Husband has enjoyed assembling these kits for years. Finally found this ferris wheel at a “splurgeable” price. Assembled in a week. Make sure you put it together where you intend to leave it – too big to move easily!

I love this kit! My 15 year old daughter and I are working on it now and it’s amazing. We also have the large roller coaster which is the best kit of all time but this kit is definitely #2 and is a must have for any K’nex fan or someone who loves big projects!

This thing is massive! it took us 10 hours to assemble with a lot of extra pieces. This is not and official Knex set but rather a copy of the directions and lots if pieces. But it assembles well and its not the micro pieces.

Great kit, but mine came without the metal “axel rod” Kinex sent me one but odd that it didn’t come in the kit. It’s very large. Build it where you want it to ultimately reside. It took about 4 days to make and ours has a wave in the wheel but doesn’t seem to effect it. We put small figures on the chairs (need to balance them on each side) and the kiddos love it. There is a small issue with the directions on one part, but you can kindof figure it out.jl

Lots of parts, but precise parts and limited instructions have created an interesting project for myself. I’ve had no previous experience with this type of kit. It’s about 80% assembled and when complete I will attempt to drive it via a steam engine model. My suggestion to K’nex would be to supply kit with a parts list for customer to check off. Over all I’m pleased with kit and have had one only defective part and one visual instruction mix up to date. I would recommend this product to others.

I’ve Wanted This K’nex Set Since I Was 10 Years Old! This has been my K’nex dream set for VERY long time, but I’ve never been able to afford it ’till now! The K’nex web site has this set listed for $500. I found a seller offering this set for $199.99! I could not pass it up and bought it right on the spot! Amazing deal considering the price/piece-count. All of the parts in this set are the nice, old, regular-sized, K’nex pieces. None of the cheaper micro or “Brick-K’nex” (Lego-styled). 100% Satisfied with this product! 99% of the parts made in the USA as well!

As mentioned by others this is not an official K’NEX set, but a collection of bags of pieces and a copy of the instructions. You get lots of spare pieces which is great as is the price of the set. Down side is you don’t have a “K’NEX brand box” and also don’t have instructions for other things to build like most other K’NEX sets.

Fun to put together, but definitely takes up a lot of room.

First off the shipping was fast! I ordered next day and even though it was late in the day when I ordered , it was here the next day as promised.I got this for my two kids ages 12 1nd 10 for Christmas 2012. We built it over the weekend. It probably took 20 hours. All of the pieces were there! It comes in multiple bags with a large format instruction book. Knex are always top quality products. This this is impressive! Huge! and just amazing. It has to be seen in person to fully appreciate its massive scale and amazing colors. If your a fan of Knex you will not be disappointed with this set. It will provide hours of great time with your loved ones. I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone.

This is a Christmas Gift and it is everything and more that I had expected. Lots of parts but a manual that guides you through the assembly procedure as all of the KNex manuals do. The fact that it came with free shipping was a huge bonus as it arrived the next day and I was not expecting it so that was a huge surprise also. We are looking forward to the building of this awesome 3D puzzle. Well here it is now two months later and we have built it. It took us three days, there were just two of us working on it, and it was a great experience. It is not for the faint of heart but one needs to commit to the full process and the result is beyond compare. There were a few extra pieces but not many and the manual was very good. only a couple of minor glitches that were easily overcome, for instance mistaking four yellow rods for the only four gold rods that came in the kit when it was time to begin the actual wheel. It was wonderful and friends have been awed by it. Great Job.

its was slightly boring building it cuz its like a assembly line but its cool once it is together. i can say it was nice there were extra parts so if one brakes u still have extras.

This was a blast to put together. The pieces need some care when being taken apart, but that is the case with all K’nex sets. Everyone who saw it was impressed. The directions were very understandable and I can’t wait until I build it again. If you love K’nex sets like I do then this is well worth the money. My daughter likes to find little figures to put in the seats and give thema ride. Love love love it!!!!
