy to assemble and so easy to use. Robust sturdy, but light. Hair wrap is as good as our shark. Good battery life and its cleaning of carpets leave the pile standing tuft up. Its like mowing a lawn, it leave stripes across the carpet, lije a lawn. This is a great item its the first one we have bought, as we were always sceptical before. However this does everything the bloke on telly says it does. Yes its platinum by name and platinum by its quality and ability to do the job.
This very handy carpet vacuum is the most reliable hoover I’ve ever used. Light weight, strong suction, easy cleansing and excellent battery power.
I’ve a small flat, living room and bedroom carpeted. No need for a full size hoover. But this gadget performs brilliantly and its hand held partner aswell.

Super replacement for my old GTech which had given sterling service. This one has much more suction deals with dog hair and leaves floors and carpets spotless. It also leaves the room smelling of lavender. Lovely and very pleased with it.
although I got off to a problem the battery problem would not charge

Had an older version of the Gtech for about 8 years but battery started not to last very long. Now have a long haired dog so decided to get the K9 Gtech which picks up the hair brilliantly.
This floor cleaner is light and easy to use. Because it doesn’t have bulky dust collectors it easily fits under coffee tables and chairs etc. I think it is a good product.
When you pull the machine towards you it is harder to pull and makes a louder noise it doesn’t make it so easy so easy to use
Ease of use is fab. Decent suction. It’s nice and light on the wrists. I’d of give it 5 stars only for the bizarre rubber strips on the front so when you push it on wooden floor it makes a bad squeak and a bit of friction.
My second one. It was better value to replace it than buy the spare parts which is a shame as there is so much plastic to recycle. Suction power was slightly improved but there was an annoying noise when being pulled back on floor tiles from the rubber strip.
Only downfall is I didn’t want to spend 350 [, the ones with attachments so you can’t properly do the stair or the skirting board bit, however I jusy bought a cheap hand held one for them bits, if the price of the one with the attachments was cheaper or this one at least came with 1 attachment it would be 5 stars

I have wooden flooring throughout except for one room which is carpeted. We have 2 cats and I have very long hair. This vacuum does a fantastic job picking up everything. It also comes with a little gadget that helps to cut hair from the rollers if need be which I haven’t needed to use yet.
Emptying the vacuum is very easy, just pull out the case and open the hatch. There’s a slider that helps to push everything out.
It’s lightweight so it makes vacuuming less of a chore.
The only problem I have is I’m unable to get into corners well and under the TV console so I need to get the broom out, otherwise it’s a great vacuum that I only need to charge after 4 to 5 uses.
Suction is brilliant, or should I say the rollers are very strong and sweep up even tiny bits from the carpet so nothing is left behind. On hard wood or tiles floors it does make an almighty noise so if your house is predominantly hard floored I would be tempted to look elsewhere. It isn’t a fault with the vacuum, just the design of the rubber runner at the front which is close to the floor in order to create a good seal.
The battery life as been fine for us. Roughly 30-40mins and enough to give our 3 bed house a full clean with battery left to spare. It takes about 4hrs to charge from flat.
The limitations are the stairs and cars etc. With no hose or attachments it proves very difficult. This isn’t a major issue for us as we bought a handheld separately but it may be worthwhile considering the bundle with the Gtech handheld when it is on offer.
Overall we are very impressed and would definitely purchase again!
Easy to clean and empty dust compartment. Seems to pick dust, fluff and pet hairs quite well. Reasonably lightweight for disabled people to use.
Powerful headlights to see under low furniture when vacuuming.
Battery charge life seems to be reasonable and depending on usage will last between 30 to 45 minutes per charge, which should be enough for most households for several days cleaning.
So far it is living up to the Manufacturers hype. Time will tell if it is as durable and lasting as they claim.
There is a large number of spares and parts available via the manufacturers website and amazon, so if you need to replace filters, etc it shouldn’t pose a problem.
There is online a speed cleaning tool to get deep in the dust bin and make sure its cleared of all dust.
