Easy and simple to install. Sleek, secure and sexy… top grade bike lock. If I was single I would have this mounted in my living room / dining room with my bike on display its that sexy. But I am an old married guy… so its in my garage.
La unica pega es que para Bicis de Montaa como el manillar es grande, obliga a ponerla torcida y no recta como una de carretera donde el manillar es ms pequeo.
Cercavo da tempo una soluzione definitiva per la mia bici da corsa, e devo dire che questo supporto da muro di Hiplock mi ha soddisfatto appieno.
Scrivo questa recensione anche per dare un contributo ai prossimi acquirenti.
Per prima cosa procuratevi 4punte da muro rispettivamente da:

Se possedete un trapano con funzione percussione potete bucare direttamente da diametro 15 poich i fisher dati in dotazione sono di quel diametro.
Non bucate da 16 mi raccomando.
Detto questo supporto semplice e veloce da installare lo consiglio!
Very very secure but the but the bike hangs too for off the wall
Really substantial bicycle lock, well made with good instructions. The only downside is that you are not advised to get a 15mm drill bit whilst ordering which caused a delay in fitting to my garage wall.
Looks fantastic on the wall with the bike in, with the knowledge that it’s totally secure.
The most important focus is make sure this is correctly fitted to manufacturer instructions
really great fitting with great security
1. All-in-one solution: a hanger and a security lock in one package.
2. A good theft deterrent when a bike a stored inside the house or in the garage.
3. Position of a hanger, way above the head, makes it uncomfortable for a thief to pick a lock or cut through it.
CONS:
1. Installation bolts pattern is 12″ by 4″ (surprisingly, not metric). Since studs are 16″ apart, the only way to install it on a typical (for much of the U.S.) frame + drywall wall construction is to open the drywall, install a blocking between studs, repair drywall, do the usual taping, drywall compound, texture, two layers of paint sequence. This process took me six days start to finish (not so much to do each day, but a lot of drying time) and probably around $100 extra in materials and paint (to install three anchors, two of them Airlock). I worked with drywall before and have all the tools and skills. Those who never did it would find it quite difficult or impossible.
2. ZERO customer support. I sent them an inquiry using their “contact us” web form with a simple question about dimensions and never heard back. Fortunately, fellow Amazonians answered my questions.
OBSERVATIONS:
1. Do not overestimate its level of security. After I installed two of these Ailock units, I am pretty much sure that I can cut through these hangers with a regular hack saw in half an hour. (well, now I am not so worried what happens if the lock breaks and I will not be able to open it with a key).
2. Distance of bike frame to the wall, 10″, is the same as distance from the wall of a standard Rubbermaid bike hanger (the one which Home Depot sells, which attaches to wall rails in the garage). A road bike with 44 cm handlebars fits very well, with some extra room to spare.
3. Sizing of the hanger is a weird mix of imperial and metric units. Bolt pattern is 12″ by 4″, frame tube to the wall is 10″, the rest is metric: base size is 155×300 mm, total height of the “triangle” 375 mm.
4. Frame is painted steel, grey (or red, or white) cover is plastic. Plastic attaches to the steel frame with four bolts (you will need a 5 mm Allen wrench to tighten them). These bolts just keep plastic in place and have no security function.
5. There is also a rubber insert which further protects the frame.
6. Included screws and anchors are for concrete or brick walls. They are useless with studs/drywall wall design. For wooden wall, I bought and used 3/8″ by 2.5″ lug bolts. A little less security, but this hanger t is not a safe anyways, it is a theft deterrent.
7. I would not think about installing and using this anchor outdoors. First, it is not a good place to store a bike, secondly, a skilled person will open or break this lock just as they break any “high security” bike locks, maybe it will take a little longer than a low end lock, but probably the same as any other $200 lock. Having said that, it looks large and thieves might look elsewhere just because they may conclude that this hanger can be a significant effort to open.
**Hot TIPS**
I notice other reviewers complaining about the locking pin being a bit fiddly or sticky or “just spinning”. i have 3 suggestions:
1) Don’t mount it outside. If you have to, make sure it’s at least under cover and not fully exposed to weather which will wear away at the locking mechanism.
2) Insert the key and align it facing you at zero degrees. Make a small mark with a sharpie on the metal part of the lock pin! This will make it super easy to align the key with the keyhole without even looking at the keyhole in future.
3) Use a bit of WD40 on the moving parts of the locking mechanism every now and again to keep it in good shape i.e. freely moving

My husband wanted this to store his road bike in the garage. He is confident that it is safe and secure when we go away. It looks neat on the wall and is nice to get the bike off the floor!
Really great product. You may need a CDS Drill and large bits to install it though.
La qualit si paga!In effetti estremamente pratico perch richiede procedura semplicissima per mettere e togliere la bici e per chiudere e aprire il blocchetto di serraggio.Munitevi di una vite da 15mm da trapano o tassellatore per fare i fori al muro utili ad ancorarlo.Struttura molto solida e di qualit, anche bello esteticamente.La spesa elevata giustificata se serve a mettere in sicurezza una bici costosa.
Fairly easy to fit. I did use the drill size quoted but still had to grind a bit more off for the fixings to slide in just right. Used a bit of resin injected into the bolt hole to make it even more robust. Mine is high on the garage wall which I use a pulley to lift my 24kg bike up onto it. The lock is a bit awkward initially as you have to turn it the right way to lock and unlock it, there is no visible way that you know it’s locked unless you give it a tug. Well built and robust, you would have to knock the bricks out to get the bike out.
Took about 30 mins to fully install. It would be good if required 15mm masonry drill bit was supplied as they are not readily available in diy stores. A components are sturdy and secure and easy to install. Quality secure storage. I know it’s expensive but weigh it up against the cost of your bike. Definitely recommended.
Someone said it does not fit for US standard of 16″ studs. But, hey, you can add a 4×10 piece in between studs to make it more sturdy and secure mount. Rather than mounting on 2″ stud, why not give it additional clearance and support and mount it in between stud on a piece of 4×10 wood. I added a few pictures to show how to mount this beautiful bike-rack. KLM Bike & Fitness shipped this very next day of my order and I received it within 4 days and everything was sealed and brand new. Thanks KLM Bike & Fitness.
Love how solid and secure this is. I have two different bike hangers and this one is by far the one I trust the most. Pretty easy to fit for anyone how know a small amount about diy.
Expensive but great and unique product that works really well
I’m very happy with it, but I don’t want to give it 5 stars. My main issue is that the locking pin is quite fiddly, it just spins and spins, so it is difficult to know when it is unlocked.

HINT: THE FIXING BOLTS ARE A SMOOTH FIT IN THE MOUNTING BRACKET AND IF YOU DON’T DRILL THE 4 BOLT HOLES SO THAT THEY ARE ALIGNED ACCURATELY YOU WILL STRUGGLE. I FIXED TWO STRIPS OF MASKING TAPE TO THE WALL, MARKED THROUGH TWO DIAGONAL HOLES AND DRILLED TWO PILOT HOLES INTO THE WALL. I THEN DRILLED / WIDENED THE PILOT HOLES, INSERTED 2 RAWBOLTS, PUT THE BRACKET IN SITU AND THEN (NB) ***LIGHTLY*** TIGHTENED THE 2 RAWBOLTS. I THEN PILOT-DRILLED THE OTHER PAIR OF DIAGONAL BOLT-HOLES THROUGH THE BRACKET, UNSCREWED THE BRACKET FROM THE WALL, WIDENED THE PILOT HOLES, INSERTED THE SECOND PAIR OF RAWBOLTS AND THEN FIXED THE FOUR BOLTS TO ATTACH THE BRACKET TO THE WALL. (A BIT OF A PALAVER BUT MUCH EASIER THAN MISALIGNED BOLTS!)
It is easy to put the bike into, I got my husband to instal, he found the release fairly easy, but as a small 57 yr old woman I find it a little hard/stiff. overall he gives it 5 stars. I deducted one because I find it stiff to open.
